My friend and I were really excited to try this spot since it's highly rated & she loves Thai food. The decor is nice, with fresh flowers on the tables & a nice wine selection on display. It gives a slightly more upscale vibe than your typical casual Thai restaurant. Unfortunately, the service did not match the aesthetic. After we were seated, it took over 10 minutes for someone to approach our table to offer water. Also, throughout the meal, there seemed to be confusion about who was helping us. We had to ask multiple people about the mocktail options before getting a clear answer. There's no menu for the cocktails/mocktails; they have to be read off to you. I opted for the Mango Blossom mocktail & my friend ordered the Hibiscus Ginger mocktail. We both enjoyed our drinks. Our food came out separately. My friend received her garlic rice first, & I got my Yum Naked Shrimp. Her steak & chicken satay were brought several minutes later, & then came my Tamarind Shrimp. A bit after that, I got my sticky rice. Her garlic rice was cold by the time she got her proteins. She'd also asked for her steak to be medium well, but it came out pinker than expected. When she mentioned it saying she'd like it cooked longer, the staff member who'd delivered the food said he'd get our server. He did not take the plate with him. I think he forgot. After quite some time, our server came by to check on us. My friend brought the steak to her attention. The server did offer to have it re-cooked, but at that point we were almost done eating. She chose not have the steak re-cooked. It was removed from our bill, which was appreciated. Flavor-wise, she said the garlic rice was fire & the chicken satay was good. I enjoyed my shrimp. The overall concept is interesting because there are more tapas than entrees, so I'd say this is a good place for groups to share different dishes. Our total came to about $82 for our 2 mocktails, 3 tapas, and 2 side dishes of rice. The food was flavorful & the presentation was nice, but the inconsistent service made the experience frustrating. We were hoping to love it, but unfortunately probably won't be returning.

Food ambiance cleanliness service were a 6 star. It was sooooooo gooood. I wish I took pics of everything we ate. But I only stopped at the desserts to grab a pic. We had multiple Things and Prosecco. Delish!!!!

Sometimes, it's about what you order. We've been coming to Nittaya's for years just for the family style coconut ice cream, and this time we tried dinner again. Some of the items are deep fried in crack cocaine and I'm already jonesing for my next visit Best bites: Deep fried spinach salad is a drug. Crispy, light, arguably healthy, I could have eaten 3 orders by myself Papaya salad was perfect fresh, bold spice, salt, sour, and sweet perfectly blended in the sauce. Love the level of heat. Might have helped to bring someone who ordered in Thai Fried branzino in the tilapia seasoning (mix of two separate dishes) was delicious. I'm not a fan of tilapia, but the seasoning sounded better and we were right. This was gone as soon as it hit the table Family style coconut ice cream - we ordered 3 for 4 people. We got funny looks, but we should have ordered 1 more. Trust me on this one

Simple local neighborhood feels. Locally owned and have been here for so long and I haven't tried it yet. Staff is very friendly. Food is authentic tasting Thai, so if you're craving it, this is a good spot. Clean and chill restaurant with nice decor and patrons seem well mannered.

I'm quite sure we've been through every Thai restaurant here in town at least twice over the years. We have never reviewed any of those but we're committed to upping our game! Everyone seems to have a favorite and there are qualities to all of them, but Nittaya's is ours. Full disclosure we are normally here during dinners with parties of 8-10 people, never for lunch so we enjoyed being here during a slow period on a Monday. We love the food here, the papaya salad is a must get and make sure you order it spicy. The pad Thai is super, the garlic spare ribs and eggplant are all so fabulous!. It has great appeal inside and we normally sit in the main restaurant so of course we were thrilled to eat at the bar top. First rate service, and we always have a great experience whether just us, or a large group.

Finally decided to try this highly rated Thai place for some tapas. The ambiance is fairly light and quiet, not very noisy, which is nice for a typical date night. Service was okay, not amazing as we kept having to ask for water and order randomly. Here is what we got: 1. Spinach Chips: famous for and absolutely crispy and delicious. The lime dressing on the side was a must and held so much flavor. The ground chicken chunks was nice too. 2. Crispy Pork Belly: this was the favorite dish of the night. Super tender and full of flavor 3. Corn Fritters: super dry and not very flavorful, just chalk-y 4. Masala Curry with Tofu: this was great, but not amazing. It has a strong peanut taste and was filling. 5. Pad Thai with Chicken: this was okay, the noodles were super dry and didn't have a ton of flavor. Desserts: 1. Island Bread Pudding: nothing special and a very heavy coconut flavor. Was not my favorite. 2. Green Tea Creme Brule: favorite of the night and such a great flavor. 3. Green Tea Ice Cream: tasted like freezer burn and took 2 bites and sropped. Not great Overall it was a nice bites place, but i don't know if I'll be back

