The food at Ole Red is SO amazing! We ordered the Trash Talkin' Taco Salad and OMG--it was a bomb! The portion is HUGE and definitely perfect for two people to share. So flavorful and satisfying! This is definitely something I would order again. My husband also tried the Chicken Buffalo Empanada. He thought it was okay, but personally, it wasn't really my taste. I think that's just personal preference! The staff were super cool, friendly, and welcoming! We really enjoyed the fun and relaxed atmosphere. We were so excited to come here! Started out super impressed with the host, both upstairs & downstairs. They were super bubbly and nice. We got right in on Mother's Day, got seated on the top floor.... Misters going, good music, nice vibes overall. Our server Mariah started great but failed to get our table ready for our underwhelming over priced food. Food arrived and we waited another 15 minutes to get utensils, napkins & ketchup. By then the food was cold and the server could care less. Tried going to the host stand but she couldn't help except for "I'll find your server" like who can't grab a roll up and ketchup? Got turned away at the door my FIRST time coming to this establishment, I'm 21/Legal of age and had not been to this prior before I'm not even from Vegas!! The older man with white hair had told me I couldn't go in I asked for an explanation he looked at me with disgust after scanning my id and simply told me I couldn't go, asked him to scan it again and he refused WHICH he didn't even scan my friends id and sent us both walking ?? I have visited the Nashville location in the past and was excited to finally get a chance to visit the Las Vegas one. The Atmosphere and Energy are the same great live music, good food, the wait staff are attentive and fast moving. The Buffalo Chicken Empanadas I still dream about . I'm not big on horse radish and thats all you could taste with the Brussels sprouts . The prices are fair for being on the Las Vegas strip . Blake & Gwen - how do you stand for Stouffer's Mac & cheese to be served and not something homemade? And I'm not exaggerating. The server told me this explicitly. In fact, the server said the chef's hands are tied preventing him from cooking real down home Southern homemade cooking because "corporate" won't allow it. That's so not ok! I did learn the tots were one of the few home made items and indeed they were delicious. I'm also told the salmon sandwich is the chefs only creation on the menu and it's supposed to be good. Other than this, it's a fabulous venue for country music. Your floors and excellent sound quality. We went for a NSR party and saw Kenny's band. It's crazy how something new pops up and you didn't even know about it. I love Vegas and visit it quite often but this was the first time I've seen or even heard about this place...lol... We were walking from the Bellagio and wanted something to drink and enjoy the sun. Crossing the bridge over to another place is when we notice this place. Wow, I didn't even know it was here or how long it has been opened. Walked in to see what it was all about and was greeted with the hostess. We mentioned we just wanted a drink on the rooftop if they had one. Yes they did and she guided us to the elevator for the top floor. The place is three stories with the Main Street level hosting the stage and dance floor. We started from the middle and from there you can look down to the stage and dance floor. Elevator to the top host another bar as well as the outdoor open air dining. Quite nice as it looks out to the strip. There's mister to help with the heat. We just wanted drinks so we ended up sitting at the bar. The two bartender working were the sweetest. One was Kristina, Very friendly and welcoming. Lively attitude which shows their sweet personality. They were dolls. Didn't have any food but some of the things we seen come out looked quite nice. Just sticking to drinks. It's Vegas so the drinks were a given with the higher price. Besides that, we were sitting next to a gentleman who later was one of the performers on the stage. While we were there, two singers were on stage and a third that was someone who just went up to sing. I think they were all friends. The place was quite fun, it did pick up later when we were about to leave on the rooftop. A nice spot for a drink and enjoying the strip. Can't rate food as we didn't have any. Drinks, cans were pretty pricey. Overall it was nice. When the bill came, there was an entertainment fee which we wasn't expecting but I guess since there was singer on stage. My family and I came here for dinner and we were able to get a show and a dinner. This restaurant is the brainchild of Blake Shelton, so obviously it's country music themed. There's even a life sized cardboard cutout of Blake by the stage. They serve up southern food (i.e. BBQ, burgers, cornbread) and have live music. There's also a rooftop bar with a great view of the strip that I think turns into a nightclub later in the evening. The names of some of the dishes made me laugh: Trash Talkin' Taco Salad, Redneck Nachos...My family and I ordered the Stay Country BBQ Board (feeds 2-3) & the Carolina Glazed Roasted Half Chicken. The food was fine but nothing extraordinary. Don't expect to be able to talk to the people in your party. The live music is so loud that we couldn't hear each other. Expensive Venue on the Strip This is a 3-level venue with a 4th level rooftop. Surprisingly, it wasn't overly crowded for a Saturday night. Pricing: The drink prices are steep. Expect to pay nearly $20 for a beer and closer to $30 for a mixed drink. Entertainment: There is an additional $2 entertainment charge added to your bill. The live band was okay. Overall, the pricing is a bit excessive for the overall experience. Fine for one drink if you haven't been, but not a place to settle in for the night unless you're prepared to spend a lot. read more

