Every time we stay at the Venetian, the priority is a stop at Bouchon bakery for a Kouign amann. The most delicious, incredible tasting pastry known to man. I think they put something addicting in it because, well, I'm addicted. We stop before even checking into the hotel. We stop on our way to breakfast. Sometimes we stop on the way back from breakfast. Yes, it's that good. We even got a half dozen of them after checking out of the hotel, so we could bring them home! Long line? Worth it. Gaining 10lbs from them? Worth it. Costing an arm and a leg? Worth it. Trust me. Try them!
If you are near the Venetian, Bouchon Bakery is a must as their pastries and coffee offer a nice grab and go morning treat. The line moves pretty quick as they are well staffed and get drink ordered out with speed. As for their pastries they have the entire range of sweet and savory from sandwiches, croissant, muffins and a spinach quiche. I went with the egg, ham and cheese and croissant and this was amazing with the buttery fresh croissant filled with a creamy egg slab, delicious ham and this gooey cheese that made this a memorable croissant. I highly recommend this as you won't be disappointed.
Needed breakfast and luckily Bouchon Bakery was in my hotel! The selection of pastries and treats was fantastic! I arrived a little later in the morning and they were still stocked up with just about everything. The line was pretty long, but moved quickly, and the food came up very fast after ordering. I got a quiche and a chocolate croissant, but wish I could've tried everything! It was a little pricey, but worth it while on vacation!
This bakery was located right outside our tower at the Venetian, and the long queue made me curious to try their pastries. As usual, I ordered an almond croissant ($7.75) and a caramel latte ($8). Overall, the croissant was alright--neither as bad nor as great as other reviews suggested. I felt they overbaked the dough, and the filling was a bit dry, but they were quite generous with the almond filling, and it wasn't overly sweet. The latte was better than Starbucks, and while it's pricey, I was pleasantly surprised by how large the drink was. It had a noticeable caramel flavor without overpowering the coffee.
The location does seem a bit hidden but so worth the hunt. The line can be long at times. The service was quick when you know what you want. I do feel like some of the staff seemed to be put out and could be a little more friendly. This place is casual... pick up your pastries and beverages an be on your way. I ordered a ham, egg, cheese croissant sandwich. It was delicious and hit the spot for a quick breakfast. The croissant was bigger than my hand, flaky goodness. My vanilla latte was ok. I think it could have had more vanilla flavor. I would definitely come back especially if I am staying at the Venetian. 4 stars for the food.
My friends and I stopped by Bouchon Bakery around 9:45 a.m. on a busy Monday morning to get pastries for breakfast and we were lucky enough to snag the last three Kouign-amanns. My wife and I also picked up a pain au chocolat to share as well. The outer shell of the croissant was crunchy and extremely messy to eat. With each bite, the croissant flaked apart -- making an absolute mess all over my shirt and the floor. In terms of flavor, the croissant oddly didn't have a very buttery taste to it. Although the layers were visible, signaling that the croissant was skillfully made, the layers felt a little dense and ate a bit dry. Perhaps the croissant was left out for far too long, or was not freshly baked. We were not offered an option to have the croissant heated up. On the other hand, the Kouign-amann was really tasty. If you see a Kouign-amann behind the case, I would definitely recommend ordering it. Like the croissant, the outer shell of the Kouign-amann had a nice crunch to it. However, unlike the croissant, each bite didn't result in flakes of the pastry falling everywhere. Each layer is incredibly satisfying to bite through, and the bottom has a sizable caramel crust. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the pastry for you. You'll certainly want to have a cup of coffee to wash this one down. Overall, a 3.5 star experience that rounds down to a three. Those croissants have room for improvement.
I searched for this place on our first trip to Venetian and couldn't find it. It is literally under the escalator to the food court. If you need the Venetian side elevators, you'd find it easily. Not so much if you don't... Now that I found it, I am in love! I am somewhat of a cheese danish connoisseur, and I am always seeking a good one. The first one I had, I honestly wasn't sure. There's a lot of pastry, so also a lot of filling, but the pastry part is very flaky, kind of like a cronut. I wasn't sure if I liked it, but the next day I wanted another one, so I tried again, lol. On my last day, on the way to the airport, in lieu of lunch, I got another one. So yes, I liked it. I passed over all other desserts in Vegas to indulge in this one several times over. And we will be back for Backstreet Boys again, and it is already a planned stop. In writing this, I want one right now.
Are you staying at the Venetian in the north Tower? If so, this is the closest caffeine supplier to the elevators, but it's so much more than just coffee. They have a delectable collection of baked goods. When we were there, it was a Saturday morning around 10 AM, not the time you wanna be there as the line wrapped around the whole shop and down towards the escalator. It was about a 10 minute wait for us to get to the front of the line, but it was worth it. We resisted the baked goods, barely. They seem to have six or eight different portions of about 10 different items and they were colorful, seasonal and fresh beyond the baked goods. They had some bowls of fruit and other healthier options for your consideration. It's a great location if you're in the north tower but at 10 AM on a Saturday it is a crowded environment. People are emptying in and out of the elevator area of the North tower, and so the flow of people was loud and continuous. So, kudos to the Bouchon Bakery for having a great location, doing their best to provide a quality product quickly, in a loud and rowdy spot. Would I go there again? Yes.
I must have walked in circles trying to find this place - it's tucked away on the lower level under a set of stairs. Their pastries are incredible: fresh, buttery, and absolutely worth the hunt. I was disappointed that the New York location isn't in Rockefeller Center anymore, so I'm thrilled there's one in Vegas! The line can get a bit long, but it's definitely worth the wait. I also tried the brownie bites, which were rich, moist, and delicious. Can't wait to go back!

