We had such a fantastic experience at Ai Pazzi! We chose to sit at the bar for dinner, and from start to finish everything exceeded expectations. We began with the pizza and calamari appetizers--both were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The calamari was light and crispy, and the pizza had incredible flavor. For our main courses, we ordered the Chicken Parmesan and the Osso Bucco. Both dishes were outstanding and felt truly authentic. The Osso Bucco, in particular, was incredible--perfectly tender and literally fall-off-the-bone. We also had a few special requests with our meal, and the chef was more than happy to accommodate, which we really appreciated. Our server, Krista, made the experience even better. She mentioned she's been there since the Speidini days, and her knowledge and warmth really showed. She was friendly, attentive, and gave excellent menu recommendations. We were also excited to hear they're working on a happy hour menu--can't wait to check that out! Overall, an amazing dining experience. We're definitely looking forward to adding Ai Piazza to our regular restaurant rotation!

3 of us decided to try this newer Italian restaurant at Rampart Casino. We were seated promptly. Our server was Shawn and he proved to be excellent with our questions and his service. He brought us bread quickly. We ordered calamari fritti for two of us to share. It was a smaller portion than most places, so if a hungry solo diner wanted to get it, they could finish it. It was standard calamari fritti. I ordered the Lumache vodka which the menu describes as: Creamy Calabrian Chilies Vodka Sauce, Aged Parmigiano, Burrata. It was a very good main course. The Lumache is a cousin to shellsi. The vodka sauce was quite good. For dessert, I tried their panna cotta. It's described this way: Mix Berry Custard, Macerated Berries, Lemon Curd, Basil, Meringues, Micro Basil. A very nice ending to the meal.

This place used to be amazing! Their caprese salad, their rigatoni alla vodka, and their tiramisu! Now it's subpar. The restaurant is still very nice and the staff is very kind. The portion of the caprese is hit and miss, and so is its quality. Sometimes the tomatoes and cheese are great and sometimes they do not. Their rigatoni alla vodka was my favorite! They now changed the pasta to Lumache and I'm not a fan. Lastly, they had the best tiramisu hands down. They just changed it and it's not that great anymore. Stop changing things that don't need to be changed! It was good the way it was - leave it that way!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely incredible. The presentation alone had me impressed before I even took a bite, every dish was beautifully plated and felt like a true experience, not just a meal. The truffle butter? Unreal. It literally melted in your mouth and elevated the entire dish to another level. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, easily one of the standout flavors of the night. Every course was packed with flavor. The pasta was creamy and indulgent without being too heavy, the entrées were cooked perfectly, and the sauces were so good I didn't want to leave a single drop behind. You can tell there's real intention and skill behind every plate. And don't even get me started on dessert... absolutely delicious. The tiramisu was next-level, light yet decadent, and the lemon dessert was refreshing and perfectly sweet. Overall, this was more than just dinner, it was an experience. Amazing food, stunning presentation, and flavors that genuinely blew me away. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Went here for our anniversary dinner and had a 10/10 experience. They did so nice wishing us a happy anniversary and making us feel welcome. Our server, Joey, and assistant/busser Rowan were a great combo. Both worked so hard and gave superior service. We did table side burrata, table side Caprese for starters. Will be getting the caprese again for sure- and HUGE servings. Entrees were the pork chop and the pesto. Both were amazing but the seasoning and peppers on the pork chop were unbelievable. For our anniversary they also gave us complimentary cannolis, delicious. Can't wait to go back again!!! BIG upgrade having this Italian restaurant- it was beautiful on the inside and amazing food.

ai Pazzi is one of those places that you don't forget easily. From the atmosphere to the drinks and food -- it's all memorable! This is my first time getting to eat here and I must say I was quite impressed. The focaccia bread they brought to the table as a beginner course was delicious, very soft and flakey with just the right crunch. Then we had the Mozzarella with Burata(idk how to spell it) and the bacon jam was amazing! For our main course, bae and I split the table side Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and the Ravioli Agnotti. (Once again I can't spell)The Alfredo was evenly spread on the noodles and it kept for at least a day while we had leftovers. The Agnotti was good with the soft beef short ribs stuffed inside. The sauce was great, just wish there had been more. The service was exceptional. I can't say enough good things about our server Amy. She took very good care of us, made sure our martinis were on point, and overall that we were happy with the meal. We got a free drink for the delay from the kitchen, but they were really busy on the day before Valentines so we weren't complaining. Although there were a lot of people, the seating isn't so close together you can hear other people's conversations. Definitely a plus when compared to other similarly sized restaurants. Also the chairs are actually comfortable. I have a disability that causes issues with me sitting in many chairs but that one was comfortable for me to the point I wasn't in a hurry to eat and leave. We will definitely be coming back, and Amy should get a raise!

