Loved our visit to Broken Coffee on Spring Mountain Rd. This coffee shop shines with positive and welcoming vibes. Great long space that has plenty of available seats and bar seating with lots good lighting. As soon as we walked in we were happily greeted. The barista went over their customers' favorites and go to coffee drinks and pastries. Broken Coffee provides both excellent customer service and delicious coffee specialty drinks. During our visit we ordered, Broken Cream Strawberry Latte, Maple Vanilla Latte and Mocha Latte. Broken Cream Strawberry Latte was perfect. This drink is ok for kids and for people who like non caffeinated drinks. It is made with cream, milk, strawberries and cut strawberry toppings. Maple Vanilla Latte is made of milk, espresso, house made vanilla and organic maple syrup. This is my favorite as you can taste the espresso along with the maple syrup yet it's not too sweet and doesn't overpower the taste of coffee. Mocha Latte was good too as it's not rich yet you can taste the espresso. Can't wait to come back at Broken Coffee to try other items on their menu. Told our family and friends that frequent this side of town about Broken Coffee so they can stop by and try them out.

Service was not very welcoming. All I got was a stare and no welcome in. I had to be the one to say hi to the cashier/barista. As a first timer, it took me a while to go over the menu and cashier was just waiting to take my order with no recommendations or help. Drinks were okay. The one my boyfriend got was bitter. Matcha was okay too. Honestly heard a lot of good things about this place that made me want to try but was disappointed :(
This place was amazing!! Tiny but trendy and the flavors were on point. I got a hazelnut latte with cream and a broken cream latte they were both excellent!! Safe to say I will return frequently & it was priced out good.
This place was so good that we came here two days in a row for our Vegas trip!!! The first day we got the broken cream latte and the honey yuzu refresher. The cream latte was perfectly sweet and also not too heavy with the cream. It tasted like a light refreshing ice cream. The yuzu is similar to Chanh muoi where i was very salty and sweet at the same time and is probably a more acquired taste, but personally I really enjoyed it. The second day we got the London fog and broken cream matcha and both were very good and perfectly sweet. The inside the very cozy and spacious and is probably a really good working space. I recommend!!
I've been to a few of their locations, and the Chinatown locations is one of my favorites. Plenty of seating and staff are always friendly. If it's your first time, definitely try a warmed up salted bread. If you're into lattes and tonics, this place has lots of solid options. These three are my favorites: -Matcha or espresso tonic (light and refreshing pick me up for the Vegas heat) -Maple vanilla latte with oat milk

As a matcha connoisseur every time I would visit Vegas I struggled to find a good place that made it strong and wasn't overly sweet or watered down. And let me tell you this place deserves the hype! Their matcha was delicious I loved the cold foam it seemed to have dome saltiness which was a nice contrast either the sweet drink and it was also very strong matcha flavor (which I love) I should have asked for a bit less sweet, but overall the best I have had in Vegas. Also the location was so cute and aesthetic if I was a local I could see myself coming here regularly :)
I love me a good Cream top/foam and I love Hojicha so I got the best of both worlds here! The staff are knowledgeable and quick. This places gets pretty packed as it's a small, cute and chic interior that has a few seatings and a bathroom. They also sell cool merch and have really delicious Levain style cookies! My only complaint that goes true with some others is that they do put a bit too much ice and it does get hard at times to drink the foam on top, but the hojicha flavor is spot on. I always get the Roasted Broken Cream Latte (Hojicha) and my husband gets the Honey Lavender Oat Latte. Ive recommended this place to some friends who also enjoy a Cream top (Matcha/Hojicha). If you like your drinks pretty sweet, this is mostly for you
Came here at the recommendation of friends. I'm glad I took their advice. The inside was very small, would recommend taking your drinks to go. It was popular, so we waited about half an hour. However, once we ordered, we got our drinks pretty fast! This place lives up to its reputation. Would go back whenever I'm back in Vegas.
I absolutely love the taste of their coffee here! The broken cream latte always puts a girl in a good mood. Their salt breads and financiers are the best I have ever had. They have such friendly service!! So much more seating at this location, while being super clean with the cutest decor. It's always nice being an aesthetically pleasing coffee shop with A+ music! Shoutout to Toria and Natalia!
Stumbled upon this coffee and matcha spot off Spring Mountain road and so glad we stopped by! The staff were super sweet and helped us decided on what to order. They recommended we try their matcha or latte with their specialty broken cream. We ordered one of each and the drinks did not disappoint! The broken cream added an extra creaminess and sweetness to the drinks without overpowering them. We were still able to taste the matcha and coffee. I wish we didn't discover this cafe on our last day in Vegas :( but can't wait to come back again to try out their other drinks! This would be a great cafe to come catch up with friends or to do some work. They had a good amount of seating and outlet and had a relaxing ambiance.

