This was our first meal in Las Vegas. We got off the red-eye flight, headed to our hotel, and walked immediately to the Venetian to find this restaurant. In addition to walking about 1.5 miles from the hotel (1 way), we walked another mile inside the hotel because we couldn't find the damn place- and it was so worth it! The new food hall is pretty cool and has some delish looking spots we wanted to try but nothing could detract us from the mission! It has a 90s feel, colorful, and super clean. The cashier was super friendly, welcoming, patient, and had a sense of humor which was nice. The menu is limited which I really like because it means they'll do what they do well! We had dinner reservations for somewhere nice so we had to be very selective on what we ate. We had the Fried Bologna Sandwich and Wedge Salad and both were 10/10. So cute served on a little baking tray. Flavor, on point, temperature, on point, presentation, on point, texture on point, and balance of flavors and portion on point! Prices are decent and very reasonable for the portion and quality. We shared the two items and both enjoyed it so much and were hella stuffed! My husband was thrilled with our first meal and it set the tone for the trip. Check this place out, you will not regret it! We will be back!
One of my favorite places to eat in New Orleans is Turkey and the Wolf! So I was so excited when I heard that it had opened at the Venetian in the Viva food court, which is downstairs in a corner of the Venetian. I'm a long time Vegas resident and I did not know that this corner food court was there. It was a little difficult to find. I came for the ham sandwich which they have now taken off the menu, but I see that it was there a year ago when this location opened. I was so sad, I almost cried, it means I have to go back to NOLA! YIPPEE!! The smashed hamburger was just all right. Maybe because I had my heart set on the sandwich or maybe because there was so much lettuce. I couldn't find the hamburger meat. The Red Velvet cookie made up for it. We were able to sit at the counter behind the kitchen and it was all right thank heavens the cookie was delicious!
Oh my god, a GREAT breakfast spot in the Venetian !! The breakfast sandwich was small, but looks are deceiving ! I was full for the whole day! The hash brown was great and coffee was hitting.
This is one of those spots where I need to own that maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I don't really like sandwiches made out of biscuits but I wanted breakfast. So like it was all really good but I was like meh. That's on me - not them. I think if you really like biscuit sandwiches this spots for you. The staff was really nice and the coffee was good and hot (bit pricy but I feel better going here than like Starbucks) Oh and it's a food court so if you're looking for ambiance this isn't the place for it lol. I should have got the fried bologna
I heard good things about T and The W, so I'm glad it was easy to go at Via Via Food Hall in the Venetian. We split a double smash burger and fries. The burger was very good, and nicely dressed to enhance the flavor. The only downside was that it was a tad too salty. On the other hand, the fries were GBD, and a massive portion for $6. We were pretty full after splitting everything. After a small dessert elsewhere later on, we were done for the night. There is plenty of room at the food hall to spread out and share a meal. The staff is friendly & warm, and the food came out quickly. I would definitely return when I am craving a burger & fries. They also have a grilled bologna sando. I hope they offer shakes in the future.
Get the fried bologna sandwich. It's so flavorful and has excellent filling. It sort of reminds me of spam, so if you're a fan, you'll enjoy it. The potato chips in the sandwich were surprisingly delightful; I don't normally like chips in a sandwich, but these gave a nice crunch and complemented the overall flavor profile.
If you're craving BEC and you're in the Venetian, this is easy enough to get. Small size but flavorful. In the food court area.
So freaking tasty! Turkey and The World is in the fancy food court on the casino level of the Venetian. My friends and I went for some late night eats after the BSB concert. They do switch the menu over to a more streamlined version at midnight, so just keep that timing in mind. My friend ordered the bologna sandwich at 12:02am and they did still make it for her since they hadn't turned the sign around. That sandwich was wild but also so delicious. I shared a smash burger and it was exactly what you want out of a smashburger. Super tasty and just perfect! A great spot to check out!
Service was friendly and fast! Food came out hot and quick. They gave hot water to drink, thank goodness! This is the type of food that sits in your belly and is so messy on the hands. Oh so messy! But there's a time and place for a meal like this and it was fantastic! Everything was seasoned pretty well, just the burger felt oily because I think the bacon and smash burger combo. So get a cup of hot water, enjoy your burger and chug!
