The lamb was also excellent, cooked medium exactly as ordered, well-seasoned, and served in a generous portion. I usually order their amazing mustard chicken, which is one of my favorites, but this time I decided to try something different. Once again, I was impressed. Every dish here has its own unique flavor and is prepared with great attention to detail. We enjoyed the beautiful patio, and our server, Dan, provided outstanding service. Vitner Grill is officially being added to my family's regular rotation! A few girlfriends and I met for an early catch-up dinner, and arriving at 4:00 PM was the perfect move, right before the dinner rush, with a relaxed atmosphere that let us actually enjoy conversation. It is a true locals' spot, which made us love it even more. I started with Aperol Spritzes and ordered the grilled octopus, beet salad, bolognese pasta, sea bass, and lemon cheesecake. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The grilled octopus was perfectly cooked, the beet salad was fresh and balanced, the bolognese was rich and comforting, the sea bass was beautifully executed with perfectly crisp skin, and the lemon cheesecake was the perfect ending to the meal. A special shout-out to Jeff, our server. He struck the perfect balance of attentiveness without hovering. He offered honest feedback and recommendations on the menu, and every suggestion was spot on. It's always refreshing when a server genuinely knows and loves the food they're serving. Great food, great service, and a welcoming neighborhood vibe. In the last year and a half or so this place has really improved. From the front desk lady, to the staff, to the food. Bar could improve (clear cubes & other modern barista technique missing) - but the ambiance, food, and staff make up for it. The reeky men's bathroom is a thing of legend. 10+ years it has persisted so Ive learned to wash my hands at home before i leave and hold it until i get home because the rotten egg smell ruins my appetite. I got invited to dinner here, and it started great. The peach and burrata appetizer and calamari were delicious, my pear martini was great. They were playing Goldfinger on the screen. My scallops were good...but two people ordered medium steak and they came super well done. We all looked at them and were shocked. A staff member came by and was shocked they were supposed to be medium as well. They sent them back and then a manager came over and started arguing that they weren't well done. I have never seen anything like it. She was so hostile and rude. They came back out super rare and cold. She again made a fuss, and was arguing. They took them off the bill, but it was crazy. Our waiter (who was amazing) was very embarrassed. We told him we knew it wasn't his fault. We went to Vitner's for our 26 year anniversary dinner. My daughter is out of town and was gracious and made the reservations for us and also chipped in to pay for some of the dinner The service was great from the start and also made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We started the dinner with a couple of drinks and ordered a salad and the calamari as an appetizer. They split the salad without asking which was a nice touch. My wife ordered the halibut and it was slightly undercooked and she had to send it back. She normally doesn't like doing this, but she didn't order sushi. lol. I had the chicken which was done perfect and it was very well seasoned. Great flavor. They brought the fish back and for the trouble the restaurant gave us two glasses of bubbly to say sorry. That was a very nice gesture. They didn't have to do that. The server was great making sure we were getting everything we needed. We even received a Happy Anniversary dessert as a nice gift. Always Vitner's is one our favorites and the atmosphere is amazing. We call it posh casual. I was able to enjoy a wonderful lunch with a friend midday. It was a bit windy, so unfortunately, we weren't able to sit outside, but the staff was very attentive and accommodating to us. I absolutely love the decor of the restaurant. This is perfect to get high-quality food and a diverse menu if you ever need to catch up with a friend. Very classy place tucked away in a corporate area. The service was good; our waitress came back multiple times to check up on us and we didn't feel like she was rushing us to make any decisions. My favorite part about the calamari was the sauce; it gives off very middle eastern taste and it elevated the taste of the calamari. I definitely recommend this dish. I got the Australian lamb rack; the chef recommend well done but I prefer my lamb medium rare. However, when the dish came out; the lamb was more on the rare side therefore to me, this dish was so so. A recent remodel/refresh added comfortable and stylish chairs to the bar, which is much appreciated! They have gaming at the bar (8 machines I think) which are not separated from the dining areas. There are also more bar seats without gaming. This is one of my favorite places to play video poker because there is no