Vintner's Grill is a staple in Summerlin, Las Vegas, Vegas. This restaurant has been around for years and is utilized as a meeting space for medical dinners and other industry sit down. I was able to enjoy a wonderful lunch with a friend midday. It was a bit windy, so unfortunately, we weren't able to sit outside, but the staff was very attentive and accommodating to us. I absolutely love the decor of the restaurant. This is perfect to get high-quality food and a diverse menu if you ever need to catch up with a friend. We opted for the charted octopus, which was phenomenal. 10/10 recommend!

We went to Vitner's for our 26 year anniversary dinner. My daughter is out of town and was gracious and made the reservations for us and also chipped in to pay for some of the dinner The service was great from the start and also made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We started the dinner with a couple of drinks and ordered a salad and the calamari as an appetizer. They split the salad without asking which was a nice touch. My wife ordered the halibut and it was slightly undercooked and she had to send it back. She normally doesn't like doing this, but she didn't order sushi. lol. I had the chicken which was done perfect and it was very well seasoned. Great flavor. They brought the fish back and for the trouble the restaurant gave us two glasses of bubbly to say sorry. That was a very nice gesture. They didn't have to do that. The server was great making sure we were getting everything we needed. We even received a Happy Anniversary dessert as a nice gift. Always Vitner's is one our favorites and the atmosphere is amazing. We call it posh casual. Very nice place to have a business meeting and impress your clients to coming in casual clothes and have a beer and flatbread. Thank you Vitner's for making our Anniversary special.

Very classy place tucked away in a corporate area. The service was good; our waitress came back multiple times to check up on us and we didn't feel like she was rushing us to make any decisions. My favorite part about the calamari was the sauce; it gives off very middle eastern taste and it elevated the taste of the calamari. I definitely recommend this dish. I got the Australian lamb rack; the chef recommend well done but I prefer my lamb medium rare. However, when the dish came out; the lamb was more on the rare side therefore to me, this dish was so so. From the time we finished our appetizer to getting our main dish; it took about 20-30min which is pretty long given how it wasn't super busy.

You have got to hand it to a place that is consistently delicious! Beautiful decore, friendly service and delicious food! If you are looking for a small bite like gourmet pizza, a delicious lunch, a fantastic dinner or just a great craft cocktail ... they have it all! If you are looking for a great place to celebrate Valentine's Day or special occasion ... I highly recommend.

I went to Vintner Grill after rave reviews from my boss. The atmosphere was lovely. Ordered drinks and appetizers which were delightful. My lower rating was a result of the main course. I ordered salmon which was undercooked. Two others dined with me and described their entres of veal and halibut as average. Clearly expected more. Vintner grill is great for apps and drinks, but skip the main course.

A recent remodel/refresh added comfortable and stylish chairs to the bar, which is much appreciated! They have gaming at the bar (8 machines I think) which are not separated from the dining areas. There are also more bar seats without gaming. This is one of my favorite places to play video poker because there is no smoking! They have a player's club too. It's kind of a hidden gem, tucked in a business plaza between Indigo Drive & Hualapai Way, with small signs to guide you. They have valet parking or self parking anywhere in the plaza. They're solid menu hasn't changed much since they opened. I've tried the flatbreads, with options such as pepperoni topped with a Caesar salad (my favorite!) and Italian sausage with burrata cheese. The grilled octopus appetizer is a winner too. Their charcuterie is also good, I tried the boar salami, smoked duck and Stilton blue cheese. Tasty! The wine selection. Thursday has been live music night and the place can be quite busy for that. Their Web site claims they have 400 wines on their wine list. Their specialty cocktails include Blueberi Crush and Pear-Fection. The patio is very nice, with a firepit to add ambiance and outside dining weather permitting. I've been coming here since they opened and can say it's a Summerlin institution at this point.

Myself and a friend recently had a great meal at Vintner Grill. We were greeted cordially by the hostess and seated immediately. Our waiter came to greet us and provided us with menus and discussed the various items to us. My companion chose the lobster bisque and also had the salmon entree. I chose the crab cakes as an appetizer with the shrimp risotto as an entree. We both enjoyed our meal immensely.

