Got the porchetta sandwich yesterday and it was pretty damn good. Had to go back and get it again along with the roast beef sandwich. Amazing quality and delicious. The service was quick and the people working were nice.

For a quick breakfast, i enjoyed my breakfast here. The Boss Cafe is towards the back of the Linq hotel. There's not very many tables in the area answer didn't have a place to eat there. We had to ask for the breakfast sandwich to be wrapped up and we walked by the other restaurant he has towards the linq promenade entrance and ate at the available tables there. I ordered the breakfast platter. I really enjoyed the pesto and spicy peppers with eggs and potato. There was also a small slice of foccacia and sausage patty (or you can choose bacon). My partner ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and I gave him my sausage patty. He also enjoyed his sandwich as a quick eat.

Located inside the Linq Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. It's a little simple cafe where you can get sandwiches, pizza and pastries. I came to try their NY style pepperoni pizza. It was not bad it was pretty good. There are a few tables to sit at good thing I went at an off time cause I heard there could be long lines at some peak times. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful.

The boss Café can be found in the back of the LinQ hotel, near the rideshare area. As we come out of the elevators, the boss café is right in front. Went out early in search of coffee, and after taking a look at that the pastry counter, I decided to give the boss Café a try. Ordered the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, a cinnamon bun, and a medium coffee. The egg & sausage breakfast sandwich came out quick and is a large sandwich. Fluffy scrambled eggs stacked on top of a sausage patty, and there is a herb Provence aïoli on the bun. It was really good! The cinnamon bun as either overcooked or on the old side, as it was tough and chewy. While the coffee was hot, I did not like the flavor. Do not know what brand they use, but it was pretty bitter All at all, a great visit, and I recommend The boss cafe for breakfast.

Decided to come get some food from here before heading up to my room. About 20 bucks for a meal. When I first seen the sandwich I was like wow kinda small but it was very flavorful and filling. I will come back here again.

Tasty breakfast sandwich! Fluffy and fresh eggs. Coffee was decent too and they also have a bunch of pastries to choose from. A quick grab-and-go spot inside the LINQ hotel.

Ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich. Very plain and simple, priced relatively accordingly for Las Vegas. It was sufficient to start my morning and the service was really quick from getting in line to paying and getting my order. Lots of spacing onsite or you can take it to go as well.

Our first time here and we were very impressed. The pizza and sandwiches are amazing. The mozzarella is fricking fresh and really good. I really enjoyed the roast beef. The service was not bad. It's a counter order. No server. Good vibe.

Was staying at the LINQ and noticed they had a "Boss Cafe." Since im a fan of Buddy's i knew i had to try this place. I got some breakfast sandwiches and let me just say. they are some of the best sandos I have tried. the eggs were season to perfection. the portion was a big portion, however, since it was so good it seemed small. I will definitely come back and try other menu items.

With the small appetite I had after a long night, my friends and I decided to get our brunch meal here. I got a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich and it was surprisingly pretty good! The bread was a bit dry and the bacon wasn't crispy, but honestly manageable with the egg and cheese. It was a bit pricey ($11.95) for what I got, but it's Vegas haha. Quick and easy for those that want a small meal.

I decided to try the Boss Cafe inside the Linq because it was close and convenient. The Cafe was small but had plenty of tables available. They had some classic music playing just loud enough to hear it but not so loud you couldn't talk. The staff was friendly and professional. I've seen Buddy's TV shows and have always thought his food looked good. I ordered the Peppe which is crispy pepperoni slices on focaccia bread. The sauce was a little salty but I think that was due to the amount of parmesan cheese. Overall the pizza had some good spice to it and would definitely be something I would order again if I was staying at the Linq.

Oh yes. I'm amazed this picture isn't censored. Just awesome

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

Arrived and waited in the reservation line versus the I'm too cool to make a reservation line right next to me that stretched around the fucking place, and was seated in the lovely patio, pretty much where I was at 8 years ago... sorry I'm a bit sentimental and nostalgic that'll be the end of that. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was to die for. The shrimp was better than high-end seafood restaurants the grits were cooked perfectly so buttery and delicious. The blueberry puree pancakes were also very good they tasted delicious and the pancakes had a rich buttermilk flavor. The hybrid croissant breakfast sandwich was also perfect such a cool looking round bread that was a croissant texture and taste with delicious egg and bacon inside. My son ate poke and loved it. The only item that was not up to par was the waffle as usual wherever I order this came out cold and soggy. If you have read my previous reviews at other places with waffles you wonder at this point why I even bother because I have eternal hope that I will have one crispy fucking waffle in my lifetime served hot before I croak. I'm still waiting. But definitely this is not enough to deter a star it was just a delicious meal and a very enjoyable View to boot. Highly suggest reservations being that it was absolutely packed on a Sunday morning.
