What are you?! An idiot sandwich!!! So, we went because my kids are obsessed with Gordon Ramsay. The restaurant's fire display is impressive and the inside has sports bar vibes. Our server took great care of us, and was observant to our needs. He even changed the monitor by our table to a NHL game because he noticed our kid craning his neck to watch a game. Naturally, we ordered the idiot sandwich. Also, the truffle and BBQ burger. At first, I thought the prices were pretty steep for a mere burger with a side. Then came the burgers, and they are loaded. All the burgers were incredible. Although, the truffle burger was a little on the greasy-side, it was still incredible. After wards, we were so stuffed that the walk back to our resort was painful.

Came here for the first time in many years for lunch on a Friday morning. Had arrived around 1120a , it was already quite busy. We were seated fairly quickly after arrival. While we were in front of the restaurant, we saw a sign showing a "3-Course Pre-Fixe Lunch Special at $39.99 per guest" available Mon - Friday 10am - 3pm. We had asked about this special and the waitress told us you can order almost ANY burger EXCEPT the "LUXE ROYALE BURGER" which was an additional $20, comes with a STREET CORN DIP, and a STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING ICE CREAM SANDWICH (both app and dessert in an "individual" size). We ended up all just getting the HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER (which includes JUST FRIES, +$4.99 for Truffle Parmesan Fries or Beer Battered Onion Rings, or a side salad at +$1.99) The HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER includes asadero cheese, roasted jalapenos, avocado, roasted tomatoes, and japapeno aioli. For a GORDON RAMSAY establishment and how he "rages" on TV about things being not seasoned, the patty was quite underseasoned, quite dependant on all the other stuff inside. Was expecting this burger to have some heat as well but couldn't even note of any spiciness. Today's prices for the HELL'S KITCHEN BURGER, is at $26.99. In 2022, it was $18.99. In 2017, it was $15. I remember back then thinking a $15 was expensive already.... Was it a decent burger? yeah. Was it worth the price? no.

The Idiot Sandwich Earned Its Name -- In the Best Way Let's get something straight: the food here is legitimately good. I ordered the Idiot Sandwich, which is a special, and it absolutely delivered. Solid flavors, well put together, no complaints on the plate whatsoever. The service, though? Lacking. Not catastrophic, just noticeably off for a place with Ramsay's name on the door. The wait to get seated is real, this spot stays busy, so factor that in before you show up hungry. As for the vibe: think sports diner with a slight Vegas markup. It's loud. It's casual. You're not coming here for a quiet evening out. Set those expectations accordingly and you won't be disappointed. My honest take: skip it as a dinner destination. But grabbing a seat at the bar for lunch? That's the move. Right atmosphere, right price point, right mindset. Come for the burger, not the experience.

This was not my first time here, but my first time not ordering a burger. Idiot Sandwich?! Sign me UP. I was so sad I got stuffed by the end of it and couldn't finish it, I really should have taken the rest to go. Looking forward to returning in the future and getting it again (on a fully empty stomach!) My husband got the truffle burger which has always been a favorite of mine! I do miss that the burgers used to not come with fries for a little less cost , but I'm sure most people prefer the fries coming with the meal

Came here on a Friday the end of Feb. We were starving and most of the restaurants had long wait. We came upon GR burger and decided to try it since there was no wait! The inside was loud. Very noisy. Could barely hear the server. We waited for a long time for the food to come out - 35 min I ordered the Backyard burger - patty a bit too salty and kinda too rare for medium rare. We also got the sticky toffee ice cream sandwich. It was sooo good. Different than the OG sticky toffee cake from Gordon Ramsay kitchen but I actually like this more! The ratio of the ice-cream vs cake is better for me ! Overall, it was ok experience. Maybe just too loud for me inside. I couldn't enjoy it too much. Also, the food was not worth the price.

I'm giving this place a 4/5. My husband got the fish sandwich and said it was the best he's ever had, and after trying it, I have to agree. It was fantastic. Super flavorful with a nice acidity that balanced everything out perfectly. We would 100 percent order that again. I ordered the birria burger and it was good, but not my favorite. The birria itself was tasty, but it felt kind of just placed on top of a burger instead of really coming together as one dish. Part of me honestly just wished I had ordered straight birria instead. The fries were really good, nice and crispy, and the wings were also a hit. Super crispy and flavorful. Our server was great too, very attentive and made the experience better overall. My biggest issue is the price. I get that it's Gordon Ramsay, but it still feels overpriced for what it is. At the end of the day, it's a burger spot. I wish there were some kind of combo, deal, or happy hour to make it feel more worth it. I would go back, but probably not as my first choice just because of the price.

