If you are in summerlin area and craving some good high quality steak and seafood come to William B's. Great menu and selections. Their magical happy hours are 4-6pm and great drinks. Bartender was friendly and professional. From pineapple upside down martini, lemon drop to traditional gin or vodka were on point. On top of that, amazing deal on wine by the glass and last.... mid week special currently on 20oz Wagyu Ribeye is a must order. I came in for a small bite but can not resist the deal! Let's talk about "Wagyu Wednesday" Amazing courses meal of 20oz Chef cut Wagyu Ribeye with 2 starters, 2 sides and 2 desserts for an amazing deal! Wagyu was so tender and marble. I highly recommend.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner. Service, ambiance and menu options were very good. Getting our food was slow. We arrived for a 6pm reservation and it became an almost 3 hour dinner event (including desert choices) due to waiting for food to be served. Despite that, the service staff was good. I had onion soup, the Sea bass dinner entrée, and the passion fruit creme brulee. The soup was good but almost too salty. The sea bass was very good. The passion fruit creme brulee was a small portion but very good. Overall, the experience was very good. The only two factors negatively affecting the experience was having to walk through a casino smelling cigarette smoke occasionally and the long wait for the food. I'm hoping that during their renovations a better smoke removal filtering system is installed for the casino floor area.

    Perfectly cooked medium rare.

Went for my husband's birthday last night with another couple. We sat down and our server, Alex handed us the menus. I asked for the happy hour menu, as I told our friends how excellent the WB burger is, and it's only on the happy hour menu. He explained that happy hour is only in the bar area (the front area of the restaurant) and as we were in the back of the restaurant, happy hour wasn't offered. I said OK and we all started perusing the regular menu. As we were perusing the menu, Alex came by with an amuse bouche - a small pouring of their raspberry margarita and it was delicious! My husband, who doesn't care for raspberries nor tequila, drank his after tasting it, declaring that it was a damn good margarita. A couple of minutes later, Alex returned to tell us that he spoke with the manager and as the front of the restaurant was full, they were letting us order from the happy hour menu! We said that's awesome and said thank you. We ordered 3 WB burgers, the ahi poke stack (4/5) and stuffed mushrooms (5/5) from the happy hour menu, a French onion soup (friend said it was 5/5), fried calamari (10/5) and a ribeye from their regular menu (5/5). Husband ate his burger - all of it and said it was awesome, as always. Our friend's ribeye, according to him, was one of the best he's ever had. Our other friend and I got full from the ahi poke, stuffed mushrooms and the calamari. The calamari - my gosh, it was THE best I've ever had in Vegas! It was "fluffy" - not overcooked. And it tasted like calamari. Thinking of going back tonight just for that calamari. Alex brought over a small piece of chocolate cake for the husband for his birthday. Overall, an excellent meal. Alex was a great server and we had a great night. Can't wait to go back!

Had an amazing happy hour at Williams B's Steakhouse with a new friend! The atmosphere was perfect--cozy, lively, and welcoming. The upside-down pineapple martinis were heavenly, and the seafood tower--lobster, king crab, scallops, calamari, all smothered in garlic butter--was pure indulgence.

Spur of the moment dining adventure because the Asian restaurant was closed. Glad they were (I've dined there before) and William B's Steakhouse was so much better. I know you can't compare. Special shout out to Roger (hope that was his name) from Kauai who was our server. He was very personable and he chatted with us a bit too which made our dining experience a great one. Mahalo Roger for your genuine service. As Maile and I said, we will return. Food: Crab Cakes Steak Frites Banana Cream Pie (Huge) The crab cakes were delicious. However, something needed to wake the dish up and luckily Roger was great to bring us sauces. He brought like an aioli and a vinegarette sauce and I preferred the vinegarette. The acidic taste / flavor woke that crab cake dish up. The steak on the other hand was flavorful and seasoned well. Tender and tasty. Really good. Also, that Banana Cream Pie is a MUST. Overall, a great experience. We will return with our other half and dress more appropriately. Lol. P.S. They would have gotten a 5 Star if that crab cake was not so dry.

