Wineaux is a standout when it comes to aesthetics, clean, modern, and super inviting. The cheeseboard was delicious (as it should be for $38), and the popcorn was a fun, tasty touch. Wine selection was decent overall, though I was a little underwhelmed by the champagne list. Only one on the menu, but they were able to offer us a different bottle that evening, which I appreciated. There's a great variety of seating depending on your vibe, making it perfect for a girls' night or a romantic dinner. Service was excellent and attentive, Pascal was a delight. Definitely worth giving it a shot.

New spot in the JW Marriott in Summerlin! Fun place to catch up with friends and family. Great selection of wine and food! I especially loved the Cacio e Pepe popcorn!

I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. Restaurants that maintain this level of quality and service--even on a busy night--earn five stars.

Started with the Somm wine flight on a Thursday night. 4 wines chosen at random by the sommelier. First off, great idea! Second, they were delicious choices. The menu is mostly filled sharables grouped by vegetables, proteins, etc, and we shared two entrees as well. -Whipped Brie with honey and blackberry. Ask for extra bread, you will want to finish it. -Macatie mushrooms in garlic sauce. Star of the night. -Tagliatelle + scallops. Good and fresh, but a bit disappointing as the scallops were tiny instead of large...felt like a frozen bag was added -Shrimp w garlic and chile. Wow! Just wow. Should have asked for bread here, but I was too full to add bread. I could have licked the plate for this garlic chile sauce! Great service. Atmosphere is smaller restaurant with tables close to each other that offer a view of kitchen or window. Despite table proximity, noise was manageable enough to have conversation. It was fun to seek Kay, co owner energetically checking in on every table. Will be back!

To be honest, my party of two had already imbibed a flight of beers at CraftHaus across the street AND eaten a basket of their loaded tots, so we were kind of already full before we decided to pop on in for more food. - Whipped brie with blackberry and honey: smooth, dare I say light, sweet, creamy, served with triangles of toasted brioche... this was a delightful dish. We ended up running out of bread so the waitstaff generously brought us another round. - Lemon pepper pork ribs + house ranch: GET THIS! I was kind of stuffed by the time this dish came out, but the ribs were FALLING OFF THE BONES and the ranch was the perfect dip for them. SO freaking flavorful. - Mick's royale with cheese: I am a huge fan of burgers. The waiter confidently told us there isn't a better cheeseburger in town, and I think he might have been right. It was GIVING everything one would want in a hearty burger. Meaty, juicy, crispy edges, cheesy, saucy. DELICIOUS. I can't wait for my next visit, except next time, I'll make sure not to pre-eat beforehand! ;D

The restaurant is nicely decorated, it gives modern Italian vibes. We went on a random weekday, wasn't overly busy. The service was excellent, prompt and polite. The menu spans most traditional Italian fair from pizzas to pasta to meat entrees. We ordered the calamari to start, was delicious and fresh served with marinara. The wine selection is pretty provost offering bottles and glasses. I ordered the lamb chops and player 2 the seafood pasta. I was barely able to get a picture in before we dove in. The food smelled excellent and tasted even better. The lamb wasn't gamey , always a fear of mine, and cooked perfectly. I would 100% come back here for a nice easy dinner. 2 entrees , appetizer and 2 glasses of wine. Out the door for 100$, was a good deal for sure.

Their menu is mostly Italian but is also accented with some Greek and offers a nice selection of meats and seafood. Inside is rich and comfortable. They also offer a nice partially enclosed dog friendly patio. For our first visit we decided to try lunch (M-F). There is a lot of offerings on the lunch menu. They also happen to offer at least EIGHT different salads that all sound delicious so I thought this would be a great choice to dine here. Even at lunch time they started us off with fresh baked tasty bread and creamy butter. My husband wanted to try the soup of the day and tried a soup called Toscano. It was a creamy soup with sausage, potatoes, and kale and he said that it was very good. We decided to try the baked brie appetizer because that sounded super tasty. The brie was embellished with hazelnuts, caramelized onions, apricot preserved, and was wrapped in a crunchy pastry crust. It came with sweet pear slices, grapes, and buttered toasts. It was tasty and substantial. It ran a little on the sweet side. I think some people could also enjoy this as dessert. For us this seemed like maybe four servings so we had half and brought the rest home. I tried the Beet and Grilled Salmon salad. They don't ask on how you'd like the salmon so I was a bit nervous about it but thankfully it came out reasonably good. The salmon was prepared well done but it was still very moist and didn't have that over cooked taste so that was good to me. The salad was very nice and freshly made. It was adorned with with generous pieces of cooked beets that were topped with goat cheese. The soft mixed green salad had fresh roasted red peppers and sweet candied walnuts so it was tasty. My husband enjoyed the Chicken Parm. He already wants to come back again. We were too full to even think about dessert. Our server was very nice, helpful, efficient, and friendly. It's so nice to find a new one for our local rotation.

You can purchase one of the 950 choices and they only charge you $10. over the price to enjoy the wine with your meal. This restaurant has won some awards but also has changed hands several times. It's written on Yelp that celebrity Master Chef Alex Statta and his executive chef wrote the menu but they are no longer with this business. We've been here several times and we find some HITS and some misses. The biggest HIT might be the French Dip. This was really great on two different visits. I also remember that the beef bourguignon was also very good. Desserts are always worth the calories and have been very good. The biggest miss might be the HK Burger. I was expecting a phenomenal burger since there is a $500. option for it (that I didn't try) I tried the just HK Burger $28. I asked my server if it was ground in-house. She said that it was. I also asked about the blend of meat it was and she said that she would have to ask the chef. She came back and said that it was Linz meat from Chicago. So that really didn't answer my question but that is what I got. I order my burger medium and with the salad side instead of fries because I know to have dessert here. My burger comes out almost well done with a kinda burnt roll. My server does check on us and I do tell her that my burger is cooked past medium. She insist on making a new one. During the wait the manager comes over and offers to get me some fries while I'm waiting. I declined (because I'm saving room for dessert) He also questions me about the medium cook and asks me if I mean pink or red. I said I mean pink. We wait what seems like a very long time. I finally get the new burger. It is cooked much less and can pass as medium-rare but I'm happy that it isn't well done again. My peeves are that this burger has very little beef flavor. It also can use some salt and pepper because this burger seems completely unseasoned. My other peeve is that the truffle brioche bun is served slightly burnt again. This came with some sort of sauce that came separated with an oily top. It wasn't for my taste so I used some of my husband's ketchup. I eat 1/2 and take the rest home to my dogs so I have room for dessert. I was surprised not be checked on but I saw my server was too loaded with tables to check on us. We tried the chocolate tart with orange sorbet and it was delicious. The manager spoke to us on the way out. On my next visit I will get the French Dip and dessert.

The filet was seared crisp outside, perfect med rare. The pasta's handmade that actually tastes like someone kneaded it with love, not a machine.
