The Wagu meatball and pasta sauce were AMAZING! The one large meat ball wasn't hard like a baseball, it was tender and delicious topped with fresh basil leaves and a red sauce that was airy and fresh. It wasn't too heavy, rather it remarkable. Reminded me of Rao's restaurant in LA. Bueno! Only suggestion, if the water isn't purified (high choline taste) recommend installing a water purification system to remove the chlorine taste, Entrees were very good. The focaccia was stellar. We had such a fantastic experience at Ai Pazzi! We chose to sit at the bar for dinner, and from start to finish everything exceeded expectations. We began with the pizza and calamari appetizers--both were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The calamari was light and crispy, and the pizza had incredible flavor. For our main courses, we ordered the Chicken Parmesan and the Osso Bucco. Both dishes were outstanding and felt truly authentic. The Osso Bucco, in particular, was incredible--perfectly tender and literally fall-off-the-bone. We also had a few special requests with our meal, and the chef was more than happy to accommodate, which we really appreciated. Our server, Krista, made the experience even better. She mentioned she's been there since the Speidini days, and her knowledge and warmth really showed. She was friendly, attentive, and gave excellent menu recommendations. We were also excited to hear they're working on a happy hour menu--can't wait to check that out! Overall, an amazing dining experience. 3 of us decided to try this newer Italian restaurant at Rampart Casino. We were seated promptly. Our server was Shawn and he proved to be excellent with our questions and his service. He brought us bread quickly. We ordered calamari fritti for two of us to share. It was a smaller portion than most places, so if a hungry solo diner wanted to get it, they could finish it. It was standard calamari fritti. I ordered the Lumache vodka which the menu describes as: Creamy Calabrian Chilies Vodka Sauce, Aged Parmigiano, Burrata. It was a very good main course. The Lumache is a cousin to shellsi. The vodka sauce was quite good. For dessert, I tried their panna cotta. This place used to be amazing! Their caprese salad, their rigatoni alla vodka, and their tiramisu! Now it's subpar. The restaurant is still very nice and the staff is very kind. The portion of the caprese is hit and miss, and so is its quality. Sometimes the tomatoes and cheese are great and sometimes they do not. Their rigatoni alla vodka was my favorite! They now changed the pasta to Lumache and I'm not a fan. Lastly, they had the best tiramisu hands down. They just changed it and it's not that great anymore. Went here for our anniversary dinner and had a 10/10 experience. They did so nice wishing us a happy anniversary and making us feel welcome. Our server, Joey, and assistant/busser Rowan were a great combo. Both worked so hard and gave superior service. We did table side burrata, table side Caprese for starters. Will be getting the caprese again for sure- and HUGE servings. Entrees were the pork chop and the pesto. Both were amazing but the seasoning and peppers on the pork chop were unbelievable. ai Pazzi is one of those places that you don't forget easily. From the atmosphere to the drinks and food -- it's all memorable! This is my first time getting to eat here and I must say I was quite impressed. The focaccia bread they brought to the table as a beginner course was delicious, very soft and flakey with just the right crunch. Then we had the Mozzarella with Burata(idk how to spell it) and the bacon jam was amazing! For our main course, bae and I split the table side Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and the Ravioli Agnotti. (Once again I can't spell)The Alfredo was evenly spread on the noodles and it kept for at least a day while we had leftovers. The Agnotti was good with the soft beef short ribs stuffed inside. The sauce was great, just wish there had been more. The service was exceptional. I can't say enough good things about our server Amy. She took very good care of us, made sure our martinis were on point, and overall that we were happy with the meal. We got a free drink for the delay from the kitchen, but they were really busy on the day before Valentines so we weren't complaining. Although there were a lot of people, the seating isn't so close together you can hear other people's conversations. Definitely a plus when compared to other similarly sized restaurants. Also the chairs are actually comfortable. I have a disability that causes issues with me sitting in many chairs but that one was comfortable for me to the point I wasn't in a hurry to eat and