Pretty cool spot. We went on a Monday for live music. A really good comedian opened. The live music was nice. Robin Nievera played and sang adult contemporary. We had lots of bread. The crust was crisp and the center was soft. It was served with butter. We mixed the oil and vinegar on the table with seasoning for an extra go with. We shared the calamari. Beautiful presentation. Flaky breading. Tender meat. He had the mushroom ravioli. I had the beef. Both were very yummy. I had enough to have some for a small lunch the next day. So good. Friendly service. Warm ambiance. We didn't know anyone there, but it felt like dinner with friends. read more

Cute place. They have live music, which I love. It was a young guy singing Frank Sinatra songs. Food and drinks were pretty good. I had Chicken Piccata, husband had Brunella Special (which is a spicy sausage pasta in a pink sauce. We also had Brschetta for an appetizer and they brought out bread. I really liked the bread and I don't usually eat it. The Bruschetta was ok, nothing fancy. Chicken Piccata, the portion size was perfect for me but I would say was a smidge small for a mid $20's dish with just chicken and a few toasted veggies. I tried my husbands, he really liked it. We also had drinks. He has a Lemon Drop Martini I believe and I had the Tiramisu Martini. His was really good, mine was more like coffee but I liked the concept of it. The only thing I would have liked is if the lights were down a little. It was very lit up. Plus the place was so loud with people talking over each other. I say try it. I was a part of the large group that dined at your restaurant on 7/1/26 for both dinner and the show, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I was immediately impressed by the ambiance -- the atmosphere was beautiful and added so much to the evening. My entrée was excellent and definitely worth ordering. The only downside was the wait time for food and dessert service. My entrée took quite a while to arrive, and after waiting about 30 minutes for dessert, I finally decided to take it to go instead. That said, the show was absolutely terrific and truly made the evening memorable. The entertainment and overall experience more than made up for the delays, and I still left having thoroughly enjoyed the night. read more

We wanted to continue to support Restaurant Week so my daughter chose this place for dinner and after viewing the menu, I made the reservation. The offering was a three course meal at $50 per person, very reasonable. We arrived on a week day evening and were promptly seated by the kind hostess. Water and the most delicious fresh bread was brought to the table. Our server Nicole was fantastic and took such great care of us. Being that this is an Italian restaurant, I again tried to order a Peach Bellini. Another fail, I was brought a glass of Prosecco. Where was the peach puree?? I promptly sent it back and had a glass of wine instead. I guess I am going to have to return to Italy to get my Bellini. We started with the Pear and Gorgonzola Bruschetta and the Sicilian Arancini. We enjoyed both of these appetizers. Our entrees then arrived. I ordered the Branzino which I found to be tasty. My husband ordered the Chicken Marsala and my daughter ordered the Wild Mushroom Ravioli. The Chicken Marsala was just ok, we have had better. Being a vegetarian, my daughter ordered the Wild Mushroom Ravioli. This dish had a very odd odor and she only took a couple bites before she stopped. We should have sent it back but she didn't want to make a fuss. The best part of our experience here was the entertainment. They featured a singer/comedian named Seth Robichaux and he was fabulous. He did impressions, sang, and added in a little comedy. He really engaged with all the patrons. He was so much fun! I wish more local places offered nightly entertainment. read more

Wonderful Italian restaurant on Ft Apache. Its a large open space modern and clean. We went for my Moms birthday, specifically to hear the violin player. There was only one server this night, so the service was a little slow. But considering there were to large parties celebrating birthdays it was understandable. The menu was different then most Italian not filled with old school items. The meal started with freshly made bread that had a light tomatoe oil based dipping sauce. I had a shared pear salad and chicken in gorganzola sauce topped with crushed pistachios. The salad was huge. Three or four could have shared this. The chicken to me was a bit salty, and could have been more tender. The vegtables on the plate were perfectly cooked. Other family members had a spicy rigatoni with ground sausage, chicken pesto over tagliatelle, salmon with vegtables, a huge portion of chicken parm. But the highlight from what I tasted, was a pasta what was like little pouches filled with ricotta cheese and pear, topped with a gorganzola sauce. The dish was delicate and creamy, very delicious. We ended the meal with complimentary tiramusu for the birthday girl and a slice of lemoncello cake we passed aroung. The restaurant is fairly new sister restaurant to Brunello in Sun City. Had dinner here and to see Seth Robichaux, No Filter All Glitter Show. The food we ordered that included a pear salad, meatballs, lasagna and bruschetta were all good. We were alittle disappointed they were out of 3 desserts and a couple gelatos so we settled with vanilla gelato. The service was good and dine in area nice. The