Awesome breakfast place located inside Harrah's! I don't know why I ventured outside of Harrah's while staying here but if you're looking for a solid breakfast then look no further! EAT HERE! Upon entering, I was greeted by the hostess with a smile and she sat us down quickly. Shortly after, we were greeted by a gentleman who asked us what we would like to drink and told us who our server would be. He brought out our drinks, we sipped on our coffees, and were ready to order by the time our server greeted us! What a smooth process! Applause to that. I ordered the AMERICAN BREAKFAST which comes with 2 eggs any style, choice of sausage or bacon, hashbrowns, and toast. I LOVE crispy bacon and when I requested it to be crispy, I had high hopes that the chef would get it or my breakfast wouldn't hit and guess what- as soon as the plate was put down in front of me- I KNEW the chef got it right! Mark hit! I ordered sourdough toast and I received 2 good sized pieces that were toasted perfectly. I put some butter and strawberry jam on it and savored it till my last bite. Whether I stay at Harrah's or not, I'll definitely make this a place to go to for breakfast! read more

Tuesday, 3-3-2026: Thankfully, we were seated right away. This place was crowded so it took a while to get service. Our server, Tonya, was so busy but assured us she would take our order soon. We both opted for the American Breakfast, which consisted of 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns & wheat toast plus coffee. It seemed to take forever but the meals finally came out. The eggs were bland & hash browns were soggy. The bacon was good as was the toast. It definitely wasn't worth the $21.99 per meal. The hot coffee flavored water wasn't good. Tonya was kind enough to get us a fresh cup of coffee, which was a slight improvement. Tonya served up 5-star service but the food was less than stellar. I almost forgot to mention the loud music they played. We felt we were in a club setting! It just added to an already bad dining experience. We most likely wouldn't return. read more

Great breakfast! Service was slow but they were busy. Food: great breakfast, the eggs were good king of cold but the French toast made up for it. Also the hash browns and sausage were great. My cousins are morning people, they woke up and got ready and headed downstairs to look for breakfast. Then texted me to meet them at Fulton Cafe right in front of the elevator hallway. Huge bar by the entrance, they have the curtains pulled to separate the cafe from the rest of the food court. They open every morning until 1pm. Menu offers variety of breakfast and drinks. Service was good, my cup was never empty and she checked on us often. Gave me a box for my food to go. read more

Went here for breakfast because it was in the lobby of our hotel. The menu was relatively limited and expensive, but you are on the strip so that's to be expected. The service was good and she kept refilling my coffee so I was happy. So, overall a convenient location with high-ish prices. read more

5 stars for the avocado toast. Food in Vegas is expensive but the portion was huge while still maintaining quality so I would for sure get it again. I would also try other menu items here as well. 03/07/2026 My friend and I checked out of the hotel, then grabbed food here before heading to the airport. We checked in at the host stand around 10:40am, then waited for about 10-15 minutes to get seated. Our waitress was very friendly, and our food arrived in about 10 minutes. We both got the American Breakfast - two eggs any style, choice of sausage or bacon, hash browns, and toast. Food was decent and filling, though $21.99 is a bit steep, but that's to be expected on the Vegas Strip. We had a good experience overall and would dine here again if it was convenient. The group of three next to us had the opposite experience. We overheard them complaining about waiting for so long to order and to get their food. They even commented that my table got our food and finished eating before they even got theirs. They were literally right next to us, so that was a bit awkward, but fortunately we were ready to go. read more

Good place to have breakfast on the strip. Located deep in Harrah's, you might have to ask directions a couple of times before you find them. We sat at the bar and service was prompt and friendly. Food prices are always high on the strip, but this is in line with other places. Only complaint is proximity to smokers, but again a normal Vegas thing. Just something to keep in mind if you choose a bar seat. read more

Avocado is not sliced but smashed like guacamole and spread generously on entire toasts and sprinkled some perfectly pickled onion and sweetest tomatoes with fresh basil and cheese with balsamic vinaigrette , the whole combination were perfect. I added 1egg but honestly you don't need it. My son got chicken fried steak and that was also awesome too. The seasoning ( not too herby and gravy was also seasoned just right) he thought the white bread was also good quality. Got in after a 15 minute wait (they quoted a 1/2 hr). Ordered French toast and coffee. Coffee was just ok (I've had worse). French toast was 6 triangles, served with powdered sugar and syrup. It comes with whipped cream too, but I asked that this be taken off. Server was lovely, but I think she was rushed. Conveniently in the hotel. read more

Don't get the French Toast!! It was advertised on the menu as brioche bread. It actually came out on white bread like I was at Dennys. Fruit bowl was stained and not appealing at all. We had two great breakfasts here during an unexpected extended stay here thanks to Snowstorm Elsa back in Wisconsin that dumped 27 inches of snow there and cancelled flights for days!). We saw bad reviews about cold food and bad food but we had the omelettes and eggs Benedict and both were outstanding and food was hot and service was great! For expedited seating (it gets busy, especially on weekends), make a reservation. We used to go to Walk-Ons on the second floor and a lot of our favorite foods are still on the menu. Finally, a classic sit down breakfast on the Las Vegas Strip where the guest feels valued and welcomed and can start their day off with a warm cup of coffee and an outstanding yet approachable plate or two of their favorite breakfast classics. I personally loved the corned beef hash, overnight oats, and avocado toast, but my group also fancied their breakfast skillets. The service was friendly and hospitable - I felt like a regular even though the place just opened. I think Harrah's hotel and casino guests will find the Fulton Cafe an integral and cozy part of their trip. It was very convenient to have a breakfast spot in the hotel. That was the only plus. The service is slow. The $7 coffee is watered down and was very weak. Food was overpriced and they got our order wrong. When the right food finally arrived it was lukewarm and had absolutely no seasoning. They somehow even found a way to dilute the salt because I had to add a lot for the food to be edible. $70 for two meals... definitely not worth it.