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Almost three years since I last ate at Nittaya's Secret Kitchen in the Summerlin North area. Decided to return for its Happy Hour. Prices listed as (Happy Hour/regular menu); food portions were reported as identical between the two menus. BBQ Thai Wings ($8/$15): 3x flats, 2x drumsticks of decent size, juicy meat that was easy to strip from the bone, perfect amount of sauce on the crisped skin to deliver flavor without excessive goopiness. Came with a finger bowl of mildly spicy and tasty dipping sauce; liked it enough, and was of sufficient amount, to save for my next plate, the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp ($8/$14): Four pieces on two skewers like barbells. Bacon very crunchy but chewable wrapped triple around a sufficiently-sized crustacean, which retained its snappy bite. The sweet/citrus pineapple sauce (offered either on the shrimp or on the side) was yummy. Both plates adorned with a small shredded veggie salad topped by a knife-cut orange "flower". Pinot Grigio Cantina Valdadige 2024 ($8/$12 gls): A just-enough pour. Value: Super for deliciously satisfying eats at a great price point. Atmosphere: Full of rustic charm. Service: Very attentive, anticipatory, and friendly from Asia behind the bar, hostess, and the runners.

I took my family to Nittaya's Secret Kitchen after a recommendation from my boss. The food was exquisite, the atmosphere was calming, and the service was impecable. We very much enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to returning soon. Easily the best Thai I've had in Vegas!

The ambience at Nittaya's Secret Kitchen is elegant and inviting, with beautiful décor and an impressive wine collection that sets the tone for a refined dining experience. Service was excellent--attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our meal. Here's what we ordered: 1. Tamarind Shrimp - This dish was just okay; I'd probably skip it next time. 2. World Famous Spinach Salad - A unique and surprisingly tasty dish featuring crispy breaded spinach drizzled with a tangy lime dressing. 3. Thai Wings - One of the highlights! Stuffed with minced meat and mushrooms, flavorful and satisfying. 4. Panang Catfish Curry - The standout dish of the night. The catfish was perfectly crispy, and the curry was rich, slightly sweet, and mildly spicy--served with rice for a balanced finish. Overall, great service, lovely atmosphere, and some solid dishes--especially the catfish curry!

Two locations here in Las Vegas. Nittaya's Kitchen is a Thai Fav restaurant in the L.V. westside. I've been coming here for years and the food is consistently amazing -- flavorful, authentic, and clearly made with care every single time. The dishes are perfectly balanced, from the rich curries to the bold noodle plates, and everything always tastes fresh and comforting. Dont forget to try their signature fried spinach sooo delicious. You can tell the kitchen knows exactly what it's doing. Portions are generous and the spice levels are on point. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, and the service is always friendly and attentive, whether you're dining in or ordering takeout. This is one of those places I recommend to everyone -- locals and visitors alike. If you're craving real Thai food done right, Nittaya's Kitchen never disappoints. A Vegas staple and forever my go-to.

Really cool romantic vibe. Low pretty lighting and quiet place. Not too expensive. The service was quick and the food was really good. They pushed dessert really hard but we were too full. Maybe next time. Staff were very friendly. Took a long time to get the bill when we were wrapped up and ready to go. Overall enjoyed our experience.

Cam by to celebrate our daughter taking the bar. We didn't have a reservation but we were able to get seated within 10 minutes on a Saturday night, next time, I'll make a reservation. Staff were friendly and came by often to check in or refill drinks. We had potstickers, shrimp lettuce wraps and pork belly for apps. Then we had shrimp pad Thai, Pad Z U, BBQ chicken, steak with a side of rice, and drinks. I don't get a pic of everything. A few items came out a little after each other and I was already digging into my food. Total $250 for the five of us. Definitely more on the expensive side. Food is always great when we come here. A true gem.

Great food but expensive. Will go again but for special occasion. Even though delicious, won't be my weekly Thai place because of cost.

Do they have a full bar?

Yeah! One side of the place has a nice bar :

What time do the lunch specials run?

I don't think the have any lunch specials. They are open from 11-10pm M-S and Sunday only to 9:30

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? (check soy sauce, fish sauce, seasoned rice vinegar for wheat, barley, rye & triticale. Rice noodles not cooked in water used for wheat noodles.) I have Celiac disease & must eat gluten free.

I am not 100% sure. I have another friend that has eaten Thai with me who also requires gluten free but I don't know about Nittaya. Sorry

Fiancé and I would like to host rehearsal dinner at this location, I see your location is good for groups. Would it be suitable for a rehearsal dinner?

It is a beautiful little restaurant and depending on the size of your party, would be great based on my wonderful dining experiences there.

When is Happy Hour?

They don't have one.

