For our entrees, we had the braised short rib and beef Wellington, along with the mac and cheese. Both entrees were good, although the onion soup definitely stood out more for us. Disappointing, and I'm shocked This is random for me. I don't post reviews much, despite being a total foodie, but this needs to be shared. I've been to Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas many times and have always been impressed, so much so that I keep going back. But my meal this weekend was so disappointing that I likely won't return. We ordered the lobster risotto, a favorite of mine and my husband's. When it arrived, we dug in, and I bit into a piece of lobster tail with the digestive tract still in it. I spat it out immediately. Why wasn't it removed? I'm an avid watcher of the shows, and I've heard Gordon himself call that the "sh*t sack" when calling out his contestants, so I'm honestly shocked it made it onto a plate at his own restaurant. I'm also an immunocompromised organ transplant survivor, and I like to enjoy higher-end restaurants, so this isn't just gross for me, it's a real health risk. The potato purée was the second miss. It was so bland and tasteless that I wanted to ask for salt to save it, but I ended up not eating it at all. I know this restaurant gets great reviews and this may get lost in the shuffle, but I hope it gets some attention. I dined Sunday night, 9/27, with a 6 PM reservation. We made sure to share everything we ordered. We started off with pan seared scallops and the infamous risotto. Both were home runs! For our entrees I ordered the infamous wellington while my mom ordered the short ribs. They truly lived up to the hype! Went to Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas last night and, of course, I had to try the famous Beef Wellington. It was actually my first time ever having Beef Wellington, and it did not disappoint it was amazing! Service was really good meal served just at the right time really nice atmosphere. We went with the prix fixe menu and started with the scallops, which were excellent. The Beef Wellington was definitely the highlight of the meal. The potatoes were also very good, although the portion was pretty small. I definitely could have used a little more of those! For dessert, we finished with the caramel chocolate ice cream cake, which was really good and a great way to end the meal. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I'm glad I finally got to try Gordon Ramsay's Beef Wellington. Definitely something worth experiencing while you're in Las Vegas! read more

This was my first time at Hell's Kitchen, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. First off, the service was absolutely amazing. Our server was incredibly attentive and somehow always seemed to be there before we even had to ask for anything. I had high expectations for the food, and while everything was good, I wasn't exactly blown away. The Beef Wellington was a bit overcooked for my liking, but the branzino had a perfectly crisp skin. I would give this place a 3.5, but since I can't, I would rather give it a 3 than a 4. It's one of those you just have to once in your life to say you've tried Gordon Ramsey's beef Wellington. Honestly, it was pretty good. The meat was perfectly tender. The puréed potatoes were very silky and good. Another "must get" is his famous sticky toffee pudding, which was also delicious. Yikes... save your hard earned money. Don't come here--even for the novelty of it. Scallops were fishy and chewy. For a dish that is supposed to be one of your most popular? Ive tried better at fish and chips shacks. The best dish sadly was the salad. The beef wellington was okay but look at the mashed potatoes! They were more of a decoration than part of the dish. It was interesting. The sticky toffee pudding was so so sweet. I am not one to leave a dessert halfway and I had to. Our server was amazing. Amazing! Had the Beef Wellington, mach n cheese and grilled asparagus. First time trying the Wellington and OMG, one of the best foods I ever had. The beef was medium rare and just melted in my mouth. The flaky crust was well buttered and complimented the beef. The sauce that was included only added to the already amazing flavors. The mac n cheese was also the best I've ever had. The top was baked to have a nice crust, with green onions and bacon bits. The fried asparagus was also vey good, glad I ordered it. The service was great, took a while for a waiter to come to our table, but they were super busy. They were quick with our drinks and food, and they were super on it when it came to the refills. By the time my I was on my last sip, a fresh drink was being placed on the table. The ambiance was great. The only real downside was how loud it was in the restaurant, felt like I had to shout when speaking with my wife. We came here for an early dinner. Reservations are difficult to get, but we got lucky and were able to snag a 3:45 reservation over Labor Day