I came here for lunch and there was no wait to be seated. I got the idiot burger, truffle fries and hellfire chicken salad to share. The burger was super yummy and it was cooked perfectly. My favorite was the truffle parmesan fries with the truffle aioli sauce. The hellfire chicken salad was also good with no cheese and hellfire sauce on side. Overall, the food was delicious even though it is pricey. The food did awhile to come out but it was totally worth the wait!

I was at Gordon Ramsay Burger inside Planet Hollywood -- and although I've been there a couple of times before, today I was simply craving a really good hamburger. My server was Ashley H., and let me tell you... I have never seen someone hustle like she did. Not only was she managing all of her tables with efficiency, but she was incredibly polite and genuinely friendly the entire time. When I asked for a to-go box, she had already placed the sauces I used inside the box for me. I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness before. That kind of attention to detail? Exceptional. Honestly, the service felt better than many elite five-star restaurants I've visited. And on top of everything else, she was cleaning her own tables, staying ahead of every need. Thank you, Ashley H., for such a wonderful experience -- and thank you for the hot fries! Now that's service done right. the food was amazing and i love the atmosphere ..it's cute .. love the fire in the sign.

When you first walk up to the restaurant there is a big fire display that everyone takes pictures by, including me and my fiancé. Inside there are a bunch of TVs with sports on. Also there is a big picture of Gordon Ramsey himself. The food was excellent. I got the 24 hour burger medium and my fiancé got the Hell's Kitchen burger medium well. The 24 hour burger comes with braised short ribs. I also got the regular fries. As for apps we got the chicken jalapeño poppers. I didn't really taste the chicken part of it but still good, especially with the spicy sauce it came with. We used that sauce for our fries too. Our server was nice and checked up on us. One thing I grade them on is do they refill our water before we run out. I came close to running out but he came right on time. Overall it's a great place to go. The cost is about $35 a person for the burgers and then if you want apps it's like another $18. The reason I knocked off two stars is because our waiter asked if we would like a dessert and we picked the banoffee triffle and unfortunately he said they ran out. For a big name restaurant, running out of a product on your menu at 7pm is not a great look. Gordon Ramsey himself would be furious. I hope this reaches Gordon Ramsey because I am pretty disappointed as someone who travelled to Vegas and planned a date as our first big dinner as we just got engaged.

I went into Gordon Ramsay Burger fully expecting a typical "celebrity chef Vegas spot"... and yeah, I was wrong. This place is actually so good. I ordered the Truffle Burger (around $33). Pricey? Sure. Worth it? Absolutely. The flavor combo was insane, everything just worked perfectly together. Honestly one of the best burgers I've had, period. I'm a big Gordon Ramsay fan, so I went in trying not to be biased... but I was impressed immediately. My husband got the French Onion Burger and was just as blown away. For a "Vegas chain," this easily hits above expectations. I'd 100% come back. Dawn was a great server, we went at 12:30 pm, quick seating, food came out fast and the overall atmosphere was laid back.

We ordered the hell'k kitchen burger with the side of truffles parmesan fries (just add $3.99) for sub. The burger is so yummy. I love the avocado and the grilled jalapeno in it and i ordered medium. They only have medium or well done for the burger. Fries is very good as well. The best also is the chicken wings. It has a kick and flavorful I love the ambience and comfy booth that we had, facing the big screen yay. Our server Freddy is very attentive, friendly and funny as well. I just feel bad to the guy on the podium, he did do a great job in between the customers line up, answering phone calls and answering the customers whose confused how to get in ( including us lol) Cuz the the line is not literally visible when you enter the front entrance But I suggested you guys to make a reservation before you come because the no reservation line is crazy lol

Overall I enjoyed this Planet Hollywood hotel and casino restaurant experience. Warning: it's not cheap! Drinks are $25 and burgers are minimally $27. But they are delicious! I had the farmhouse burger, which is a delicious beef patty with egg and bacon and onions. It was juicy and seasoned well, but it lacked any sauce so was a tad drier than I anticipated. However, it was still good and worth the buy. I also tried the behind the woodshed bourbon, triple sec and blackberries drink. It too was good, but not quite as good as my wife's London Ginny fin infused cocktail. Overall, well done Gordon!

