Their chicken biscuit is really tasty, and their Cinnamon Roll is to die for. Also we had a great customer service situation with them. Our room was having issues with room charges and they got on the phone and solved the issue for us. The next day the same employee was there and apologized that we had to deal with that situation and gave us a free donut on the house. We weren't expecting a food place to do that. And we're really touched by it. Just an outstanding overall experience! It's a busy location in the food court. High energy area near other restaurants so get there early or expect to wait in line. Great place to grab a good nitro brew coffee and a quick and tasty breakfast. For a reasonable price. I had a breakfast biscuit which was very tasty and quite sloppy. Would have loved to grab a donut late night but they are not open late (you're missing a great opportunity!) the nitro cold brew was the best coffee I had in Vegas. This is just and order and wait kind of place, so then you have to search for a place to sit if you're not going back to your room and there is just not enough places to sit for all these grab and go restaurants in the Block 16 food hall. The lines were long at all the places here too, so expect to wait for your meal which ever one you choose. This wasn't where I was planning to eat, but I'm glad I did. So, if you are looking for something type of breakfast sando after 2pm, this will be it! Monday afternoon around 2:40p and all I really wanted was breakfast type food. Ordered the Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit with crispy bacon and a side of Waffle Fries. The fries portion was huge! I probably ate 1/2 of them. Cooked with perfect crisp outside, but not overcooked. The sandwich was very filling! Freshly scrambled egg, bacon was crispy and had enough flavor that no additional salt needed to be added to the sandwich. The cheese was folded into the egg and the biscuit had some crispy bits while remaining soft inside. The biscuit, like all biscuits, was a bit heavy so I ate this opened face to cut back a bit. First of all, this place is in the midst of a very chaotic food hall with lots of people around, but the guy who was working was very nice and helpful in making choices. The ambiance of the food hall can be a lot, like most of Vegas, but it's pretty fun. There were several options for donuts. I decided on four to bring back and share with the family. WOW!!! To say we are impressed would be an understatement! The line was wrapped around the kitchen and moved so quickly. Staff was friendly and informative. Shortly two seat opened up in front of the kitchen which I was excited about. To watch the kitchen chef and crew work was like a fine tuned engine. They were in sync with such a small kitchen. The coffee was perfectly balanced and just the right punch for a good wake up juice. We ordered the monte cristo and the egg bird biscuit along with a side of lemon beignets. The monte cristo was rich with flavor and the ham and havarti were nice salty balance. The big bird biscuit is what breakfast dreams are made of. Toasted biscuit with sunny egg with thick cut crispy bacon with a very tender perfectly fried chicken breast. Along side a sausage gravy with just the right amount of seasoning to carry it to bites of heaven. The beignets were fluffy lil pillows topped with a light lemon powder sugar. Amazing little restaurant in the Cosmo. We ate here a few times for breakfast during our trip to Las Vegas. Food quality is good. Prices are a little bit higher than expected but it is Las Vegas. We were staying at The Cosmopolitan and I would rather not keep getting to our car to drive to different places, so I've tried as many places as I could on the second floor of our hotel. It's difficult to find vegetarian/ halal options, but thankfully, donuts (for the most part) are vegetarian friendly. I've got the biscuits and they are great with butter and jam. I just request the sandwich without the meat and it's delicious and filling. I'm pretty sure you can't go wrong with any of the donuts, although I will say that I lean more towards the cinnamon rolls- the creme brulee one cinnamon roll is great. Since this is Vegas, I was pleasantly surprised to see spiked coffee on the menu. This was located in the "food court" at Cosmo. I got a spiked cold brew and we shared a sliders combo and got a couple donuts. I was happy to see there was a cake donut option which I prefer. I came here right after eating Milk Bar which I thought was an interesting choice to make so I may have been a bit dessert out and biased in my review. They were sold out of their major desserts, so we got to try the Maple Bacon Doughnut. I appreciate how thick-cut the bacon was and its saltiness helped cut through the sweet maple flavor. I felt that the doughnut itself a bit like that of Krispy Kreme, meaning it wasn't as thick or airy as I would've wanted. I think maybe if I had to get doughnuts again in Vegas, I would go for Pinbox's. I will say that one thing that impressed me was the size of the doughnut. The flavor, ingredients, just makes it such a great savory protein filled eat. Sometimes the donuts can come denser than other times, but it doesn't stop us from coming. I have tried their biscuit but it wasn't my thing. Too heavy and too sweet. It might be well palatable for others though. Always on the plane with one donut home.