It's behind a set of escalators which I feel if you didn't know it was there it would be hard to miss and the directions from my phone did not make it clear. Anywho, I had been wanting to try their cream cheese danish for the longest as I've heard good things about it. I ended up ordering two, and an oat milk vanilla latte. The danish and my coffee were good, service was ok. At almost $8 for each pastry and coffee coming out to $9 with tax and a tip my total was just under $27. So it's definitely on the pricier side. The pastry was good, I ate the whole thing, which I often have a hard time doing. The lady taking orders seemed friendly to the parties ahead of me, and didn't say much when it was my turn. No worried but it definitely doesn't leave me wanting to rush back with that price point. Overall if you like gourmet pastries there may be something there for you to enjoy. Make sure to ask them to scan your players card if you have it, and collect your points for your purchases!
Whenever we stay at The Venetian, we absolutely need to drop by this hidden gem for some coffee and pastries. Bouchon Bakery is the extension of Bouchon restaurant hidden inside the casino. The baristas here are super sweet and attentive. I asked for a custom order of decaf iced latte with oak milk and they made a perfect iced latte for me. We got their giant pistachio macaron (perfectly sweet), almond croissant (giant size but it's way too crispy for my liking), blueberry muffin (super yummy), and chocolate chip cookies (nom nom nom!) These made great afternoon tea snacks while playing the slots.