I really love their strawberry matcha and the grapefruit refresher! Their workers are always so nice and I love the seatings in there. It's very calm and very aesthetically pleasing. It is great if you are studying alone or if you want some pictures for instagram! read more

Broken Coffee is one of my favorite local coffee shops. This location off of Spring Mountain is bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. There is quite a bit of seating with outlets available for those who want to post up and do some work . My favorite drink is the their Broken Cream Orange Latte with cream, milk, espresso, and orange juice. When I first heard of orange lattes, I thought it was a bit of a weird combo, but I got hooked after trying it. This location also usually has the salt bread, which is delicious. They'll heat it up for you, too, so do ask for that. Great service and cool decor. read more

Probably one of the best lattes I've ever had in my life... Honestly The first sip was honestly a life changing experience. The cream top was delicious, not too sweet, not too thin, not too thick. The coffee itself... wow.. I don't even have words to describe how delicious the coffee was. It was honestly roasted perfectly. The Broken Cream Latte is truly a perfection, and I loved that it tasted THAT good without any additional flavors. The Hojicha latte was pretty good as well (honestly that cream top probably makes any drink delicious) The drinks were soooo good we had to come back the next day to grab some caffeine for our drive back to SoCal. Drinks were made QUICK and plenty of parking in the plaza. Service was friendly and the shop was super cute as well. read more

Im a bit of a matcha enthusiast and always try to find local shops to support when visiting new cities. Well, Broken Coffee came highly rated in my research. So, I hopped in a Lyft from the strip and made my way to see for myself. It's located in a cool spot where you can grab a bite to eat then hop over to here for an after meal caffeine kick! I opted for the Broke Cream Matcha Latte with oat milk and an Earl Grey Lemon Cookie (made in house)! Both were absolutely delish and what was a pleasant surprise is that neither was overly sweet, which I thoroughly appreciate! The baristas were kind and helpful with my questions and the inside has a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. I would recommend this place if someone is looking for a genuine matcha drink that isnt flooded out by syrups. Definitely was worth the trip for me! read more