leave. This place is such a breath of fresh air at the rampart!! I highly recommend the espresso martinis bc these are the best I've had in a very long time!! Amy, our server, was fantastic!! We specifically requested her and she did not disappoint! So friendly and caring, she makes you feel super comfortable like she's known you for years! She truly wants to make you happy and enjoy your experience. The decor is also very elegant and perfect lighting. The seats are very comfortable as well. My husband has trouble sitting too long especially in uncomfortable chairs and he even made a comment about how nice the chairs are lol. We started off with the Tableside burrata with bacon jam and charred bread. They smoke it right at the table with applewood chips and it smells fantastic when he's doing his thing. So cool to watch! And freaking delicious We also did the Tableside fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. It's 2 servings so definitely enough to share. It's so amazing to see it right in front of you, you know it's fresh and it's probably the best fettuccini I've ever tasted! The chicken is also cooked to perfection. Then we had to try the beef short rib anglonotti with white cream sauce. So tender and delicate, the beef is almost like a patte or paste inside and they are stuffed with it. It goes so well with the cream sauce!! Overall, hands down the best Italian we've had in a very long time. It beats Esther's and the old Italian spot (Speidini's I think) here any day! We Had a horrible experience at Esther's just a month prior and it used to be our favorite. But I think we've officially found a new favorite!! What a pleasure it was to dine at Ai Pazzi!! The service was fantastic. Our server Cory, was very charming, attentive and professional. He truly made the evening special. However, Amy, was my hero that night. My husband somehow knocked his wine glass over and the wine splashed in my face and on my white blouse. Amy came rushing over to help me and got soda water and helped me try to save my shirt. Before we left she brought over two glasses of soda water and a container of salt. She told me to soak it in the sink up in our room. All the wine stains came out. She is a true gem!! You are very lucky to have her on staff!! Her kindness is deeply appreciated!! We loved our entire meal except the brussel sprouts. They were hard and not much flavor. We mentioned it to Cory and he kindly asked what he could substitute it for to make it right. He brought us some broccolini which was heavenly. We also shared the Ceasar salad. Those croutons are so yummy. The highlight of our meal though was the Lumache Vodka pasta which we added sausage. It was out of this world!!! The pasta was so fresh and cooked perfectly and that sauce was outstanding! The ambiance is also outstanding! Perfect for a date night. Wanted to try Ai Pazzi Italian restaurant inside Summerlin resort on Rampart. Had the pizza there a few times which was excellent, but wanted a sit down meal. Restaurant is only open 5pm-9 pm during the week and 5 pm- 10 pm on weekends, so plan accordingly. Because it was Monday, we got there at 5:15 and were seated right away. Great ambience and comfortable seating for couples as well as larger parties. Megan was our server and was delightful. She explained her favorites to us and we were set on sharing a chicken Parmesan with vodka rigatoni. We paired it with grilled Brussels sprouts and wanted to save room for dessert. Service was quick, efficient and food was fresh, hot and perfectly seasoned and prepared. We topped it off with a pistachio gelato served in a coffee cup with espresso down the middle...fantastic!!! Menu had plenty of pasta, fish, appetizers, a signature pork chop and a beef short rib I'll probably try next time. They also have fettuccini Alfredo for two prepared tableside which looked amazing. Wow! Fabio Viviani hits it out of the park with Ai Pazzi. The restaurant has a very cool vibe with an open kitchen on one side and a fireplace of the other. We were seated promptly at our reservation time and Meghan provided us with amazing service all night. We started off with a few drinks - a nice glass of Red (BIN N3, "BESPOKE" Red) and the Montenegro Nights. Both were excellent. For a starter we shared the table side caprese that had Fresh Mozzarella Made Table Side with Heirloom Tomato, Aged Balsamic, Fresh Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It was fantastic. 