smoking! They have a player's club too. It's kind of a hidden gem, tucked in a business plaza between Indigo Drive & Hualapai Way, with small signs to guide you. They have valet parking or self parking anywhere in the plaza. They're solid menu hasn't changed much since they opened. I've tried the flatbreads, with options such as pepperoni topped with a Caesar salad (my favorite!) and Italian sausage with burrata cheese. The grilled octopus appetizer is a winner too. Their charcuterie is also good, I tried the boar salami, smoked duck and Stilton blue cheese. Tasty! The wine selection. Thursday has been live music night and the place can be quite busy for that. Their Web site claims they have 400 wines on their wine list. Their specialty cocktails include Blueberi Crush and Pear-Fection. The patio is very nice, with a firepit to add ambiance and outside dining weather permitting. Let's start with the good stuff. The place is really nice on the inside and has a great vibe. The server and her assistant were excellent and took care of us well. Unfortunately, the place is so loud it was very difficult for us to carry on a conversation. Now the food. It was our first visit but the people we were with are "frequently " diners. When we left, they said the food wasn't as good as usual and were questioning if they had a new chef. Bread and butter was good. Lobster bisque was good but there was very LITTLE lobster. Calamari was so so. Now for the main entry for me. I had the halibut. It was golden brown perfect on one side. The other side was a dark brown and tough. I feel the person preparing it must have gotten sidetracked and completely forgot about any seasoning including any type of lemon. For what I think is the second time in 15 years, I had to ask the server for some salt and pepper. We had three carry boxes with the extra food but it was all thrown out when we got home. Our party of three had 6 PM reservations and was seated immediately in a comfortable booth near the center of the dining room. Shortly thereafter the complementary bread arrived. The bread was delicious with a crusty outside, warm and tender inside. Our server Traci took our cocktail order and then gave us a few minutes to peruse the menu. For a starter one order of the pan seared crab cakes was shared. Two large tasty morsels from the sea. The roasted red peppers highlight the dish. For dinner we ordered the following Pan seared halibut with cous-cous, orzo, sweet tomatoes, baby spinach and lemon gremolata. Cooked to perfection a tasty piece of fish Australian rack of lamb with creamy polenta, baby vegetables and red wine reduction. Four large meaty pieces, cooked medium and the sauce was a great compliment. One of the best racks of lamb. 8 oz. prime beef tenderloin with brie potato puree, grilled asparagus and green peppercorn sauce. The steak was cooked as requested well done. The chef did it perfectly nice crust with a juicy and tender inside. On this Sunday the restaurant was doing a brisk business with most of the tables filled. The time between the appetizer and entrée was a little long. The entire staff was in a full hustle and our server kept us updated on the food order. read more

First off, this restaurant is absolutely gorgeous--both inside and out. The patio is especially charming, with a beautifully maintained garden that feels like a classic English garden setting. Now, let's talk about pricing. It's definitely on the higher end--more in line with Strip pricing than a neighborhood restaurant. For example, $29 for a sandwich, $45 for a fish entree. Small portion. As for the food, it was just okay--not particularly memorable. The bouillabaisse was served lukewarm and tasted diluted, and the fries were cold. On a positive note, the chicken sandwich was good. Service was good overall, especially considering how busy it was during a Wednesday lunch. There was only one server covering our section, and he did his best to keep up. The busser stood out--very efficient, attentive, and quick with refilling water and clearing dishes. So why the 3-star rating? We visited to celebrate a friend's 82nd birthday and brought a small 6-inch cake with us. (We weren't aware the restaurant might provide a complimentary slice, as that wasn't offered during a previous birthday celebration visit.) When the bill arrived, we were surprised to see a $12 cake-cutting fee. The restaurant didn't actually cut the cake--we simply asked for four dessert plates and a knife and handled everything ourselves. What made it more disappointing was that this fee was never mentioned when we requested the plates. A heads-up would have gone a long way. Even if the charge still applied, at least we could have made an informed decision. It felt like an unnecessary and avoidable sour note at the end of what was otherwise a pleasant visit. Mind you, the restaurant is thriving and bustling on a mid-week lunch hour. So it's not like they are struggling to keep the restaurant running. Considering the location--within an office building complex rather than a destination dining area like Downtown Summerlin or Tivoli Village--the pricing and added fees feel even harder to justify. Will we return? Maybe--but not for a special occasion. With so many great dining options available, this experience didn't quite stand out enough to bring us back for celebrations. read more

