    Beef Wellington

This restaurant has been on my list forever as I was a huge fan of the show. Since I am going solo they don't allow reservation just dining at the bar. Luckily I did not have to wait long since I'm only one person, Maybe a 10 mins wait time. There was always a flood of people coming in and I can see that the hostess are non stop and lose track of people. The food did live up to its reputation. I ordered the 3 course pre fix menu which are Hell's Kitchen most popular dish. 1) seared scallop with bacon, endives and parsnip purée 2) the famous beef Wellington with Demi glaze with a side of lobster 3) sticky toffee pudding. Everything was 10/10 from start to finish. My only small complaint was that the dessert was a bit too sweet for my personal liking. I would have preferred less toffee glazed but in general I don't eat too much sweets. The portion size are generous. I was only able to eat half of the Wellington and dessert. The rest were packed Togo. The service was excellent. Leonardo was my bartender and server. He was super nice and helpful. The ambiance is a typical Las Vegas restaurant. It is super crowded so definitely make sure you make a reservation ahead of time otherwise the wait is very long. I can see why this place is so popular

Was given a father's day surprise last weekend and dined at Hell's Kitchen Caesars Palace! Our server Julio really took care of us, he was excellent! Very knowledgeable, super friendly, and checked on us regularly. Thank you Julio! I started with oysters on the half shell (half dozen), fresh and very enjoyable and I really loved the mignonette and gin cocktail sauce. There was a lot of these sauces left after finishing I did consider either eating the sauces regardless of having oysters or getting them to go, so good! The beef wellington was divine, one of those dining experiences where you take a bite, then it hits you, you close your eyes and that mmm moment. I'm reliving it again typing this review it was that amazing! Annnnnnd then the sticky toffee pudding. Cue that mmm moment again. This desert is perfect to me, the speculoos ice cream, the warm caramel sauce, the warm date sponge cake, I recommend this desert each and every time you have the chance. No idea when I'm going back but looking very much forward to it! A real treat!

Everytime I come to Vegas, I HAVE to go to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I am always met with delicious food, great service, and an amazing time. Hell's Kitchen is located at the Caesar's Palace, but note that it's outside of the hotel to the right of the hotel lobby (facing the outside of the hotel to the street). You are met with the iconic HK symbol that's on fire when you walk up to the restaurant. Once you enter, you have the chance to check out merch- and there's even a screen that will play a clip of Gordon Ramsay! I did pay an extra ~$20ish dollars to sit in a spot that had a view of the kitchen but we were seated a bit farther than I expected. I think it may have to do with how big our party was, but I don't think I'd pay extra if I came again. However, it was for my brothers birthday so I wanted to make it a little special. Our server was awesome- super nice and cool with all of our drink orders (which we had a lot lol!). The food was superb. We ordered: Hamachi Crudo: SO fresh and SO tasty!! It had a little bit of a kick too which I liked from the chili oil. It was so good that we ordered another one after finishing the first! Pan Seared Scallops: Can never go wrong with the scallops. Super tender and just straight up delicious. Lobster Risotto: MUST order. Seriously. This is my favorite dish by far- lobster is cooked perfectly and the truffle risotto - need I say more? Oven Roasted Octopus: This was pretty good, I wasn't super in love with it as I think a lot of the toppings got in the way of how great the octopus tasted, but still a solid dish overall. Beef Wellington: Another MUST order. So good. The beef wellington just melts in your mouth. Braised Short Rib: Wow this dish was HUGE! I don't usually order short rib for my entree but wanted to mix it up. It was so good. The short rib was falling apart because of how tender it was. The sauce was divine and I loved how it wasn't overly drenched in sauce. SO GOOD! Filet Mignon: You can never go wrong with a filet mignon. Dry Aged New York Strip: OMG. Literally one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. And I'm usually a filet mignon girl, but wow. Cooked a perfect medium rare and seasoned to perfection. Sticky Toffee Pudding: Literally my FAVORITE dessert of all time. It has all the elements you'd want in a dessert- seriously, you just need to try it yourself. All in all, my experience was amazing, just as it always is anytime I visit one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants. This is a wonderful place for a date night or celebration- I so recommend Hell's Kitchen and I am really looking forward to visiting again as soon as I am back in Vegas!