I'm one of those "coffee first, talk later" kind of people in the morning. So you could imagine how distressed I was to learn that the Venetian doesn't have a coffee maker of any sort in the suites. Thank goodness for Bouchon Bakery being conveniently located just outside of the North Tower elevators. The pastries here are top notch. I love their croissants. Probably some of the best I've had, and I've tried many. Flaky on the outside and light and moist on the inside. Clean flavor shows they use a good quality butter. Paired with a vanilla latte. So good! The coffee they use is delicious. They offer almond and oat milk at an additional cost. I'll overlook that because their coffees really are that good. Service is quick and friendly. The barista gets those coffees out quickly so don't worry if there's a line. Very happy to start my day here each morning. read more
Not to be confused with Bouchon (#1) along Venetian's famed restaurant row, Bouchon Bakery already has the distinction as one of the longest standing businesses within the casino. Opened 20 years ago from multi-Michelin star winner, Thomas Keller, this chef-driven bakery is actually a small stall that sits in front of the Venetian Theatre. What it lacks in visibility, it makes up for in quality pastries that few places in Vegas have been able to match. There is no seating, so this is strictly a takeout situation. The display case is usually stock full of goodies in pastry form, but the two standouts here is the kouign amann and their enormous French macaron. The latter makes it look more like a cookie, but it is as delicate and delicious as any should be. Their kouign amann is their unofficial star of the show since it's sensational. That caramelized laminated dough is so difficult to pull off, but it's done beautifully here. Additionally their chocolate chip cookies are strangely addicting. The butter that is used to bake them is obvious with each bite and the cream cheese danishes are like cupcakes with a harder texture. Finish it off with a coffee from Equator Coffee and try to avoid the morning crowds. Lastly, a big shout out to their service for being friendly and personable. A little bit tricky to find within the Venetian. Do NOT follow signs for Bouchon, it's in a completely separate location! Used up my FHR breakfast credit here on a Monday morning. Line wasn't crazy at 10am. Cold brew was mild and dangerously drinkable. I spoiled myself on pastries with a Kouign-amann, everything bagel croissant, and a chocolate-almond croissant alongside a slice of spinach quiche. The Kouign-amann was incredible. Buttery, flakey, and caramelized. A delight of flavors, textures, and aromas. Absolutely a must-order. For something more savory, the everything bagel croissant was flakey and coated to the max with everything bagel topping. The quiche was a little disappointing. It was well set and creamy, but the crust was a bit dense. Spinach quiche is a little boring anyway; I would reorder it in a different flavor for sure. Sadly the chocolate almond croissant was simply not good. Something about combining the almond filling with the chocolate made the interior dense and unappetizing. We ordered some caramel lattes, a passion fruit macaron, a kouign aman, cream cheese danish, oh oh, and mille feuille cake. The lattes were delicious, not too sweet and just the right amount of caramel. The our favorites were the macaron, oh oh, and kouign aman. The employee who rung us up was super friendly and helpful pronouncing some of the treats. Definitely the best croissant in Las Vegas. I only tried their classic Croissant, it was perfectly flaky, buttery and so fragrant lol. You can even ask them to warm it up for you, and it tastes absolutely heavenly right away. The bakery has such a charming and elegant vibe, everything feels well made and authentic. When at the Venetian Hotel, this bakery is a must have. They have delicious bakery goods! The coffee drinks are okay, but you go for the baked goods. To me, the Macarons are the best I've had. The Kouign Amann was sweet and flaky and the sticky buns were soft and chewy. Overall a good place to go when you want to satisfy your sweet tooth! It's a small bakery located underneath the escalators at the Venetian hotel. Lines can get long, but go by fast. The drinks are what you wait on. Staff was helpful and friendly. Delicious pastries as usual. Can't stay at Venetian without at least one visit to Bouchon Bakery. I discovered a new favorite - Strawberry Danish with a not too sweet custard. Date: Monday, March 25th, 2025 What: Macaron Delivery Macarons: *Vanilla *Caramel *Raspberry *Pistachio *Passion Fruit A friend of mine went to Vegas and came back with macarons. He knows I'm not into chocolate, so I believe he got me the flavors above plus one more fruit flavor. I can't for the life of me remember what flavor it was tho. Maybe lemon? I'm very familiar with Bouchon's macarons since I've been to the location in Napa many times. Huge, chewy, not too sweet. The ones here are the same. I do really only enjoy the fruit flavors tho. The caramel was a little salted which is not my thing at all. Out of all the flavors above, passion fruit was my fav with raspberry coming in at a close second. Fun trying the location in Vegas. Omg this location is so hard to find! Go to the Grand Lux Cafe and there's a staircase to the right. The shop is UNDER the stairs. I originally wanted a TK Chocolate Chip cookie but truth be told, it didn't look great in the pastry case - it was dry. The Better Nutter though? That looked really nice. I paired it with an iced coffee for an afternoon snack. The cookie was crisp and buttery with real oats baked it. The peanut butter filling was thick, yet fluffy and rich with peanut butter flavor. It was a decadent snack but well worth the reprieve from all the lights and sounds of Vegas since it is pretty difficult to eat quickly. Savor and enjoy it, I did! The ice coffee was also a good pairing. It was bright and cut through the peanut butter's richness quite well. read more
It's located at the north tower of Venetian, not easy to find. Staffs are helpful and quick service even there's a line at the bakery. I had Kouign-amann and iced latte. The pastry's great, flaky and low sugar, but the latte was bland. I went back the next day to get the cream cheese pastry, i didn't order coffee this time. Bought many packs of their shortbread cookies for mother's day gifts. A little pricey but the cookies are so great. Service was great as the cashier had to go to the back and get all of the packs of cookies for me. read more

This location is way worse than the original one in Napa. I wouldn't come here again, i waited over 20 minutes in line and i didn't think the apple honey danish i got was very good, it had an odd flavor. I enjoyed the pb&j macaron but it wasn't worth the long wait. read more

This is a very small bakery shack located inside the Venetian hotel. Was a bit tricky to find this place but when in doubt, ask a staff that you're looking for the bakery (not restaurant - that's a different direction). We went on a slow Sunday afternoon where most people were leaving so the line wasn't too bad at the time I visited. This bakery was recommended by a friend so I didn't really know what's good here but tried a classic Croissant, Better Nutter, and a seasonal pastry that was savory. I tried the croissant first and it was nicely flakey, buttery and soft inside. Not overly greasy. My initial thoughts were it's good, I've had really good ones in SF so I wasn't sure why this is famous at first. But the more I ate the croissant that's when it really kicked in and I REALLY enjoyed it. It's not just the texture of the croissant but the flavor was really nice - it's gotta be some really high quality butter or dough consistency or something. I've also tried few bites of my husband's Better Nutter and it is what you think it is. It's an elevated Nutter Butter. If you're a peanut lover this hits the spot. The oatmeal in the peanut butter cookie compliments the soft peanut butter buttercream. I have not tried my seasonal pastry yet because I wanted to save for later but overall loved the pastries here. One star off because I wish it was a full blown bakery and not a small stop within a bakery because I want more variety - it's just my hopeful wish for the future ;) it's still great to have a small bakery inside a hotel but please expand! read more