Turkey & the Wolf is excellent! That biscuit sandwich is delightful...I polished the thing off even though I was stuffed from Jean Georges Steakhouse the previous night. Loved the Crystal hot sauce to cut through the decadence of creamy scrambled eggs, Duke's mayo, melty cheese and a generous helping of bacon. It's located a stone's throw from the Venetian main entrance. Walk up, order at the counter and return within the timeframe they give you. Venetian's Via Via food hall is likely best of all the food halls on the Strip because the mix of options varies so. BS Taqueria, Howlin' Ray's, Ivan Ramen, Al'antico Vinaio, Scarr's Pizza, and Turkey & the Wolf. This might be enough reason for me to head this way more often.
It was good but not great. From the reviews I was expecting a little more. Definitely a good bologna sandwich & has a spicy mustard & mayo combo that was nice. I was disappointed in my collard green grilled cheese. It should say Cole slaw instead lol. If you can, maybe ask for the bread to be on white instead of the grain that might help? Service was good.
Nice little spot! When roaming around The Venetian, we decided to stop by Turkey and the Wolf for a quick drink. I ordered the Mountain Dew Frozen Margarita. It was incredibly refreshing and definitely packed a punch. It didn't have a super Mountain Dewy flavor but was deliciously sour (and strong)! When we bought a soda, the worker nicely offered us a cup of ice to go with it. There was no line and they served us quickly. When we came back later for a second drink, the worker kindly remembered us and knew what we wanted. I would definitely come back to try some food and the frozen espresso martini (yum!).
Second time eating at Turkey and the Wolf. Very messy to eat the smashburger but I came prepared with wet wipes. I like the flavor of the double smashburger which I shared 1/2 with my friend. Fries were better the first visit and the reason I went back to introduce to my friend. This second visit to Turkey and the Wolf the fries were not crispy so I was disappointed. If I go back I would ask for fries to be cooked crispy. Bit pricey for a lunch at almost $30 (left a tip). Ordered (Total Bill: $27.09) 1. Double Smashburger $17 2. Fries $6 3. Added Extra Onions $2
I have been a fan of chef Mason Hereford and his New Orleans restaurants for a while, so imagine my surprise when I was casually scrolling while in Vegas and discovered that Turkey and the Wolf had opened a location inside Via Via Food Hall at The Venetian. I had no idea it had expanded to Vegas, so naturally I had to make a stop. I went with the fried bologna sandwich, which is such a fun take on a very Southern, late night comfort food classic. The sandwich comes stacked with fried bologna, cheese, and potato chips for some extra crunch. It was rich, flavorful, and definitely filling. The fries were also really good. My meal landed somewhere in the $20 range, which is a little steep for a sandwich and fries, but considering the location on the Strip, I was not too surprised. I did not catch the name of the gentleman taking orders, but he was incredibly informative about the menu and provided great customer service, which I appreciated since it was my first visit. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I am glad I stumbled across the Vegas location. I definitely want to try more of the menu, although my next Turkey and the Wolf visit will most likely be back in New Orleans. read more

True smash burger. The wait is worth it. The best smash burger I have ever tasted. Definitely, a highlight while stopping by the Venetian. The meat itself is delicious, the vegetables fresh and crisp, buns were toasted and burger not overly dressed. Prices are reasonable. Meanwhile, the rest of my family went to another nearby burger restaurant and paid 3x as much. Friendly staff read more

Been wanting to try this place for a while and I'm a little mad I waited so long . Located in the new food hall in the Venetian. I went with the Jalapeño Bacon Jamburger !!! It was packed with flavor and had an overflow of jalapeños. Everything was made fresh to order. I wished it came with a handful of chips or something. It was $17+tax and no side . read more

Date of visit: January 2, 2025 When Giordano's failed us for the second consecutive time, we had to make a relatively quick decision on where to have dinner and decided to hit the Food Court at Venetian since that's where our show was housed. After a quick spin through, I settled on Turkey and the Wolf, a curiously-named outlet with a fantastic-looking smashburger on the menu. Staff were very friendly though they did not make my order accurately as I asked for no pickles, tomato, or onions and sadly received all three on my burger. Outside of that, the food was fantastic, including the wonderful French fries! While you are seeing Bobby Flay Burgers pop up at nearly every casino, I would take the smashburger at Turkey and the Wolf over Bobby's burger any day. A friend went with the breakfast sandwich and shared some with me and that was amazing, too. I will definitely come back here to get another burger or maybe get my own breakfast sandwich instead of having to share! read more
