We used to enjoy coming here, but the inconsistency in both timeliness of service and product has unfortunately deterred us. We decided to give it another try today, only to wait nearly 15 minutes just to order some Cornettos. There was only one other customer waiting for their order while we stood waiting to even have ours taken. Completely disorganized and disappointing, especially for a place we once enjoyed. Update following management's response: Thank you for the response. I understand that the baristas were supporting dine in customers based on their comments, and I appreciate that the team was busy. My feedback is really intended as an opportunity to improve how situations like this are managed. The concern was not simply the wait. While we had been waiting to place our order, another customer who arrived after us was assisted because he told your staff he did not want to wait. He was then taken care of before us, even though he was not picking up a preexisting order. That created the impression that there was no clear process for balancing the café and dine in service. In hospitality, situations like this can quickly become a channel conflict when staff are pulled between service areas without clear coverage or communication. This may simply be an opportunity to coach the team on how to acknowledge waiting guests, communicate delays, and maintain a fair order of service when staffing is stretched. I mention this because another person who witnessed the interaction also commented on how negatively it came across. We have enjoyed your business in the past and would certainly like to again. My intention is not to be combative, but to share feedback that may help strengthen the customer experience going forward.

LOBSTER TAIL - love their crunch and the custard cream inside! Our last two visit we orders their hot and cold sandwiches and it blew our minds away. - La toscana (prosciutto) - egg and ham croissant - il Classico We are coming here next time until we have tried every item!
I always complain about the lack of great gelato in Las Vegas. This place is a great counterargument. Florentine Cafe is morning-through-night business operating out of one section of Sgrizzi Ristorante near the corner of Blue Diamond and Rainbow. I'd meant to stop by before and finally found myself back in the area. Upon noticing all the gelato reviews, I knew what I was having for dessert. This was a surprisingly great experience. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches and pastries, but even with all the treats on display, they found room for 6 gelato makers. They also let me sample all of the flavors, and I found myself every one available today except for blackberry. Thankfully, they also were willing to fill my large cup ($7.15; get this instead of downgrading to small for just $6.75) with as many of the flavors as I wanted. And they smartly put strawberry on top for a light start, with vanilla and coffee appearing next, and pistachio and chocolate near the bottom. The texture was consistently smooth and almost too light/airy, but it didn't detract from the flavors. Coffee may have had some odd pooling of the coffee flavors in some parts, but it was potent overall. Pistachio should not appear that green but tasted as a browner true pistachio would. And the chocolate was quite rich, a great end to the flight-in-a-cup. I will probably come back to Florentine Cafe if I'm in the area because that gelato deserves all the second and third and so on looks. And I probably have to try the pastries like the martiozzi, a brioche stuffed with a gargantuan amount of cream, which Amelinda specifically recommended. Hopefully they keep rotating the gelato flavors too, as other reviews have mentioned some tantalizing choices.
The pistachio affogato is what you think it is. So tasty and rich. I came for this and only got this. I can only handle so much sugar at once. Will be back for pastries! The employee was so friendly and made sure she understood what I wanted since they also do offer lattes. The cafe is small but it still has space to sit and chit chat, and also work since there are outlets along the walls at the bottom
It's a nice spot for a quick bite and some conversation. Smaller than I expected and not suited as a "work from home" cafe. But we tried their affogato which was delicious and their little almond pastries, also delicious. Also tried their Pistachio Maritozzi, and the cream was so light and fluffy. Not a very strong pistachio flavor but still quite good.
Great vibes great place, authentic and just simply lovely. The place is secluded but once you step in it is like a little escape from Las Vegas Heat. The service is nice and the food is always good with the highest quality. I love popping in here once in a while, like a little tray for myself, thank you!!
I've seen some of the IG videos and have been wanting to go for such a long time! Finally went and oh man I wanted to buy everything! I settled on 5 items; ham and cheese croissant, chocolate chip cookie, pistachio danish, lobster tail and an almond cornette. The cookie was so good, nice crisp on the outside and so chewy and gooey on the inside. Wished I had some milk to go with it that day. The ham and cheese croissant seemed simple and plain with barely any meat but omg it was soooo good! I still daydream about it till this day. The danish was ok but omg that lobster tail was everything! The pastry was so flakey and crispy and there was so much cream on the inside, I mean I felt like I was in cream heaven! I gave the almond pastry to my mom and she dogged that thing down! She was really enjoying it. I'm thinking of making another trip over there real soon bcs after writing this review just reminded me of how yummy everything was! I also want to try some other items, I wish this place was closer to my home!!
Beautiful little bakery inside the Sgrizzi restaurant with fresh pastries and artisan breads offered daily. Their baker comes in at 4am and bakes everything fresh and they do not resell from the day before. They have a lot of pastries to offer -- and gelato! The staff is really nice and helpful! A warm welcome as soon as you step foot into cafe. They told me about their pastries and gelato and offered samples of their gelato. I tried their basil one which was really fresh and interesting. And their new lemon ricotta flavor. I got a box of pastries to go and couldn't wait to take a bite of the pistachio danish -- which I highly recommend if you love danishes! You can tell the freshness pastry as soon as you bite into it. Flakey, warm and the fragrant notes of the spotlighted ingredient in flavor. I am definitely coming back next time to sit in cafe and enjoy an affogato treat.
5 STARS!! From the moment we walked in the door. Ham & cheese croissant was perfect salty with plenty of buttery flakiness. We both got a pistachio affogato and WOW!! So good. Don't be confused by the location, it is attached to the Sgrizzi restaurant. While the ordering area is small, you can seat yourself in the dining area of the restaurant and they bring you your drinks and food. Seating is ample, beautiful and serene, no loud musac or screaming kids. We were greeted by a young man Kalel, who definitely has a future in fine dining, very professional and friendly. Got a chocolate chip cookie to go and those salty sweet bites hit the spot later that evening :)
Florentine cafe is worth the hype! Get that pistachio affogato and you will be awake for days! The cannoli was also a standout for us and we will be back for more!