weekend. I wasn't overly impressed with the overall vibe of the restaurant. I think tablecloths, some warmer textures, or even sound-absorbing panels would help soften the space and cut down on the noise. Now, onto the food. Unfortunately, they no longer offer the vegetarian menu, so my options were pretty limited. I ordered the asparagus and a salad, and I'd give both a 4/5. My husband had the French onion soup, which was a 1/5 for him, the Beef Wellington, which was definitely the standout at 5/5, and the sticky toffee pudding 3/5. Oh, and the waiter said we weren't allowed to share our food with each other without incurring an additional charge. WTH? I've tried all Gordon Ramsay restaurants in town. My favorite is Ramsay's Kitchen located inside Harrahs. My second favorite would be Hell's Kitchen. It's the most decorated outlet of Gordon Ramsay in Vegas, located outside the main entrance of Caesars Palace and next to the Absinthe. It's spacious inside with some seats overlooking the strip. I've been here for both lunch and dinner. I'll recommend the tomahawk and seafood tower. The risotto is with the small portion. The deserts are pretty in presentation and of course you got to try their pools which famous sticky toffee pudding. read more

Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen was quite disappointing. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I felt like the food wasn't worth the price point. Their signature Beef Wellington was great, but definitely not worth $74 for the extremely tiny portion. The potatoes were also too buttery, so I did start to gag due to how heavy the dish was. It could definitely use some more balance. Combined with their baked mac and cheese, the meal was difficult to finish. I did, however, thoroughly enjoy their onion soup which included some lobster and potato hash, introducing some new flavors that I loved. We tasted a lot of bitterness that over powered the dish. It wasn't for us unfortunately. Crispy Skin Salmon 4/5 Literally what it's called. Salmon skin was nice and crispy. Cooked perfectly with beautiful flakiness. Flavor is great. Sauce was nice too. The corn and tomatoes are okay. Braised Short Ribs 4.5/5 Excellent choice. Polenta was seasoned nicely and creamy. The short rib was very tender. The maitake mushroom was just as good as the ribs that I had to fight for it. Pan Seared Scallops 4.5/5 Enjoyed this one a lot because flavors were balanced. Scallops had a beautiful sear and it was cooked perfectly for absolute tenderness. Sauce was really tasty. Oven Roasted Octopus 4.5/5 Very tender octopus. Seasoned nicely and a great starter along with the scallops. It was savory and refreshing at the same time. Lobster Risotto 5/5 Wow. Definitely have to come back for this. Risotto was so creamy and lobster was nice and tender. It was so good I wished I had order another one. Beef Wellington 5/5 Beyond amazing. You can't dine here unless this ordered. It's mandatory. Show stopper. Sticky Toffee Pudding 5/5 This is easily one of the best desserts I've had. Hot and cold desserts are so fun to eat. This was a great way to end the courses. Service 5/5 Excellent. I am really excited for this one. This was me and my boyfriend's first time visiting Vegas and we happened to eat at Hell's Kitchen. Like what? The Hell's Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay and when I tell you the food did not disappoint. It did not disappoint The food was amazing. Few months late writing this...my apologies, Gordon!!!! This was, without question, the apex of my dining experiences this year. The reason it was so special to me, personally, was because I've dreamed about coming here for 20 years. Hell, I've walked by it numerous times when in Vegas. The timing never worked out...until this last April. And even with the highest of expectations, the entire experience eclipsed the hype I've built up behind it. We were able to snag a lunch reservation. The restaurant was very busy. You see the entire kitchen. There's merchandise. There's even a TV screen of Gordon talking to you as you enter. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff are impeccably trained, and the food was exceptional. The prix fixe menu boasts Gordon's most iconic dishes: pan-seared scallops, Beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. For lunch, this was around $105 if my memory serves me correctly. All were executed to perfection and even if it had a $200 price tag I would've felt like it was worth it. Absolutely recommend doing this!!!! ***I'm writing this review three months after dining here, so my descriptions won't be as descriptive as they could be. But don't let that undersell how outstanding every bite was!