Cheers--espresso martini, blood orange mimosa, and an Irish coffee.
Brittany W.

Visited Honey Salt for brunch while I was in Las Vegas for the weekend. It is located in the suburb of Summerlin. We made a reservation for mid-morning and once we arrived we were promptly seated. The restaurant is large with cute decor. Jana was our server and she was kind, speedy, and attentive. The brunch menu had several options without being overwhelming. I opted for the hot honey chicken biscuit and my friend ordered the Biloxi buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. Overall, the food was good and in my opinion, the portions were just right. My only suggestion was the biscuit could have been a bit softer but I finished my plate! For drinks, I got an espresso martini flight and it came with three different cocktails that distinctly taste different--my fave of the three was the carajillo. One of my friend's did the bottomless mimosas and she enjoyed those as well. Great place to check out if you are in the Las Vegas area and you want something off the strip.

This place kept coming up and with its farm to table concept, I wanted to give it a try. We had a reservation on a Saturday morning (not difficult to get one) and we were seated immediately upon entering. The inside is larger than we expected and the inside decor gives it a very home-y vibe. I ordered the hot honey butter chicken biscuit and my partner ordered the grain power salad. Everything was good-portions are okay-a little on the smaller side if I'm being honest. Server was very kind and checked up on us regularly throughout the meal and they regularly refilled our water. Overall, a solid brunch option!

Came here earlier today for brunch and the service was "ok". Although the staff was courteous, however there were moments where we felt rushed, and/or ignored. Example: after inquiring if we wanted to ordered drinks and we declined, no one came to us to order.... We literally waited for 15min before we started flagging down for a waiter/waitress.... Ex 2. I had a plate that was empty but all my meds were in there and one of the staff just came and picked up the plate with my meds. I had to tell him that my meds were there and just grabbed them (he took the plate away). Ex 3. I was not here when it happened but my friend told me this... She said that the waitress asked if she wanted dessert when I went to the restroom and my friend declined, so the waitress immediately said "ok I'll hand you the check now". My friend and I both felt that it would've made more sense if we asked for the check, instead of the waitress offering the check right after my friend declined on the dessert. Anyhow, food's good and we might be back to try their other items on different menus (weekday menu, dinner menu, etc...) The menu we had today was a weekend brunch one.

Such a cute place! The inside is much bigger than I expected with charming England country decor. We ordered the eye catching veggie hummus plate. The plating is definitely beautiful and creative. It's also very tasty. My lemon chicken salad is kind of boring. I do like they. They use egg white chunks in salad. However, the lemon salad dressing it's just too sour. I thought they could use a few more kinds of leafy vegetables in the salad, adding some seeds and olive oil will be good too. Services is standard. We enjoy our time there and will be back next time if we are in the area.

Everyone raved about their food but said the coffee left much to be desired as it was cold and watered down. Service was slower than we expected considering the restaurant was not yet very busy. Servers were not very attentive and seemed bothered when we wanted to place our order, but I get it...they were probably still waking up. It was obvious that isn't the standard as the person pouring water made sure our glasses were never empty, and the person who appeared to be head chef was fixated on details and making sure every dish went out perfectly - which it did. Fantastic food. So, I can forgive the slower servers but hope management addresses as it is clear there are high standards in this establishment. At the end of the day - would still take guests here and even drop in for brunch if it's just me and the hubby. Decor is cute. Menu is fun and every dish was fantastic. (Even the servers uniforms are nice.) Will be back and hope next time that our server wants to help us. Brother even said the chicken sandwich was one of the best he had ever had. I can say the same for the avocado toast!!!

Likely will not be back. Great ambiance and service, but the food was very bland and portions were small for the price and quality of food. Ordered the wagyu country fried steak and it was more like a very tough burger steak. The chicken fried sandwich was very dry as well.

Honey Salt is a beautiful restaurant. Very elegant and cozy decor. Service was friendly. We did have a few interesting observations. This restaurant has no bread service, you can't even buy a dinner roll, the Caesar salad had hardly any dressing on it, we had to ask for more, everyone at the table made the same comment, the chicken Parmesan entree was tasty and large and was a whole presentation but literally came with nothing other than chicken Parmesan.. no pasta, no green bean, no potato.. nothing on the side. It just seemed odd.

The restaurant is located in Boca Park, prime location! The decor inside is beautiful. The food and cocktail were okay. I thought the peach frozen cocktail lacked a bit of flavor. It tasted like a healthy smoothie with no added sugar but with alcohol. The country fried wagyu steak was a little dry. I wasn't a huge fan of the pancake either but my friends liked it. I would say it doesn't taste like a traditional pancake which was what I was aiming for.

Shaved Steak Sandwich & Chicken Shwarma Bowl
Breanna S.