Such a cute spot modern Italian cafe. You wouldn't think of much from the outside. You walk in and definitely have to take a minute to look at everything. This place is attached to the restaurant, so there's plenty of seating. The staff was nice and welcoming. Ordered a few treats, sandwich and drinks. The Toscana was delicious. They make their bread in house and they definitely pile on the ingredients, which was appreciated. You can't go wrong with the pastries. The rumbola, it was perfect. I have tried some where the rum was so overwhelming but this was one was perfect on the amount of rum and sweetness. The drinks did lack flavor but maybe it was an off day. I definitely look forward to coming back.
We were excited to try this new cafe close to Mountains Edge. We had a vanilla latte, mocha latte, egg/ham/cheese croissants, carrot cake, and rum baba. The lattes were a little small but good. The carrot cake was decent and the rum baba turned out to be a sponge cake which we didn't know. It was okay and definitely very wet! The ham and egg croissants we were kind of disappointed with. The croissants themselves were tasty, but the "sandwiches" are pre-made (pre-baked with ingredients inside) and we really prefer freshly made breakfast croissants where you can easily distinguish between the ingredients. The restaurant was packed and the service staff were definitely slammed. We likely won't return, but ultimately, it was okay.

Incredible!!! I've been wanting to stop by Florentine Cafe for quite some time now. I finally got the chance to do so today, and I'm actually upset! Because now I am going to go broke coming here over and over! What a stunning place! I love everything about this little quaint cafe & bakery. As soon as I walked in, I was delightfully struck by not only the beautiful aroma, but also the pure elegance of the design, decor, and ambiance! It felt like I was in another country experiencing the real thing. The employee that was in front was literally amazing! His name was Noah, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was the only person in front, taking orders, fulfilling them, and even taking orders out to the dining room customers. With a bunch of folks in the cafe, he was quite swamped, but you'd never be able to tell it by his demeanor. He handled it with grace and class, and was super friendly! I wanted to recruit this guy to work at one of my restaurants, but I held back from doing so. lol. Now to the food! I absolutely love French pastries and have tried them all over the region. And I can tell when they are made with love and quality! The pastries were phenomenal! Perfectly balanced, flaky, tender, not too sweet, not too dry... just perfection! Honestly the best I've ever had. This place hands down knows what they are doing, and they do it well. I highly recommend visiting... immediately! read more
Finally a high-end Italian bakery/cafe in Enterprise, they have French and several Asian spots so now let's diversify it up a bit and bring on the beautiful delights from the boot. Cornettos, Maritozzis, Espresso, Cappuccino, they have a vast array of pastries and desserts and even light eats. We had a "Divine Con Panna" it's an espresso crowned with whipped cream in a gilded cup, this is my fav, it offered a visual delight along with a delicious experience. The eating area was expensive, with several booths for larger groups. The service was on point, very friendly. You order at the counter then take a seat, don't forget some water to cleanse your palate between coffee and bites. Can't wait to go back! read more

