The burgers were just as amazing as I remembered. It looks like they updated the menu and added some new items, which was nice to see. I always order my fries with no salt because it guarantees a fresh batch. Their regular fries sometimes taste like they've been sitting under the heat lamp for too long and get a little dry. My trick worked--the fries came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The jalapeño poppers were also really good and definitely worth trying. The service was a little slower than my last visit, but the food was still excellent. If you're coming here, I highly recommend making a reservation and giving the jalapeño poppers a try. read more

The patty got lost in everything that was in the burger and I wasn't a huge fan of that. The bacon was a tad overcooked too, I thought. It wasn't crispy anymore, just hard and tough to bite/chew. One thing of note with the burgers though is that they cooked the patties to perfection. We asked for medium for both the burgers we ordered and they nailed the cook on them. The Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich was pure and utter bliss, and one of the best desserts you can have. I've always been a huge fan of GR's sticky toffee pudding and this version of his specialty dessert surely did not disappoint. The brown butter ice cream was heavenly. Make sure to make a reservation if you don't want to line up outside and wait a long time before you can sit down and eat. Went to the Gordon Ramsay for a light lunch since we just woke up and started our morning. We order the Farmhouse burger with truffle fries. It was big enough for us to share. It was delicious and it fulfilled our appetite. I always love eating here since the burgers are all tasty. Customer service was quite slow considering it was on a Monday . Besides us, there were only a few of customers there. Our waiter took quite some time to refill our water and to bring our check out to us. It's an absolute must-order if you visit. It was packed with flavor and loaded with delicious garnishes. The fish sandwich was unique and surprisingly delicious. It was different from your typical fish sandwich and ended up being one of my favorite things we ordered. The burger was good, but it wasn't anything to rave about. This was my second trip to Gordon Ramsay Burger. I had friends tell me it had gotten better, so I decided to try it again. The people I went with were just as disappointed as I was on my first trip and so was I. This is not high quality burgers. It is overpriced burgers with a celebrity name on it. The 4 of us in our group went around the table and asked how they would rate the burgers. All around 3 stars. Edible yes, but for $130 for 4 burgers I expect more, including tasty French fries. Part of our group wanted a lighter dinner, so we split the chicken wings and dessert between 2 people instead of getting a full burger. There were about 6 wings total, but while they were flavorful, they were each very small. With dipping sauces, it ends up being more filling than expected. We chose the Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich for dessert. This was ok, but I kept picking up on a burnt plastic note in the toffee. For $14.99, I'd recommend passing on this dessert. Overall, this was a decent meal. I would have liked the experience more if I had tried a burger instead. We ended up all just getting the HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER (which includes JUST FRIES, +$4.99 for Truffle Parmesan Fries or Beer Battered Onion Rings, or a side salad at +$1.99) The HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER includes asadero cheese, roasted jalapenos, avocado, roasted tomatoes, and japapeno aioli. For a GORDON RAMSAY establishment and how he "rages" on TV about things being not seasoned, the patty was quite underseasoned, quite dependant on all the other stuff inside. This was quite a disappointment, especially since we've been to the Gordon Ramsay Burger locations in London and Seoul while traveling. My previous experiences in those locations were fantastic. The food here the Las Vegas location did not meet any basic satisfactory level, and it baffles me how Ramsay's name could be attached to something so consistently bad with every dish. We are a fan of his work, but this was next level bad, like worse than any pub burger. It seems like they just don't care, from the kitchen to the waiters.. Everything was served below or at room temperature, like it had been sitting out for a long time, and cooking was very uneven on everything. The burgers were so inconsistently cooked, just old meat. We had to send the truffle fries and onion rings back, they were soggy and gross, not edible at all. I haven't sent back any dish at any restaurant for over 5 years, but this made that low bar and smashed it. We endured the other burgers although they weren't very good. There were some nice flavors, but the meat was dry, possibly old and sitting out, and definitely not made to order. ...and made me question my thinking about how it is actually difficult to mess up a burger - and some of the burgers here were $37 plus $5 upgrade for soggy truffle parmesan fries. I don't know how that can be justified when the food has no effort put behind it. Our server didn't care when we returned some of the dishes, like it happens all the time, no apology, didn't care. When you first walk up to the restaurant there is a big fire display that everyone takes pictures by, including me and my fiancé. Inside there are a bunch of TVs with sports on. Also there is a big picture of Gordon Ramsey himself. The food was excellent. I got the 24 hour burger medium and my fiancé got the Hell's Kitchen burger medium well. The 24 hour burger comes with braised short ribs. I also got the regular fries. As for apps we got the chicken jalapeño poppers. I didn't really taste the chicken part of it but still good, especially with the spicy sauce it came with. We used that sauce for our fries too. Our server was nice and checked up on us. One thing I grade them on is do they refill our water before we run out. I came close to running out but he came right on time. Overall it's a great place to go. The cost is about $35 a person for the burgers and then if you want apps it's like another $18. The reason I knocked off two stars is because our waiter asked if we would like a dessert and we picked the banoffee triffle and unfortunately he said they ran out. For a big name restaurant, running out of a product on your menu at 7pm is not a great look. Gordon Ramsey himself would be furious. I hope this reaches Gordon Ramsey because I am pretty disappointed as someone who travelled to Vegas and planned a date as our first big dinner as we just got engaged. read more

I got the southwest burger, honestly a little spicy. My friend got the brunch burger, super flavorful even tho it was later in the day it was still a delicious burger.