Are they still doing 1/2 bottle night on Thursdays, even during quarantine?

I think they are still offering it during the pandemic, but you might want to call them to confirm (just to be safe). Enjoy!

Do you have a gluten sensitive menu, or can you identify dishes that can be made as gluten free? Thanks in advance!

No gluten free menu, can if you want a certain dish, they will tell you if you can get it Gluten Free or not.

Is this restaurant okay to bring a kid too?

The staff is very friendly so of course they would welcome children but be aware the tables are pretty close together and the atmosphere is on the quieter side so I'd say this is more of an adult or older child restaurant.

I was on Yelp a few months ago and it looked like you guys had an Express or a fast food type place too? We love going but two kids is rough. Craving the spinach 🥗

They use OpenTable so feel free to reserve a seat on that app, it'll help them out immensely when it's rush hour. The servers are quite knowledgeable about the dishes. They even warn you when you've chosen dishes with the same flavor profile. I heard our server guide the tables around us as well with the same attention. Their most known dish is their fried A15 Prawn. Garlic-y, crispy edible shell, and a springy fresh shrimp meat underneath. Yes, you can eat the whole thing, shells and all. Our second dish was their Nam Kao Todd and it had just the right amount of spice and tanginess. The crunch from the rice was a lovely texture because the dish was served fresh. I don't know how it would do if you ordered this for takeout, though. This one is VERY spicy so buyer beware? Third dish was Me Krob. This one wasn't my favorite of the three but I still enjoyed it. The crispness of the noodles absorbed the sweet and tangy sauce they pour on top. Overall: I'd come back if I'm in town!

The space itself is inviting with stylish décor and a warm, modern atmosphere that makes it perfect for both casual dinners and hosting friends. The prawns arrive perfectly crisp with a generous coating of golden garlic and herbs. Each bite has that satisfying crunch before giving way to tender shrimp. 2) Mango Crispy Catfish - A beautiful contrast of textures. The crispy catfish is topped with bright slices of mango and finished with a chili-lime dressing that ties everything together. The dish is vibrant, colorful, and bursting with flavors. 3) Crab Fried Rice - The rice comes generously packed with large pieces of crab and works perfectly alongside the other dishes. It's hearty enough to share. 4) Dessert here is as much about presentation as it is about enjoyment. The Mango Sticky Rice is beautifully plated, and the Egg Yolk Ice Cream is a unique treat that's rich and creamy without being overly sweet--the perfect way to end the meal. The wine list is surprisingly impressive for a Thai restaurant. We usually pair our meal with Orin Swift Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc, which complements the dishes wonderfully. There's also a full bar, and the Lamaii Old Fashioned is worth trying--smooth, aromatic, and beautifully balanced. Coming from LA, we have decent Thai food, but honestly this place blows everything else out of the water. Tucked in the corner of a shopping mall with quite a few other restaurants, you might miss it if you're driving by. Here are the dishes we've tried so far: Pad Thai (9.5/10) - The best pad thai I've had - nice and moist, with great flavor. I'm normally indifferent to pad thai but having this one makes me realize that most of the other pad thai I've has been dry - no wonder I enjoyed this one so much more. Garlic Herb Crispy Prawn (10/10) - The star of the show - nice, large prawns fried to perfection and covered with a tasty garlic sauce. This is the one we get every time we go. Gang Pu (7.5/10) - Solid amount of crab meat in a curry sauce. The vermicelli noodles come on the side and you can add them into the sauce when you want. It's good but I wish there was a little more curry sauce in the dish. Pra Dook Pad Pren (7/10) - On taste alone this probably gets a 9/10 but we thought the portion was a bit small. The catfish is very tasty and the sauce was on point. Just wish it was a little bigger portion. Panang w/ Crispy Duck (9/10) - the duck is very moist and flavorful, swimming in the panang curry it's really a wonderful dish. There is a good amount of sauce which we like so we can add it onto the steamed rice. Panang w/ Crispy Prawns (8.5/10) - See above but with crispy prawns instead of duck. Enjoyable but I think I prefer the duck a little more for this type of dish. Garlic Green Beans (9.5/10) - Didn't know what to expect but really pleasantly surprised with this dish. The green beans are covered with a super flavorful garlic sauce. A nice compliment to any of the other dishes considering there's not a ton of vegetable options on the menu. The tasteful traditional decor and dark wood sets a nice mood for a pleasant meal. Sure, the view out of the window could be better (you just get a view of the corner of the parking lot) but other than that I can't complain. Also, the service is really stand out - they always treat us very nice and check on us regularly. Shoutout to Pinky - she's super sweet and they've given us a little ice cream dessert when we've come on our birthdays. In a city with so many great food options this one stands out for me. Can't wait to go back!
