Greek omelet with hashbrown and English muffin

If looking for a good sit-down breakfast in the FontaineBleau, Vida has you covered. A couple things I would note, if you're by yourself, you will be asked to sit at the bar. I don't necessarily have an issie with that, but if the bar is busy, I don't think it would be the worst thing to give a two-top to one person. It also is definitely Vegas hotel pricing. All that aside, I had a really nice breakfast of the greek omelet. The service was good, although I did feel bad for the bartender, since he had a packed bar and was by himself.

I'd give this place 3 stars. The atmosphere is nice, but the food is pretty average, honestly something I could make at home. I came here with my wife and kids. We ordered two breakfast dishes and an avocado toast. The service was okay, nothing special. The staff were friendly, but that's about it, and the wait time for the food was a bit long. One thing that surprised me was that my breakfast didn't come with bread, which felt a bit odd since you have to order it separately. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but that's pretty normal for Vegas.

If you're looking for a classic, high-energy Vegas breakfast that hits the spot without the stuffiness of fine dining, Vida at Fontainebleau is your go-to. I ordered the "All in Breakfast" You get the best of both worlds-eggs your way, crispy hashbrowns, your choice of breakfast meat (the applewood-smoked bacon is a winner), and a side of their famous fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes. James our server was excellent! And provided great recommendations.

This cafe is very good, but I liked the Omelet the day before at La Fontaine upstairs a little better. Service was great in both places and in both places we sat the at bar. The bar here has TV's if you want to watch the game like we did. Prices about the same: Omelet: $30 Fresh Squeezed OJ: $12 One Waffle: $20 Oatmeal: $20

Stopped by Vida at for breakfast and had a great experience overall. The Pork Chilaquiles were the star of the show--the pork was incredibly flavorful and tender (not dry at all!), with a perfect spicy kick. We also tried the Steak and Eggs; while the steak was slightly overdone for my liking, the eggs and hash browns were cooked to perfection. Chimichurri was a nice addition for some more flavor. What really stood out was the service. The staff was super attentive and kept our coffees refilled at just the right time. Definitely a solid, high-energy spot to fuel up at the Fontainebleau.

We go here for breakfast whenever we're doing staycation at fontainebleau. Had a great meal with friends! The short rib loco moco is really good, comes with garlic rice & of course eggs & gravy. Their buttermilk chicken & waffle if also good! They also have steak and eggs. A lot of choices on their menu. Service wad fast and our server was nice, didnt get her name tho. There could be a long wait if you do not have a reservation. But you can always place an order to go if you don't want to wait, The place is nice with the bar in the middle of the restaurant. It's nice for family and big groups.

Had a great brunch here and loved all of our food. We started off with mimosas and then ordered our meals. I had the chilaquiles and it was delicious. Packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The decor inside the restaurant was great. Perfect for your next Instagram worthy moment. Overall we had a nice experience here.

I came here with the intention of having a full course meal. They had the option of an app, main and dessert for $45. I wasn't feeling great but i knew i needed to eat. Dante was my server and he was absolutely wonderful. I got the chicken soup and it tasted really good, but i realized as i was eating it that i couldn't eat anything anymore. I was feeling sick and when i had asked him if i could cancel the salad and desert, he did so without any issues. He ended up getting me a shot of ginger apple juice refresher and some honey and lemon for my water to help with my throat and nausea. It was great, my friend and i ended up coming back and it was wonderful. Decor is beautiful and there was no music so it was nice and its very convenient being in the hotel. Loved the food but the service was wonderful.

I've been to Vida a few times now, and the food here is excellent. Don't miss out on brunch!! The layout is lovely, it's very clean and comfortable. The employees are all lovely and kind. As far as rating, I want to do five stars, but there have been some inconsistencies that keep me from it, mainly due to different chefs preparing the items I like in different ways. I think if we can get food to be consistent, I'll be over the moon!! Regardless, I'll be back, and happy to be there!!

Came into this brunch spot today for the first time. The ambiance was amazing! The restaurant was clean and very well decorated, had a fresh scent as well which was nice. We had to wait like 15 minutes before anyone came over to take our order which was a little annoying to be honest. The girl who took our order finally (didn't catch her name) was thorough. The hazelnut latte was pretty good, I recommend it. I ordered the vida breakfast and it was okay, the pancakes were cooked perfectly the chicken apple sausage was really good too. The eggs were really gross, runny even though I asked for scrambled; like zero seasoning whatsoever on them. Major disappointment on the eggs. Dante finally came over and tended our table for the remainder of our dining experience and he was great! Professional, helpful & hospitable. Overall pretty good place for brunch.

We ate lunch here the Monday we got to Vegas for a work meeting since it was the only place open and all I got a photo of was my espresso martini which was a 4/5! To eat I had the Asian Chicken Salad and it was 5/5 with a side of the fries with some garlic aioli and they were a 5/5! The ambiance gave cute, Vegas lunch vibes! The service was pretty good considering a lot of people were there for multiple conventions. I'd go back!

We came here a second time around because their menu has the variety we were looking for. We also love the casual but classy ambiance of this restaurant. It was full when we arrived. To be seated immediately, we opted the bar seating. Adrian, the bartender, took our orders. My hubby ordered pork chilaquiles and coffee. I ordered the shrimp pesto cavatelli pasta. I also ordered the hot chocolate which I remembered to be fantastic when I had it the day before. Hubby's order came within 15 minutes. He did not like his order very much. He said the pork was too salty. After about 30-35 minutes, my order had not arrived. When I told Adrian this, he profusely apologized. He was very busy attending to many patrons thus, he did not notice. I was getting quite hungry. He gave me another cup of the wonderful hot chocolate and told me that it and my shrimp pesto would be on the house. He thanked me for being so patient and said it was the least he could do. He was genuine in his effort to make it up to me. He was truly wonderful! My shrimp pesto came and I inhaled it. It was very good. I was starving. We give the food a 3.5 rating but service is a 5-star.

It arrives with four pieces, and two of them are genuinely special. The kouign-amann is buttery, deeply caramelized, and one of the best I have ever had anywhere. The canelé is everything it should be: a dark, lacquered crust giving way to a custardy interior perfumed with vanilla and rum. The other two, a chocolate croissant and a Nutella brioche, round it out nicely. Pricey? Yes. Worth every bite? Absolutely. I started off with the Salad Lyonnaise and thought it was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the better ones that I've had in a long time and I even had other versions of it during this same trip and this one beat all of those. I followed that with the Eye of the Rib and thought it had a great flavor, but for $105 it was a very small portion and it took me about 7 or 8 bites to finish it. It did have amazing flavors, I just think that it was a bit steep price wise for the limited portion you get in return. I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. You can tell how much passion and precision goes into the tasting menu. The staff was as high quality as it gets. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, which elevated the entire experience. And the owner, Nicolas, is one of the kindest people you'll meet. He genuinely cares about his guests and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. For a tasting menu in Vegas, the value is amazing. The quality of the food, the creativity, and the level of hospitality you receive is hard to match anywhere else in the city. If you appreciate great food and a truly special dining experience, Partage is a must. You won't find better.

It was the single worst restaurant I've ever been too. Not even in the same universe as other restaurants at the same price point. Food was mediocre and was either bland or inedible. Wine pairings fell flat which makes sense considering the food. Service is cloying-- almost gauche-- and by the ninth course, completely overbearing. Restaurant build-out is cheap. Overall, the experience felt like it was produced by amateurs trying their best.