Turkey and The Wolf is located inside the Via Via Food Hall in the Venetian. The NoLa original has been on my list for a while, but I made it here first on a recent trip to Vegas. The fried bologna sandwich was unreal, and I loved the ultimate collard green grilled cheese just as much. They also gave us free samples of frozen espresso martini and frozen margarita - not my thing but I'm glad I got to try because I was curious. We sent four family members here the next day and they agreed it's incredible. Best food I had in Vegas tbh!! read more
I tried the sausage, egg & cheese muffin sandwich for the first time. I think I ordered the wrong sandwich and should have gotten the biscuit sandwich. Anyways they make everything fresh to order, but I took one bite of this sandwich and could not take another. It was a messy sandwich to eat. They over did the ketchup on both sides- one where the hash brown was places and then on top of the over the top cheese sausage patty. I'll have to give this spot another try and order the right sandwich next time! Look out for an updated post! Great service though. read more
Was in need of breakfast and had to cross the Venetian. This seemed small enough to not be a sit down place, while also getting as close as possible to an NYC sausage egg cheese bagel without being as dense. Turns out it WAS just as dense. They REALLY pack on the egg, and cheese. The sausage was also cripsy. However -- I'm slightly convinced that it was microwaved in some way. Still, good semi-big breakfast tho! read more

We tried Turkey and the Wolf for the first time during a visit to the Venetian. It's located in the Via Via Food Hall, near the front, and made for a solid, easy stop if you're wandering the property. We ordered the fried bologna sandwich, which came on a thick, Texas toast-style bread and was stuffed with chips. The chips were super crispy and added great texture, which we really enjoyed. Flavor-wise, everything worked well, though we were hoping for just a tad more sauce to help balance out the salt, not a deal breaker. Overall, it's a solid pick for a food hall option, especially if you're looking for something fun and a bit unconventional. We'd definitely come back to try some of the other interesting items on the menu, like the collard greens grilled cheese or even the smash burger. A good first impression and worth checking out if you're nearby. read more
Turkey and the Wolf is my ultimate favorite restaurant in New Orleans so I was so excited that one opened in Vegas. We stopped by after the BSB concert and it was just as amazing as the original place, maybe even better since the collard greens sandwich here is part of a grilled cheese! Smashburger was delicious and our first-timer friend was turned a fan bc of the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Here we go. For a fast breakfast that's actually really good ... the biscuits ... yess . We got the classic biscuit Sandwhich .. yummy yumm Yumz... and the bacon egg and cheese biscuit . You can't go wrong... the coffee was good and worth the visit.. This was a fast breakfast - and I do mean fast- I was so pleased. The staff is nice and very helpful- the line started after us and they went through it quick. Very efficient . It's next to the slots - on the side of the casino in the Venetian in their food court Lots of tables . . Clean and easy. I like the open space and friendly environment read more
I came back to Turkey and the Wolf at Venetian's food hall to try their sausage breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. Probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches that I've ever had! I can see why they were a James Beard nominee in New Orleans! Their house made sausage patties with caramelized onions was a delicious combination. Then add in their slightly spicy, tangy ketchup and their house made English muffins and you have a winner. I will absolutely come back again and consider upgrading to five stars next time. Wow! We were starving after we checked into the hotel and decided to give this place a try... Wow! I had the collard green grilled cheese! So very very good. The bread was crispy and the cheese was gooey and the greens were perfect! My wife had the burger that was also amazing! Try this place at the Venetian! read more
Service was fantastic! There was no wait around dinner time on a Monday night. The staff were friendly and prompt. I don't usually order smash burgers so I'm not sure how this compares. Burger was well seasoned. Texture was great. My partner preferred my meal over his at a neighboring food stall. I had to stop him from eating it all. read more
Found myself at the Venetian Casino on the way to see a show at the Sphere,when I decided to stop by the food court there and grab a quick bite.I decided to give Turkey and The Wolf a try. I went with the Fried Bologna Sandwich.It features fried bologna,spicy mustard,lettuce,American cheese,mayo and potato chips all on a very thick Texas toast. It was very good,very unique taste that at least for me took me back to my childhood where many lunches featured fried bologna. If you find yourself at the Venetian food court and not sure what to order,I wouldn't hesitate to go with this sandwich-u won't regret it. read more

