This was a fun place to chill at... we went to pass some time and then the beers kept pouring in... the husbands were happy and the wifeys got to enjoy some drinks too and relax. We could see the fountains at the Bellagio... they worked for about 10 minutes but then they went down. I didn't get a picture of the nachos but holy moly it was a huge dish and delicious! Stopped here a few times on the trip just to grab drinks but loved it here! It's a roof top mostly outside bar and restaurant, and it always seems to be busy! Definite best views on the Strip! I loooove this spot. It's located right above Alexxa's at the Paris and if you valet at the Paris, It's a quick walk to get here. The staircase is right off LVBLVD. We were seated right away and came in on a Thursday night with a group of 6 of us. They still had food somewhat late and closed at 11pm which was perfect because we walked in around 10/10:30pm. Our group ordered the giant pretzel and fried pickles to start. It was sooo delish. That was probably one of the best giant pretzels I've ever had and I would hands down recommend that time and time again. To eat, I got their burger but didn't eat too much of it because I filled up on appetizers. It was still pretty tasty though! The food came out super quick, too. I love this spot cuz they also have jenga and other games you can play while you drink beer and eat. The beer list is extensive. Came here for lunch on a Saturday. Unfornately we didn't make reservations. However we were able to get a table for under under the sun. There is some shade. Of course it's better out of the sun. I love this place! Such a great spot for tourists! Great views of the strip including the Bellagio fountains. The stairs to get in are outside the casino. Big open seating. Hubby & I love walking the strip when we're in Vegas - and what better place than to have a drink at Beer Park, while the Bellagio fountain show is going off? We like ciders, and discovered Blake's Cider here. After this last trip, Beer Park has been deemed as one of the places that must remain on our itinerary each time we visit Vegas. Stopped in for lunch. My partner had the BBQ brisket sliders, I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. The house dressing is a vinaigrette. Well, I took 2 bites of my salad and realized it tasted sweet. I asked if there was honey in the dressing. There is and I'm allergic. Luckily I didn't eat much. What an awesome spot for opening weekend of football! We went with the minimum spend and grabbed reserved bar seats inside--absolutely the right call. The energy was electric, and the staff crushed it with outstanding service all around. The food was solid, but the service was even better--fast, friendly, and really on top of things, which made the whole experience a win. The setup here is perfect for football fans: wall-to-wall TVs, a strong beer selection, and plenty of room for groups. We visited early December which had warmer weather in the forecast. Walking south from Ole Red to MGM, we were looking for something al fresco to grab a bite. We've never been to the Beer Park so we thought we'd give it a try since we've enjoyed Paris's other restaurants. It was a warm and sunny Saturday afternoon. Once the sun dipped behind the MGM properties, we really appreciated those patio heaters. We were seated at a cafe style table, closer to the street. We can see across to Bellagio thanks to the glass wall where there is stool seating along it. Our server was attentive, made sure we had everything we needed. My husband ordered wings because I ordered a special that was running for NFR week; ribeye, lobster, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. We shared it as it's a hefty portion. Aside from steak needing more seasoning, the dish was satisfying. The lobster claws were already cut so no cracker tool was necessary. My husband volunteered to do the messy work of removing the meat since he already had hands in on the wings. Lucky me! Beer Park is definitely worth another visit. read more

Such a surprise to randomly discover this spot! I was on break from a conference inside the Paris hotel and had no idea where to eat. So I wandered over to one restaurant that told me to walk upstairs to check in and on my way there, I pivoted and saw life-size games like connect 4 in the entryway and heard live music coming from outside. So I followed the guitar sounds and discovered this huge outdoor restaurant which is Beer Park! It has a great ambience for those who are looking to just chill. I had an amazing turkey Cobb salad and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, and they sent me on my way so I got back to the conference on time.
