She was super helpful and advising with deciding on a cocktail that we were feeling. We came as a party of 4 and ordered the mini lobster rolls and loaded tots. The mini lobster rolls were FIREEE, and we wish we could eat about two large size of that. The lobster meat was packed with flavor and seasoning and it blended well with the hawaiian bread. The loaded tots were a bit overwhelming but the dill flavor added a sweet taste to the sauce, but overall felt the loaded tots were too loaded that the crispiness vanished lol. Pinky's is located in the Flamingo at the entrance facing the new Vanderpump Hotel and the strip. It opened in December 2024 so still fairly new for Vegas standards. It's a spacious restaurant/bar with a front area in, what looks like, 1920's Paris arcades. Very sunny and open. Go deeper into the bar area and it feels like the set of Great Gatsby. Further is a lounging area with large sofas. This is more of a drinking establishment that has some food to balance out your alcohol intake. We made reservations ahead of time since it was a late morning Sunday but it wasn't busy at all. They only serve brunch on the weekends but that menu is quite limited. We were early but since it wasn't busy, I figured they would be okay with that. We entered and approached the hostess desk and were told to wait a moment to be seated. I didn't want to sit in the open, sunny area so we were seated at a two-top near the bar. None of the two-tops were good seating, which is a miss in my book but I won't hold it against them on my rating. Our server greeted us and took our order. I never got her name but she was insanely sweet without being annoying. She really made us feel welcome. She seemed to love being there and helping us. It really elevated my mood. For not having many breakfast items, we fashioned a nice brunch that ended up being very filling. Coffee, while expensive at 7.99, had free refills, that was a plus. And it was smooth tasting as well - not bitter at all. It looked like each cup was made separately too - excellent touch, even on my refill! For food, we ordered the Goat Cheese Balls, Cinnamon Rolls, and Brunch Sliders. Hunny and I shared it all and it was the perfect amount of food. The Goat Cheese Balls came with a sauce that really balanced well with the sweetness of the cheese - it had a bit of tang to it - excellent dish. The Cinnamon Rolls came in its pan and were piping hot. They had extra frosting in the pan along with fresh strawberries and blueberries on top. The rolls were smaller in size (there were 3) and they were more dense than typical giant ones. They tasted great (I do like sweet items, though). The sliders were very flavorful and well made. They even had flamingo toothpicks holding them together - great touch! Even though I had expected more on the food offerings, everything was really good so I am giving them 5 stars, especially because of our server (and the man that assisted her with water and coffee). The beet carpaccio was the highlight of the meal. So many flavors and every ingredient played well with each other. The goat cheese balls with strawberry sauce were also a standout. An iconic dish from the VPR show. Glad I finally got to try them, even if just for the novelty. Staff was excellent. Never had a water cup get below half way. Some items were backed up in the kitchen so they brought over complimentary shots to apologize. The decor and vibes of the restaurant are top notch. You can tell there was a lot of attention to detail put into this restaurant. My friend and i came to celebrate my birthday. It was a PERFECT little cocktail lounge to enjoy a nice drink and a few light bites. The only issue i had was the music. It was SO loud for no reason, there were only a few people there, as it had just opened. The music did not match the vibe of the place. Some nice piano music or something would have been better suited than the loud nonsense they were playing. This isn't a club and it wasn't 10 pm. It was 3 in the afternoon! The drinks were amazing, we had the less depresso more expresso and the birthday girl. How Friggin' adorable is the birthday girl with the little flamingo macaroon!? I HAD to try it. And it was very good! The macaroon was also a perfect little dessert after we finished eating. It was a very good macaroon. The less depresso more expresso had a toffee like bar on top of it that was really good. