    Breakfast bowl
    Winter B.

Restaurant in canyon ranch. Great location close to the gym and spa treatment area. Menu was good lots of options. The breakfast bowl was ok. The cafe walk up area was also ok but coffee was pretty good. Server was friendly. I think the other restaurant in canyon in the Venetian is supposed to be better it's called truth and tonic. Overall fine option if you're going before gym or spa. Prices not bad either especially for Vegas.

The healthy twist on Eggs Benedict

So happy to find healthy food on the Strip! Wish they had dinner options. I had the Hearty Breakfast Bowl which was huge, 2 eggs which I ordered scrambled, black beans, chicken sausage, kale, potatoes and a fresh mixed green salad, excellent. Hubby had the Eggs Benedict which was created with prosciutto, tomato and avocado on whole green English muffin and came with a green salad that had fresh veggies such as watermelon radish, cucumber and strawberries. He really liked it (at the time), however the eggs were very runny and he later had some digestive problems thus 1 star deduction. We would still go back, but ensure the eggs were more fully cooked.

This is a sister location to Truth and Tonic at the Venetian, with similar menu. They have couple of vegan options on the menu so I've decided to have a breakfast one day. The server was very polite and requested if there are any allergies, when I said that I'm vegan, he made sure I get all vegan condiments to my dish (including vegan butter). I've had a vegan JustEgg scramble with plenty of veggies, sourdough toast, side salad and soy milk latte with their house made lavender sirup. Everything was delicious! The prices are a little high, but I guess it's to be expected in Vegas.

Omelet (bacon, spinach, red onion, cheddar)

Maybe one of the healthiest and tastiest options while staying at the Palazzo / Venetian hotel in Las Vegas. Canyon Ranch is a great spa in the hotel but it also has a great but small cafe with a very good menu of fresh healthy food. After all the hustle of running into people in a crowed casino, it feels somewhat like an oasis to get away from all of that here. Today we had an omelet , (bacon, spinach, red onion, cheddar) And Huevos Rancheros (corn tostada, 2 eggs your way, smashed black beans, avocado, queso fresco, house fire-roasted salsa). Ok not sure how healthy these two options were , but they were fresh and very good! I was able to make a reservation on Open Table , same day, which was nice. Give this one a try

We loved this place. It is near the spa in the Palazzo so it is away from all of the casino noise and smoke. It is not that crowded and the servers and host are pleasant. The food is absolutely delicious without that greasy feeling that you get from most American breakfasts.

Had a delicious Christmas morning breakfast. I had the breakfast bowl that had eggs, beans, sausage, potatoes, peppers, and pico. It sounded odd but our servers recommendation was spot on. It somehow felt light and healthy even though it sounded heavy. My wife had the avocado toast which she loved and my son had the American breakfast which came with the most yummy bacon. Overall, a great start to our vacation.

Yogurt parfait with fruit. Granola, and honey

Came here for breakfast and the food was delicious and healthy. We ordered a yogurt and mostly berries, but also melon parfait, which also had some granola that had nuts in it and it was very delicious and hearty. I also ordered a side of one scrambled egg that was very well made and great texture. We also ordered the traditional breakfast with eggs, bacon, breakfast, potatoes, and sourdough bread. It was very delicious as well. Also ordered orange juice, which was fresh squeezed, which was super delicious and not too much pulp. I would definitely come back here again for breakfast.

We got up at 7 AM for breakfast and we went to Canyon Ranch Café. It was nice because not many people were there. We both ordered a latte and it was seriously good. We decided to share one of the bowls and the order of pancakes. Both of them were fresh and delicious. The waiter was awesome. He kept checking on us and making sure we were good. It's a nice pleasant ambience sort of right next to the spa. The spa was under renovation while we were there so I don't know what's going on with that but the food was great. I got a coffee to go. We decided to come back there for lunch. Great breakfast option.