*** Pan Seared Scallops // English pea puree, bacon lardons, potato crisp, citrus beurre blanc. Sheesh, this was a 10/10 scallop. Perfect sear on the outside, tender and soft as could be on the inside. The pea puree was ridiculously delicious! Black Truffle Beef Wellington // potato purée, glazed root vegetables, red wine demi-glace. The unadulterated star of the show. Quite literally one of the most hyped dishes in the world!!! It somehow exceeded my expectations. The best wellington I'll ever have. Cut through like butter. Textbook definition of tender. The red wine demi was so thick and luscious, one of the best sauces I've ever had!!! Sticky Toffee Pudding // brown butter gelato. I didn't think it could get any better, but holy smokes, this man is known for his sticky toffee pudding for a reason. This was decadent. As not the biggest dessert fan, I devoured every morsel. Had a great experience at Hell's Kitchen in Vegas! We walked in on a Sunday around 3 PM and were seated within about 10 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. Our server was very attentive and helpful, giving us recommendations and explaining how different dishes tasted whenever we asked. A group of friends and I came here for my best friend's birthday and we were so excited to experience the hype. We had reservations at 6:45 but weren't seated until closer to 7-7:15 ish which was no big deal -- it was busy and people were likely taking their time. Our server came around and took drink orders. It was an average espresso martini, nothing I couldn't have made at home. My friend ordered the scallop appetizer to start and it may have been the best thing we ordered. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the bacon and pea sauce was a lovely complement to the dish. I ordered the 9oz filet mignon medium. It came out medium rare which I just ate considering how many times I've been told medium isn't the way to eat a steak haha. It was flavorful and a bit smokey which was nice. It came with a bernaise sauce and blistered shishito peppers which I enjoyed. Overall, it was a good steak but nothing that blew me away. For sides, we split the potato puree and asparagus. They were also pretty good, the potatoes came with a crème freche which added some depth. But at $18 per side, it felt a little underwhelming. Ordered filet mignon well done and dry aged new york strip medium rare. meat is so tender, flavorful and melts in your mouth. We've also added mac n cheese for sides and was a very good option. The wait was kinda long but it paid off. The service was much faster than I anticipated and the food was good. The prices were expensive, but I imagine that the people who come here are willing to pay a premium for good food. The three dishes I had were very good. The Lobster Risotto was my appetizer; the taste was very good but the portion size was a little small for my liking. My main was the Beef Wellington; the filet was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and paired with the pommes puree and demi glace, the flavors sung in harmony together. I didn't think that I would like the Sticky Toffee Pudding as much as I did, but it was one of the best desserts I have ever tasted. The pudding itself was definitely not just sugar bread; there were several hints of dates and toffee sauce instead of not being sweetened purely with sugar. The brown butter gelato on top was a perfect addition. The overall vibe of this place felt more like a sports bar wannabe fine dining type of establishment rather than pure fine dining; it was very casual and had an energetic vibe. They had clips of Hell's Kitchen playing on the TVs (spoiler alert: a good chunk of those clips were winner reveal clips.) I would highly recommend this place on your next Vegas trip. read more

If you can get a reservation DO IT!! Shout out to our waiter Charles, he was one of the best servers I have ever had!! Mac and cheese is a must and of course the beef Wellington lived up to the hype. Bone marrow was also a sleeper pick but was fire!! My spouse got the Ube cocktail and she really enjoyed it. Portion sizes are perfect not too big but you will definitely leave with a full belly! Love this place!! Their vegetarian risotto is absolutely out of this world. The way the flavors melt in your mouth is simply amazing. I honestly keep going back just for the risotto! I've been here 3-4 times already, and whenever I visit Las Vegas, this restaurant is always on my list. The ambiance is great, the service is excellent, and the overall experience never disappoints. A must-visit for any fans of Chef Gordon Ramsay's or the Hell's Kitchen show, the kitchen is modeled after the famous red kitchen vs blue kitchen setup and popular clips across all seasons play on the television screens throughout the restaurant. The prix fixe menu, although the price has doubled over recent years, still feels like attainable luxury fine dining. Every dish was delicious and had a wonderful balance of flavors. The layer of mushroom duxelles in our entree felt thin, but it didn't take away from the overall flavor. Our servers were friendly and helpful, and also took immediate action when we found a bone chip in our Wellington. Definitely worth the visit! read more