My friend and I went for lunch and overall had a really enjoyable experience, especially when it came to the drinks. The Dame cocktail was excellent, and the espresso martini flight was a standout. The Honey Salt White Sangria was refreshing and easy to drink as well. For food, we ordered from the lunch menu. My friend's shaved steak sandwich was solid and overall satisfying. I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl, which unfortunately fell a bit short of expectations. The flavors were mild and it needed more salt, more hummus, and a heavier hand with the Greek yogurt tahini dressing. It tasted a little unfinished, especially compared to how flavorful the dish sounded on the menu. That said, the atmosphere was pleasant and I still plan to come back! I'll just try something else from the menu.

HOT HONEY BUTTER CHICKEN BISCUIT, so good, had to get a bite before I took the picture

A beautiful place to go for brunch, the staff is always so friendly and always welcoming. I think even the manager came up to us while we were waiting to be seated to make sure someone had helped us. As always anytime I come here, I always have to get the bottomless mimosas and I love the blood orange and as usually it was perfect and my glass was never empty. For the table we shared the avocado toast (so good, we returned two days later to get it again). For myself, I got the hot honey butter chicken biscuit and it was delicious. On the second visit we did for the avocado toast, I also tried the espresso martini flights and I loved that you could taste the difference in all three. A must try if you're looking for a nice brunch, the only downside is the parking lot can get packed so be prepared for that.

3.5 The good: good dirty martini with blue cheese olives. Plenty of alternatives for those with dietary restrictions or preferences. Our server was very knowledgeable, offered fabulous recommendations, and options for nondairy meals. They also offer nondairy ice cream which was creamy and didn't have that weird texture. After asking our group what their thoughts were, they mentioned it was a bit overpriced, they felt the menu was limited, and it wouldn't be their first recommendation in Summerlin.

Lemon chicken salad.

Fresh, flavorful and definitely worth a stop in Las Vegas! Honey Salt is a farm-to-table restaurant, and you can taste that quality in the food. I had the bacon grilled cheese -- delicious -- and the lemon chicken salad was fresh, flavorful and just as good.

A trip to Boca park again. Honey salt represents a symbolic and functional blend of sweetness and purification, often used to manifest abundance, attract positivity, and invite blessings. A brunch to celebrate old friends and new friends and blessings for a Sunday with a silver spoon today to feed the Queens.

My reservation at 5:30 p.m. required navigating rush hour traffic, and I would gladly repeat the trip. The service is exceptional, particularly from Derek; I highly recommend requesting him. Their branzino is also quite delicious. You must pair any of these dishes with their mashed potatoes, which are equally excellent.

The first floor of the restaurant was very cool! You could see the cuts of meat in the refrigerators and there is also a bar on the left of the entrance. There was a beautiful chandelier by the staircase as well. The upstairs dining area was very plain however. Bare walls, industrial type of standard light fixtures. The server recommended the skirt steak which we ordered MR. Also ordered the ribeye, portobello mushrooms fries and the steak tartare to start. I've never seen a steak tartare come out brown as it shows in the photo. I was so hungry, so I tried some, assuming the kitchen wouldn't send out bad raw meat. It tasted ok but the more I kept eating the weirder I felt about the color. We asked the manager if this was a common occurrence as my experience with steak tartare had never been this way. She said that it shouldn't come out brown and said she'd take it off the menu. She then later came back to explain that the lime juice that's in the marinade oxidizes the raw beef so that's why it's brown... which is an acceptable answer I suppose? It just felt weird bc I couldn't find any photos of browned steak tartare on google when looking up the restaurant menu. The steaks we ordered MR came out. The ribeye was cooked decently but the skirt steak was more on the rare side so we had to send it back for an oven heat up for 1 more minute. I enjoyed the skirt steak but it was too sweet to enjoy the whole thing. Cooking it in the oven for another minute made it even sweeter. It tasted like over sweetened Korean galbi in steak form. I'd say the portobello fries was my favorite dish and decided to take the rest to go to pick at in the hotel. After dinner we were given the dessert menu which didn't really call out to me, but since we told the server it was our anniversary, they gave us complimentary sorbet which was very nice. I liked the sorbet quite a lot but I was pretty full so didn't get to enjoy much of it. The gesture was kind though. At the end, the steak tartare was not taken off our receipt so we had to ask for that to be taken off since the manager told us she'd do that. The server gladly obliged. I want to say, that there was a female employee - maybe a busser, who worked really hard to be attentive with our waters and clearing our plates. I wish I got her name! I believe she was Latina with a ponytail if that helps at all working Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend at 6PM. All in all, the experience was not as great as my husband's first time at the Henderson location - he said the cuts were so much bigger before and the ambience of the Henderson location was more fine dining-esque. But the economy is tough lately so I figured the quality could've easily gone down. Because the price points were very reasonable, I thought it was up to par with what we paid. Probably won't go back unfortunately but it was great to try it out. The plaza it is in is called Trivoli(?) and I thought it was a cute spot with a lot of shops. Although everything was closed by 8, we walked around to digest a little and enjoyed the evening.

The atmosphere was warm yet sophisticated, with an elegant ambiance that made the entire experience feel inviting. What makes Ada's particularly special to us is its location.