This review is for the CanyonRanch Cafe. The one thing it has going for it convenience if one is staying in the Palazzo tower. It's located on the third floor; a simple elevator ride will get you there. We chose it for convenience, and we wanted a light lunch. Beware the so called "Lobster Roll" priced at $26.00. Our server offered the so called "Lobster Roll" as a special. I haven't had a Lobster Roll in quite awhile so I said sure. What was served tasted like Tuna Salad with an almost undetectable amount of tiny pieces of Lobster served on a wheat roll. Candidly, I felt misled. I know what a true Lobster Roll is. A true Lobster Roll is nothing but fresh Lobster with drawn butter served on a white bread roll I've had them in Maine and at Luke's located at the Fashion Square Mall a short walk from Palazzo. See my review of Luke's. My photos depict a real Lobster Roll and the "Lobster Roll" served by CanyonRanch Cafe. She ordered the Thai Spinach Salad priced at $16.00 With the added five smallish shrimp, it was priced at $31.00. Neither the menu nor the server indicated it wouldn't include much in the way of shrimp. My iced tea was $8.00. The total with tax before tip was $70.44. Chew on that in light of the foregoing. Ambience wise, it was a pleasant but virtually empty dining room at lunch time. We should have bounced as soon as we saw that. This would be a one star review but for our server who provided good service. I tipped A little more than 20% based on the service, not the food. That brought the grand total to $85.44. Chew on that, too. Needless to say, but I'll say it anyway, I wouldn't return to this place on a bet.

1 granola with yogurt, 2 tiny pieces of toast with small poached eggs, $8 cup of coffee and no refill. Yikes!

When I looked at Canyon Ranch on Yelp, I didn't realize it was on the same level as the suites and connected to the spa/gym. Basically Canyon Ranch is more like a very overpriced cafeteria and the menu offerings are pretty slim. I'd say this eatery is more for guests staying in a suite who want to get a small bite to eat as they head in or out of the spa/gym area. I'm actually surprised we were allowed to get into the suites area not being guests who are actually staying there. There was nothing special about this eatery and it could definitely use a facelift and offer better food for the prices. This was a very underwhelming breakfast experience and ridiculously overpriced. Even if I was a guest staying here, I wouldn't recommend it-- seeing as there are many other amazing places to eat within walking distance (that weren't open yet when I looked them up). So my recommendation is to just skip this joint and do a little extra research and find another eatery in the area. You'll probably pay the same price as I paid here but get better quality food in larger portions and enjoy an upscale environment.

    Pineapple pancakes
    Lauren C.

Definitely not as aesthetic as Truth and Tonic which is a 5 minute walk around the corner but this place has real eggs! We tried the avocado beef chorizo omelet which was delicious and came with a little salad of greens. We also tried the pineapple pancakes, which were pretty good but not incredible. The pineapple is backed into the batter which affects the texture, making it a bit dense and gooey instead of light and fluffy. But it still tastes great and they add more pineapple on top. The coffee is good, I like the latte but I don't think it was worth $10 to add lavender syrup and almond milk for a 12 oz size.

Came here for our first brunch in Vegas on my siblings recommendation. First let me begin by saying that it is not easy to get to from the Venetian side of the resort. Next once you take the LONG walk there it definitely is not anything fancy. However after the long walk there I figured I would give it a go. Our waiter was very friendly and definitely tried to get us to order drinks. Now onto the food. We had tacos as there really wasn't many options to select from. The food was ok but in my opinion a bit over priced. I would say to steer clear of this place and spend your money elsewhere unless you are at the palazzo and visiting their spa then go ahead and give this place a go other wise there are many other places to eat at.

If you're staying at the Palazzo or the Venetian (..and maybe if you're just hungry and walking by) and you're looking for great healthy food off the beaten path, you've got to consider this spot. We made two trips to Las Vegas in the last year and we've eaten here three times, with no regrets. Food is simply prepared, coffee is good, service is on par and we'll be back.