Wanted to try the happy hour here, we arrived around 5 pm and there was one table left..we lucked out. The bar was completely full and all the tables in the bar were getting after this happy hour. I ordered a Conundrum red wine, not on happy hour and hub got a Heineken zero and his was two dollars off. I really wanted to try the filet sliders on happy hour that came with truffle French fries, but I also wanted some mashed potatoes...anything not on the happy hour menu is not available until after 5 pm, so keep that in mind. Hub ordered the Wagyu meatballs that came with some toasted bread. All the food was really good and the ambience was amazing in the bar...I really will keep my eye out on a nicer dinner experience since the dining room looked so nice. All the prices seem pretty fair. This will be a must return.

My family and I came here for Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately we were sat in the back of the restaurant. The server was a new face to us whom we had never seen before and let us know we could order their Thanksgiving turkey and prime rib dinners or off of the regular menu. My mother and brother ordered the turkey dinners and my husband and I ordered the prime rib. Since I only eat meat, I had all my sides/dessert/appetizer to go. The dinners came with butternut squash soup or salad topped with champagne vinegarette. The soups were very cream heavy and didn't have much of a butternut squash flavor. My mother asked if she could have ranch dressing on the side of her salad instead of the vinegar, but the server insisted that he cannot alter a Thanksgiving dinner item which I thought was pretty ridiculous. (How hard is it to bring a ranch dressing on the side?) So her salad was pretty terrible in her opinion. My mother and brother liked the turkey. My husband and I liked the prime rib, but we definitely prefer prime rib to be blackened and seared which is always how we ordered it at the former SC Prime. The desserts offered were pumpkin pie or pecan tart. My family said the desserts were decent, but nothing too exciting.

This is definitely the best Boyd property restaurant - not surprising as it's named after Mr. Boyd. We had a wonderful experience top to bottom.

As a Downtown Summerlin local, this has quickly become our go-to steakhouse. The décor and staff were fantastic, with attention to detail that really stood out. We especially appreciated the way seating was spread across different sections instead of packing everyone together--it made the experience feel more personal. Pricing is in line with typical Vegas steakhouses. A couple of side dishes could have used more seasoning--the macaroni and cheese and creamed spinach looked great but came up short on flavor. On the flip side, dessert and coffee were excellent, both in quality and value, which ended the meal on a high note. Their wine pricing is vast and very fair priced.

I've walked by William B's often and noticed that they have a daily happy hour from 4-6pm, so we decided to give it a try. Located in the Suncoast Casino, there is plenty of parking. The Happy Hour menu featured a lot of items and everything we had was delicious. We tried the Pan-Roasted Seafood Tower, Mini Filet Sandwiches, Wagyu Meatballs (2X), the WB (cheeseburger), and Ahi Poke Stack. Please note that although the Happy Hour menu is available 4-6pm, you have to wait until 5pm to order off the main menu. Michael was our server and he did a great job. Was very attentive and able to answer all our questions easily. We sat in a table booth in the bar area. There were three viewable TVs and nice music. The booth was very comfortable. We look forward to coming back to eat off the main menu.

