Super Deluxe Wagyu Burger with Onion Rings
    Vanny K.

Posh Burger definitely fed my cravings!!!! Cute little smash burger joint inside of the Aria's Hotel, and Casino. So many delicious options here, and the staff were willing to make my burger my way. I went with the Super Deluxe Wagyu Burger, and grilled onions, pickles, jalapeño and cheese, with a side of delicious Onion Rings. This burger did not disappoint, talk about juicy and savory, all in one bite. The Onion Rings were crunchy & crispy. Definitely a perfect option for quick eats at Aria!!!!

Posh Burger is super convenient since it's literally right on the casino floor, and the food comes out fast. I went with the mahi‑mahi sandwich, which had a nice aioli and a big portion. Nothing mind‑blowing, but it felt... almost healthy, which is saying something for Vegas. I added the jalapeño tater tots...definitely not healthy, and also not spicy. They're weirdly square, but the portion is huge and they came out very hot and fresh. Not sure I'd get them again; fries or onion rings might be the better move. Overall, good spot if you want something quick and easy without wandering.

Talk about posh and you got Posh Burger at the Aria. I was looking for a place for dinner and didn't want to leave the hotel, I've already been to Moneyline which is sit-down restaurant. Craving a burger and glad Posh Burger was located at the hotel. Had some food credit to use and saw that they had a smashburger which I have yet to try here. Ordered their Wagyu Truffle Mushroom Burger which had a 1/2 pound wagyu patty, truffle aioli, mushrooms and the works. Decided to also get their Loaded Cheese Fries with bacon, onions, avocado, and dressing. The wagyu burger was definitely huge in size. For $50 or so for a sandwich, I'd say it better be huge. The fries were about $15 or so? Total came out to be about $80. Crazy expensive but the portion was definitely a lot. I knew I couldn't finish it but just wanted a taste. The burger was juicy and definitely not dry. Good burger for sure. The fries were a bit heavier. Definitely couldn't finish it. Not too bad.

Everything is sold separately. Keep in mind every condiment add on is more $$$. 60 bucks for 2 meals. Insane

The burgers were good and the customer service was good. No issue there. The problem is the pricing. Everything is sold separately and the add-ons stack up fast -- cheese, avocado, etc. We had food credit luckily, because otherwise the price would've felt even more ridiculous. We ordered two meals and the total came out to about $68. For two burgers, fries, and sodas, that's already very high. The pricing logic doesn't make much sense either. We added cheese and avocado to the smaller single-patty burger and those add-ons bumped the price of that burger up to basically the same price as the double cheeseburger. At that point you're paying double-burger prices for a single patty. On my double cheeseburger I removed tomatoes and onions. There's no credit for removing anything. I also realized there wasn't a charge for lettuce, but if they're charging extra for other toppings, you would assume removing toppings like tomatoes and onions would reduce the price at least a little. It doesn't. So yes -- the burgers were good and the staff was good. But the pricing structure is the issue. Everything adds up quickly and a basic burger meal turns into a $60+ bill fast. Just be aware of that before ordering. Good food. Hurtful prices definitely Vegas pricing. Hopefully with a good payout from the slots it won't be so bad??? Every time I've been here I've been lucky enough to have food or resort credit. So a special thanks to the Aria.

Food was amazing! The fries were flavorful, the burger was so good. The burger was messy and i wish i would have got a better picture. The burger had their special posh sauce which was similar to big mac sauce. Service wasn't great. Took 20 minutes to cook our food and there was no one in front of us in line. Staff wasn't particularly friendly. I am not a fan of the screen you use to order. I couldn't customize my burger. Ambiance wasn't anything special. I mean you are in the Aria, so i don't think i can appropriately rate the ambiance when its the hotel. Will definitely be back here for a burger!

A burger joint inside the Aria is sure to run your bill up, but Posh Burger has good reasons to. The burgers are juicy and delicious, though I do have a problem with the concept of high-end burgers in general, so opt in for just a classic double patty burger. There is the $100 burger with wagyu and gold leaf; did not get that and I don't really see the appeal. The food is good enough without the gimmicks. Service is pretty easy with the self-order kiosk so that moved things along quickly and at the edge of the casino, everything is lively and loud, but again it's a burger joint inside a high-end resort so that's expected. Overall, nothing bad and nothing spectacular except expect a pretty high bill for a couple of burgers and fries.

A Monday night in Aria and with a 2 mile radius most of everything is closing down around 10p. This is NYE week, mind you, and Vegas is high energy. Anyway, this place is open until Midnight so Posh Burger it is. Placing an order right around 10p, it maybe took 10 minutes for the food to come up. Crispy Chicken, Fries, Onion Rings, side of Ranch, side of Remoulade. Luv that the O Rings are breaded not battered! They were Crispy with good flavor and taste great with both the Ranch and Remoulade sauce. The remoulade had a little kick to it, so certainly enjoyable. Fries were just ok. You get a good amount in the order, but I suggest the O Rings over the Fries. Chicken Sandwich was pretty darn good. Added avocado, no mayo and instead added the Ranch. Made for a tasty late dinner. It's inside Aria, so yeah it's Aria prices, but as a late option, I was definitely satisfied.