Our party of three had 6 PM reservations and was seated immediately in a comfortable booth near the center of the dining room. Shortly thereafter the complementary bread arrived. The bread was delicious with a crusty outside, warm and tender inside. Our server Traci took our cocktail order and then gave us a few minutes to peruse the menu. For a starter one order of the pan seared crab cakes was shared. Two large tasty morsels from the sea. The roasted red peppers highlight the dish. For dinner we ordered the following Pan seared halibut with cous-cous, orzo, sweet tomatoes, baby spinach and lemon gremolata. Cooked to perfection a tasty piece of fish Australian rack of lamb with creamy polenta, baby vegetables and red wine reduction. Four large meaty pieces, cooked medium and the sauce was a great compliment. One of the best racks of lamb. 8 oz. prime beef tenderloin with brie potato puree, grilled asparagus and green peppercorn sauce. The steak was cooked as requested well done. The chef did it perfectly nice crust with a juicy and tender inside. On this Sunday the restaurant was doing a brisk business with most of the tables filled. The time between the appetizer and entrée was a little long. The entire staff was in a full hustle and our server kept us updated on the food order.

Everything here was so high quality and tasty! The butter and bread is worth it alone! Lamb bolognese is a favorite, and definitely get a cheese board! The truffle ricotta is my favorite. Friendly, great service and nice vibe insight.

I shared a lovely evening celebrating a friend's birthday at Vintner Grill. Our wonderful server Tracy was very helpful with our selections. From our appetizer of a "flatbread" which was a great pizza to our mains everything was exceptional. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The meal wasn't perfect, but it sure made us happy. I am much more focused on food than on atmosphere, but I make an exception for a patio this gorgeous. Make a special trip out here on a mild day and book an outdoor table. I'd be happy eating Arby's around these beautiful floral displays and Tuscany-style shade trees. Several of the dishes were as good as the gardening. The lamb bolognese was super rich; the bouillabaisse bright and filled with tender seafood. The salad dressings were light and perfectly distributed. The apple pie was ridiculously good, with a crunchy short crust and tart apples cooked just so. A few mistakes detracted from the meal. There's no excuse for serving medium well prime rib when it was ordered rare. It's not a steak; the waitstaff should look at it and see that it isn't rare. The asparagus that came with it was woody. Also, somebody in the kitchen should be checking every order to make sure all mollusks are opened. Don't serve me a dead, closed mussel. We live about one minute away, so we'll be back often. This is much better dining than a suburban neighborhood has any right to expect.

    Halibut was over salted.

We came here for my birthday, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. We had a wonderful waiter by the name of David, he was excellent! I love their bread with the flavored butter. Their Caesar salad is one of a kind with the prosciutto and I asked for extra anchovies, and I got them! For dinner, I got the jumbo shrimp with the risotto and it was very delicious. And the shrimp were very good size! And of course I got my complimentary tiramisu. The only negative note is that when we came in we told the hostess, Stacy, that we did not want Rodney because he was extremely rude last time. Instead of apologizing on his behalf, she simply said that he sometimes gets compliments. And I don't know if she told him or not but regardless... he was giving me dirty looks the whole night! So that was very unprofessional & unpleasant. But, I tried to concentrate on David's wonderful service and the extremely delicious food that was served!

    Does Jeff still work here?

I think yes. I did not see him the last time I was in like two weeks ago, but it was like a Monday. Not 100%, but I think yes.

Do you have a Christmas Eve or Christmas dinner?

    Usually, yes.

    Is there a dress code?

People dress business casual here. Men usually wear long-sleeved shirts or at least polos for lunch and dinner, and often jackets. Women often wear dress slacks or dresses. However, if you came in a little less business casual, you probably… Read more

Is there a corkage fee for bringing wine?

Yes, we allow you to bring in your own wine. The corkage fee is $30 per bottle(750ml), up to a maximum of two per table.

Is your bar open for dining or do we have to sit at a table?

I've never seen anyone dine at the Bar, but I imagine you could. There is also banquette seating close to the Bar if you just don't want a regular table, but can use more room for your meal.

Is the full menu available now, or just Re-opening limited menu?

    Yes. Full menu.

Is the dinner menu available during weekday lunch time?

The menu is actually the same at dinner and lunch time. There are smaller lunch size portions available and regular portions of the same meal items available at both lunch and dinner.

Can I bring my dog to eat at the outdoor patio?

Upon asking management just now, it has to be a service dog. Otherwise, they do not allow dogs inside or out at VG

Would you bring a 4 year old, along with twins that are 1 to a place like this?

You can bring kids, however they do not have a kids menu. It has the vibe of more adults kinda place. However I have taken my kids here when they were 6 and 4 years old

Is the atmosphere loud? I’m looking for a restaurant where my group of 6 can have a nice conversation where everyone can be part of the conversation without yelling. Thank…

I would say it's average..not too loud or quiet.