This was surprisingly good... that fried bologna sandwich is no joke. I know that non-southerners may be a little reticent about it (my SO definitely was), one bite will change your mind. The specialty of the house, that fried bologna sandwich, is served with potato chips inside and on top and will set you back $16, but it is absolutely enough to serve two. We also got the "Mama Tried Burger" ($15) and an order of fries. This wasn't a bad burger but it was just ok - skippable. They also have a breakfast menu AND some breakfast items available all day - can't wait to try the biscuits. Great stop at Via Via Food Hall. This one is worth the hype. read more
We arrived at Venetian around 10:00am and already had coffee and breakfast before leaving SFO. While waiting around for our room to be ready, we decided to grab a bite to eat. I had read glorious things about their bologna sandwich and decided to give it a try. It is as good as they said. I will say, I would personally prefer less potato chips in the sandwich itself, but it's my personal preference. My boyfriend had their Classic Biscuit Sandwich and we split an iced vanilla latte. I ordered the wedge salad, hoping to have a healthier choice. However, the dressing was very thick. Lots of bacon found it to be a bit heavy. The burger was well cooked, but the bun and condiment wasn't very impressive. obviously a choice for a quick bite, but not a very memorable meal. read more
Service was great as I was met with a wonderful attitude. The food was delicious for me because i'm a real Bologna lover. I would recommend this place over and over especially since it's in The Venetians celebrity food hall you can really never go wrong here. Loved the vibes of their section it reminds me of home. Turkey and The wolf was another solid option at Via Via. The decor and design surrendering their vendor spot is so cool. There were a lot of 90s figures and lunchboxes all around. There are countertop seats behind the register for dining as well as the tables all over the food hall. We came here around breakfast time which is served from 7-11AM. They do have a lunch menu and some all day breakfast items. First impressions were the staff was very kind knowing this was our first time trying it. I decided on the Sausage Muffin Supreme which was $12. It was 2 hefty sausage patties and a hash brown with grilled onions on an English muffin. When the food was the ready, the sandwich looks a giant very of a McDonald's breakfast sandwich, but 10x better! That Sausage Muffin Supreme was amazing! It was a high quality sandwich. One that you'd want to try again and again! The crispy bread the savory patties and grilled onions and the crunch from the hash brown. WOW! Perfect breakfast sandwich and one that would probably cure a hangover. I was not familiar with Turkey and The Wolf, but I am now! Definitely give them a try and get that Sausage Muffin Supreme if you're in the mood! Sheesh! Thanks again! read more
Smash burger double patty with plenty of fries in the redesigned food court. Ambiance in the food court so be warned.... Liked the staff, food came out fast and tasted good! I was at the Venetian for a work trip and realized I hadn't eaten all day. I loved the branding of this place, which drew me in right away. I asked the friendly lady at the counter for a recommendation and she quickly pointed me to the fried bologna sandwich. If you haven't tried it, the sandwich is probably larger and far better than you're envisioning. It's about double the size of a normal sandwich and the contrasting flavors and textures make it very special. The crunch of the potato chips over the thousand island dressing and fried bologna - I couldn't recommend it more. read more
I was excited to try the bologna sandwich. The sandwich was a bit disappointing. The bread was too thick, too many potato chips, and the spread caused the sandwich to be overwhelming with so many different flavors. The spread had a heavy horseradish taste. The bologna was too thin. The bologna was not the main tasting ingredient in the sandwich. Overall the sandwich was just okay but I wouldn't get it again. I would give the sandwich a 3 1/2 stars if Yelp allowed it. read more

Once i found out about this place i was coming about once a week. Almost twice. It's a shame I have to pay attention to which cook is there to get a decent sized salad. Both pictures are from two different days and two different people made them. I shouldn't have to figure out someone's schedule to know when to visit a place. Didn't even eat it .had to throw it away cause there wasn't even dressing on it. read more
Was looking for a quick bite before an eventful day. Line was long but what do you expect on a Saturday morning in Vegas? They have QR codes to scan while you're waiting in line which was nice to see the menu before ordering. I ordered the sausage, egg, cheese, hashbrown on an English muffin. Plenty of seating around the spot and they call your name when it's ready. That first bite was the perfect match after a night of drinking. It definitely fills you up and was worth the wait! read more