I was so very excited to join friends at HK-Las Vegas while at a conference recently, I could hardly wait. I just had to know firsthand how tasty are those scallops that doom so many contestants on the show. Let me just say if this was a competition meal I ate, somebody was going home. I've had better and was shocked that they were not only a little gritty, they were very, very small. Service was great and the decor and setting is a great vibe overall, but my food was grossly underwhelming, especially for the price. My friends loved their entrees and cocktails and raved about the Gouda Mac and Cheese but commented their previous experience there with the lobster Mac was much better. Celebrity versus reality once again just not what I expected.

Food: 5/5 - Food was amazing. When ordering the beef wellington I highly recommend adding the foil gras. It really elevates the dish. A must order is the toffee cake. Literally to die for. Service: 5/5 - Staff was fun, communicative and extremely quick. Everyone is very nice! Ambiance: 5/5 - The place is beautiful. The style of red vs blue is fun. The entire decor and pitch forks with the added elegance just makes it an amazing location.

Ordered the pre fixed menu which came with the scallops, beef Wellington & dessert. They were all extremely tasty. It was hard to pick a favorite but I'd say the dessert was the best part of the meal but it was a tough decision! We also ordered the bone marrow appetizer and short ribs. All delicious choices! Can't wait to go back again and try more items on the menu!

Had a great experience here! My husband & I had a reservation for noon during the weekend & they were able to get us in 20min earlier. Loved that the service was kind, quick & efficient but did not feel rushed. My husband ordered the prix fixed lunch menu & I got the endive, apple, pear salad and lobster ravioli. My salad was fresh & crisp. I would get it again. The lobster ravioli I will say was just ok & I feel like I wouldn't get it again. It was made well but lacked a wow-factor for me. My husband's scallops however were cooked to perfection and the puree on top was delicious! His beef Wellington was also tasty & worth a try at least once. The sticky toffee pudding was done right here as well. The cake was warm & gooey while the ice cream was melting on top (as it should be). Overall great time & would recommend people to try place at least once while in Vegas!

I came here for my boyfriend's birthday and with a group of 7 of us and the service from Barbara was great! She was really nice, patient, and once we found out we had something in common we chatted for a bit. The food here was spectacular. I got the braised short rib and my bf got the beef wellington. The short rib was so tender and tasty. The wellingon was incredible, so much more flavorful than I expected. Both don't look very appetizing in the photos I took, but trust me they were so so good. We also got the mac and cheese which was so yummy. Since it we were celebrating a birthday we also got a complimentary sticky toffee pudding which we all loved. It seemed similar to the butter cake from Mastros. Of course its still unique, but we love the butter cake so this was the perfect dessert.

Chefs kiss for the food and drinks here!! Made reservations for a Friday afternoon and waited around 10-15 minutes after checking in to be seated. This place was PACKED! Be mindful of that and be nice to the waiters and servers. They offer a prefixe menu off the bat which includes all of their top dishes for a little over $100. My husband got this which included the scallops, beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding. Sooo good especially for the price! I ordered the braised short rib and that was delicious too. Our cousin ordered the lobster risotto, it had a light buttery taste. Everything was pretty good overall. Definitely an experience for new comers or to celebrate a special occasion. It is really loud inside so I wouldn't consider this an intimate restaurant.

Hell's Kitchen is a classic stop for Vegas. It was my second time coming to this location. Made a reservation for my girlfriend and months in advance. We made sure to get there very early given the fees per person associated to the booking. We went on a Saturday evening and definitely spent a good amount of time to park. We parked at Cesar's place and took about 15 minutes to walk over. To our surprise, despite getting there 30 minutes early, they were able to seat us down right away. For the classic options, we got the beef wellington, lobster risotto, and sticky toffee. My girlfriend also recommended the bone marrow since it was a favorite from her previous visit. Beef wellington and sticky toffee were consistently as good as I remembered. The risotto was good but didn't tasted as I remembered it. As for the bone marrow, this became one of my new favorite dishes. All of this was a good portion for two to share. Service is excellent as before. Server was quick on clearing the table for space, resetting for dessert, and filling water. American Express is accepted.

