Never been disappointed with any dish from Spago, whether in BH or here in Las Vegas. This time we ordered à la carte: crab cakes, agnolotti and rib eye. Very flavorful, maybe a little salty but just right! They help split the dishes, and service is attentive but not overbearing. It's a little loud inside but there are fabulous views of the lake on the terrace. A must try if you haven't been! read more

Fresh off of our visit to Hell's Kitchen, we decided to hit up another celebrity chef spot on the strip. We were able to book a same day reservation on Memorial Day! We ordered à la carte and opted to sit inside since it was way too hot out. Here's my review of everything we ordered: Half dozen oysters: 5/5 -- the mignonette was soooo sharp and good! Oysters were very fresh and not briny. Crab cake: 4.75/5 -- could've used a hintttt of lemon, maybe a punchier salsa on top? Didn't really taste the puree either, but the crab itself was so sweet. Smoked salmon pizza with caviar: 5/5 -- I wanna hate this just to be a hater but this is delicious lol. I love how light the cream cheese is and the dough is perfection Agnolotti: 5/5 -- creamy, sweet, rich, the mushrooms are almost meaty, soooo good Veal wienerschnitzel: 3.75/5 -- cutlet itself was really good, the sides just seemed a little plopped on and not super cohesive? Would've scored higher if not the price point. Jidori chicken: 3/5 -- everything was done well, but it was so one dimensional. Had me wishing I kept the mignonette from the oysters to eat with this dish. Squeezed some lemon on top from the veal dish and it helped but at that price point I shouldn't have to make any adjustments. Cocktail with pineapple rum: 5/5 -- delicious, that hint of vanilla with the pineapple is divineeee Spiked lemon: 5/5 -- unapologetically yuzu!!! the chocolate shell is not too sweet, and the meringue as well. The chocolate is thin and tempered well; has a nice snap to it. Pretty good scores for the food, but why 3 stars? Whereas my partner and I thought Hell's Kitchen was worth the price, we didn't think that was the case for Spago. We felt like we could get the same quality dishes and drinks back home for half the cost. Good thing we had food and drink vouchers from our hotel to cut the bill down! read more

I totally get it, this place is fine dinning, however, knock off 2 stars because their soda can was literally a sip! Paid a lot more for a Coke than I drank. I ordered the spaghetti and steak. Both dishes were great and tasty! I just wish the portions were more. It seemed like a sip of a drink and a food tasting for the food, lol. I would dine here if you have the means to and are okay with smaller side portions. The environment was clean and the servers were super nice and helpful. read more

Bellagio's Spago was worth it for the outside dining view of the water fountains. The staff tried to accommodate every table for outside seating when I had went & they were also super sweet bc each member tried to get to know us individually. I was also able to get a reservation the day prior for a Saturday quite easily. We ordered the smoked salmon pizza with caviar and hamachi sashimi as our starters which was absolutely worth it and delicious. For our main entrees we ordered American wagyu eye of ribeye steak and the pappardelle bolognese - would not recommend. Our steak was extremely chewy and buttery- it was like biting into oil and hard rubber. I definitely don't think it was true wagyu meat served from the texture alone. The bolognese pasta was also coated in oil in every bite. If I had known I would have ordered more of just appetizers next time. read more

We came first for brunch. That wasn't particularly impressive. - small portions and an omelette that, while lovely in color, was just an omelette after all. So when we made a dinner reservation, I wasn't expecting to be wowed. I was wowed. Here's what you do: Get yourself a reservation for a guaranteed patio/water view. It's $150 a person food/beverage minimum I believe, but it's worth it. And it's also easy to achieve if you follow my instructions. Start with the lobster bisque. My partner is still talking about this a couple of months later. Probably the best lobster bisque he's had in Vegas and he tries them all. Order the bread. I know... paying for bread is wild but this is worth it. Get a seafood tower. It's not on the dinner menu. It's only on the brunch menu. I have no idea why. Few things say "I'm in VEGAS BABY" more than a seafood tower. But if you ask for one, you can get one. And you should. It's one of the best we've had on the Strip. Order a couple of glasses of Champagne. Relax and enjoy that amazing view. Oh, and you've probably hit your spend minimum by now. If not, get that Spiked Lemon for dessert. Few things say "Celebratory" more than champagne, fresh seafood and that view. This is a meal I would do a hundred times or more. Now tip your waiter generously because the service is perfect. Always a good experience coming to Spago, it's located in Bellagio and has a good view of the strip and the Bellagio Fountain. The restaurant is modern and upscale, there's a live DJ playing music so ambiance is nice. I enjoy the Wolfgang chains and my other favorite is CUT. Food We started with the two pizzas and the smoked salmon is my favorite. The dashi marinated roe really adds a nice briny flavor to the pizza in combination with the creamy texture of the Crème Fraiche. The omelette was also perfectly cooked with a soft interior, the mushrooms had good seasoning and the texture felt like a protein. Spiked lemon dessert was a popular choice from all the reviews so had to give it a try. The chocolate crunchy exterior paired with the moist cake interior went really well together. A very nice tangy and rich dessert. Service Had to take 1 star offfor the service, although our server was friendly and other waitstaff were promptly refilling waters/clearing out plates, overall it felt slow. The restaurant wasn't busy but for an upscale restaurant it felt almost like we had to constantly look to flag someone down. Compared to CUT the service can be improved a bit. read more