2 times I've ordered the lobster pasta, first time I had a lobster on the pasta that looked like roadkill, small and scraggly. Second time 2 nights ago got the lobster de shelled and got a 2 inch by 2 inch piece of lobster with one claw. Along with a pile of tomatoes along the side of the dish. Not to mention 20 mins to get a mixed drink that the waiter said he had to go find the Bullitt Rye so he got me a double that was more like straight up Bourbon, the Brussels sprouts were forgotten and had to ask and it seemed they were thrown together and undercooked just to make up to get the order out. We ordered takeout from Ai Pazzi and got several pizzas to share. Although we didn't dine in, I have to say the inside of the restaurant looked absolutely beautiful--very inviting and stylish. The pizzas themselves were thin crust, flavorful, and clearly well made. The crust had a nice balance of crispness without feeling dry, and the toppings tasted fresh and thoughtfully put together. Everything held up well for takeout, which is always a good sign. Overall, a solid spot for quality Italian-style pizza. Oh my gosh we had the most delightful bday ( hubby ) evening last night. Our lead waiter Shawn was a consummate professional the entire evening. He is polished and thorough and kind. He was en pointe all night as was his support wait folks ( Cody, Genesis and another young Asian guy I forgot his name ). All were right there at our table with any need we found we had. I can't believe I forgot to take pics of the pizzas!! Woe is me... We picked up some pizza on the way home for our kids. We got a cheese pizza, which is really just the margarita pizza and they add more cheese to it, and the mushroom pizza. Both pizzas are delicious here and the dough is so good! I even ate the crust and I normally don't for pizza. The mushroom pizza did not disappoint either! They add plenty of mushrooms on it so it doesn't taste or look like a wimpy mushroom pizza. We have been here 3 times. We always get the Table side Caprese Salad. However, this time was on 12/2/25. The heirloom tomatoes they used were very small, it usually fills the rectangle plate for 4 people. But this time the tomatoes were very small & they were not as abundant as usual. For the same price of $35 you would expect it to be the same, even if you have to add more small tomatoes. He also used a dull knife & was smashing the tomatoes vs a sharp knife. Also, a tomato had a spot so he threw that portion out, but didn't replace it. So we decided to only order this salad in the summer when it's tomato season. read more

This pizza is fire so tasty and well cooked, they have only to go options and there is tables out front to eat at. We tried the margherita pizza, chicken bacon ranch and the meatball pizza. These were all good choices but I would recommend the chicken bacon ranch. The flavors of this pizza is amazing also the pizza dough is so good. Super chewy and not too heavy. I also got the classic Caesar salad. This was a simple yet very tasty salad, the dressing is perfect and they make their own Croutons. The pizza come out fast and hot they have two options for sizes personal or family, I got the personal to try out but I will be back for the family sizes. You know what.....I liked this place. It had a feeling of comfort Italian. My husband made a reservation on the website (open table) upon arrival the hosts couldn't find our reservation. The place was roughly a quarter of guest, which means plenty open tables. They stated that there must be something going on with the open table, but did seat us anyway. The dining is elegant enough with a comfort feel in my opinion. Dim lighting, not too much on the tables. Open view of the kitchen etc The menu was perfect, with a small disappointment of the wine selection. If you wanted to wine snd dine you'd need to really purchase the good stuff. I believe I saw maybe 5-6 red wines. Which is fair consider the bar space. But if you'd like a cocktail and have your own in mind, they do offer to make your creation. We ordered the red blend at $14 a glass Sparkling water The meatball ( which was phenomenal) if only I could figure out the ratios for a good meatloaf here. There is a secret..lol A Cesar salad ( which had a tang to it, which was so good for the palate) And the Alfredo..added chicken (in which they bring a cart,toss the cheese and sauce in front of you) it wasn't anything spectacular but cool to see. They do serve you bread for the table. Ours was dry and cold. We didn't know if it was supposed to be that way but my husband didn't care for it. So we put it to the side. Dana was our server. What a wonderful dining experience we had. We had heard about the tableside mozzarella, so we ordered the Caprese salad and we're not disappointed. It was made with fresh mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes, bursting with flavor. After having the Caprese salad for a starter, we shared a 12 oz