My partner booked us a dinner at Hell's Kitchen over Memorial Day Weekend! Check in was very smooth and we were seated promptly. The flaming logo outside is very cool. We ordered à la carte, and here are my scores for everything: Steak tartare: 4.75/5 -- truffle perfume works but just slightly overpowers. Really fresh and the chips were good too Octopus: 4.5/5 -- a liiiiiiiiittle bit gummy, but love the flavor profile. Bright and slightly tart Lobster risotto: 3.75/5 -- was expecting the risotto itself to have lobster flavor. It seemed like the lobster was there just to make the dish fancier. The truffle taste was overpowering, and the risotto was overcooked. However, the lobster was cooked really well. Notes from Gordon: 5/5 -- first time having a cocktail with lemongrass and it works so well! It's subtle yet fragrant, and the cocktail itself is almost sparkling. Soooo good. The note was funny as hell. Forbidden fruit: 4.5/5 -- very balanced, but the raspberry alc has a bit of an aftertaste I'm not the fondest of, but it's still really good! Not overly sweet. Beef Wellington: 4.5/5 -- I want to give this a 5 soooooo bad; the beef is sooooooo tender cuts like butter!!!! the jus is absolutely crazy, so rich with a hint of bitter from the wine but not overly wine-y at all, and the potato is soooo smooth. The pastry was just too salty ): (also I really did not like the onions at all but that's just a me thing), and a small complaint about the veggie would be that the round shape is aesthetic but difficult to fork Dry age New York strip: 4.25/5 -- the flavor is really good and the cuisson was crazy, no gray at ALL. The shishito also works! However, I wish the shishito had some citrus in it, and that there was more jus. It was a fat piece of steak and I could get tired of it after a while with little to nothing else on the plate. Sticky toffee pudding with brown butter gelato: 4/5 -- I knew this was not gonna match my delicate Asian tastebuds (team not too sweet) ‍ HOWEVER! that gelato is DIVINE. I wish they sold it in stores. The texture of the pudding is pillowy, and the toffee sauce is like a caramel candy melted down, sinfully sweet. Objectively it's an excellent dessert, just too sweet for me. While I would not order this again, I'm very glad I tried this classic dish, and would happily recommend to anyone who has a sweet tooth. TLDR: this was a very expensive meal but we both thought it was worth it, especially for a restaurant on the strip. The concepts are novel for the dishes and drinks and we had a blast! Excellent service as well.

Eating at Hell's Kitchen is a bucket list item for me and I finally got to mark it off Everything about this place is 5 stars. Service was wonderful and he was very detailed in explaining the menu. The restaurant is beautiful and we had a good view of the strip from our table. I got the onion soup to start and it was delightful. Not too "oniony" (if that makes sense) and had great flavor. The scallops were delicious. The beef Wellington was absolutely amazing. The sticky toffee cake was melt in your mouth delicious. I was so full but I could not stop eating it! I got to try some things from around the table so I can confidently say you can't go wrong with anything on the menu here. A must if you are in Vegas!

Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen

Can a party of 1 show up without a reservation for lunch?

When we called, reservations were booked pretty far in advance, so I personally wouldn't count on just showing up for lunch without one. For a party of 1 it may be easier than a larger group, but I'd still recommend booking ahead if you can.

Do they have budlight or blue moon? Any cold draft beer?

I don't remember seeing Bud Light or Blue Moon there specifically. Hell's Kitchen felt more cocktail and wine focused when we went. Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill across the street seemed more like the place for beer and a more casual pub menu.

Do they charge you if you order just plain water?

    Tap water is free

    Is it halal?

No - fantastic food and ambiance.

Is there a mandatory tip amount for large parties?

Hi! There are no mandatory tips. The amount you give them is up to you, just like any other restaurant.

Does the Summer Sampler need to be pre-booked, or can walk-ins order this?

    Reservations are highly recommended!