I was so excited to try this place but it was such a huge disappointment. 2/3 pastries we got were stale/hard and our coffees were cold. Everything looks amazing but unfortunately it didn't taste as good as it looked. read more

I thought I'd stop by to treat myself for light breakfast. The service very good. There were two people available to help the customers. I ordered a cappuccino and a Cornetto filled with custard. There are places to sit inside and can also sit inside The adjacent restaurant. read more

It's kinda hidden but you'll find this place. They don't have a big sign. But what a great little shop. I really had to try the affogato pistachio because I love pistachios. And it didn't disappoint. The espresso goes so well with it and really love the almond croissant because it was loaded with almonds. Definitely recommend and the staff are so great and nice with great service. They took care and really made sure there was enough to fulfill my order. read more

Yelp Review 2025 #157: Located at Sgrizzi Ristorante, Florentine Cafe on Blue Diamond and Rainbow is a small cafe that serves some delectable pastries and the best pistachio affogato in town. They have cornetto, crookie, danish, maritozzi, rum baba, tiramisu, zeppole, tarts, cookies, etc. Everything looks delicious but I had to limit myself to only a few items. Pistachio Danish: This one's a bit heavy. I mean, it's not a bad Danish. I prefer the pastry vs cream ratio on the Sfogliatelle than this Danish. 3/5 Sfogliatelle: Lobster tail stuffed with pistachio cream. Crispy and flaky pastry and a generous piping of that rich, creamy pistachio filling. 5/5 Pistachio Affogato: Delicious pistachio gelato covering the bottom and encircling the rim of the cup (topped with pistachios) that melts as espresso is poured into it. A nice balance of hot and cold, and bitter and sweet. The best version of affogato in Vegas as I've already mentioned. 5/5 I'd go back for the Sfogliatelle and the affogato. I wish they had more tables and chairs. The seating area is limited to like 2 tables so, grab your pastries to-go but maybe, get an affogato to enjoy in the cafe. read more

didnt get a chance to eat here, but based on what i saw inside.. there wasnt enough space to eat and chat.. It was basically a place to grab your coffee and pastries and split! just took some pics but didnt have a chance to order. Would of been better if they had more space to fit at least 20 people in there. They share the same space as SGRIZZI read more
Florentine Café is a part of the restaurant. You go up to the Café counter, order and pay. You then can sit at the bar area within the Café or go through an archway that leads to the restaurant. In the restaurant you can sit anywhere you wish. While in there I looked around at the decor. The restroom was clean and provided a baby changing station. The floor in the restroom features an elegant design tile. So many desert choices and espresso beverage options. Customer service is friendly, professional, and provide a classy experience. I saw Lavazza coffee bags on display near the espresso machine. I didn't ask but maybe they sell the coffee retail as well as use it for the espresso beverages. I forgot to ask. Complimentary water station with tableware and sugar packets is readily available. The lemon cream inside my lemon cornetto was divine. The marshmallow merengue was sweeter than I would have preferred. The espresso was good. On certain days brunch is offered. Plenty of parking available in the private parking lot. I plan on returning with friends for brunch, desserts, and espresso. read more