Fabio's Wagyu meatball and a Wagyu Short Rib Bolognese. They were both absolutely delicious. If I recall, the waiter said the meatball was Fabio's mother's or grandmother's recipe and boy did she get it right! The Bolognese was so rich and flavorful, we wanted more. Each year we visit Las Vegas and we will definitely be making this a staple of our visit each time we go. Went on a Tuesday night. I have been dying to get here..I love Top Chef and wanted to check out Fabio's restaurant and he did not disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful, it can get loud in there because the flooring has an echo effect. All the furniture, fire feature and place settings were well thought out. Sadly there were people taking pictures of food for the first 45 minutes with bright lights and it was extremely distracting. Hopefully they never do that again to anyone...people are spending good money in here...do that stuff BEFORE opening the restaurant at 5 pm. They started us off with complimentary focaccia bread strips with rosemary. This is some of the best I have ever had....so good! Hub and I ordered some draft beer and it was very fresh tasting and cold. Hub decided on the spicy vodka rigatoni dish. I know I said earlier in the year that my favorite of this is at Kassi beach club...but this is now the champion. The spice level and freshness of this dish was amazing. It was topped with super fresh mozzarella. I ordered the short rib agnolotti. So delicious...but extremely rich...I would suggest sharing this if your palate cannot handle all the short rib and cream sauce. I still loved it and wonder how those pizzas out front must taste? Really excited to come back here...hopefully with no picture taking. We finished with the sticky toffee cake for dessert with toffee brittle. What a lovely addition to JW Marriott! I will say I was never inclined to come to this resort/casino, but an invitation to dine at ai Pazzi brought me over. I was very impressed by the enthusiasm of the wait staff. They spoke such highly of many of the items we were served. I was here with a large group so the entirety of our meal was family style. They have a spacious back room with plenty of TV screens for presentations. The main dining space felt romantic but also lively, a perfect balance. My favorite dishes of the night included that ginormous meatballs, the antipasti spread, and the short rib agnolotti. From the sweets, the sticky toffee and tiramisu were a home run. We accepted chef Fabio's invitation for his birthday celebration and as the invitation stated to meet and have a photo opportunity. We arrived for our 5:30 reservation and were seated in a comfortable banquette table with a great view of the dining room. However during our 1.5 hour dining experience we did not meet the chef. We observed chef Fabio stopping at several tables and greeting customers but it appeared that he only stopped at selected tables. Overall we enjoyed our meal but were disappointed with the event. We have two favorite Italian restaurants in town where the chefs make a point in stopping at all tables and not just during special occasions. It would be great customer relations if chef Fabio took a page from their play book. Regarding the service and food, our server Kory was friendly and helpful. He checked on us several times to determine our satisfaction. Service was not rushed and paced to our satisfaction. We enjoyed our cocktails at a leisurely pace followed by complementary focaccia bread and table side smoked burrata. The burrata appetizer was unique as it was served with the cheese on top of chopped tomatoes and bacon. The smoke was released from the glass dome table side. It was a very nice presentation and delicious starter. Our entrees were the Branzino, Short Rib Bolognese and a side of Herb Roasted Potatoes. The Branzino was the whole fish filet cooked perfectly although 2 bones were found. The Short Rib Bolognese was a large portion of tender meat and pasta. Haven't been here since the soft opening which was spectacular on every level. Nice to see how Ai Pazzi Pizza attaches right up to it. We got seated in the corner by the kitchen on a small little table. This size table is good for apps and wine but not big enough to host a proper Italian meal. We started with their bruschetta that had grapes, pistachios, honey and whipped ricotta which I'm sorry to say after 15 plus years of having Fabio Viviani creations it's the first one that missed for me. For our mains I had the osso bucco with risotto that was spot on. She had the chicken parm with a side of pasta. Great sauce and flavor but the chicken was definitely a bit dry and overcooked. While we had dessert and being seated