Can you walk in or do you have to have a reservation?

Would recommend reservations as this is one of the most popular restaurants on the strip. You might be able to walk in to get a seat at the bar.

Do you get any perks for celebrating your birthday?

Since I had the experience, you could get the chance to see the front of the kitchen, Also they put a candle in your dessert to make a wish.

    Do they allow takeout?

I would think they would. But best to call. Worth eating in though

    Are the burgers halal?

Hell's Kitchen doesn't sell burgers. Try "Gordon Ramsey Burger" located in Planet Hollywood. The burgers there aren't halal.

    Is there a kids menu?

I don't know. The menus we got had no kid options. But it could be that that menu is only available upon request. I suggest contacting the restaurant directly and asking them.

Where is the beat place to park? Do they validate?

Valet with Caesars Palace or take an uber

    Dairy free gluten free options?

None that I saw on the menu.

Online I see a lunch prix fix menu for $60ish. Specifically Monday thru Thursday. But I've tried looking up influencers to see if they mention it but nothing and nothing for reviews online. Anyone know if this is real?

There is a YouTuber can't remember the name but that's how we learned more about the prix fix.

Are there different lunch and dinner menus? I tried looking online and found only a dinner menu.

I believe in the past they had a lunch menu. The lunch menu had more affordable prices than dinner. For example, you were able to get a smaller portion of the Beef Wellington during lunch.

If there is a change in our reservation how much time is needed to cancel or make changes without cancellation fee. Thank you?

Sorry, I don't know. Best to call the restaurant or check OpenTable if you've the reservation on that app.

Can you wear shorts in summer to Hell's Kitchen dc?

Casual chic is very acceptable; business casual not necessary; a fella would be comfy in shorts especially at this location.

    Best time to go?

Lunch time, during the week! Reservations are easier to get during the week especially for bigger parties. I was able to get a last minute reservation for 6 people on a Monday for lunch, when dinner was booked out from Saturday through Wednesday.

Is there a happy hour menu at Las Vegas Hell's Kitchen?

Sorry, I didn't check for that. It's unlikely at high end restaurants like this one. If you're looking for happy hour look across the street from Hells Kitchen. Those lower end restaurants tend to have them, but if you do find out they have do have… Read more

Between the giant food photos plastered around the casino floor and the crowds that seem to form throughout the morning, it definitely caught ours. One thing I will say is that the menu is massive. You've got your signature coffees, lemonades, Bloody Marys, mimosas, breakfast classics, burgers, sandwiches, salads, flapjacks, chicken and waffles, and even a seasonal spring menu with a handful of limited-time food and drink options. Honestly, everything sounded good, which somehow made ordering even harder. We started with the Bacon Bacon Bacon appetizer, which comes with four pieces of bacon coated in brown sugar, black pepper, and Hash House seasoning for $13.99. Vegas pricing was definitely in full effect here. Some menu items felt reasonable and others had me staring at the price tag for a second longer than I should have. Our server was great and let us know ahead of time that the bacon would be served room temperature since it's essentially candied bacon. The funny part was that my partner and I kept joking about the bright green lettuce garnish in the menu photo because neither of us could figure out what purpose it served. Then the actual dish came out without that vibrant garnish and somehow the bacon looked even sadder than expected. For almost $14, it wasn't exactly the most exciting presentation. Taste-wise though, it was good. Sweet, peppery, candied bacon is hard to dislike. Was it the best bacon I've ever had? Not even close. But it was a solid snack while we waited for our main dish. For our entree we shared the Andy's Sage Fried Chicken & Eggs. It comes with sage fried chicken, two eggs, bacon, sliced tomatoes, grilled mashed potatoes, toast, fruit, and a syrup reduction for $22.99. Honestly, for Vegas Strip pricing, that didn't seem too bad. The portion was large enough to comfortably feed both of us. Unfortunately, this was where things started to fall apart. The fried chicken looked promising but was surprisingly underseasoned. The breading had very little flavor and the chicken itself was dry and oddly soggy at the same time. You get one piece of chicken and some of it looked nicely golden brown while the other parts looked like they needed a little more time in the fryer. I found myself reaching for ketchup just to add some flavor. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the toast was actually really good, especially with the jam on the side. The fruit garnish was a nice touch too. The grilled mashed potatoes, however, were incredibly salty. Not just seasoned well salty. Barely-finish-the-bite salty. Overall, it was an okay meal. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was lively and it served its purpose as a place to relax and grab breakfast before checking into the hotel. Based solely on what we ordered, I don't think this is a spot I'd actively recommend to friends visiting Vegas. To be fair, Hash House A Go Go has plenty of positive reviews, so maybe we simply ordered the wrong dishes and should have asked for recommendations. But for me, next time I'm in Vegas, I'll probably be looking for a different breakfast spot.