On three separate visits, wines listed with specific vintages were not what was actually served--including a recent order of Antinori Tignanello. In each case, the vintage presented differed from what was on the menu, and there was no disclosure beforehand. For a restaurant that positions itself around wine, this is a serious concern. Vintage is not a minor detail--it directly affects both quality and price, especially with premium labels like Tignanello. I understand that inventory changes happen, but transparency is key. Simply informing guests of a substitution before serving would resolve the issue entirely. At this point, it feels less like oversight and more like a lack of attention to detail--or worse, misrepresentation. The atmosphere and service are otherwise solid, but this is a fundamental issue that needs to be addressed. I would strongly recommend that anyone ordering wine here confirm the vintage before purchasing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their communication going forward read more

We came here for my birthday, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. We had a wonderful waiter by the name of David, he was excellent! I love their bread with the flavored butter. Their Caesar salad is one of a kind with the prosciutto and I asked for extra anchovies, and I got them! For dinner, I got the jumbo shrimp with the risotto and it was very delicious. And the shrimp were very good size! And of course I got my complimentary tiramisu. The only negative note is that when we came in we told the hostess, Stacy, that we did not want Rodney because he was extremely rude last time. Instead of apologizing on his behalf, she simply said that he sometimes gets compliments. And I don't know if she told him or not but regardless... he was giving me dirty looks the whole night! So that was very unprofessional & unpleasant. But, I tried to concentrate on David's wonderful service and the extremely delicious food that was served! read more

The meal wasn't perfect, but it sure made us happy. I am much more focused on food than on atmosphere, but I make an exception for a patio this gorgeous. Make a special trip out here on a mild day and book an outdoor table. I'd be happy eating Arby's around these beautiful floral displays and Tuscany-style shade trees. Several of the dishes were as good as the gardening. The lamb bolognese was super rich; the bouillabaisse bright and filled with tender seafood. The salad dressings were light and perfectly distributed. The apple pie was ridiculously good, with a crunchy short crust and tart apples cooked just so. A few mistakes detracted from the meal. There's no excuse for serving medium well prime rib when it was ordered rare. It's not a steak; the waitstaff should look at it and see that it isn't rare. The asparagus that came with it was woody. Also, somebody in the kitchen should be checking every order to make sure all mollusks are opened. Don't serve me a dead, closed mussel. We live about one minute away, so we'll be back often. This is much better dining than a suburban neighborhood has any right to expect. read more

We had the crab cakes and my wife is from Maryland and she ordered a second round because they were so good. The drinks are very good and they even had Coke Zero for those zero calorie soda drinkers. We had the ribeye and lamb for dinner and both were perfectly cooked and the sides were just as good especially the roasted garlic potatoes that come with the ribeye. Our waiter was very friendly and they always made sure my drinks were filled. It's been 9 years since I've been here. Last time was with my wife, and now passed it was nice to visit a place we were at and really liked. The ambiance is amazing. It's in an office complex but once you walk in the doors it's a mix of fancy and nostalgic old days. They have a big movie screen playing old movies which is really cool. The service is top notch from the time you are seated until you walk out the door. We had a reservation which is recommended. Jeff our server was awesome. He was friendly, he was open and honest in what he shared and he went out of his way to ensure you have the best experience possible. He knows the food and his recommendations are spot on. I started with the sweet butter lettuce salad which was very tasty and the warm Brie was WOW.. I had the Ribeye which was cooked to perfection and the balsamic port wine reduction, this had the best taste I've had and I want to recreate this sauce. My friend had the Halibut which again was cooked to perfection. They don't show sides as most plates come with a side but we got the Mac & cheese and omg, I need to figure out how they make this with the four cheeses they use. It was an amazing experience