Steak was cooked as requested, and perfect
    Rick A.

Stopped in for a bite before the NiN concert in March and it was surprisingly good! David the server was quick to attend to our needs and never kept us waiting longer thelan we needed. That was an absolute plus since we had a show to get to. The food was better than an average diner. I had the steak and eggs and quite hon, it was one of the better steaks I've had in Vegas, considering the price! Definitely coming back again soon

Ordered ham and cheese omelet, and was told they use liquid eggs after eating. I should have asked as my stomach doesn't do well with whatever it is that's in it, which is the reason for the two star deduction. Server was great, kept waters filled and was attentive. She's worth 5 stars. They're going through a remodel, which for the part we were in looked to be a great upgrade. Props to the staff and construction crew.

Every trip to Vegas, one of our must-do stops is eating at America--and a huge reason why is the incredible service we get from our favorite servers, Christal and Pam We come to Vegas a few times a year, and somehow they always remember us, which makes the experience feel so personal and welcoming in a city that's usually so busy. From the moment we sit down, we're greeted like old friends. The service is always spot on--attentive without being over the top--and they make great recommendations every time. It honestly feels like part of our Vegas tradition now to stop in, enjoy a great meal, and catch up. If you're visiting Las Vegas, definitely stop by. Great food, great atmosphere, and the kind of service that keeps you coming back year after year.

We took the short walk over from the MGM Grand to have breakfast here. We had a short wait before we were seated (Sunday morning). There is construction going on so a bit of a maze to get into the dining area but was fine once seated. Our waitress took our drink and food order promptly. Our food came out quickly and was surprised by the huge portions! My husband and I could have split plates. We both ordered the New York State of Mind and split the 4 stack of Chocolate Chip pancakes. I only ate half my breakfast and one pancake. The pancakes are FULL of chocolate chips, so good!! We left feeling full, everything was made perfectly, and tasted amazing!

I come to vegas a lot and America is my go to place for late nite or breakfast. I just got the ribeye special and a coffee. When did a cup of black coffee become $7. My cold brew at Starbucks cost me $5.95 and it has more stuff in it.

Eh.... Waitress was nice enough to Food took a while and then arrived cold! We sat in a booth. The wall had stains of old soda splashes on the wall. If you got time to lean, you've got time to clean!

Country ham and eggs was delicious. They grill the ham.

We asked for Brittany when we come in, her Customer Service is outstanding. The food is very good and considering we're eating in a Casino Hotel, the prices are fair for the portions that you get. we've been here twice in a row for breakfast and we'll probably be here again tomorrow. Thank you, Brittany for the awesome service.

The most hidden restaurant at The New York New York. Thank goodness I saw on Yelp that they were offering Ribeye for $24 so my wife and I came here. They have some great looking dishes like the Grown Up grill cheese and the pancakes dishes. The service was great and it looks really nice inside. Had a pretty good flow but our waiter was still on top of everything and making sure our drinks were always full.

There was a time when dinners, lunches, and breakfast in Las Vegas was an inexpensive experience. They care more about you gambling and spending on entertainment than charging high food prices. Well here at New York, New York, and perhaps other places, they want to hit you up no matter what you're doing. Got a $11 "house salad" to go from here. It's your standard, hate to say it, "garden variety" salad with greens, a couple of cucumbers slices, 2 quarter slices of tomato with their house balsamic vinaigrette. Overall, the salad is fine, but the disappointing part is how little you get for your dollar. Good job on the balsamic vinegar et as well.

My family went here multiple times because it was included with the hotel package. My sister and I had to be the youngest ones in there both times so if you're in a different (non 20s) demographic then maybe this restaurant won't be too bad? If you don't mind slow staff and unseasoned, "American" food. Absolutely! My steak and eggs were on the decent side and they're also the most expensive thing on the menu. If you end up here, I recommend getting that. It's giving your local veterans hall, which my grandparents go to on the weekends so maybe that's the vibe for you.

5/16/26, Food was great, everything came out perfectly. Service was outstanding, John V. (Our active server) Always came by within reasonable time and always made sure that our drinks were full and that our food was good. We were watching and from what we could see the other customers were also being taken care of with reasonable manner. Good job to the employees that night!