I recommend asking for a table along the open window (but not a window) so you can look out onto the canal shops. Our server, Ian, was very welcoming and fun. He gave good recommendations and was attentive. We each started with an appetizer. I had the French onion soup which was delicious. It wasn't too salty or cheesy. It also had yummy bits of braised beef in it. My friends had the split pea soup (no cream) and fritto misto which they seemed to like. We all shared the tomahawk steak and sides of sautéed mushrooms and truffle fries. That steak was incredible and so tender. It was cooked to medium perfection and had charred fat. (See video). It came with the crunchiest roasted potatoes. The best part was the crunch bits on the cutting board. The sides were tasty as well and I forgot to mention the bread served once you're seated. It's super soft and the butter is nicely whipped. For cocktails, I really enjoyed the Off the Rails Old Fashioned which you create via a dice game. That was real fun and the drink packs a nice punch. For dessert we shared a decadent and moist chocolate cake slice which was huge for a slice. Overall it was a great experience.

I recently dined here with my husband and a large group of friends to celebrate a surprise birthday…read morefor him. I was actually able to make sure he'd come and even get him to dress up a bit by telling him we were going to a special Yelp Elite event...and it worked! Lol! The atmosphere, style, vibe, service, and even the bathrooms are all worth mentioning. I ordered the Tennessee Sidecar, and it was easy to drink. My favorite cocktail is a classic Sidecar, so I really enjoyed this twist on it. My husband and I shared the Tomahawk for Two. The menu didn't mention that it came with any sides, but it was served with cooked carrots and asparagus in the same pan as the steak. Since we didn't know that ahead of time, we also ordered the whipped potatoes and broccolini. The presentation was beautiful, but unfortunately the tomahawk lacked flavor. My husband and I both ended up adding salt to our steaks, and that's honestly never happened to us at any steakhouse before. The steak itself, however, was cooked perfectly. The carrots, asparagus, and broccolini were all decent, but they also needed a bit of seasoning in our opinion. The standout side for us was definitely the whipped potatoes. Those were delicious! One dish that really caught our attention at the table was the Surf & Turf. It was served with melted butter in a small bowl that sat over an enclosed flame, which made for a really nice presentation. I included a video. As for dessert, I have to admit my husband and I were disappointed. After seeing photos from other reviews that mentioned getting a large slice of rich chocolate cake, I was expecting my husband to receive a nice slice of their chocolate cake for his birthday, too. Instead, he was brought what they called a "Green Velvet Cake," which tasted like a cheesecake-cake hybrid. I'm sorry, but it was very underwhelming. It honestly made me think it was a cake idea from St. Patrick's Day. Not only did it look unappealing to us, but all of that bright green food coloring wasn't exactly appetizing either. We also expected there to be at least one birthday candle, but there wasn't. My husband ended up sticking a toothpick into the cake and pretended it was a candle, which at least gave us a good laugh. I'm also hoping that "birthday dessert" wasn't something we were charged for. Overall, the ambiance is beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I even loved the bathrooms. Each restroom has its own private sink inside, which was thoughtful and that I really appreciated. (Photos included!) That said, the food my husband and I ordered simply didn't live up to our expectations, especially for a steakhouse at this price point. Because of that, we probably wouldn't choose Smith & Wollensky again for celebrating a family birthday. If we did return, we'd definitely be ordering something different.