Came in for a VIP event tonight and was greeted by our busser as soon as we sat. Food was great and filling. Glad we were able to try other things aside from our usual orders from the menu. Service was quick and they were attentive even if they were busy.

This place is such a breath of fresh air at the rampart!! I highly recommend the espresso martinis bc these are the best I've had in a very long time!! Amy, our server, was fantastic!! We specifically requested her and she did not disappoint! So friendly and caring, she makes you feel super comfortable like she's known you for years! She truly wants to make you happy and enjoy your experience. The decor is also very elegant and perfect lighting. The seats are very comfortable as well. My husband has trouble sitting too long especially in uncomfortable chairs and he even made a comment about how nice the chairs are lol. We started off with the Tableside burrata with bacon jam and charred bread. They smoke it right at the table with applewood chips and it smells fantastic when he's doing his thing. So cool to watch! And freaking delicious We also did the Tableside fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. It's 2 servings so definitely enough to share. It's so amazing to see it right in front of you, you know it's fresh and it's probably the best fettuccini I've ever tasted! The chicken is also cooked to perfection. Then we had to try the beef short rib anglonotti with white cream sauce. So tender and delicate, the beef is almost like a patte or paste inside and they are stuffed with it. It goes so well with the cream sauce!! Overall, hands down the best Italian we've had in a very long time. It beats Esther's and the old Italian spot (Speidini's I think) here any day! We Had a horrible experience at Esther's just a month prior and it used to be our favorite. But I think we've officially found a new favorite!! If you're curious to try this new spot, don't sit on it!! It's definitely worth the try!!

Fine dining with down to earth prices. The pastas are fresh made in house , the cocktails are delightful and the service was top notch. The food was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place for a date night or just a nice evening meal.

Ceasar salad (1/2) Delicious!!

What a pleasure it was to dine at Ai Pazzi!! The service was fantastic. Our server Cory, was very charming, attentive and professional. He truly made the evening special. However, Amy, was my hero that night. My husband somehow knocked his wine glass over and the wine splashed in my face and on my white blouse. Amy came rushing over to help me and got soda water and helped me try to save my shirt. Before we left she brought over two glasses of soda water and a container of salt. She told me to soak it in the sink up in our room. All the wine stains came out. She is a true gem!! You are very lucky to have her on staff!! Her kindness is deeply appreciated!! We loved our entire meal except the brussel sprouts. They were hard and not much flavor. We mentioned it to Cory and he kindly asked what he could substitute it for to make it right. He brought us some broccolini which was heavenly. We also shared the Ceasar salad. Those croutons are so yummy. The highlight of our meal though was the Lumache Vodka pasta which we added sausage. It was out of this world!!! The pasta was so fresh and cooked perfectly and that sauce was outstanding! The ambiance is also outstanding! Perfect for a date night. We will be back at every stay in Vegas. You are a rare find, especially for being in a resort. Thank you Ai Pazzi for such an outstanding experience!!

Wanted to try Ai Pazzi Italian restaurant inside Summerlin resort on Rampart. Had the pizza there a few times which was excellent, but wanted a sit down meal. Restaurant is only open 5pm-9 pm during the week and 5 pm- 10 pm on weekends, so plan accordingly. Because it was Monday, we got there at 5:15 and were seated right away. Great ambience and comfortable seating for couples as well as larger parties. Megan was our server and was delightful. She explained her favorites to us and we were set on sharing a chicken Parmesan with vodka rigatoni. We paired it with grilled Brussels sprouts and wanted to save room for dessert. Service was quick, efficient and food was fresh, hot and perfectly seasoned and prepared. We topped it off with a pistachio gelato served in a coffee cup with espresso down the middle...fantastic!!! Menu had plenty of pasta, fish, appetizers, a signature pork chop and a beef short rib I'll probably try next time. They also have fettuccini Alfredo for two prepared tableside which looked amazing. A great dining experience and we will definitely be back.

