I went to Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas, and the food was excellent. I had the onion soup, the heirloom tomato and burrata cheese salad, and the lobster risotto. Then for dessert, I had the the sticky toffee pudding. Everything was so delicious. Our servers, Garvin and Rod, were amazing. They knew the menu well, and were so pleasant and helpful with suggestions, ordering, and making sure we were well taken care of during our time at the restaurant. One thing that I felt could have been better was the noise level. The music was too loud, so then people had to talk louder to be heard over the music. We had a party of 6, and Garvin even had to talk to each end of the table separately so that we were able to hear what he was saying and he was able to hear us when taking our orders. Despite having a reservation (during a non-busy time slot), we still had to wait well beyond the reservation time, in a loud, merch-filled lobby. Not a great start. Food (5 stars): The food was well prepared. Steaks cooked and seasoned perfectly. Bone marrow was good once you got past the bbq beef on top (prefer bone marrow to stand-alone / speak for itself). Atmosphere (1.5 stars): Loud. It's basically one big open room, including the bar area, with no interior walls to block sound. Wouldn't be my first choice for a relaxing date night. Along those same lines... it was disappointing to see that the dress code is 0% enforced. Considering the price, and the posted dress code (business casual), I would expect most patrons to at least be close. But the general vibe/attire among patrons was closer to Denny's or your local sports bar. For these reasons (including the layout/noise), I would not recommend this restaurant if you're seeking "fine dining". There are better steakhouses in Vegas if that's what you're after. Our experience here was a bit disappointing after having this restaurant recommended to us. We checked in at the hostess stand a few minutes before our reservation time, but still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Other parties that arrived after us were seated first. It wasn't until I followed up around 15 minutes later that they realized there had been an error and our name was either missed or not properly checked in. Once they noticed the mistake, we were seated shortly after. For food, we ordered the crispy skin salmon and the whipped potatoes, both of which were delicious. Unfortunately, the filet mignon was pretty salty, and the baked mac and cheese was as well, even without the prosciutto. I couldn't imagine how much saltier it would have been otherwise. Three words: Sticky Toffee Pudding. Gordon Ramsay's iconic Hell's Kitchen is situated just in front of Caesar's Palace on Las Vegas Blvd. You can't miss this stand-alone business when you're on The Strip. This place was packed when we arrived for a weekday lunch but the energy inside the restaurant was nice and lively, and the atmosphere was loud and extremely busy. Our servers (Chris and Mike) were attentive and knowledgeable during the course of our meal. Chris kept our sparkling water filled and Mike checked in on us as often as Chris. When our food came out, I was impressed. The Heirloom Tomato Salad was refreshing and all the components really complemented one another. I enjoyed my Beef Wellington. It was cooked perfectly and it was good. For me, though, the real show stopper was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. First bite and I was in love. Mmm, it was amazing! I mouthed out a loud: "Gordon!!" Great experience! We went with a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette dinner and they took such good care of us. Sent glasses of champagne for the table and complimentary dessert for the bride. And that was just the cherry on top of an amazing meal and immaculate service! Our table had scallops, risotto, filet mignon, beef Wellington, short rib, mac & cheese and potato purée. Finally got to try one of Gordon Ramsays famous dining spot in Las Vegas. I said finally, because it's hard to get a reservation unless you books weeks or even months out. The dining experience was fun! This place is happening right as you walk in. They are busy and if you come early, try to enjoy a drink at the bar as you wait to be seated. The atmosphere is high energy and just seeing the open kitchen reminds me of the show. I got their steak, apps and my fiancé got the fish. All were delicious and very well prepared. Just outside Caesar's Palace is Gordon Ramsay's Hells Kitchen, a large restaurant but reservations are needed due to its reputation and popularity. Three of us ate for $450 including drinks coffee and deserts. We also paid $20 each to sit near the kitchen. I do not recommend this extra. I had New York strip and tasted the filet mignon. Both very good. The asparagus was average but the smoked drink we ordered was amazing. Safe was really friendly and service was great. The front of the house manager came and answered our questions. Wow! What an experience. I made a reservation more than two months in advance just in case for an odd afternoon time on a Saturday. OpenTable requires a credit card to secure it. We arrived an hour early at 2pm and staff was able to seat us within 15 minutes! Beautiful modern space with plenty of people watching on the Strip. The four of us were seated at a six person table close to the windows facing Flamingo. It's an open kitchen concept so request seating there if you prefer. John waited on us and was very kind. My sis had the short rib, easily sliced with merely a fork. The mashed potatoes accompanying this seemed even more rich and creamy buttery than mine! Jidori chicken had a lovely lemon butter sauce with artichokes and potatoes. Salmon had that crispy