We are so disappointed with how much Rustic House at Boca Park has gone downhill. We used to come here a couple of times a month because we genuinely enjoyed the food and atmosphere, but unfortunately, both the food and service have really declined. During our most recent visit, we actually saw our server eating on the back line, which felt extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. On top of that, the steak was a huge disappointment. The quality is nowhere near what it used to be and felt like a significant downgrade. It's honestly sad because this used to be one of our regular spots. After this experience, we won't be returning to the Boca Park location. We really hope they can turn things around and get back to the quality and service they once had. read more

This was an incredibly disappointing first experience at Rustic House. After helping family move all day, the four of us arrived around 1:00 AM, hungry and ready to eat. We were initially turned away because my wife didn't have her ID, so we drove all the way home to get it. When we returned, the same host didn't even ask to see anyone's ID. From there, the experience only got worse. The host repeatedly emphasized how long the wait would be and made it feel like she was trying to convince us to leave rather than welcome us. We were told to order everything at the bar, which we did. Despite saying she was getting off work, she continued serving guests, and we even watched her give the exact same "long wait" speech to another table until they decided to leave. The entire interaction made us feel like we were being pushed out instead of treated like paying customers. We simply wanted a meal after a long day of moving. I hope management sees this review and addresses the customer service, because this was a terrible first impression. read more

5/5 Stopped in for an early dinner with a party of three around 5:15, and Rustic House absolutely delivered. The atmosphere was lively with plenty of people enjoying themselves, yet it never felt crowded. Comfortable seating, great décor, and TVs everywhere make it an awesome place to catch a game. The menu is huge, and everything we ordered was excellent. The standout was their $25 Wednesday and Saturday Steak and Lobster special, an incredible deal featuring an 8 ounce top sirloin and lobster tail, both cooked perfectly for all three of us. Their daily specials are outstanding too, including $30 Steak and King Crab on Mondays and Thursdays, St. Louis style ribs on Fridays, and 50% off all steaks on Sundays. The sides were just as delicious. Service was exceptional from everyone we encountered. We also signed up for their rewards and text program and instantly saved $40 off our bill. It was quick, easy, and they send updates on future specials and events. We have now visited three of their four locations, and every experience has been fantastic. We went for their Thursday special, steak and King crab. The crab legs were a bit dry, and seems like they had been sitting out for a while. The steak wasn't too bad, a little undercooked. We got what we paid for. Good attentive service. Lots of TVs all over the place showing various sports, news and music videos. Comfortable booth seating. May 17, 2026 try a new restaurant in Summerland area definitely five star at the rustic house. Riley was our server. She provided us with excellent customer service recommended the burgers and she was on the chart with the burger was excellent. Definitely need to swing back around on a Sunday to get 50% in New York State à la carte didn't order sides. Definitely recommend this place. It was great. The food was delicious tons of sporting events on a lot of TVs throughout the restaurant/bar and yes, it does have a sports bar vibe but nice and cozy non-smoking restaurant. Very relaxing enjoy our lunch and the atmosphere and the service hats off to the chefs, hostess and server great team. Thank you, Riley for providing us. First time here! I was interested in trying the $25 steak and lobster special as they are a sister location to John Cutter. We walked in and I loved that there was ample seating. The staff was friendly and we were seated right away! The chairs that were for the smaller tables were not very solid. We sat down and sunk into the seats. That was not something that I liked. I like that the utensils are in a big mason jar so it didn't take up too much space on the table. I ordered my steak medium and it came back medium well and the server kind of argued with me but it was tender so I did t send it back. The service was great! Drinks are made well with full flavors and a good pour. I had the steak and lobster special for $25 and it was tasty, but their medium rare was more like medium. My friend had the same order and his rare was medium well. We asked the waitress about it and she said the cook does go a little bit more on the heavier cook side. Went to Rustic House after work to celebrate a co-worker leaving for a better job. The bartender Rooster- was far from friendly or skilled. I ordered a Spicy Margarita from the drink menu and Rooster made me feel like I was asking a lot and let me know the drink would take a while to make.