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, waygu sliders, goat cheese balls, and deviled eggs. The shrimp cocktail was delicious. The shrimp were MASSIVE! They say the shrimp are white wine poached and that had me excited to try but honestly the shrimp didn't taste any different. Just normal shrimp. The cocktail sauce was said to be a bloody Mary cocktail sauce but it honestly tasted like a normal cocktail sauce to me, it was really good but nothing unique. The lemon was supposed to have tajin on it and it didn't. Also, all the pictures and videos show it smoking and ours did not come out that way. I would still get the shrimp cocktail again though because it was really good, nonetheless. The deviled eggs were fantastic! I love that there was an assortment of flavors. The lobster salad was very good. I would have actually liked to have it on a cracker as well. The caviar was great, it didn't overpower the flavor of the egg. All of them were good with a delicious creamy whipped yoke. I would defintely order them again. The waygu sliders were fantastic! The balsamic caramelized onions really made them amazing. As did pinkys secret sauce. I wish they would have put a little more of both on each burger. The dill tater tots were good as well. I would order them again. The goat cheese balls. They were very good and surprisingly mild on the goat flavor. The sauce to dip them in was perfect. It brought out the flavor in the cheese balls. I would order them again. Everything we had was incredible! I loved every bite of everything. It truly made my birthday special. The prices are a bit steep for the amount of food you get but it is an experience. Quite possibly my favorite vibe of the Vanderpumps, it's for such a laid back art deco vibe. The cocktails are delicious, the atmosphere is very Bugsy Siegal and it's centrally located on the strip. They have food and a late night menu as well, it's pub food that is presented very beautifully but the portions are on the smaller side. Staff is fun and the bartenders are chatty and engaged. The espresso martinis here are what dreams are made of! My friend and I got here right at opening on a thursday and had no problem getting a seat at the bar. The decor is so cute! Pinky's is a bonafide girls-night out kind of spot. We stopped by for brunch and this spot is so beautiful! They definitely took a lot of time in the decor and very thoughtful little touches (to even flamingo toothpicks). However Pinky's is located inside the seedy Flamingo hotel, which was not nice at all. Walking through the lobby and the casino of Flamingo it felt so grimy but then you see Pinky's it just looked so out of place. The staff and service were ok, nothing out of expectations. We ordered many dishes to share. All of their dishes were small plates and expected to be shared, basically apps. Upon first glance, the menu just seemed like typical fried American apps, like those you would get from a Fridays or TGIFs, so I was really not excited at all. We ordered the cheese balls, pull out bread, lobster rolls, crab cake, beets salad, tater tots, pigs in a blanket, fried chicken sandwich! We shared everything. I am normally not a fan of this kind of food, especially all fried. But I did enjoy the meal! For example the pigs in a blanket were made out of bratwurst, which was delicious. I also enjoyed the tater tots and fried chicken sandwich! However the lobster roll and crab cake was so bland. The lobster rolls barely had lobster and it was all shredded pieces and the crab cake was no flavor at all. Also while there was a drink with matcha I was surprised that they could not make me a matcha latte or something with matcha. They only had mainly alcoholic drinks and no cafe drinks! Only coffee. No matcha or cappuccinos. Guess they don't make money from those kind of drinks and only from alcoholic drinks. So overall decor is beautiful, food was a hit or miss. No matcha lattes! While I enjoyed pigs in a blanket, tater tots, the lobster roll left nothing to be desired. Overall while decor and all is nice the food was just not a hit for me. read more

Lisa Vanderpump, You Queen you! I have been wanting to check out a Vanderpump Restaurant for their food for awhile, but didn't find an interest in her other locations in Vegas. This one was new and at the hotel we were staying at, so we couldn't pass it up. I made reservations on a Tuesday evening, relatively early, so we were greeted by the hostess and brought to our table of a somewhat empty restaurant. Our server quickly took our order and got our drinks. I decided to order the espresso martini and It was absolutely adorable and came with a little piece of cake. My husband ordered the Jailbird, which came in a old-school birdcage. The drink presentation and flavors were absolutely unbelievable, which made us more excited for dinner. There were four of us so we decided to split a bunch of stuff. We first ordered the pull apart bread. This is another one of those recipes that we still talk about to this day. It is a must when visiting. We also ordered the shrimp cocktail, the chicken tenders, the truffle Mac and cheese, and the goat cheese balls. I'm not going to lie, I was a little disappointed in the famous goat cheese balls. The truffle Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious though. The ambiance in this restaurant is chic, clean, greenery. So adorable and so my vibe. I will definitely recommend this establishment when visiting Vegas. & Hopefully, you'll get a Lisa Vanderpump sitting too. read more