I found the place off of TikTok and I was psyched to try the affogato. I also ordered a pistachio cornetto, a lemon tart, a strawberry tart. We also got il fiorentino sandwich aaand an olive bread loaf. The pistachio cornetto was decent. The lemon tart was a little sweet, but the strawberry tart (recommended by the waitress) was perfection. The sandwich was also a 10/10. Our sandwich and affogato were so good that we came back a second time and the affogato was not as generous as the first time, which was disappointing. Overall, our service and experience the first time were much better than the second time. read more
A hidden gem, not that easy to spot. Built as a dependence of the restaurant Sgrizzi, you could completely miss Florentine Cafe. This is an authentic Italian bakery, just like in Milan or Florence. You must try their Lobster Tail Cream pastry, an absolute delicacy, crispy layers of puff pastry like crunchy crust, filled with a delicious cream, heavenly! The brioche Svizzera (Swiss brioche) is amazing too. Coffee is delicious, Lavazza of course. While you're there have a Chinotto; an authentic bitter lemon Italian soda, another great Italian gift to the world. Love this place!! read more

The cafe is attached to an Italian restaurant (same owner) which uses its dining area during the day when the restaurant is prepping. Such a different experience and a great place to relax in a sophisticated with classy decor. The cafe itself displays a variety of in house freshly baked pastries as well as great espresso drinks. We enjoyed a cornetto, ham & cheese, silk cappuccino and cioccolato caldo. All made fresh and coffee on point! It was a delightful morning spent there. read more
YUMMY!!! I came here because I saw that this place was the place to come if you're craving authentic affogato and gelato. I got the affogato with pistacchio and all the stuff. It was AMAZING!!! It tasted like being back in Rome. I also got the La Toscana sandwich. The focaccia and burrata and prosciutto were magical. Service and space was quaint and kind and attentive too. Such a sweet little find off the strip! If you're ever looking for authentic Italian treats that remind you of your European adventures, come here. This place may be known for their pastries but they have probably the best coffee in all of Vegas. So good that I ended up getting an espresso machine and went into a rabbit hole of making espresso. Pastries are amazing. Can be pricey but very much worth it. I bought a loaf of sourdough last week which was affordable and I will definitely be back for fresh bread! read more

I kept seeing videos of the affogato at Florentine Cafe and it did not disappoint! The gelato was so delicious and airy mixed with the espresso was a combination I didn't know I needed! The service was great. Everyone is kind and helpful. The ambiance is very cute. The coffee side is little small but perfect for a quick coffee as they are connected to the main restaurant! read more

Florentine Cafe is a cozy cafe/bakery connected to Sgrizzi Ristorante. The cafe is small cafe but packed full of delightful treats. There is a small countertop area for you to enjoy your pastries and cafe. The staff here are so very warm and welcoming. We were immediately greeted and kindly offered help and recommendations. I ordered croissant pastry with a cookie baked inside and a honey latte to go with it. The pastry was nice and flakey with a chewy cookie in the middle. This had great texture and was as sweet as you would imagine, but not overly sweet. The honey latte was a simple and satisfying drink to was it down and supply much needed caffeine. We also ordered a frittata to go which was tasty and filling. Unfortunately I didn't get a photo of this. Overall my first impression of Florentine Cafe was positive and I'll be visiting again next time I'm in town. read more

I cant stay away. The bread and the pastries are the best I've had in Las Vegas. I don't even think about how much I'm spending. I want to throw all my money at this bakery. I want it to stay open for 100 more years. I especially love the Florentine, and the Oro Dolce. read more