Wow! Fabio Viviani hits it out of the park with Ai Pazzi. The restaurant has a very cool vibe with an open kitchen on one side and a fireplace of the other. We were seated promptly at our reservation time and Meghan provided us with amazing service all night. We started off with a few drinks - a nice glass of Red (BIN N3, "BESPOKE" Red) and the Montenegro Nights. Both were excellent. For a starter we shared the table side caprese that had Fresh Mozzarella Made Table Side with Heirloom Tomato, Aged Balsamic, Fresh Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It was fantastic. For dinner we had the Gnocchi Pesto with Shrimp and the Veal Scaloppine with porcini mushrooms. Both dishes were amazing. No room for dessert tonight. If in Vegas it's a must visit!

Some restaurants rely on hype or atmosphere to carry the experience. Ohlala French Bistro stands…read moreout because of its quality and reliability. I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. Restaurants that maintain this level of quality and service--even on a busy night--earn five stars.

We ended up running out of bread so the waitstaff generously brought us another round. - Lemon pepper pork ribs + house ranch: GET THIS! The restaurant is nicely decorated, it gives modern Italian vibes. We went on a random weekday, wasn't overly busy. The service was excellent, prompt and polite. The menu spans most traditional Italian fair from pizzas to pasta to meat entrees. We ordered the calamari to start, was delicious and fresh served with marinara. The wine selection is pretty provost offering bottles and glasses. I ordered the lamb chops and player 2 the seafood pasta. I was barely able to get a picture in before we dove in. The food smelled excellent and tasted even better. The lamb wasn't gamey , always a fear of mine, and cooked perfectly. They also happen to offer at least EIGHT different salads that all sound delicious so I thought this would be a great choice to dine here. Even at lunch time they started us off with fresh baked tasty bread and creamy butter. My husband wanted to try the soup of the day and tried a soup called Toscano. It was a creamy soup with sausage, potatoes, and kale and he said that it was very good. We decided to try the baked brie appetizer because that sounded super tasty. The brie was embellished with hazelnuts, caramelized onions, apricot preserved, and was wrapped in a crunchy pastry crust. It came with sweet pear slices, grapes, and buttered toasts. It was tasty and substantial. It ran a little on the sweet side. I think some people could also enjoy this as dessert. For us this seemed like maybe four servings so we had half and brought the rest home. I tried the Beet and Grilled Salmon salad. They don't ask on how you'd like the salmon so I was a bit nervous about it but thankfully it came out reasonably good. The salmon was prepared well done but it was still very moist and didn't have that over cooked taste so that was good to me. The salad was very nice and freshly made. It was adorned with with generous pieces of cooked beets that were topped with goat cheese. The soft mixed green salad had fresh roasted red peppers and sweet candied walnuts so it was tasty. My husband enjoyed the Chicken Parm. He already wants to come back again. We were too full to even think about dessert. Our server was very nice, helpful, efficient, and friendly. It's so nice to find a new one for our local rotation.