right next to the kitchen they never came and bussed all of our finished dinner plates throughout the completion of our dessert which is just bad form. All in all I have been a Fabio Viviani fan for years and my family and I were regulars at Cafe Firenze for every event imaginable but tonight everything just seemed phoned in. Needless to say driving all the was from Henderson we were both a bit disappointed. I wish I could give a more positive review but my experience wasn't great. Every restaurant can have an off night so maybe I was just unlucky. We asked for a patio table and were seated outside near the koi pond. The server came promptly and took our drink order. The bread came to the table and it wasn't very good. It had no real flavor. It tasted like the quick bread you make with a baking mix, except more bland. It was dressed in olive oil and a crispy herb...probably rosemary...I didn't try the herb. We ordered a Caesar salad and Osso Buco, both to split. The salad looked great, the lettuce was cold but it was lacking in any dressing. It was unevenly split as well,my plate had more planed cheese and croutons than my friend's plate. My friend asked for more dressing since it didn't seem to have any. What they brought seriously tasted like bottled Caesar. The Osso Buco was delivered to the table. The shank was cooked very well, but unfortunately it had very little flavor. The risotto underneath it was not cooked through. It was just hard little pieces of Arborio rice with sauce on it.....and it was bland sauce. We asked for salt. That did bring out the flavor of the veal. I can say the veal seemed high quality. It's just sad that it had no infused flavor. We ordered dessert. It was a date cake with toffee and a scoop of vanilla sorbet on top. It was the high point of the meal. The cake was super light and not real sweet. The sorbet and toffee chips were very good and complimented the cake very well. I was always a fan of Fabio Viviana and ate at his restaurant in Moorpark, CA that he had early in his career. That food was fabulous. Fabio is big time now and not sure how much influence he has over any of his restaurants since he has so many. The food I had at Ai Pazzi just didn't measure up to what I had at his restaurant back in the day. The server was very good and checked on us often. The patio location was lovely. Now this is a restaurant Rampart and Summerlin definitely deserves! Taking place of the old Spedini, ai Pazzi, is a modern luxe restaurant at the Palms tower side in the JW Marriott/Rampart Casino. Although Spedini was okay, this place is a whole other level. The kitchen even had its own atmosphere with you hearing chatter from them and "yes chef" which made it feel like you were part of it (similar to Hell's Kitchen just without the negative yelling of course). The service was friendly and attentive. Our server, Heather, was funny and charismatic. She made sure you get things you wanted before you even thought of them, such as more wine or bread. Speaking of the bread, the starting freshly made focaccia was delicious. It was fluffy, with rosemary and nicely dusted with Parmesan sprinkled with some olive oil. A great way to wet the palette for what's to come. Such as the Arancini... which was maybe the best I ever had! It had the perfect outside crunch with a very nicely seasoned risotto with Cacio e Pepe flavoring. You just have to order this! The mains were good as well! The braised chicken was extremely moist and paired with with the peppers and potatoes it was cooked with as well. The rigatoni vodka with burrata was also tasty filled with a lot of flavor, homemade pasta, and a pack of spice (which may have been a little bit too much for me). Unfortunately, we were so full from the meal we couldn't even save room for dessert, so we will have to be back to try that on the next visit (like the sticky toffee pudding). Also, we need to try some of the table side options as well, such as the caprese or fettuccine Alfredo. I would say the only drawback is that the pricing here is a little more for the area outside of the strip, though still better than most what you can find on the strip. Love this new restaurant inside JW! Like most Italian food, some dishes can be a little bit saltier than what I'm used to but it was good. Here are some of my favorites: 1. Waygu meat ball - it's 1 very big meat ball that melts in your mouth! 