After visiting the Bellagio Conservatory with my mom on a Saturday morning, we decided to take a journey to New York New York Hotel and Casino to eat at the restaurant, America. Looking up local Las Vegas restaurants on the strip that offered discounts for locals, America was one of the restaurants that popped up on the search! When we had entered New York New York from the Hershey's store, we didn't know where it was located. We ended up exploring the entire casino floor, and found it towards the back of the hotel, somewhat near the escalators to the second level to where the arcade is. The restaurant did have a line. Asking the team member for a table of two, we were informed it would be about a 15 minute wait. The line did go relatively quickly though. Once inside the restaurant, we got to explore the layout. The center of the restaurant has a stunning 90 x 20 topographical map of the United States. It hangs above the restaurant and is considered one of the largest in the country with specific icons like Mount Rushmore! The restaurant is open 24/7 and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. The menu typically ranges from $10.00 - $30.00 for pricing. Locals get a 10% discount, excluding holidays. The restaurant's menu has a wide range of options from bagels, sandwiches, subs, burgers, patty melts, breakfast items (pancakes, eggs, bacon etc..), pasta, and so much more! My mom ended up getting the grilled cheese with French Fries and a side of Onion Rings. I ended up getting the Fried Steak with gravy, French Fries, and scrambled eggs with sourdough toast. The service was great at America. The team member assisting our table came several times to refill our drinks. We also didn't wait long on our order, less than 25 minutes! I enjoyed the fried steak and eggs. I ended up saving the French Fries and the Sourdough toast for another meal though! It was so much food! The Fried steak was huge and had plenty of gravy on it! My mom enjoyed the grilled cheese. The onion rings were my favorite though! They were perfectly fried, and with each bite, the entire onion did not come out, which was awesome! This was a great experience and I'm glad I had a chance to try it out! It's a inexpensive option on the strip and the food was pretty good!

I stopped into America Restaurant at the New York-New York Hotel & Casino and had such a great experience that I needed to leave a review. Our bartender, Tha, delivered some of the best customer service I've had in Vegas. From the moment we sat down, Tha was warm, personable, and genuinely made us feel welcome--not rushed, not pushy, just real hospitality. I ordered the Fruity Booty (Appleton Rum, Peach Schnapps, Grand Marnier, Amaretto, and Pineapple Juice), and it was fantastic. Perfect balance, smooth but flavorful, and honestly one of the best cocktails I've had on the Strip. My sister got a piña colada, and she loved it--creamy, refreshing, and clearly made with care. What really stood out was Tha's presence. They were easy to talk to, made great drink suggestions, checked in without hovering, and actually seemed to enjoy connecting with guests. It made our stop feel like an experience, not just a quick drink. If you're in Vegas and want great cocktails with even better service, go see Tha at America Restaurant. We'll absolutely be back, and we hope to sit at Tha's bar again. Highly recommend.

There was about a 10 minute wait to order, which we didn't mind given how crowded it was. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when it was our turn. The staff member taking our order said, "do you know what you want?" in an unwelcoming tone. Even though, his tone turned me off, we still placed an order (...probably shouldn't have). We ordered the Freckled Redhead burger ($16) and the Chicken with Mac Waffle ($17). After ordering, we were given a number and waited outside. The food came out after about 20 minutes and we took it home to eat. A different staff member served our to-go order and she seemed nice. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the food was just OK. The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

The Grilled Oysters were not a favorite. However, I think that's just personal preference because of the style they are prepared in. We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. We were so full that we passed on dessert, but would definitely be back because the options were inventive and looked so tasty. A doughnut bread pudding, a bourbon brownie; yes to both please!

A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives. You can see them out for dinner with their piggy wives, Clutching forks and knives...to...eat...their...bacon." Beatles, 1968

Bacon Nation was a must-stop on our Vegas trip--everything was absolutely delicious. The portions…read morewere huge, so big that half our group couldn't even finish their meals. It was super filling and exactly what we needed to recharge. Service was a bit slow, and our bride-to-be didn't receive her food until several minutes after everyone else. We also waited quite a while for the check and were met with a little sass, which felt off. Overall, the food was great, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

Traveled from Austin, TX and Little Rock, AR with my cousin to experience Usher yesterday. Enjoying…read morenew places and discovering amazing vibes and delicious food is why I enjoy going to concerts out of town. My cousin found out about Therapy from TikTok and so I made reservations for today at 2:30pm in advance. We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