Stopped here for food because the other restaurants had over an hour wait. We got chicken buffalo sandwiches and shared a jalapeño tater tots. The sandwich was ok, greasy but the buffalo sauce was good. The tater tots were really salty and did not have jalapeno flavor. Would've been better off waiting until we got to the airport for food.

Yes it's a little pricey but this is Las Vegas. I ordered a double cheeseburger lettuce wrap. Food came extremely fast. Staff was accommodating to my special request. They were friendly as well. Not sure if I can get a local discount because you have to use the kiosk to order but it wasn't too difficult. I will get this food here again.

After spending a full-day of gambling and walking in between the MGM Rewards casinos (MGM Grand, New York, New York, The Park, and Bellagio) we ended up getting a late night snack at Posh Burger in the Aria Resort. Although we've eaten at Posh Burger before, I realized that I hadn't reviewed them even though we enjoy their luxurious smash burgers. During our first visit in January 2025, we indulged in their 1/2 lb. Wagyu Truffle Mushroom Burger ($29) which was juicy and cooked to our preferred medium doneness (sorry, but we don't eat medium-rare ground meat). The earthy, nutty, and nutty complex truffle flavors were accentuated in their truffle aïoli and truffle Gouda cheese. However, as tasty as this burger was, the flavors were a bit over-the-top for our taste buds and we found ourselves feeling uncomfortable due to the richness of this burger. Still, we vowed to return to satisfy our late-night beef eating cravings. This time around, we ordered and shared a Bacon Double Cheeseburger ($19), House-made Jalapeño Tater Tots ($8.50), and a 21-oz soft drink ($7). We shared this meal because we aren't carnivores but are more pork lovers, don't usually drink fountain drinks because they're too sweet, and since it was already near midnight, we didn't want to get indigestion or have to stay up for two to three hours more. This double-patty sandwich was topped full with crisp bacon, onion rings, and melty American cheese. Each beef patty was juicy and had a slightly charred or browned and delicious crust. We enjoyed the refreshing shredded lettuce, tomato, and pickles that helped to cut the beefy richness. My fried food-loving husband enjoyed the housemade jalapeno 'tater tots, and I couldn't help but tease him that he looked like a "bonbon-eating housewife," although he's NOT lazy., Ordering through their digital kiosk menu was easy and quick. We did notice several customers ahead and behind us spending a lot of time at the kiosk as they engaged the counter help for assistance. Our very satisfying meal came out fresh and hot. We'd return when our burger cravings hit us again.

Returned here this past Wednesday afternoon, a couple days ago. I had a My Vegas Reward to use for here, to make it a bit more affordable. It's still too pricey for what they are, but the reward saves $10 and makes it more tolerable. Foo was good. I had a bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, and chocolate shake (kind of misidentified, it's soft serve). Service was adequate. Food came out rather quickly. I think they've added a few more tables to better accommodate seating around the outlet.

If you happen to be staying at the Aria & waiting for a seat to play No Limit, Posh Burger is definitely worth checking out! I've had the fried chicken & this double cheeseburger, both taste great! And, the service was relatively quick considering. All in all: Somewhat quick, good food!

Posh Burger is anything but Posh. At over $30 bucks a meal this is anything but Posh besides shelling out cash that doesn't deserve to be spent here. The entire ordering process is done at a kiosk and the front staff is terrible. I got yelled at by an attendant that tried to give me someone else's order (which was much more than I ordered)... Definitely, weird to say the least. Service 0 Food 2 The fries were cold, onion rings HARD. The burger itself was meh. I'd say a whopper made fresh from Burger King would have more flavor than this over hyped patty. If you're drunk and starving in Aria than this may be your go to 5 star "Posh Burger," but in your full senses.. pass on this buddy. Cheers to betters eats Yelpers. Xx

I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict with arugula and roasted tomato salad, and I'd give it an 8/10. The Benedict was a little salty for my taste, but thankfully, it didn't overpower the other flavors. The seasoning and hollandaise sauce complemented the dish really well. My father ordered the exact same thing and absolutely loved it. My mother went with the Mexican Avocado Toast, which she rated a 7.8/10. She also found it slightly salty, and the dish was a little cheesier and oilier than she preferred. Since she isn't a big fan of cheese, that affected her overall rating. However, she still enjoyed it enough to finish her meal. My wife ordered the Chicken & Waffle Mac, which was definitely an interesting and creative take on the classic chicken and waffles. Having macaroni incorporated into the waffle made the dish unique. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and she gave it an 8/10. Thinking there wasn't any macaroni with her entrée, my wife also ordered a side of Cheesy Macaroni. She was pleasantly surprised by it and gave it a 9/10. It ended up being one of her favorite parts of the meal. Overall, Parlour Brunch and Late Night Burger Bar was a solid family dining experience with a comfortable atmosphere, creative dishes, and plenty of flavor.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over.