2. Smoke burrata - the smokey flavor is a bit different. Love the soft cheese 3. Grill octopus - my favorite! The octopus were super tender We also go the lobster pasta and the halibut. The halibut was a little dry and the lobster pads were a little too sweet. Wow, I've been to Rampart Casino many times however, I have never dined at any of the restaurants. With that said, we decided to check out the newest restaurant, Ai Pazzi. We made reservations online which was easy to do. We were greeted by some nice hosts who sat us at our table. I had a beautiful view of the restaurant. Our server was William and both Tupac and I were impressed with the service he provided. Hands down 5 Stars for him. Food: Table Side Burrata. Charcuterie with imported meats, cheese and accouterments. Shortrib Agnolotti Complimentary Bread Try not to eat a lot of bread. Lol but it was good. The Table Side Burrata was delightful. It had that smoke flavor and the presentation was definitely a Foodie moment. The charcuterie had a lot of different meats and cheese. Lastly, the Agnolotti was filled with a lot of meat. Very tasty but to me, it's was extra salty. I love salt and for me saying it was salty means it really was. Still edible though. I would highly recommend Ai Pazzi. Come check them out. read more

Yum! The fresh bread, table side caprese with the freshest tomatoes you've ever sunk your teeth into..... and the pastas are truly delightful! They're soooooooooo good!! The rigatoni was my favorite, but the gnocchi and short rib pasta were table favorites for our group.... The cocktails are good and the wine will never be empty as the servers are above and beyond attentive. We are big fans and will definitely be back. Thanks for a great option at Rampart! read more

Let me start by saying, that if I could break this review down into three categories, I would give the Food a five, the ambience a four and I would give our Food server a two. Now let me begin, when we arrived for our reservation, we were nicely greeted by the hostess, who promptly seated us. Once seated, the ambience was fine, but it took our food server a very long time to come to us and greet us. When we were greeted by the food server and we placed our drink orders again it took a very long time to get our drinks. No biggie, our food server just kept apologizing for the wait. I just let it go because it was a weekend. Then we ordered appetizers and food and they came out very promptly. And I just want to say that the food is excellent. We were so excited about all of the entrées that we received that we wanted more. First, we started off with the tableside bruschetta, which was excellent. We've never experienced that tableside service before and we were really impressed and the flavors were excellent. We then had the watermelon salad which was equally as unique. The flavor profiles were again nothing that we've ever tasted before and we've dined in many of the restaurants here locally on the strip and never had that flavor profile it was fantastic. For our entrée, which was also served very fast , our server had not even taken away the dirty dishes we had to wait for her to come and take them away before they could serve our food. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned excellent. It was very tasty. Our son had the tableside fettuccine with shrimp and he loved it. That was his special request. Very impressed. My husband had the lobster pasta and it was excellent. The flavors were spot on. The sauce was excellent. we were so impressed by all of the meals that we shared in this restaurant we were already talking about how we wanted to come back and we were also really excited to try the dessert menu. So the food server finally came back and asked if we would like to to look at the dessert menus and I wanted to because I was very interested and I let her know that. It took her again, a very long time to even give us the dessert menus. Once we decided that we were going to try the tiramisu and also I wanted to try the tiramisu martini she never came back and it took a very long time. By the time she came back we were feeling a little bit more tired. I let her know that I was no longer interested in the desserts unfortunately. I don't think that we'll be coming back for a while simply because we would never want to be served by her again. I'll take a break, but I do want to say we were really impressed by the food it was absolutely delicious. All of the back waiters brought out our food very promptly. Anything involving our food server with regards to bringing drinks menus clearing the table, It didn't happen and it was a big turn off. Not only that, but she was hard to connect with and not engaging at all. Unfortunately, we really feel that our food server was not interested in us. Also- I was charged 2 different prices for the 2 old fashioned drinks. Same drink so I don't know why the difference ? I wish I would have caught this sooner. But it's just another error from this server. read more