We booked a patio table and were fortunate enough to be seated right against the glass with a completely unobstructed view of the Fountains of Bellagio. The service matched the energy, our waiter and the entire team were fun, engaging, and dialed in from start to finish. We kicked things off with champagne, followed by a fantastic lineup of starters including the salmon pizza with caviar and the BBQ prawns. Both were recommended by our waiter, and he absolutely nailed it. We shared a pasta dish featuring morel mushrooms and English peas with delicate, pillowy pasta that was honestly unforgettable, rich, balanced, and packed with flavor. For entrées, we paired a beautiful Oregon Pinot Noir with red snapper, pan-roasted chicken, beef filet, and halibut. Each dish stood on its own and delivered, perfectly executed across the board, and I wouldn't hesitate to order any of them again. And then came dessert, the true showstopper. The Spiked Lemon with Japanese yuzu cream, chiffon cake, and citrus mousse was one of the most unique and memorable desserts I've ever had. Made reservations online for 1:30pm on a Friday. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated immediately in a booth near the window with a nice view of the Bellagio fountain pool. The fountain show starts at 3pm, so we were a little early. The music was unexpectedly upbeat as they had a DJ playing music for weekend brunch. We shared two dishes, the Soy Glazed Ora King Salmon Salad and the Smoked Salmon pizza. The waiter friendly and attentive. He had our salad served on two plates, very nice. The salmon was cooked perfectly, nicely accompanied by spring greens, avocado, pickled daikon radish and a ginger lime vinaigrette. Fresh and delicious. The Smoked Salmon pizza was the star! I made reservations a few days before we arrived to vagas for a party of 4 l ask to be seated on the balcony and we Don't regret it we had one of the best views of the Bellagio fountain show while enjoying food and drinks. Our waiter was great all do it was pretty busy he still took the time to check up on us (I wish I could remember his name. We had 2 hamburgers with fries, 1 plate of chilaquiles (they were spicy) and a bacon and egg pizza (really good) plus 2 alcoholic drinks and 3 non- alcoholic drinks. We think the price was fair. Spago is in the Bellagio where the fancy stores are. Sat right down as has a reservation. Served water and a menu. Typical strip hotel prices on the menu an somewhat limited menu selection. Bread service was $16 and not that impressive. Endive salad was $24 and decent but small. Regular salad was $29. Pasta with bolognese sauce was decent at $44. Halibut was decent at $51. Spicy tuna cones were $13 and were very good. Passed on dessert but all were $26. Drank Sangria's for $23 each but they were good. Fairly busy for a Wednesday night. I'd recommend making reservations. It staff was very attentive. Complimentary salmon bagel/pizza. Not bad! It had a cream base with raw salmon and ikura on a thin pizza crust. Very unique but familiar flavors. Beet salad (4.7/5) - whatever they did with the goat cheese on there was amazing. Best thing I ate that night was that goat cheese. It had this Smokey distinctive taste that I can't put my finger on. That paired with the fresh mint, juicy and mild beat, and refreshing orange slice was perfection. Red snapper curry (4/5) - not bad. Strong fish sauce flavor. Asparagus were a bit too snappy, and my preference would've been for it to be cooked a bit longer. Fish was good and flakey but maybe a smidge over done. Overall delicious. My family said the lobster bisque soup was a bit salty, but they did enjoy the ribeye and filet mignon! Meat is probs the way to go. Dessert is also huge. read more

