vegan burger is fantastic. wow. must try. tots are ok but the burger is where it's at. vibe is great and the music was super fun.

After our flight into Vegas got delayed, we were so pooped by the time we finally got to the hotel that we were just looking for a quick bite to eat nearby. Sent my husband out on quite the adventure to find this place while I got the girls ready for bedtime -- turns out this is located outside the hotel itself in the Green Fairy Garden. I don't know if it was the 6 hours of travel with screaming twins but this food really hit the spot and healed my weary soul. Rating Breakdown: 2/2 Stars for Taste -- I love how simple the menu is. You can choose burger or tots. Of course we got both. The burger itself consisted of juicy patties nestled in the softest pillowy bun. The tang from the secret sauce and pickles cut through the meatiness and oil for the perfect bite. We also got the loaded tots and, let me tell you, I had a religious experience when I bit into that first crispy hot tot. The loaded tots come with pretty much the deconstructed burger on top. My husband and I both agreed that after having the burger, we probably didn't need the toppings...we would have been happy with more of those heavenly tots! 0.5/1 Stars for Value -- $14 for a burger, $19 for a large serving of loaded tots, and $9 for a canned soda. The food price is pretty standard for Vegas, especially in Caesar's Palace -- in fact, it's probably the most affordable option in the entire hotel. I had to have my husband repeat the price of the soda though because I was so appalled but apparently $9 is the going price of even a bottle of water in Vegas these days. 1/1 Stars for Customer Service -- Food came out quickly, everything was hot and fresh. The Green Fairy Garden is a fun little spot. Be aware though, no children allowed in this area! We almost went again the next night for a spot of tots but we had the girls with us and the impetus required to come back was too much. Bonus star if only for those tots. I'm still thinking about them...

Before the show, my friends and I grabbed a drink from the No Pants bar. The bartender was friendly and quick. I really liked my Fairy Drip cocktail and it lasted me with a nice buzz throughout the show. After finishing the 7pm showing of Absinthe, I grabbed a burger and star tots. The star tater tots were nicely salted and very crispy. The burger was good as well but could have done with a bit more seasoning.

No Pants is a shipping container kitchen located at the Green Fairy Garden in front and to the side at Caesar's Palace. Yes, a shipping container, not a food truck. You can grab a burger and tots and a Liquid Death before seeing the Absinthe show, which is located right next to the Green Fairy Garden, which is named after the Green Fairy character in Absinthe. Got all that? Service was great and the seating was so nice by The Tree. We loved it! Fun for people watching also. Nicely lit up with a view of Caesars and the fabulous looking Tree. No Pants has exactly 3 things on its menu: 2 kinds of burgers and tots. That's it. No Pants is the perfect place to grab a bite if you are going to see the "Absinthe" show, which we did or in case you are hungry and are on a budget in Vegad. We got a discount on our burgers and tots because we were going tonthe show. The burger was delicious - juicy and flavorful! Tots were good too. One of the best burgers we had in Vegas. I know you are all dying to know why this place is called No Pants. I asked because I wanted to know also. It's because one of the main male actors doesn't wear pants in the show! Go see the show.

Our no pants burger and tots hit the spot before seeing absenthe. I had asked for no bun on my burger and he not only was I offered a gluten free bun at no charge but they used a gluten free sauce. Next time we want the best burger in vegas my friend and I will split the burger and tots it was huge. Since it was a purchase on the website of the burger, tots, and tickets were a good deal. $19 for burger and tots would still be a steal on the strip. We sat outside and enjoyed our meal before the show. The misters kept us cool in the vegas heat.

A little snack before the show! I got the Star Tots with Secret sauce, ketchup and mustard for $6. Cutely shaped, well seasoned and crunchy!

After watching Absinthe, we decided to grab a burger and tots from No Pants--and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The juicy burger, made with short rib patties, grilled onions, American cheese, and a secret sauce, was absolutely mouthwatering. The soft pretzel bun was the perfect touch. The tots, shaped like stars, were fresh, crispy, and so satisfying. This meal ended up being one of the best we had in Vegas that weekend! I'm already looking forward to returning to the Green Fairy Garden just to enjoy this again. We also spotted a coffee shop as we were leaving--unfortunately, a bit too late to try it. Definitely adding that to the list for next time!

Brioche bun, smashburger w cheese, pickles and grilled onions. 9/10.

Hidden gem that I've wanted to visit for a long time. I've walked by many times on my way to Caesars Palace or the Bellagio. If you're in the area and you like burgers and tots, this is a must-go. Tucked away in the Absinthe courtyard in front of Caesar's Palace, it's only open 5pm to 12am daily. Also, it's 18 years and older to enter the courtyard. Once you're in, the signature neon green tree really catches your attention. Underneath is a small trailer, that's your destination. Order the Win-Win - a smashburger w cheese and star tots. No exaggeration, best tots I've ever had in my life! And the burger is above average, borderline great. I'm stopping by every chance I get, I can't believe I waited so long to try. $24.01 includes burger, star tots and 20% tip.

They argue that this is the best burger on the strip and this is no lie! The burger was super juicy, the bun was soft and salty, the cheese and spread were gooey. I would 100% go back for this burger again. We ordered it with our Absinthe tickets which was super convenient. My friend had included that she was gluten free and the gentleman at the window let her know that they not only had a gluten free bun but a spread as well. This significantly elevated the experience for both of us. The star tots were perfectly crispy and addictive. When I got the the end of tots, they did eat a bit salty so make sure to grab a beverage. The ambiance is great in the Green Fairy garden with umbrellas and ample seating.

Meandering about one night we noticed this place was open for the first time. It's quite eye catching really with it's garden walls and all lit up at night. We weren't exactly sure what all was going on but they were very welcoming. This is a beautiful area and where they gather for the show Absinthe. We weren't there for the show like most, but felt perfectly comfortable enjoying the nice evening with a warm drink. There are different photo ops around and the center tree with all it's lights is gorgeous. There are multiple carts serving cocktails, food, hot drinks, whatever you like. The atmosphere made us really want to return and check out this show. Even if you're not going I do suggest you stop in and check it out at least. Everyone here was great.

Cool place next to Absinthe. They were super friendly! I only ordered the star tots ($6) which was huge and came with two sauces! It was a good deal for the price. I didn't get a burger but wished I did- others ordered it and it looked amazing!

    Absinthe cocktail so good!

The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