BROKEN COFFEE is my go-to for coffee and pastries!! This location is in Chinatown, which is about 10 miles away from where I live, but it is so worth the drive!! I'm excited to share though, that they are opening a location off of Silverado Ranch near South Point Casino!!!! My favorite order is an Iced Orange Latte paired with their delicious Fig Cream Cheese roll. When I can't decide I get another drink and pastry, which is their Roasted Matcha Latte and Salter Matcha Croissant. Love everything about this cafe. The interior is bright, clean, and soothing. The merch has a simplistic design. I want everything!! For now, I'll just take the shirt. Service is always friendly and efficient. Keep up the great work!!! read more
This coffee spot is an absolute must when visiting Las Vegas! It's easily in my top two favorite coffee shops. We always get the Broken Cream Latte, and it's consistently amazing. Today we tried the fig and cheese Danish, and oh my gosh... I'll be dreaming about it for a long time. It was the perfect balance of sweet and savory and paired so well with the coffee. The vibe is cute, modern, and welcoming, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. The girls taking orders were also incredibly nice and sweet, which made the experience even better. I got the broken cream matcha latte for myself but I ended up liking the broken cream latte better. I think it's because the matcha is pre-made. I saw them squeeze in two different bottles of concentrate while preparing my drink. It was not bad by any means but I've had better matcha. My group also had the organic roasted matcha (hojicha) latte and honey yuzu refresher, which they enjoyed. There were some seats available when we visited at 11 a.m. on a Monday but it was pretty limited. We waited in line for about 10 minutes but it became even longer quickly after. read more
Love me some Broken Coffee! This location on Spring Mountain near Decatur is beautiful. Nicely lit with lots of wooden accents, they just installed a new bench for more seating. My favorite lately has been the broken cream roasted matcha latte on ice, but I also love the onyx coffee shake and the broken cream latte, and the broken cream strawberry latte (no caffeine but so tasty!) it is a guilty pleasure as it is a bit on the pricey side, that broken cream is so rich and delicious and adds such a nice sweetness to their drinks. First sip is always like Ohmygaaah! Haha, no exaggeration! The service is always efficient and friendly, and their baked goods are truly done so well (love the strawberry cookie and the lemon poppyseed cookie!) thanks broken coffee for the sweet treats, be back soon I'm sure of it. read more
Nothing if broken about this coffee spot. Broken Coffee is perfection. Store's aesthetic is on point for sure. The moment you walk in, airy, inviting, plenty of seats and even some work table/chairs if you want to work here. It was our first time and we were recommended a few items. This spot is super cute! Inside there are a bunch of tables for sitting/ studying or just having a matcha. But WOW!!! You have to come here to try their cookies!!! The strawberry one is amazing! The s'mores is super chocolatey! Now onto the matcha, the matcha is strong but light in sugar. If you like strong flavored drinks you'll have to add more sugar. But overall Good flavor. The customer service is good, the worker was attentive and nice! Anyways definitely would be back for cookies 10/10! read more
THEY ARE THE FASTEST MATCHA MAKERS I HAVE EVER SEEN. The line wrapped around the entire store but I don't think I spent more than maybe 10-15min there from start to finish. Once I ordered, my drinks were ready in 2 minutes. I came in at 11am on a Saturday and all the cookies were already sold out so will try to come earlier next time. But for my drinks: Iced matcha cream latte (9/10): the cream top was the perfect combo of sweet n salty but it is THICK so I recommend mixing it HEAVILY after the first few sips. I wish there was a bit less of the cream top because it feels like a milkshake for the first few sips & the cup is filled to the brim with ice so those sips take like half of the cup. Iced strawberry matcha cream latte (8/10): I love that the puree doesn't taste extremely artificial & you get the cream top with this as well. Personally, I leaned more towards the regular matcha cream latte but would get the strawberry again as a midday sweet treat. Also recommend heavily mixing this. Overall, happy I came and would definitely come back. Ranks on the higher end for other matchas I've tried but def not at the top. read more

I don't live in the area and I'm always on the look for good matcha & coffee shops. Came across this place and everything looked good. I wanted to get a coffee but decided on getting the broken cream matcha latte since their name was in the drink. I usually get matchas w/ a flavored cold foam or syrup, so I was a little hesitant. But there was no need to be weary since my drink was amazing !! The matcha was very tasty and not earthy. Would definitely recommend and come again read more
Stopped by Broken Coffee around 9AM on a Thursday. The shop was fairly empty when we arrived, so there were plenty of tables to work from. It was not too loud, the Wi-Fi was strong and there were a lot of outlets available. The crowd builds up closer to noon, and the parking lot started to fill up. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain the drink options to us. I ordered the iced broken cream latte, since I wanted something similar to an einspänner (typically served over black coffee). To my surprise the latte itself didn't feel heavy, the sweetness was well-balanced and the cream top was delicious. We also ordered a mocha latte and requested less sweet, but it still came out pretty sweet. The highlight of the order was the s'mores cookie! We asked for it warmed, the double chocolate cookie itself was not overtly sweet, and the melted marshmallow added the perfect texture. We had a wonderful first visit, with a comfortable work environment. I would definitely return the next time I'm in town! read more

Broken cream orange latte with almond milk has got to be my all time fav espresso drink ever! With organic tangerine juice and sweet cream foam. And for someone that gets their stomach messed up sometimes by heavy cream this one didn't at all. It was so delicious that I finished the whole thing (which I never can finish a whole coffee drink) especially after a huge breakfast The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They started my drink as I was ordering it and before even paying. Now that's what I'm talking about. Minimal wait for my specialty drink. Place was simple and organic looking. More comfy seating would have brought this place up a notch. Everything was hard wooden benches and chairs Cushions or a plush couch would was been more pleasurable but I get they're going for that simplistic look I loved their pouch in the color of egg yolk yellow and their bag that matched my outfit perfectly with curved stitchings read more