First off due to our Uber driver not being able to find the Bellagio we were 20 minutes late for our reservation on a busy Friday night. They waited for us to arrive and held our table on the railing on the patio for us. Great start. All the servers and hosts were helpful, happy and fun to be around. The food was superb. I kept hearing the same two names over and over when I asked where to eat before Cirque du Soleil's O show--Lago or Spago--and I'm really glad we went with Spago. We made a 5:00pm reservation, and it struck that perfect balance for a pre-show dinner: efficient without ever feeling rushed. The service was next level--attentive to every need, offering thoughtful recommendations, but never hovering. We had enough time to actually enjoy our meal, linger a bit, and then take a relaxed stroll across the casino to the theater instead of power-walking in a panic. As a bonus, we were seated outdoors and caught the Bellagio fountains three times--dinner and a show...before the show! Please, do not--do not, do not--skip the Artisanal Bread platter. I went all in on the butter, but the real surprise was the carrot hummus - what is this magic?! From there, my partner and I split the prosciutto di Parma salad and the filet--both absolute perfection. Now, I love dessert more than most, but at the end of a fancy meal I usually don't have room and end up sneaking a bit of chocolate later when my sweet tooth calls. But thanks to our "splitsy" strategy, we said yes when our server suggested the Spiked Lemon--and I don't think I've ever enjoyed a dessert more. We were visiting Las Vegas for a birthday and decided to go here. You absolutely want a reservation- however you can't book the patio. When you show up to check in you have to ask if its available. We were lucky enough that they had 1 table open. Sitting outside is truly an experience. The view is amazing but separately the Bellagio water fountain show goes off about every 20 minutes. It plays a different song each time and is beautiful! We got a ton of things- everything was good. My least favorite was the endive salad- I just thought it was okay. The bread and hummus were amazing and the pastas were fresh and flavorful. The curry snapper special was also fantastic. The gelato was my favorite dessert. This was my first time here for dinner and it did not disappoint. The hostess was so sweet and she even remembered me from my last brunch visit! They gave me a beautiful window table with a view and being able to watch the fountains made the dinner even more enjoyable. The crab cakes were delicious as usual, but the lamb chops with eggplant and snap peas just blew me out of the water. The lamb chops had a delicious crust and the eggplant was one of the best eggplant preparations I have had. The sauce and the way it was cooked was so addicting. Are here on 4/25 I kinda remember eating at spago when it was at ceasars Palace back in the day. Eating just pizza there. This one at the Bellagio is way better. Many different offerings and a great view of the fountains. Good was on par but kinda pricey but it's Vegas. We had the hamachi, Prosciutto pizza, bolognese, Asian chicken salad?, crab cakes and the spike lemon dessert. Next time I would pass on the bolognese but everything else is great! Came here tonight for my wife's birthday and left extremely disappointed. At the start, everything was amazing. Then the appetizer came, and not once did the waiter ask how the prawns were. Next came the entrées, and once again he never checked on our steaks or whether they were cooked to the proper temperature. We ordered one round of drinks at the beginning and were never asked if we wanted another. The food and atmosphere were great, but the service completely missed the mark. We just love it here! This is a must stop when visiting Vegas. I highly recommend getting a reservation as they are always booked. The best view is the balcony because you can see the fountains go off and enjoy the music. We came to celebrate our 6 year wedding anniversary and it's become custom to stop in here. They treat you wonderfully and always go the extra mile. They changed the menu from the last time we visited but all the dishes were wonderful. Since we had seating right in front of the bellagio fountain, he was kind enough to take group photos for us. Food: Mediterranean Octopus - best appetizer. The hummus that the octopus was sitting on was the most flavorful item among the appetizers! The octopus was tender and charred to perfection! Wood Oven Grilled Prawns - difficult to eat. The prawns were split open but still within its shell to protect itself from the flame. It was very hard to de-shell at the table since the prawns did not detach easily. Flavor was great. At one point, some people at the table gave up on deshelling. Maryland Blue Crab Cakes - Good. As a Marylander, I have high standards for crabcakes. Good crab to filler ratio with the majority being crab. American Wagyu Steak - Perfect cook. You cant ever be disappointed by a dry ages wagyu steak. I thought that the steak was perfectly cooked with the right amount of salt. I was the unlucky person to experience a hot shishito pepper. Chocolate Souffle - Must get but heavy! It was like I was eating chocolate soup since it was underdone. I would highly suggest that you get a lighter/citrus based dessert to go with it to help cut the richness. Unfortunately, for the price, I was disappointed. There were four of us and no one was particularly impressed with their food. I had the smoked salmon pizza, which was good but not amazing. Drink prices were high and nothing stood out. Service also fell short for a restaurant at this level. Our server was moving quickly and seemed rushed, and we had to speak up a few times to get our order right. I have to update this it's been some time and my recent trip there was absolutely phenomenal. They have come such a long way with their service and FOOD. Their prices are well worth everything! Speaking of food their ravioli's with the buttered brown sauce were simply BEYOND. I did notice they switched up the menu but that is okay because everything was cooked to perfection! My friend got the Agnolotti which she said was delicious!!! The service is absolutely amazing I always think it's a Vegas thing but here particularly on the strip, downtown, or in the arts district it is PERFECTION and exactly the way excellence in service at a beautiful restaurant like this one is attained!!! The ribeye is actually pretty good but not to sound pretentious, as someone who's been to South America, their ribeye was just alright.