just as I remembered. It won't be 9 years before I return as the food is amazing, the atmosphere is really classy and cool, the service is top notch, your drink will never be empty and the prices, you pay for excellent food and service however, cheaper then strip places and in my opinion much better. I've lived in LV for 2 years now. The meal my wife and I had there was the best, hands down. We've visited at least 20 restaurants on the strip, fancy steakhouses, celebrity chef joints, etc, none netter than Vintner Grill. Additionally we've eaten at many local favorites and enjoyed a bunch of them but this place is the top of the pyramid. From the breadbasket (warm crusty bread with 2 fancy butters) to the lava cake (served warm with a side of ice cream and cherry sauce) and everything in between this place rocks. We made reservations and arrived at "oldies" dinner time (5:30). The dining room was half empty at that time but filled up by the time we left at 8pm. The hostess sat us a nice booth for 4 ( two chairs and leather covered corner boot with, plenty of pillows for back support) though there was only the two of us. The atmosphere was very luxe resort like. The waiter was super helpful with our menu selections and I wish I had listened to him when he recommended the grilled octopus app. We ordered the calamari (great curry dipping sauce) but he brought us an octopus sample to sway my opinion and it was fantastic. I had the lamb bolognese with tagliatelle and I can't members a better first bite in my life. My wife had the lamb chops with polenta and veggies, also delish. We had San Pellegrino water (my fave when eating fancy food) wifey had wine and some bubbly. We rolled out of there but not before we were greeted by the gracious manager and exchanging pleasantries with the rest of the friendly staff. We can't wait to return (we were reminded that the lunch menu is very different). Im glad that my dressed up wife frowned on my shorts and gym shoes before we left from home ( I obediently slipped into some dress slacks and better shoes) because while there is no dress code published, most patrons were nicely dressed. We went to Vitner Grill on Valentine's Day, and as always, it delivered a memorable night. It's definitely off the beaten path -- past Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa and down Rampart -- but that's part of the charm. It feels like a hidden neighborhood gem. I'll start with the service. The initial greet took way too long due to some miscommunication with Jeff's assistant, which wasn't the best first impression -- especially on a busy holiday. That said, Jeff more than made up for it. He was a fantastic server overall: attentive, warm, and professional. The highlight of the entire meal was when he surprised my 8-year-old with his own ice cream. That personal touch meant a lot. For food: The calamari appetizer was outstanding. The curry aioli was a 10/10 -- perfectly balanced and addictive. I ordered the lamb bolognese. It was good, but not quite as great as I've had it there in the past. It could've used a little more sauce. The truffle ricotta, though, was excellent and added great flavor. My wife ordered the rack of lamb. Good thing she ordered it medium, because anywhere else I'd call that medium rare. She absolutely loved it, so no complaints there. And I have to say -- the bread and butter here is still my favorite in the city. Simple, but unbeatable. The only real downside? The bathrooms had a noticeable sewage smell, which definitely needs attention. Overall, we love this place and will absolutely be back. I was invited to lunch here by a friend who frequents this place. I had heard about it but had never been there. I was very impressed. The restaurant, although hidden in a business office complex, is very nice inside. The ambience is elegant but comfortable . The service was excellent. I split the special, a salmon panini, with one of the guests. It was quite good . I ordered a glass of an Italian Pinot Grigio ( had to work that night ) so went light. Hidden gem inside a first class office park in Summerlin. Just off W Charleston, it's an easy drive near 215, with ample parking. Beautiful landscaped exterior that transforms from an office park to a fine dining establishment. I attended a work banquet dinner and enjoyed the entire experience. Refined, pretty atmosphere - great for business or date night. I loved how wide and comfortable the seats were. I really felt good enough to relax and connect with people through the night as I tried numerous appetizers like the calamari and charcuterie. Dinner was a delicious salmon meal and I even shared shrimp from a steak meal my neighbor had. I also got a sample of the bolognese and it was exquisite. Salad was light and included a little yummy fried cheese bite. Dessert to go was tiramisu and cheesecake. Both were so fresh and flavorful! Service was very attentive all night and anything the group needed, was taken care of. We had a nice private dining room in the back and felt comfortable conversing.
