One of the best overall dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. The staff was attentive and…read morealert. A great atmosphere where you're not on top of the people at the next table. Most importantly the steak was perfect. We had the NY strip and the Filet, which we have had all over the great USA and Echo & Rig is easily in the top 3 may even be #1.

Service was amazing. I can't remember if his name was Darren or Derek and the server assistant…read moreJuan! Love the gin drink called the remedy with lemon and lavender. Super refreshing. Appts were okay....butternut squash was VERY dry. Not like the last time I had it. I tried to ask for extra maple to moisten it but it did not help at all. Didn't even eat it. The cauliflower was good. Nice mix of sweet and spicy. Fried spinach salad is one of my faves! Melts in your mouth and I'm not even a big salad person. And then we tried the shrimp and artichokes. When it came out it was not what we expected. But it ended up being delicious!! Restaurant is classy. Cute outdoor section on the second floor. Floors are always slippery though. Careful in heels! ** only other complaint on the butternut squash is no one asked if everything was okay since the whole dish sat there. I literally ate one piece. We also spoke to a manager about the great service, which I did mention how dry the butternut squash was during the conversation. Apparently offering a different dish or removing the dish and taking it off the check isn't a thing anymore if food isn't up to standards. Or even firing up a new one. A little disappointed about that, but it is what it is.

Started with the Somm wine flight on a Thursday night. 4 wines chosen at random by the sommelier. First off, great idea! Second, they were delicious choices. The menu is mostly filled sharables grouped by vegetables, proteins, etc, and we shared two entrees as well. -Whipped Brie with honey and blackberry. Ask for extra bread, you will want to finish it. -Macatie mushrooms in garlic sauce. Star of the night. -Tagliatelle + scallops. Good and fresh, but a bit disappointing as the scallops were tiny instead of large...felt like a frozen bag was added -Shrimp w garlic and chile. Wow! Just wow. Should have asked for bread here, but I was too full to add bread. I could have licked the plate for this garlic chile sauce! Great service. Atmosphere is smaller restaurant with tables close to each other that offer a view of kitchen or window. Despite table proximity, noise was manageable enough to have conversation. It was fun to seek Kay, co owner energetically checking in on every table. Will be back!

To be honest, my party of two had already imbibed a flight of beers at CraftHaus across the street AND eaten a basket of their loaded tots, so we were kind of already full before we decided to pop on in for more food. - Whipped brie with blackberry and honey: smooth, dare I say light, sweet, creamy, served with triangles of toasted brioche... this was a delightful dish. We ended up running out of bread so the waitstaff generously brought us another round. - Lemon pepper pork ribs + house ranch: GET THIS! I was kind of stuffed by the time this dish came out, but the ribs were FALLING OFF THE BONES and the ranch was the perfect dip for them. SO freaking flavorful. - Mick's royale with cheese: I am a huge fan of burgers. The waiter confidently told us there isn't a better cheeseburger in town, and I think he might have been right. It was GIVING everything one would want in a hearty burger. Meaty, juicy, crispy edges, cheesy, saucy. DELICIOUS. I can't wait for my next visit, except next time, I'll make sure not to pre-eat beforehand! ;D

She was in a body building contest so needless to say she eats in a very healthy manner. She found Flower Child and we're so happy she did. It has very cool decor giving off the rustic, loft vibe. It's very clean, bright with organic elements. We were greeted in a friendly manner at the counter. The menu displayed overhead was extensive. Our friend chose avocado toast with sweet potato fries. My husband and I ordered the chicken entree with steamed brown rice. My second side was a grilled asparagus mujadera while hubby chose the sweet potato fries as a second side. Everything was so delicious! We were blown away from all these well made & healthy eats. We were so deep in conversation that I forgot to take photos of our meals save for the sweet potato fries & dip. Healthy never tasted so good! Staff were friendly and welcoming. They were happy to know we thoroughly enjoyed their food. We were ecstatic to find out there is a Flower Child in Del Mar!

Although they were busy we received are order in a very timely manner. I ordered their Carolina Chicken BBQ wrap. This wrap was very well put together with kombucha grilled chicken, pepper jack, coleslaw and pickles. It came with some greens on the plate as well. It was very delicious. I'm not much into wraps but was compelled to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I'm definitely returning to try more of their items. I forgot what my friend had but it was gluten free. This location was in Summerlin on Rampart and Sahara. Come give them a try. I forgot to take a picture as I was starving.

The space has that clean, effortless vibe that makes it easy to settle in, whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or staying for a full meal. What I love most is how everything feels simple, but so well executed -- from their homemade English muffins to their famous banana bread . Nothing is overcomplicated, just really good ingredients done right. On this visit, we tried the Steak & Eggs, Open Face Lox Toast, FC Cobb, and the Egg Salad Sando Everything came out fresh, well-balanced, and super satisfying. The Steak & Eggs were cooked perfectly, the lox toast felt light but flavorful, and the Cobb is one of those solid, dependable choices you can't go wrong with. And the patio is absolutely beautiful -- such a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy your meal, especially on a nice Vegas day Also, Korbin who helped us during this visit was incredibly kind and welcoming -- really made the experience even better. Drinks are always a must here -- I usually rotate between their Banana Matcha Latte and a classic coffee latte , depending on the mood. Both are consistently good and pair perfectly with anything on the menu. If you're looking for a reliable brunch spot or an easy, everyday café with quality food and great vibes, Fine Company is definitely one of those places you'll keep coming back to.