I had the best birthday brunch here! The aesthetic is so cute and our server took wonderful care of us. We all loved our food and drinks. Two of us got the Crispy Rice Spicy Everything and it was phenomenal, and not overly spicy! I also tried a chicken tender and a breakfast slider, which were also amazing. I had a hard time choosing a drink because so many of them sounded get (and I knew I'd only be getting one based on the prices), and I was happy with the Pinky's Pumptini - it was fruity without being overly sweet. There were also rave reviews for the regular espresso martini and the salted caramel espresso martini! The space gives off major Great Gatsby vibes, showing old films on a video wall surrounded by lavish pink, gold, and green decor. Elegant artwork highlighting Lisa and her dogs lines the walls, alongside unique flamingo art that pays homage to its location inside The Flamingo hotel. The staff and bartenders were super welcoming and friendly. Because I was only having drinks and not dining, I sat right at the bar. The bartenders were incredibly attentive and offered excellent recommendations. Two cocktails I tried and can't recommend enough are: The Dirty Dog: A brilliant, everything-bagel-inspired dirty martini. The Birthday Baby: A dessert inspired martini with flamingo shaped macaroon. A friend of mine ordered the Less Depresso, More Espresso martini alongside Pop's Scotch, which comes served with a side of gourmet popcorn. My table got sat at the section where the bartenders had to take both tables & the bar, so we had to wait a while. The food itself was great though! The deviled eggs had different components in each bite and was well worth the money. The salmon Bagel tower was the best thing on the menu. It was worth the price ($40 ish dollars) and had so much variety. I slammed my bagel with everything. The Vanderpump shots were so strong. It was a mixture of Tequila and Vodka / Rum and Vodka. I was just walking the strip when I stumbled upon my old stomping grounds at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino. I saw a sign for Pinky's by Vanderpump and of course I am a fan of LVP, and decided to just stop in for a cocktail. I of course got the Pinky's Pumptini. DRINKS: ~The Pinky's Pumptini - had to get this iconic drink. Presentation was beautiful, and the raspberries were fresh and sweet, but I wouldn't order it again. ~Flip the Bird - I saw someone else hold a small gold cage with a drink in it, so I asked the waiter what it was and ordered one. It's a green goddess margarita with a spicy kick. I loved it! FOOD: ~Pull Apart Bread - we absolutely loved this buttery, cheesy bread, with honey butter and highly recommend it! ~Grilled Cheese Pretzel Bites - delicious bites to snack on. I would definitely get these again. ~Macadamia Dusted Chicken Tenders - these thick pieces of chicken paired with a sweet chili sauce were flavorful and filling. SERVICE: All of the staff that we interacted with were great, including the guy pouring and refilling our water, the staff that cleared our plates, and our assigned server. A photographer also came by to see if we wanted to get a photo. Just before that, Lisa Vanderpump showed up with a couple others and sat at the table behind me. So we asked the photographer if we could get a photo with Lisa. Lisa graciously agreed, and we were ecstatic! I had just finished binge-watching 11 seasons of Vanderpump Rules, and it all led up to this moment. She is even more gorgeous in person! After the photos, the photographer printed them out and gave us options - a booklet with two photos just bigger than 5x7 or a smaller booklet with two smaller prints. She said if we get both then she'd also give us a digital copy. We did that, but she never came back with the digital. Glad we at least got the prints. From the moment you walk in, you're struck by how beautiful the restaurant is. We visited on the Fourth of July and had a 7:30 p.m. reservation. My husband and I were meeting two friends who were visiting from out of town, but we made the mistake of underestimating how long it would take to find parking. We ended up joining our party about 30 minutes after our reservation time, and the staff couldn't have been more kind and understanding. Our server, Breyana, was