skin and was cooked more well as requested. The mac and cheese was so gooey and delectable! The Gouda added so much flavor without being sharp or too intense. Portion size is large enough for two people, good for four when sharing/tasting. Came in for lunch this time as opposed to dinner! I know it's pretty hard to get reservations here for dinner, so if you're having some difficulty, definitely recommend aiming for lunch. It's still just as good! My coworker has been wanting to try this spot so we went. He got the prix fixe meal, but since I couldn't have a lot of things on that menu, I opted to just order off the menu. I got the caesar salad to start. It was delicious and refreshing and light. I ate almost the entire thing! For lunch, I got the salmon. It was so tasty! Cooked perfectly medium. My coworker also split his sticky toffee dessert with me, which was very nice. Probably the best dessert ever! Our server was so nice and made great conversation with us and checked in with us frequently. He was fantastic. The servers here are definitely amazing. Had so much fun visiting this restaurant in Las Vegas! As a huge fan of the show, this did not disappoint!! The bone marrow included a layer of chopped bbq beef which I didn't participate like paired with the marrow. It was overpowering which took away from the marrow flavor and texture. The filet was cooked perfectly. The pepers gave off heat without being uncomfortable. Even those who can't handle spice can eat it. The lobster risotto was delicious. It comes with 1 lobster tail but another can be added for more protein and to make it a hardy meal. Broiled lobster is the worst texture so it was amazing that they poached it. We were in town for the Illenium at the Sphere show, and just had to make a reservation at Hell's Kitchen. I started with a hugo spritz because, of course I did LOL, and this one did not disappoint! We ordered a spread for the table and honestly enjoyed everything (although I did a terrible job of documenting the meals this night lol), but a few things in particular stood out. I thought the pan-seared scallops were excellent, and the baked mac & cheese was also so good. The lobster risotto and Mexican street corn were big hits with the rest of the table as well and I can see why! The steak tartare was fine but not something I'd revisit, and the beef wellington, while well-executed, felt a little steep for what it was. I'd be more inclined to explore something else on the menu next time. Dessert was a great way to close out our lunch. The sticky toffee pudding was a huge hit with the guys, and the coconut dessert three ways was as beautiful as it was delicious. Service was exactly what you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber... attentive, efficient, and genuinely hospitable throughout. Its a "This is A Mistake" Mon! We ate dinner at HK mainly due to a $150 credit I receive via one of my credit cards. However, I also wanted to try another Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I have had good experiences at other GR restaurants. Positives: The oysters and risotto were very good. The oysters were super fresh and medium sized as advertised. The lobster in the risotto was poached well. I liked the texture of the rice; Our waiter Bryan was attentive and knowledgable about the menu; Negatives: The branzino ($50.95 | not pictured), and foie gras arrived at the same time - Both were lukewarm. They both had obvi been sitting too long; The broccolini side dish w/ the branzino had a few inedible stems. The kitchen should do a better job discarding the inedible pieces; The place is loud. Its like a nightclub and you have to keep repeating yourself; Unfortunately, there are too many negatives for me to return. Lastly, HK charges far too high prices to miss the mark on two expensive dishes. read more

Went to Vegas for a quick day trip and had reservations at Hell's Kitchen. There was a bit of a wait even with a reservation, but it wasn't too bad and the hostess was nice. We were seated near the windows with a great view of the Strip and the fountains, which made the experience even more fun. The food was delicious. I always love their lobster risotto, it's definitely the best dish on the menu. We also ordered the beef tartare, which was good, though I wish the egg yolk had been a bit larger since it made the dish slightly dry. The flavor itself was still really good. The scallops were buttery and tender, though they were topped with a type of meat I didn't expect and didn't really care for. The scallops themselves, however, were excellent. We also tried the hamachi crudo. My friend thought the avocado was a bit overpowering, but I personally really enjoyed it overall. Overall, it was a great meal with just a few minor preferences. The only real downside was the service. I'm not sure if our server was having a bad day, but he came across as very standoffish and seemed annoyed whenever he interacted with us, even though we didn't complain or ask many questions. On the other hand, the busser was amazing, super attentive with great energy. I honestly would have loved for him to be our server. Oh I almost forgot to mention but you have to get the sticky toffee cake, it was the best best dessert, always a must! read more

