We were walking the linq experience looking for food, we were starrrrving and we came across this place because the menu seemed reasonably priced. We opted to sit outside, and our server Nahuel started us off. Everything on the menu looked so good so I asked Nahuel between the Chicken Avocado sandwich and another one on the menu that sounded good, and his recommendation was 10/10. My bestie and I loved this place so much, it was also super convenient as it's attached to the hotel we were staying at (The LINQ). After finding this restaurant, we ended up eating there again the next day for breakfast/lunch and then again that evening for dinner with our group of fellow hairstylists. I ended up ordering the other sandwich I was contemplating for lunch, and that evening I ordered the spaghetti and giant meatball. To our surprise, Nahuel was our server again for that evening. He was super attentive, patient and just a pleasure to have and made our dining experience even better. This is a great place for anyone, my bestie has some dietary restrictions for her health, but she found plenty of options to keep her full and happy, and she said the food was very fresh and filling. If I'm ever in Vegad again, I'll be sure to stop by, they have so many different of options like chicken and rice bowls, salads, a breakfast menu, lunch and dinner menu, with pastas, steaks, burgers, plenty of delicious sides. Been coming to Vegas a lot over the last 25+ years. I only recently stumbled on this place maybe 2 years ago. It is -for sure- my favorite restaurant in town. Always a table waiting...I've never had to wait (rare for such a great restaurant). First I tried the MOAB burger - best burger I've ever tasted anywhere. But since, I've tried several other dishes. Every single thing comes perfectly prepared and is nothing short of mind-blowing good. Service is world class. And...here's the thing...it's priced very reasonable. Especially for Vegas. If you want to show your friends/fam the best kept secret on The Strip, def check out 'Off The Strip'. Just don't crowd the place! This was my second visit in the last few months. The first was for lunch and everyone ordered a burger and fries. Can't really mess that up too much. The other day, we were looking for a place to eat pre-concert. At this point we were desperate and needed a spot and quick. Enter...Off the Strip @ The Linq. We had made a reservation (to be safe), but didn't need to. It was pretty empty. Everyone ordered some sort of pasta dish and we all disliked our meals. The red sauce had an off taste. Couldn't put my finger on it, but I'm glad I wasn't alone. Someone else noticed it as well. Just stay away from anything with red sauce would be my take. Bad night or maybe that's the flavor they were going for. Either way, it didn't work. Service was fine. Nothing special or spectacular. We were here on National margarita day for the $4.99 margaritas! We were there earlier in the afternoon and the two bartenders handled the crowd seamlessly, making margarita after margarita! Each drink was made in small batches! I wish I had their names so they could get the props they deserve. We had a few drinks so we were there for a couple hours. This was our second visit at this restaurant. First time was a while ago. Why is so hard to find a place to eat these day even though every corner you turn there's someplace. We were walking along the Linq strip checking things out. I've been here before which was ok. They had us seated upstairs where it was so quiet. Maybe a couple of people there while the bottom floor was pretty lively. So after walking around for a while and still can't decided, we ended up here again. Menu did look the same as our last visit. It was pretty busy so when we checked in with the hostess, we were hoping that they wouldn't seat us upstairs again. Well this visit, we were seated towards the back where their bar area was. Right by the entrance from the casino. It was fine as we were able to people watch and check out the casino. Quinton was our waiter who was quite nice and friendly. Welcomed us right when we got seated and made sure that we were well taken care of. Good customer service. Started off with some drinks. I wanted a certain glass of wine which was informed that they were out but replacing it with another for the night. Asked for a sample before making my decision. Wasn't to my liking which I went with something else. Food wise, I did like the chicken Parmesan from the last visit that it was nice to have again. Chicken was pretty big and juicy and on top a bed of spaghetti. It was good. It was a la cart so nothing else was served with it. I also got a side of fries which I loved as it was the crosscut version and seasoned. Also the cheese ravioli with shrimp. Portion wise was a little small but it was good. Food was good. Service was nice. This experience was better compared to the first with upstairs dining. It was better having a meal where there's a lively crowd when in Vegas. The Off the Strip crew did an admirable job taking care of our group of 40 or so. We all started off with a good-sized garden salad and then had a choice of four entrees - Rigatoni ala Vodka, Chicken Piccata, a Teriyaki Steak Bowl, or a Salmon and Brown Rice Bowl. My wife had the chicken and I had the salmon. Both of us really enjoyed our meals. My salmon cane with a brown rice mixed with julienned asparagus, zucchini and carrots. It was a generous piece of salmon, as was the big portion of chicken with the Piccata. Dessert was two types of cheesecake, which were both very good. It was day 3 of my wife's birthday celebration and we needed a quick bite before getting ready to go to LIV to see Dom Dolla. Since we were staying at the Flamingo, we wanted something quick with a short wait time. Off the Strip was close with no wait. We ordered the caprese salad, which looked wonderful, but had too little balsamic vinegar. We ordered more and drizzled it and it was perfect. We'd get this again. I ordered the beef rigatoni pasta. It was a shade too al dente and the sauce was too light for my tastes. I like to have sauce all over my pasta. Again, it looked good, but the looks didn't match the taste. My wife ordered the chicken piccatta. The chicken breast was dry and the lemon sauce was overly tart. They needed something to balance the acidity. To our surprise, the dish didn't come with a side of pasta, but rather mashed potatoes. Also, there were no capers to be found, so this was a different take than we were used to. Our server was attentive and the whole vibe was chill. We got served quickly and were able to continue with our night with plenty of time to spare. So, in our need for speed, we gave up on quality. I'm not sure what kind of pricing revolution has overtaken LV in the past several years, but it's one that I believe is changing the face of its patrons. No matter what time of the year, crowds seem to be down and places like this are an example of why. There was nothing wrong with the service. Could have been a little friendlier esp when you see the asking prices on the menu. Everything hovers around the $30 mark. I had spaghetti with one big meatball. Multiple meatballs is more work, so I don't see a single one explaining away the $28 I paid. My coworker had the tortellini in ragu which he also proclaimed "okay but a little too salty." If you're looking to just hang out in a lively environment where you can sit down without that fast food feel, this might be your place. For us, it just didn't make sense. I decided to go here to celebrate my birthday with a friend for dinner this week. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and added blackened chicken. Chicken was juicy and had a good flavor. The pasta was good as well. My guest, and I also split a wedge salad which they went ahead and chopped up so we could easily split it. It actually had a somewhat of a strong garlic flavor. I don't know if it was the dressing or the blue cheese but if you don't like garlic and or blue cheese, you probably wouldn't like it, but I loved it my friend got a pasta dish. We each got a glass of wine, Merlot and Moscato and then our server saw my birthday gift bags and brought over a happy birthday green tea shot which was cool. Service was great. We asked the server if the drink deals also apply inside if we dined and she obliged. However our server told us that that wouldn't be the case. We were already sat and starving so we figured we'd just go ahead and eat. I got the MOAB burger which was a good sized burger. Wasn't really anything of note, just what you'd imagine a good burger would be. Fries were a little stale but it got the job done. Came here for dinner as my friends always go here when they visit. The food was excellent but the service was subpar. Ambiance is what is to be expected at a walk-in restaurant on the strip. The host was great as were the bus staff, but our primary server, VictorC, spent more time messing around and joking with other staff around the restaurant than actually waiting tables. It seemed like he was on something because he was really all over the place . He took our order and filled our water one time and we basically never saw him again. Our meals were delicious, highly recommend the shrimp cocktail and the chicken parm. The parm is truly impressive and the shrimp cocktail is tasty. The dinner salad was just okay and the hummus platter was lackluster. Garlic bread had a punch of potent garlic but was crispy and went well with the pasta. We also had the brambleberry gin drink and it was really good while the espresso martini was just okay. Our server was was a total disappointment. We waited 15-20 minutes before asking another wait staff to have him bring the bill as he'd clearly forgotten about us. Yet, we saw him actively talking to many other staff members and taking the order from the adjacent table without ever checking back in. Love this hidden place on the strip alongside the Linq promenade. It's very spacious inside out with the patio seatings and two floors inside. You can access it from either inside the Linq or from the promenade. The portion is very generous. Must have with great taste in the creamy and flavorful lobster over spaghetti. You can access the restaurant from inside the resort and also from the Promenade side. REVIEW: First-timers and after our experience, I would have to say I'll probably give them one more try. We ordered a few beers to start and no apps. The beers were just local beers which were good. For our entrees we ordered the Shrimp Scampi with lingini, the Short Rib Ravioli, and the Lasagna. The Shrimp Scampi noodles were cooked adente which I like, the shrimp was cooked perfect, and the sauce was tasty. The ravioli had a good flavor and was also cooked perfect. Honestly I underestimated this place because it wasn't on the strip and rating isn't that strong however it blew me away. The amount of food first of all and for the cost it was amazing! I went down to the strip for New Years Eve, crazy I know but I had tickets for a show at the Flamingo. I got down to the Linq Promenade and started to look for a place to have dinner. I found this place. I looked at the menu which looked pretty good and for being down on the strip, the prices seemed decent, not overpriced. The wait for a seat was only about 20 minutes so we waited. The ambiance of the place is really cool, it's like a sports bar decent restaurant combo. We had a steak bruschetta to start which was really good. I had the ribeye which was cooked to perfection and we also had the porkchop which was a double bone in, was very tender and mouth watering. We didn't have time for dessert but came back after the show for dessert. It was still busy so we grabbed a seat at the bar. We had the chocolate cake and crème brûlée along with a Caesar salad with chicken. We were killing time until it got close to midnight so we could go watch the fireworks on the strip. We had the desserts first which were amazing and still had some time to kill so we decided on the chicken Caesar's. Maxine was the Bartendar and gave the suggestion of the chicken. She was also an amazing server and took good care of us. I highly recommend this place, I will be back. Came here around 9:30 on a Saturday. Got Saturday pretty quick but service was a tad slow, that's to be expected though. I ordered the calamari. It smelled very fishy when it arrived but I thought it was just me since no one else commented. I ate it and the parm they put on it gave it a weird flavor. For my entree I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken which on the menu stated it was the chicken, lettuce, tomato, mozzarella, bacon, and mayo. What i recieved was not that at all. It came with some weird sweet dill sauce. We waited so long for food i honestly forgot what was supposed to be on it and tried to power through it but i couldn't. Luckily one of the people at my table kept a menu and I double checked what I ordered and that's when I saw the mistake. I pointed out it to my server and he took it off the bill but he did mention that there was a menu change a couple days ago and I guess the way i recieved my sandwich is how they're doing it now. Thank God I don't have any allergies or that could have been bad. Management really needs to step it up and fix their menu before they get a lawsuit on their hands read more