Our waitress was super friendly and really encouraged us to try some things because we really weren't sure about the menu. She was super attentive and we really appreciated that. The reason I'm giving this a three star review (and I feel bad doing so) is because I genuinely hated the drinks. Like viscerally hated. The menu really was a struggle as someone who's a gin drinker. There wasn't a lot on the menu which I'm often used to, but the drinks were either cloyingly sweet or incredibly tart and bitter. There seems to lack of balance and there were a lot of really weird flavors that really didn't seem to go together. Now I can't speak on every single drink on the menu, but I did try a couple that are either premixed or on tap and I really struggled with them. I was excited about the ginger drink, and I was given a taste of their homemade ginger beer, and it felt like it was going to burn a hole through my stomach. Which is typically not my reaction to anything gender flavored. I just think the balance of flavors are not quite right and so certain things overpowered other flavors. I ended up really not wanting anything on the menu because everything was so rum based and I really don't like rum, so they offered to make me a cocktail with some flavors that I liked. They told me they had passionfruit, which I was really excited about. It usually is a really nice combination of sweet but not too sweet and good fruity flavor. I had a passionfruit gin drink made, and it was absolutely gorgeous coming out. Unfortunately, what I didn't know was that the passionfruit that they have is on the very sour and tart side (contained by a staff member later), which has never been my experience with passionfruit in the past. One of the things that I told the waitress was that I really don't like sour. I like citrus but not something that is so overly sour that it tastes like I'm eating a warhead. And the drink that was made for me had both lemon and this really tart passionfruit to the point all I could taste was this awful sour flavor. I felt bad and drank it and was not about to ask it off the bill because they were so kind about everything. The drink ended up only being nine dollars and I genuinely wonder if they undercharged me, but I felt a lot better that that's all I paid for it. Aesthetically it was beautiful, but it tasted horrible. I tried my friends drink, which was a play on a margarita with Mezcal, and that was also incredibly bitter and sour. I'm not someone who needs disgustingly sweet drinks, hence me not liking rum, but I do need a balance of sweetness with the other flavors. My friend thought her drink was OK, but she said she wouldn't order it again. I would definitely give this location another shot if I could figure out a drink that would work, but it seems their drinks either are very sour or very sweet and I'm hoping that at some point they will be able to find a good balance between the two.

My absolute favorite bar of all time! 1000000000000000/10!!!…read more I could live at Dark Sister!!! It is my go to place to hang out with the girls on a night out! If I am in the arts district, I am at Dark Sister (if they're open... sometimes I'm there in the day and they are not open yet and I am sad. lol) It's moody, it's witchy, it's got all the Goth eclectic goodness! I love how it is decorated!!! It's giving dark academia, mixed with a séances, sprinkle in a little bit of dried flowers and top it with a tarot card. They have such a variety of seating, they have large loungey couches in the front, smaller couches with chairs and tables as you go inside, long and larger tables for larger groups in the back, a massive bar area with seating, as well as a gorgeous patio with bar seating as well as tables and loungey bench areas. It is comfy, cozy, and an amazing place to just chill and hang out. The music is always perfect. The lighting is the perfect dark dim. I have never felt more at home somewhere in my life. It is my happy place. It doesn't matter what I'm doing. If I go there it makes me happy! I absolutely love that they have a mocktail menu and that they rotate the drinks every season. I don't drink and also a lot of my friends don't either and their mocktail menu is a winner every single time, I've never had a drink there that I did not enjoy. Honestly, I would love if they had more mocktail options than they already do. I'm really glad that they added snacks!! Their snack tray is amazing I get it almost every time I'm there. The only thing I would like is for there to be more variety of snacks! I do love the chocolate covered espresso beans but somehow, I am the one that ends up finishing them and then I don't sleep... which is definitely a me problem but like... they're addictive man... we need something else chocolate, like, of course keep the chocolate covered espresso beans, but like maybe chocolate covered raisins or chocolate covered berries? If you guys added a charcuterie board... take our money!!! My friends, and I would never leave, Take all our money!! Like a witchy charcuterie board!! I absolutely love that they have an outdoor patio now!!! It is stunning! Being witchy in the fall is going to be amazing there!!! I've been going there since they opened and from the moment I walked in I was in love. I have watched as this bar has continued to grow, and it only gets better with age. I adore the staff, they are so sweet! They have always been nothing but kind and caring. If something is going down outside, they are locking us in and keeping us safe. I was there one time when there was a shooting going on outside and they immediately locked the doors until it was safe for us to leave. I appreciate how much they take safety seriously! I really love that every single time I go there it seems that they have added something new to make it an even more fun experience! They have a lot of really awesome places to take photos! Definitely cute place to have a girly witchy photo shoot! They do a lot of of events and classes, I haven't been able to go down for one of their events/classes yet, but I'm really dying to go take one of the crafty witchy classes! I love that they're not only a bar, but they're also trying to build community! Dark Sister is absolutely perfect. PERFECT. It is all I have ever wanted and more in a space. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