It's written on Yelp that celebrity Master Chef Alex Statta and his executive chef wrote the menu but they are no longer with this business. We've been here several times and we find some HITS and some misses. The biggest HIT might be the French Dip. This was really great on two different visits. I also remember that the beef bourguignon was also very good. Desserts are always worth the calories and have been very good. The biggest miss might be the HK Burger. I was expecting a phenomenal burger since there is a $500. option for it (that I didn't try) I tried the just HK Burger $28. I asked my server if it was ground in-house. She said that it was. I also asked about the blend of meat it was and she said that she would have to ask the chef. She came back and said that it was Linz meat from Chicago. So that really didn't answer my question but that is what I got. I order my burger medium and with the salad side instead of fries because I know to have dessert here. My burger comes out almost well done with a kinda burnt roll. My server does check on us and I do tell her that my burger is cooked past medium. She insist on making a new one. During the wait the manager comes over and offers to get me some fries while I'm waiting. I declined (because I'm saving room for dessert) He also questions me about the medium cook and asks me if I mean pink or red. I said I mean pink. We wait what seems like a very long time. I finally get the new burger. It is cooked much less and can pass as medium-rare but I'm happy that it isn't well done again. My peeves are that this burger has very little beef flavor. It also can use some salt and pepper because this burger seems completely unseasoned. My other peeve is that the truffle brioche bun is served slightly burnt again. This came with some sort of sauce that came separated with an oily top. It wasn't for my taste so I used some of my husband's ketchup. I eat 1/2 and take the rest home to my dogs so I have room for dessert. I was surprised not be checked on but I saw my server was too loaded with tables to check on us. We tried the chocolate tart with orange sorbet and it was delicious. The manager spoke to us on the way out. On my next visit I will get the French Dip and dessert.

The only variable that I disliked was how expensive the Chef charcuterie tray was - it was $45, which is more expensive than Sonoma County wineries!!!

The host and waitress arrived a few minutes later and we were seated in a spacious booth. The host took our orders, they have a wine special at lunch for $9/glass, the Riesling was very good. We started with Corn Soup, Beef Carpaccio, and Charcuterie as appetizers. They were well prepared and tasty. From there we went with a Chicken Pannini and Linguini Frutti Di Mare. The entrees were excellent. After the initial lack of personnel, the service was outstanding. The waitress was very friendly, prompt and professional. Definitely a great place to grab lunch.

I walked in and even though the host was not at the front entrance for the typical greeting, the staff acknowledged my presence and signal that they will be with me in a moment, which as really nice. Since I arrived on time . I got to pick the spot where we would be eating. I forgot the name of the handsome waiter, which we found out later he was one of the owners. We asked him for suggestions on the menu and went with those, a CAPPELLINI with Shirmp (4 to be exact), RIGATONI VODKA with mushroom and RIGATONI VODKA with sausage. I also ordered the MARGHERITA and the taste made me remember my childhood with was nice. Their Wine menu was ample a little bit for everyone's taste. The staff was friendly, professional and made it for memorable experience. A friend of mine is Baseball fan and she was watching the game on her phone and listening with her ear piece and the owner was nice enough to turn the volume on that she could hear enjoy the game and maybe even our conversation . We all agreed, we enjoyed ourselves and even lost track of time, we left after about three and a half hours. I am sure I will bring my family when they come and visit me from out of state.

An absolute master class in culinary & hospitality experience…read more Started with the ponzu tuna crudo, very well done and balanced. This place nails it with variety & crazy modest prices! You know the character of a restaurant by the care they put into the menu priced that shows respect for their guests. They offer steak night (every night!) with entrees 50% off!! The filet was seared crisp outside, perfect med rare. The pasta's handmade that actually tastes like someone kneaded it with love, not a machine. Veal ossobuco is my favorite meal & this one is at the very top of a long list of past favorites. It melts off the bone, rich and slow-braised, with perfect acid in the tomato ragu. Was so satisfying!! Mac & cheese was way way too good! Best part was every dish hit the table so hot! I love food that is still steaming to the last bite. The picca chica cocktail was a perfect blend of spicy & sweet. Wine list is stupidly deep; you'll spot bottles you've never heard of, all poured by people who actually care if you like it. Lastly the crème brûlée was truly out of this world and so unique in taste and presentation. I'm quietly plotting my next reservation. Worth every bite. A special thank you to Colleen & Chef Lupe for their hospitality & genuine service!

The fact that they have their happy hour all day from opening to closed pretty amazing. All wines and cocktails were on point. My favorite there was Limoncello spritz! (Less than $10) Some of star dishes that flavorful and delicious are : Beef carpacio, Seasonal farmer salad, Chicken Masala. Spoke with chef Nico and found out that soon they will offer steak which I can't hardly wait. Staffs are always friendly from the host, servers and bartender. I usually sat at the bar and chat with Mark, Jose or Felice sometimes bar can get so busy but definitely worth it! I will be back for live music on Friday(check with them before you go, if you want to see the live music)