Do they allow you to bring fine wine and pay corkage fee? How much?

Yes they do, I believe the corking fee could be $50 but I'm not positive. 100% you can bring your own bottle

It's walking distance to the park right in Downtown Summerlin, which made it super convenient. The vibe was very chill and stylish, plush chairs, low tables, open windows to the outside, and great music playing the whole time really gave it that true lounge feel. They also have bar seating if that's more your style. A huge shoutout to my server Katie, who was phenomenal from start to finish and made the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back. Bonus: they offer a free margarita if you show your Aviators game ticket, which is such a fun perk. I also checked out their happy hour menu and there were tons of great options. The chicken tacos were delicious, and the salsa had the perfect amount of spice. Highly recommend if you're heading to a game or just looking for a fun, relaxed spot for drinks and bites.

The staff were rude the whole time for whatever reason they had, the host was very rude to us since the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The waitress barely acknowledged us to the point we were seating down waiting for solid 40 minutes and she never came, she even went to check on a table with couple guys next to my friend and I and didn't even look at us. When she finally blessed us with her presence, she came passive aggressive at us saying oh you still here, I'm taking you are not leaving at all... why we stayed? Tbh, idk. We ordered, food took forever to arrive and it was as cold as possible. We were there for a couple hours, we were consuming the whole time. We weren't being disrespectful or disturbing to anyone. We were really enjoying ourselves when the waitress came with the check and told us we had to leave, so we understood that maybe there was a time limit or something that we weren't aware because there's nowhere to be found/seen and nobody said anything to us when we arrived. When we were trying to pay the host came to rush us in a very rude manner and basically kicked us out because we had been there for a long time... being that is a restaurant and we were still ordering food... I understand that there might be a time limit thing, but the staff could've been nicer AT LEAST in the way they let us know or maybe letting the consumer know sine the arrival time, they could've offered us to move to the bar or another area if we were to keep consuming at the location. This is the first time ever that something like this happened to me in any country/state/city.

One thing you can count on, they're open, the energy is there, and they're ready to serve. The music was bumping without being overwhelming, and it wasn't too packed, which made the whole experience even better. The decor has always been a standout, super intentional with just the right amount of razzle dazzle. It feels elevated but still fun. Service was great, per usual. I really appreciate how they run things with a minimal but efficient team, it never feels chaotic, just smooth and well managed. Food wise, I'd give it about a 3.5/5. The highlights were definitely the kale salad and the Alaskan snow crab roll with soy paper, both were super fresh and flavorful. The surf and turf roll was solid too. On the downside, the firecracker shrimp and miso cod didn't hit. The cod actually came out burnt (like noticeably black on half of it), which was surprising, but the server handled it perfectly, took it back right away, and comped it. That level of service definitely stood out. Overall, it's still a great go to for late nights or even a lunch with a good bar scene, solid food, and consistently great service.

We try to do date night at least once a month and I selected La Strega for our next one, although we don't live in Summerlin I've been riding the Italian food train for a while and La Strega's food is just phenomenal. We had a reservation booked for 4/11/26 at 7:30pm, but when we arrived, we were told that it would be a couple of minutes for our table to be cleaned and ready because they were really busy. They don't have an actual waiting area inside, but you can wait outside, where they have some pretty comfortable chairs and couches. After about 10 minutes, we decided to go back inside to check on the status of our reservation, and we were told that it was almost ready and would be a few minutes more. We got a nice, cozy table in the middle of the restaurant near the kitchen area. For drinks, I couldn't decide whether to get a cocktail or a glass of wine. Eventually I settled on their Chalk Hill Sonoma 2021 Chardonnay. My LTP got their Priscilla cocktail and he got it not because of the flavors involved, but because Priscilla was the name of one of his parents' dogs. I'm a big Chardonnay fan and I'm happy that I selected this drink because it was pretty good. Their bread was amazing and some of the best bread I've had in an Italian restaurant! With prosciutto served on the same plate, the bread had asparagus baked inside and came with ricotta cheese and olive oil separately. Ricotta cheese is that type of cheese you break apart yourself, so we could add as much as we could. Very good thus far. Our entrees consisted of the pomodoro pasta and the rigatoni bolognese pasta, with Parmesan cheese served on the side. So amazing! My LTP finished his rigatoni but I had to take my pomodoro home as leftovers. He loved the rigatoni so much that he wanted to come back and order another plate when we returned home. He told me that coming here was well worth the drive, as I said to myself in my previous review. Thank you La Strega for a great dinner date! We'll definitely be back again!