My date and I decided we'd give their Prix-Fixe menu a shot. It's an affordable ($50PP) alternative, offering an appetizer, entree, and dessert each. We were stuffed and took home leftovers; definitely the best bang for your buck. The Meatballs: 5/5 Impressively tender and generously sized, these meatballs didn't stand a chance at our table. Coated in a mild, herbal marinara and served with a decadent fried polenta. A must-order. Caesar Salad: 4.9/5 Crisp and topped with whole anchovies. This is a solid caesar. Rigatoni Alla Vodka: 100/5 Hands down the best rigatoni dish I've had in Las Vegas. Perfectly al dente and topped with a light vodka sauce. None of their red sauces are acidic. Flat-out perfect. Gigli: 4/5 A happy little accident of an order. I asked for a Proscuitto + Pesto pizza, but the waiter misheard and I was served Gigli. Delicious. The pasta was a bit softer though, and I wish the pesto packed more punch. Cannoli & Hazelnut Semifreddo both hit the spot. The Semifreddo is actually a hefty portion. Creamy goodness, I wish it were offered on their traditional menu. Al Solito Posto is well-designed, but unfortunately we were sat in front of the bar and their only TV. It didn't feel fitting for our special occasion visit, but the food made up for it and more. Our waiter was kind but a little awkward, and all of the servers were fantastic and sociable. The playlist also took from the ambiance a bit, but again, the food is what makes this spot. Worth your visit, worth every penny.

While looking for a new place for lunch, we stumbled into this shopping center on the corner of Fort Apache and Charleston. It is tucked away in a shopping mall and could be hard to miss. Do yourself a favor and look at the building behind the gas station, it is so worth it! My hubby had their chicken scallopine which was absolutely delicious served with sides of risotto and shredded fresh veggies. It was fantastic. I had a side salad with fresh veggies and shrimp scampi. The scampi was a bit over "capered," however, with everything else about this experience, I can overlook it. They offer their filet mignon at half price all day on Sundays for a very reasonable price of $15. While their dining room does not open until 4:00 p.m., their bar has tables and very comfy chairs to enjoy your meal. At this…read morepoint, it's becoming one of those places where you walk in already excited because you know the experience is going to be memorable. Recently, my girlfriends and I went for dinner, and they are now fans. From the second we arrived, our server Amanda greeted us with so much warmth, excitement, and genuine energy that it felt like we had known her forever. You know when someone instantly makes you feel welcomed? That was Amanda. She made the evening feel fun right from the start. We had a special ask that wasn't on the menu: raw oysters (because honestly, who doesn't love oysters?). Instead of saying no or brushing it off, Amanda went to the kitchen to see what she could do -- and not only did she make it happen, but Chef Gina actually came out herself to greet us and present them. Such a small gesture, but it made us feel incredibly cared for and immediately set the tone for the evening. We started with the Caesar salad and the fritto misto. I'll be honest: the Caesar fell a little flat for us. It needed more tang and a generous hit of fresh cracked pepper to really wake it up. But the fritto misto? PERFECT. Light, crispy, fresh, and perfectly cooked with that delicate crunch you want from fried seafood. I happily ate mine without sauce because it honestly didn't need anything extra. For mains, I ordered the crab and goat cheese raviolini and WOW. The butter sauce alone made me wish I had bread to soak up every last drop. The balance between the sweetness of the crab and the tanginess of the goat cheese was spot on, and the harissa with cilantro added the perfect little bite of brightness. One girlfriend ordered the rigatoni bolognese and described it as flavorful, rich, yet somehow still bright. Another had the Stracci, and while we expected the braised beef cheek to be the standout, for her it was actually the mushrooms that stole the show. I stuck with sparkling water, but my girlfriends enjoyed a dirty martini and the house prosecco, both of which they loved and said felt perfectly balanced. Since it was my girlfriend's birthday, the restaurant surprised us with three different ice creams instead of us ordering dessert: pistachio (easily the favorite), strawberry sherbet, and a vanilla chocolate chunk flavor with a much fancier Italian name I sadly cannot remember. And just when we thought dinner was over, Amanda and Chef Gina returned to share a little lesson about amaro and how it helps aid digestion after a meal. I don't drink, so my girlfriends took one for the team -- taste-wise, it wasn't exactly a hit, but the experience absolutely was. What stood out most wasn't just the food, though there was plenty to love. It was the feeling. Amanda and Chef Gina made us feel seen, welcomed, celebrated, and genuinely cared for. Great food matters, but hospitality like that is what makes a place unforgettable. We will absolutely be back.