Always gotta stop by Venetian's for Bouchons for an almond crossiants. I do get extras to snack on later. Perfectly crispy and the amount of flakiness. Almond Croissants $7 and Chocolaté almond croissants $7.30. We went to the one behind the escalator not the actual restaurant so service was quick, the case was filled. I want to try other items the quiches and cheese danish looked good. read more

Located inside The Venetian Las Vegas resort, tucked away underneath the escalators by Grand Lux Cafe, Bouchon Bakery is literally a hidden gem from lauded French Laundry chef Thomas Keller, and offers a variety of handmade viennoiserie, traditional French desserts, artisanal breads, as well as savory French-style items such as quiches, and sandwiches and salads, which are made in-house daily. FYI - this bakery is physically separate from its sister restaurant, Bouchon, which is at least a 5 minute walk away. On this occasion, I ordered the Leek Roquefort Quiche for the first time. They warm it up for you without you having to ask. If you like blue cheese, you'll love this! I appreciated the fact that the cashier advised me that it has blue cheese in it before he accepted my payment, as I know it is a bit of an acquired taste. Little did he know I happen to be a fan of blue cheese, and Roquefort in particular! The quiche was well made, and while the flavour of the Roquefort was strong, it wasn't overpowering, at least for my taste. I tried the Quiche Lorraine Danish several times previously, which was absolutely superb and my favourite item there, sadly, however, they no longer have this item on the menu. In addition, they also serve espresso drinks and coffee, custom-blended by Equator Coffees, Chef Keller's longtime partner. Bouchon is a perfect spot to grab a coffee and light breakfast or lunch. Prices are fair, considering the quality of the food and the location. Staff was pleasant. Parking is free for 3 hours for Nevada residents with ID. Highly recommended! read more
Bouchon was the closest bakery to where I was staying in Vegas so I decided to head over on the first morning for breakfast. This bakery is on the ground floor of the Venetian, conveniently located behind the central escalators, but a bit difficult to find due to placement. It's basically just a little stall for take and go pastries and drinks. There aren't any tables or seats around, making it pretty inconvenient trying to find a place to sit down and eat. The line in the morning always seems to be quite long, but it goes pretty quickly. Chocolate Almond Croissant ($7.30) - This is double baked, making it very hard with a firm crunch that lacerates the mouth while eating. Some bakeries douse their double baked croissants in syrup to try to soften the edges a bit - not this one. This croissant is sweet and has the taste of very caramelized butter. It's flaky but super dry due to the double bake. There are two chocolate batons inserted inside with a good amount of sweet almond frangipane sandwiched between the two halves of the croissant. When you dont have a coffee maker in your hotel room, you go to the next best thing. French bakery, Bouchon. I ordered cappuccino, croissants, creme puff, and caramel macaron. Service was quick and food was délicieuse. This was a walk up cafe so no area to sit. But many food options from breakfast/pastry items to sandwiches. J'adore french pâtisserie. read more

I've been to the Bouchon Bakery in Napa Valley many times over the years, so stopping into the Las Vegas location came with high expectations. The same classic French bakery feel, beautiful presentation, and that well known aroma hits you the moment you walk in, which immediately brought me back to Napa despite being in the middle of the Strip. The quality is every bit as consistent as I'd hoped. The croissants are perfectly flaky and buttery, the macarons are delicious and nothing feels rushed or mass-produced. It's rare to see a bakery maintain this level of execution across locations, and Bouchon pulls it off effortlessly. If you appreciate craftsmanship and consistency, this spot is an easy recommendation. read more
I absolutely love everything about Bouchon Bakery. They offer fresh varieties of croissants, pastries, tarts, macarons, baguettes, parfaits and brewed coffee. There will be a lineup for ordering, specially in the mornings, and they run out of most of the croissants and pastries before 10am. I made sure to get in the lineup before 7am and order my favorite tarts. We ordered "Pecan Pie" and "Apple Pie". They fresh and tasty. Strongly recommended. read more
Great location as we stayed in the Venetian Tower and it was a short walk from our room. This Sunday morning at 7am I was down there getting coffee and there was a line. However the staff was great and the line went quick, they knew how to process the orders, nicely, package the pastries/beverages, and have friendly greetings with smiles. I think it was only a 10 to 15 minute wait and that included ordering and pick up Pastries looked amazing, however I ordered just the coffee because later we had a late breakfast at the Bouchon restaurant on property. I picked up large coffees with a side of cream to take up to the room and the order was spot on and delivered to me with lids and a tray, that doesn't happen very often. read more

I havent seen anything that qualifies as vegan except the bread. All the pastries are classic pastries with eggs and butter.
Is This the location upstairs or downstairs?
Its on the casino level. Thats first floor. #1