thing that made our evening experience great was the live performance by Seth who did a variety of songs and comedy for 3 hours with only a couple of short breaks. He also has a guest comedian. We made it for dinner and everything was delicious! Service was fast and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our server Matt was very attentive and treated us like family. My pesto pasta with burrata and shrimp had crushed pistachio and it was seriously perfect. My wife's carbonara was light and flavorful. By far the best meal we had in Vegas and eating out in a long time. It is away from the strip but 20 mins drive and free parking can't be beat. It was well worth it. Cantinetta is a very nice Italian Restaurant and Bar with a Sofia Loren Theme inside. It's very fancy inside and your meals come out on the most amazing plates ever. The menu has all your usual Italian foods that you expect to find but it also offers many plates that you seldom see on an Italian menu like salmon carbonara, beet carpaccio, and chocolate spaghetti. They started us off with bread and a sun-dried tomato oil. We started off with the deep fried eggplant appetizer. For being deep fried they did a very good job because it seemed free of oil and had a nice crispy exterior. The eggplant flesh was very sweet and tasted more like white eggplant. This came embellished with walnut sauce. For my main I tried the lunch chicken piccata. For a lunch size it was very generous and was a good amount of pounded chicken breast in a lemon butter caper sauce with nicely prepared fresh mixed vegetables and potatoes. My husband had the rigatoni picante. It was slightly different than the usual pasta and sausage dish because instead of regular sausage it was made with ndija spicy spreadable sausage made with Calabrian Chili so it was very spicy. We were way too full to try the dessert pastas but managed to try a gelato 1/2 Amareno Cherry and 1/2 Pistachio both were good but the cherry had a creamier richer texture. We ordered our food at 4pm. It was supposed to be ready at 4:45pm. However, we didnt receive it until 5:20. The food was meh. I ordered salmon carbonara with smoked salmon. It didnt have much taste, they didnt use smoked salmon, and there was barely any salmon. If you look at the other pictures of the salmon carbonara in yelp, you will see there is not much salmon in the salmon carbonara. We ordered two pizzas. The pizzas were okay, but not worth the price. We visited on Saturday, for lunch, with a party of two and it was an ok experience. We arrived and were seated right away, the dining area is nice and well decorated. One of the cooks (possibly an owner?) took our drink orders, their margaritas are excellent, with a splash of red wine on top. We stared with the Arancini, it was tasty and well prepared. Then it kind of went downhill. The Minestrone Soup was nothing but broth and pieces of tomato, mushroom, and squash. No pasta, no other vegetables, and quite watery. We then went with Lasagna and Frutti di Mare for entrees. The lasagna was cold in the middle, the seafood pasta was very bland, no taste at all. This was for my second visit to Cantinetta. Trés improvement! I went with a dining group that visits this restaurant semi-regularly. So much was very good. I loved my lemonciello cocktail and my bruschetta was remarkable. I don't order it very often, mostly because the balsamic in most bruschettas is too dominant for my taste. But this batch... was the perfect balance of balsamic and olive oil. Also the perfect amount of pieces. I was impressed. My main entree was a pasta with pesto that had shrimps. I'm always a bit cautious about seafood in the desert, but again, impressed. These shrimpies were plump, did not taste frozen and quite delicious. Also, the amount of pasta fed me for two more meals! Lastly, was the pistachio desert. I think it was a cheesecake, but I'm not sure. All I know is that it was delectable. There was also extra pistachio oil on the plate to soak up. It was dreamy! Another thing I wanted to bring up is that the first time I went there, the appearance of the meals was a bit off. I waited quite a while for my entree. This time, everything was delivered in unison, perfect timing and with a smile. I do recommend this place and I commend the owners, especially the waitstaff and of course, the talented chefs. I had the prosciutto and mushroom pizza which was very good. The dough was fresh and light not filling. The garlic bread was good, fresh bread and great taste. I was truly impressed with Cantinetta. I had never tried a Brunello restaurant before, and this visit was my first introduction to their cuisine. The experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambiance immediately stood out. The high ceilings and warm, inviting interior create an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. The modern furniture and portraits of iconic women add a thoughtful, artistic touch. I also appreciated how well-spaced the tables were, making it ideal for date nights, celebrations, or private events. Service was impeccable. Our server, Matt, was excellent--professional, personable, and attentive with his recommendations, which I always appreciate when visiting a new restaurant. He mentioned that because the restaurant just opened, the team is still small, with only two servers at the moment. Despite that, the staff worked seamlessly together. Chef Roland executed every dish beautifully, and Inga and