It definitely lived up to the hype overall. Everyone talks about the Beef Wellington being the must-try here, but surprisingly, it wasn't my number one dish. It was good, just not my favorite, I feel like it was a bit more well done than I like it to. The standout for me was the lobster risotto--absolutely delicious and full of flavor. That was easily my #1. My #2 would be the braised short rib, which was tender, rich, and so satisfying. Honestly, everything we ordered was really good--even down to dessert and the kids' mac & cheese, which was surprisingly tasty. What made the experience even better is that we ordered a variety of dishes so everyone could try a little bit of everything--I highly recommend doing it that way. There are many celebrity chef restaurants to choose from on the Las Vegas Strip, but Hell's Kitchen is definitely worth the visit and money. The menu features some of Gordon Ramsay's most iconic dishes and they offer a set menu as well if you wanted to try all of them. You can't share the set menu though, so we ordered normally. We got the lobster risotto, beef wellington, and sticky toffee pudding, and everything was truly so good. The restaurant is normally packed and busy, but the servers are friendly and efficient. The kitchen is open and split into red and blue, like on the show, so you can watch the chefs as they cook. They even filmed Hell's Kitchen season 19 and 20 at this location! So if you had to choose one celebrity chef restaurant to eat at during your trip to Vegas, I'd choose Hell's Kitchen. read more

Outside of Cesar's Palace. Parking lot at Cesar's to restaurant is 10-15 min walk. So make sure you have plenty of time if you have reservation. There was a 3 course meal that is all regular portions for $105. I got the Pan Seared Scallops and it was so delicious and the mini greens, mushrooms, and sauce all complements each other. Beef Wellington was good as medium rare but it wasn't a wow. It's tender with the crispy pastry. Sticky Toffee Pudding was really really delicious! Definitely recommend that. While the name says "hell" it was a "heavenly" experience at Hell's Kitchen. We went back twice it was that good. The Beef Wellington and the Sticky Toffee Pudding were the most delicious dishes that I've had in a while. A close second is the short rib which was absolutely melt in your mouth. Restrooms were clean, however, check some of the toilet seats as some women like to pee on them. I've been there 2x times in the past week and both times people don't clean up after themselves. Tips, use Open Table to book a reservation. You don't want to try and wing it. Go during off peak days like a weekday (Mon-Thu). They also are opened earlier if you want to go before dinner rush. When you see the kitchen it is just chefs cooking. Nothing special no screaming or yelling. Order the typical scallops, beef wellington and lobster risotto. Scallops they was cooked well, but didn't stand out. I enjoyed the Brussels sprouts garnish the most out of that dish. The scallop portions weren't consistent, so we had big, medium, and then a tiny piece. Beef Wellington was cooked perfectly medium rare, but honestly, not that impressive. Not much flavor or depth to the beef, tender? Yes it was. I did appreciate the textural differences with the pastry, beef and the mashed potatoes. Lobster Risotto. The risotto was very creamy, rich and with a hint of truffle. The lobster balanced out the richness of the risotto with its slight saltiness. I expected to be blown away by the ratings and how popular Gordon Ramsay is. But for the price, it isn't worth it. We had food credit so I only had to pay for tip, but even then, it isn't worth it. For fine dining, I actually enjoyed my experience at Hell's Kitchen. I thought everything was excellent from the quality of the food, to the customer service, and the interior design of the restaurant. We got seated near the window which had a nice view of the strip and the fountain. Our waitress Breanna, did a good job of explaining the menu and the different options to choose from. For four people we ordered quite a bit of dishes such as the steak tartare, smoked pork belly, Mac and cheese, scallops, beef Wellington, fillet mignon, and the toffee pudding. We were almost full before the entree even got to us. I also got the Gordon Ramsay cocktail note which was pretty funny to read and a kinda strong drink. I like how they served the appetizers first. Then they cleared all the plates and dirty utensils with new ones. They even wiped down the table from any water marks. The staff always made sure our glass waters were full. The kitchen was beautiful and they had tv screens casting the show. I thought the bathrooms would be nice but they just had big mirrors that's all. The steak tartare was so delicious and it was my first time having it too. For the entrees, the beef and the breading from the Beef Wellington was so tender. Literally it felt like it melted in my mouth. My boyfriend got the fillet mignon and his dish was also very good too. We have been here a few times over the years, everything has always been excellent. I recommend the short rib as the main entree, also you can't come here and not get the sticky toffee pudding. I would personally come here just for the dessert it is that good. Went to Hell's Kitchen for our anniversary and I'm happy to report that Gordon Ramsay did not personally yell at me, which already made it a successful evening. The experience is definitely one of those "you should do this at least once" Vegas meals. The atmosphere is great and you get a full view of the kitchen, which is both impressive and slightly stressful because those chefs move like they're competing in the Olympics. The cocktails were fantastic and started the night off properly. Then came the lobster risotto, which was so flavorful it felt like my tastebuds had been upgraded to premium. My wife ordered the beef Wellington (because obviously you have to) and I went with the filet. Between the two of us it was basically a masterclass in steakhouse perfection. The flavors were ridiculous in the best way possible. Overall the place is elegant, energetic, and surprisingly fun to watch while you eat. It's like dinner and a cooking show at the same time.