absolutely amazing. Not only was she incredibly accommodating while half of our group was running late, but she was also knowledgeable about the menu and provided 10/10 service from start to finish. We started with the Goat Cheese Balls for the table, and they were delicious. I ordered the Mini Lobster Rolls, which were an easy 10/10. My husband had the Burger Sliders, and he agrees they were another 10/10. Overall, this might be my new favorite Vanderpump restaurant! We ran into someone we knew on the street. After the initial shock wore off we jumped over to get a drink at closest bar and chit chat. It just happens to Pinky's by Vanderpump. We just took a seat at the bar and thought a bartender would eventually take our order. We prolly chatted closed to 10 minutes then we figured we better hunt them down. For a bar on the strip located in one of the best hotels, we thought we'd get A quality service. My husband and our friend both got beers but I got the Papa Nick which was something like almost 25 dollars which it was good but was there even alcohol in there......it seemed very little and not 25 dollars worth I think. After that, we just barreled outta there. I think they were closing and gave last call. We had a reservation for a party of 3 at 12:15pm on a Sunday. We got there around 12:10 and were seated around 12:20. The atrium we were seated in was very pretty and had a Palm Springs 70s vibe. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was just okay. We ordered the breakfast pigs in a blanket, the mini strawberry pancakes, loaded tots, and pull apart bread to share. We weren't fans of the sausage in the pig in the blankets and the pancakes were nothing special. The loaded tots and pull apart bread were the only ones that tasted pretty good. I also enjoyed my Flip the Bird margarita, it was a super refreshing green cocktail. I was sad they didn't have cotton candy for the Daddy Issues cocktail, it tasted alright. Vanderpump Pinky's has officially become my absolute favorite spot in town. The place is gorgeous .....every little detail is beautiful and feels like you stepped into the great Gatsby. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which is probably why I keep coming back so often that I'm pretty sure I've become a regular at this point. My go-to drink is the "No Depression More Espresso", and it never disappoints. If you need a pick-me-up with a little attitude, that's the one. I will admit I keep secretly hoping to catch a glimpse of Lisa Vanderpump herself when I'm there. Well who can say that the decor and ambiance is a bore when it comes to Lisa Vanderpump? The place is so beautiful and everywhere you look there is something that catches your eye. I ordered two drinks and we ordered goat cheese balls because I cannot go to one of her restaurants and not get them and yes each restaurants taste different. We also ordered the grilled cheese pretzel bites. The goat cheese balls were on point as always, the grilled cheese pretzel bites was something unique and different and we savored every bite. I order the Bump and Pump or might have been Pump and Bump Martini, it's a caviar martini and I can officially say I am Hooked (Lisa has me hooked on caviar martinis now). I also got the pinky pumpkin I and while it was a little too fruity for me, it wasn't horrible. Now, while food and drinks were great, our waitress was not so great. She never came buy to check on us. We had to flag her down to get the check and I would have probably had 3 drinks but took so long for her to show her face for me to get the 2nd drink that I didn't want to wait any longer. Service was just ok. When we made a reservation they asked if it was a special occasion- we said yes, a birthday. At no point did anyone from the host to the waitstaff make any mention. What's the point of asking in the reservation if there isn't at least an acknowledgment? We get it, there was a crowd getting ready for a concert, but if you're going to be on the strip where there's always something happening, the service needs to up its game. The food? All amazing minus the dessert. I had the spicy honey marg- so good. We shared the everything spicy rice, the bread, the goat cheese balls, the burger and the truffle Mac and cheese. Everything was so so good. Then the dessert. We ordered the baked Alaskan. It was described as a Neapolitan semi freddo on a vanilla shortcake. It came out and it was so frozen we couldn't put a fork thru it. It felt like it had been frozen for days, pulled out with some meringue put on it before torching. Super disappointing. To have such great food and then end with this was not the way I wanted to end our night. We'd go back for the food, but we'll skip the dessert. read more