another team member her name starts with an L (whose name I unfortunately forgot) were both kind and accommodating. Cantonetta is a charming and decent Italian restaurant that has its moments of success and a few things to improve upon. The interior is lovely. They really thought about how it should be arranged and everything is a fun nod to Italian culture. I found the space relaxing and they really made use of every inch. Our server was very attentive and I really enjoyed how he explained the menu in detail. That said, he was a bit clumsy. Not only spilled water on the table and both, but dropped a dirty fork on the table as well from my plate. And when he brought me a fresh iced tea, he left the empty glass on the table. He did sell us on a very smooth pistachio martini so props to him for that. He knows what he's doing behind the bar. Let's talk about the food. The breadsticks were very nice.. but the dip that was included was missing a little of that something. It wasn't exciting despite the flavors that were in there. The standouts were absolutely the appetizers. The non-traditional calamari was so tender and flavorful I honestly could have eaten that all night. Conversely, the burrata salad was a treat. So fresh and smooth. I highly recommend both. My braised beef ravioli was an absolute swing and a miss. When meat is braised it's going to slightly caramelize, go darker brown, and it's going to give it this very distinct flavor. When I cut open the ravioli I saw that it was cooked but there was absolutely no braising done. And that is necessary to bring out that texture and flavor. So it resulted in a very bland ravioli with a small portion size. I was actually hungry and I'm really glad that my partner shared his pasta. His pasta on the other hand was so loaded with meat and flavor and it was so generously portioned. I honestly wish I had ordered that. Dessert was the the lemon-layered cake and it was exactly as described. Moist, light, and lemony. It was a nice way to end the meal. Would I go here again for dinner? Maybe. When we walked in the ambiance was amazing but that's the best I can say. Happy Hour Caprese - 3 slices of unripened tomatoes and two small slices of mozzarella in-between Happy Hour Caesar - menu said it was one of there specialties but where were the anchovies? After waiting almost an hour for our main courses we found out that there was a "computer glitch" and the kitchen had never gotten our order. It was over an hour before we got our food. Frutti di Mare - I ordered it with only scallops, shrimp and clams but it came out with calamari and octopus which I was picking out through my whole meal. They offered to make it again but after waiting over an hour I declined. UGH Gnocchi Al Taleggio - my friend said the sauce was too thick and pasty. They did give us two desserts but even those were lacking. My creme brûlée tasted more like a pudding than a custard. What a disaster. read more

This place feels like stumbling into a secret corner of Italy that Italy itself doesn't even know about. We did the four-course menu, and here's the thing -- there was absolutely no weak link. No "well, that one was just okay." No mid-meal dip in enthusiasm. The salad was fresh enough to make you question every salad you've eaten before it, the pasta was homemade and tasted like it, and the branzino? The branzino was so good it felt slightly illegal. I visited the restaurant last night to see the performance/Seth. I was so disappointed with the service the food and how we were treated overall. However, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I called the restaurant this morning and spoke to someone/gentleman who was yelling at me telling me I didn't understand the price of food and was extremely rude. And hung up on me. It was such a poor representation of the restaurant. He actually told me that they can't accommodate a lot of people coming in at once because they only had two servers and that the food was brought in from Italy! There no words. So the owner comments on my review, saying that she spoke to me... But she never did speak to me. I just don't understand any of this. I never once spoke to her. No sense saying anymore very disappointed, and how this whole situation was handled. read more

My initial visit to this restaurant was during their soft opening period several days before their grand opening. I was immediately taken with the bright, chic interior of the restaurant, particularly knowing what the space had looked like for the prior restaurant in this location. The owners obviously put an immense amount of care and attention in to the remodel to give it a high end flair. I say at the bar as it was just myself and the restaurant was not yet busy at that time, though there was quite a crowd as the night went on. The little bar area was very cozy and well designed. I had a couple of the staple specialty cocktails, including anbold fashioned and a lemon drop. The bartender was still training and was up front about it. The old fashioned was nothing unusual, though it was less liquid than I would expect for the cocktail and they did not have any black cherries at the time. The lemon drop had to be redone be the owner, who mentioned she loves lemon drops. The new one was perfectly on point and balanced. In terms of food, I had the Caesar salad, the pear fagotti, a sample of the Rigatoni piccante, and the chocolate temptation for dessert. I am a huge fan of Caesar salad and this one did not disappoint, it was a good size portion, all of the lettuce was coated with Caesar dressing, and the dressing was very obviously hand made with its delicious flavor. I came to learn later that the Caesar dressing recipe has been in the family for years and that even the owners kids can tell the difference when a Caesar dressing is not done right. The pear fagotti was nothing short of incredible. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the pasta was almost an Italian version of a dumpling filled with the candies pear and ricotta, with the gorgonzola cream sauce pairing just right. The owner brought out a chef sample of the Rigatoni Piccante while I was eating. I was a bit hesitant as I do not live spicy food, but it was a flavor explosion that was absolutely delicious where I would gladly get the full dish in the future. For dessert, the chocolate temptation was a layered chocolate dish. Often these types of desserts do not balance well, but this one was on point. The cake was just the right amount of moist and the other layers played with each other perfectly. All the staff and the owner were great to speak to during my visit. They all clearly were passionate about the restaurant and enthusiastic about the food. I had expected to just pop in quickly for dinner, but ended up spending a relaxing evening there just because it felt cozy and I was enjoying talking with the staff. My girlfriends and I celebrated our first HH of this new year at this beautiful restaurant. Their HH usually ends at 5 pm but they did us a favor and extended it for an additional hour since we usually dine at 5. Very sweet. We opted for several options to share and all selections were wonderful. Meatballs need a bit more pizazz but Italian girls usually a critical if they're not as good as our own !! Calamari was sooo good. Rings were super thick and tentacles included was definitely a plus. Clams and mussels were fresh with tons of garlic ... yum !! We chose 2 different pizzas, a plain cheese and a prosciutto and mushroom. Definitely recommended. Caesar Salad was large and lettuce was cold and crunchy. Love that !! Live music (on a Tuesday !!) started around 6:30. My personal opinion is that on a Tuesday night or any other night during the week live music should be a little earlier. Perhaps at 5 PM? The pastas are clearly made in-house; I tried the tagliatelle, and it was silky, delicate, and cooked to perfection. The sauce was rich and layered with flavor, the kind of dish that makes you pause between bites just to savor it. My dining companion had the gnocchi, which were pillowy soft and paired with a sauce so flavorful it was practically addictive. The main courses were equally impressive. My husband and I have eaten here twice now and this place is nothing short of amazing. The food, service, and ambiance. They've got it all. Not only is the menu impressive, but the food is genuinely so delicious. For pizzas we have tried the Mona Lisa and the Margherita, both excellent. We've also tried a few pastas - tagliatelle pesto, rigatoni piccante, and salmon carbonara. Literally so good. And the homemade amareno cherry gelato omg, my favorite. Takes me back to being in Italy, it's that good. The service as well is just lovely - Garen and Matt are so personable and friendly. We would be here all the time if we lived closer lol. The food here is amazing. I have tried so many things I don't typically go for like the Pear Fagotti or the Brunello's Signature and both were amazing. I am not typically a big fan of fruit in my entrees or sausage but I was highly recommended these dishes and they exceeded my expectations. The Pear Fagotti is cheese dumplings in a light creamy gorgonzola sauce and the pear really ties it together so its not overwhelmingly cheesy. The Brunello's signature is their house made pasta with sausage and truffle oil in their house pink sauce. It was so tasty. I sometimes can get stomach aches from gluten, however, I ate half a pizza (that was incredible) and no stomach issues. I was informed they import their flour so pizza and pasta for the win! The service is absolutely incredible. Matt does an incredible job at explaining the food and making you want to buy everything on the menu. I tried things I typically wouldn't because of his excitement about the dishes. The ambiance is beautiful. I love the artwork and the way that I feel so comfortable at this restaurant. The fresh pasta is aaaamazing! I would order the brunello again and again! Would skip the calamari next time and try a different app instead. And this special restaurant has become one of our fave in all of Vegas! The service was excellent. Inga, who is the owner and all the servers provide excellent service. And they really make you feel right at home, like you're part of the family! Everything was tasty and delicious but we were especially impressed with the pear Fagotti! The pear Fagotti is definitely one of the best pasta dishes that we have ever had in our lives! It is very unique and you can totally tell that the pasta is house made. We're glad that they opened another location on the West side. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. The place has a modern and classy feel. They even have live entertainment on weeknights. The food is always freshly made and full of authentic flavors. Their mushroom ravioli is uniquely cooked and delicious. Everything that comes out of the kitchen looks and tastes amazing.