The atmosphere immediately took my wife and me back to our early adult years in the best possible way. The dim lighting, mellow crowd, and music all worked together perfectly, and somehow the playlist felt like it matched the crafted cocktails and overall vibe of the room. One of the things we appreciated most was being able to actually sit together and have a conversation without having to yell over loud music or a packed crowd. It felt relaxed, mature, and genuinely enjoyable--a breath of fresh air compared with so many bars that seem focused more on being loud than creating a good atmosphere. The cocktails were excellent, the bartenders were top-notch, and the entire experience felt thoughtful from beginning to end. If you're looking for a place with a mature vibe, great drinks, good music, and an atmosphere where you can actually enjoy the person you're with, Velveteen Rabbit is a must-visit.

I feel like this place can be easily missed since the building is all black, but definitely worth stopping in for. Vibes are very dark and intimate, yet lively. I am not sure how to explain it, but I liked it. Lol Somehow you can make a reservation, but I haven't looked into it. There were a bunch of seating against the wall on the couches but they were all reserved. My friend and I ended up at the bar in the "standing room" which was fine! Their seasonal menu is Conspiracy Theory based. I from that menu and my drink was called the Moon Landing Hoax, which was recommended to me but pretty strong in my opinion. I will say that the aesthetic of the drink was super cool with the astronaut. My friend ordered from their regular menu. She enjoyed her Repo Espresso Martini and she would order that again! All in all, I still like this bar a lot! I would come back again.

We invited two friends and we had separate reservations but they were able to seat us together! We enjoyed the welcome cocktail, which was tequila based and presented in a coconut kinda thing that was overflowing with dry ice for effects. So fun. They gave us these books for menus! Each cocktail had a story like description and a gorgeous photo. They have two parts to the cocktail menu, with the back end ha I g market price cocktails. Watch out! The market price old fashioned was $295 due to the vintage old forester in it. The cheapest cocktail I saw was $38, the velvet moon, which my husband has had many times. He had it again, as his second cocktail, so that I would try it; it is so good. His first cocktail was the Passion's Serenade $45. What a cool idea and it was tasty. Most drinks were around $60. I took my time and ordered the Liberty's Torch. I had no idea they would bring the elements to the table and make it right in front of me! Wow! My second cocktail was the Maison de Luxe $70. Our friends had the velvet moon as well! And they had some sort of Mexican style drink like a cantarito which came with a little sombrero hat that they got to keep! I was impressed that they brought a second snack set for our friends who joined us a little late. I was glad I could eat everything and not have to share! Haha This place is so unique but very expensive. We asked for the check so we could get on to dinner and they surprised us with four gelatin shots! Thank you! We will be back.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with beautiful decor and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. The service was outstanding. Our bartender was super friendly and every drink were crafted and presented beautifully. The cocktails are definitely on the expensive side, but you're paying for the entire experience. They also bring out complimentary snacks and dessert jellies, and everything is served with incredible attention to detail. It's a small space, so I'd recommend making a reservation. If you're looking to treat yourself to a unique cocktail experience in Las Vegas, I would definitely recommend The Vault.