Came here for a late dinner (not by Las Vegas standard) and were seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive. We started with the buffalo chicken wings, a solid choice to kick things off. For my main, I ordered the Hell's Kitchen burger cooked medium with truffle fries. The burger itself was well cooked, though I hoped for a more spicy kick. The fries are the thick cut style, which are not my favorite, but still decent. For dessert, I got an Oreo shake to go. It was very good, just what you'd expect from a Oreo shake, rich and creamy (best not to think about the sugar content). Was it amazing? Not necessarily, but there was nothing wrong with it either. Prices are reasonable compared to other spots on the Strip, and it's a solid option if you didn't secure a reservation elsewhere and need a last minute dinner spot.

Coleslaw is nice and refreshing. I thought I would want more pickled radish, but it was a good amount. I live a bit far from this place so I made sure to take a bite right when I got into my car lol. Once I actually got to eat it, it was like half an hour in, it def didn't taste as good as it was fresh, but can't help that. Just dig in asap! I just wish this was closer to me and in a better location. It's a small parking lot which luckily wasn't too packed (Sunday around 12:30p). The place is mainly for pick up although they have 1 or 2 tables inside. They share the space with other restaurants so essentially you enter this small room and wait for them to come out to deliver the food. I would say you should just wait in your car until you get a text that your food is done. (Also their phone number didn't work so... best to just wait!) There are people just sleeping or talking to themselves all along Main St, but none were in the parking lot. I personally wouldn't go by myself at night... so I hope they can get a shop in Chinatown or Cheongdam food hall one day crossing my fingers!!!!!

ONE STAR -- and that's only because of ONE employee…read more This establishment earns one star -- and they only get that because of the gentleman who appears to be Filipino. He is polite, respectful, and actually understands what customer service means. Without him, this would be a zero-star review. I stayed away from this place for a while because of past experiences, but I thought I'd give it another try. Big mistake. The front counter employee (short, rude, and completely disrespectful) the name of my receipt was "BRETT B." had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The way he speaks to customers is unacceptable. While we were there, we literally watched him look around to see if anyone was paying attention and then pour beer into a cup and drink it while working. We even recorded it -- unfortunately you can't post videos here. It was obvious something was off. His behavior, the lack of awareness, the attitude -- it left customers standing there whispering in shock that he was even on shift. It didn't stop there. While waiting at the pickup window, we watched a tall, bald employee standing on top of the deep fryers -- which were actively in use -- scraping the exhaust vents with a large knife. Those fryers contain extremely hot oil. Watching someone balance over active cooking equipment like that was alarming. If that's not a safety concern, I don't know what is. It certainly didn't look safe or professional. I'm sure OSHA will like to see the video that we have as well as the Southern Nevada Health District because I'm sure that these are both places that will see violation. As I fully planned to call my friend Joshua that works there and email him all of this. As for the food? The burgers are consistently dry and rarely made the way you order them. You don't get what you ask for. Period. I ordered medium and it was completely red inside. Please see photos and when I called and asked him about why it was wrong. The answer I got was the following. " well I don't know what to tell you. We only make what you give us when you order. You should check it before you walked away." It's unfortunate because this location has potential. It's in a casino, right by the sportsbook, and it's convenient -- which is likely the only reason people keep going. But convenience does not excuse poor service, questionable professionalism, and obvious safety concerns. I stand where I can see my food being prepared because I genuinely don't trust what's going on behind that counter. That says everything. This place needs serious evaluation of who they have working there and how it's being managed. Until that happens, I do not recommend eating here. Not unless you're prepared for incorrect orders, dry food, and customer service that makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. You'd honestly receive better service at McDonald's. I won't be going back. Eat here with caution.

It's not close to the side of town we're on which is far north west, Skye Canyon,, but we feel it's worth it! The waitstaff is always very attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to the menu. We actually come here often enough that we are very familiar with the menu and we always know exactly what we want to eat and drink! Sorry this review is so late but every time we go to Fremont Street we eat, have drinks and then we have a good time so I get sidetracked and forget to finish reviewing lol Overall, this is a really great restaurant. It's kind of small, but we've never really have to wait very long to be seated. The best part about it is, it's in Circa which doesn't allow anyone under 21 in the casino so we don't have to worry about those kind of large parties! (Just my personal opinion)

We had a great dinner: Pad Thai with Shrimp (entree), Pork Belly Bao (small dish), Duck Rolls (small dish), and Green Beans (small dish). The small dishes were perfect for sharing between the two of us. Every dish was tasty, my favorite was the Duck Rolls (a unique wrap with shredded duck, hoisin, green onions, and cucumber). The pad pai entree was on the smaller side, too, but it had good flavor. Service was attentive. We were checked on regularly and it was fun being seated at the end of the bar where we could watch the flow of the restaurant staff.