Super friendly and high energy. We sat on the first floor in front of the stage and were thrilled that there was live music. So much fun and lots of people started coming in as the lunch time progressed. There was also a completely full rooftop bar area which was gorgeous and also had live music up there too. The food was great and came out quickly. Hot and delicious. So many menu options that we will have to come back again. This review mainly has to do with the hostess not doing her job at the door. We showed up on a busy night. There were a series of bands playing to kick off the ACM's. Nobody was leaving their seats. We moved fairly quickly, until we came to a screeching halt 4 couples from the hostess stand. We stood there for maybe 45 minutes. All we wanted was a seat, that could have been on the rooftop since the inside was so flipping loud and we wanted to attempt to have a conversation and enjoy the company of family that we hadn't seen in a couple of years (this was our only night to attempt to get into Ole Red, something everyone wanted to do). We kept seeing people leave, but nobody in front of us was moving to take their place wherever those leaving came from. At some point, possibly a manager approached those at the front of the line (and us) and asked us if didn't mind sitting at the rooftop bar and not inside. Are you kidding me? That's what we wanted from the beginning. We were then lead to the rooftop, which was 1/3 empty. What the absolute ####? We could have been sat how long ago? The hostesses were just standing there, not doing a thing the whole time we were in line. They didn't ask about seating options, nothing. As far as everyone knew, there were none available (despite those filing out and nobody taking their seats). Once we got seated, service was great and everything else was good too. The DJ on the rooftop was excellent, playing a wide range of music. The rooftop bar is the place to be in my opinion. I've been to Vegas a few times since Ole Red has been open and when poking my head in, there has always been a band playing and it seems way too loud inside. Don't get me wrong. I love live music, if the venue is right. If you're with friends or family trying to enjoy and meal with conversation...you don't want to have to yell or keep asking...what did you say? Hey...food and drinks were good. Hostesses need to be retrained in how to do their job to get people moving thru the restaurant. read more

Okay I gotta say we came here basically every day and/or night of our weekend trip to Vegas because we enjoyed it so much! My friend and I are both big country music lovers so this spot is always enjoyable. The weekend we were there it was really not busy and we didn't have to pay a cover which was great! Every time we went we decided to go to the second floor because it is less crowded and easy to go up and order a drink and honestly a way better view of the stage and everything than being downstairs. We were able to get a table one night and stood at the bar with a very nice couple another and really go to enjoy the live music that they always have. We visited Ole Red on a Friday afternoon for a late lunch. It was definitely busy. There was a live band playing inside, but we wanted to sit on the rooftop. Unfortunately, all the tables overlooking the Strip and the Bellagio Fountains were taken, so we were seated by stage on the rooftop. There wasn't any entertainment on that rooftop stage while we were there, which made it a little confusing to see an entertainment fee added to our receipt. Our server was very sweet, but she clearly had too many tables. There were long stretches where we didn't see her, so we're guessing she may have had tables on another floor as well. Service just felt stretched thin. As for the food we ordered the nachos, fried green tomatoes, cornbread, and mac n' cheese. The fried green tomatoes were good and probably our favorite starter. The nachos were just okay. The cornbread was okay. The parts with melted butter were good, but it needed more or would have been great served with some honey. The mac n' cheese was good and very rich, which you kind of expect at a Southern country bar. On our way out, we heard the band playing inside and they sounded great. Overall, it's a fun spot with a lively vibe. We just wish the service had been more attentive and that we could have snagged one of those rooftop tables with a view. read more

No view unless you have a railing table. Service was okay. Seemed annoyed and it was so loud it was hard to communicate. Ordered a burger with a beyond patty substitute. The burger comes with 2 patties. I got ONE SUPER THIN patty even though I had to pay a $4 up charge. There were a half a handful of fries that were cold and I also got the Brussels sprouts. Those were Soaked in oil, hard, and had no flavor. They were awful. Super super disappointing and the prices are way higher than they should be even for a bar on the strip. Shots were flavorful but you barely get anything for the price and it's mostly mixers. Went to level 4 which had a DJ. Super fun, more of the party atmosphere. Great mix of music, fresh air, decent views although the side with good views was blocked off. This was the best part but again, no specialty cocktails. Just regular bar drinks that were extremely overpriced and the bartenders were pretty snotty. I get it's busy but you still have to have some customer service (no it had nothing to do with tipping - I had an open tab and my friend and I tip well). Ended up spending $250 on the burger brussel sprouts and a few drinks for me and my friend. Fun experience but probably would t do it again and if I did would definitelyyyy not eat there. read more

Popped in here during 2026 ACMs surprised to see it not quite busy. Always great service as well. The talent like always was terrific! The food good and the beer cold. They've got Hardy's Outlaw beer on tap and it's pretty darn good. It's located in the middle of the strip so easy to get to. Across from Bellagio and near Horseshoe casinos. This place was great, the food was delicious we had the Blake's Favorite and the Nachos with Brisket. The meat was cooked to perfection the Mac and cheese and corn bread were just right. The view was amazing we got to see the fountain show from our seats. I want to thank our beautiful server . She was the only one on the rooftop with like a lot of people and she still was able come more often then I thought she was. I wish I got her name. One thing to be aware of is they do first come. And during events it does get packed real fast. We had gone when there were two events and waited a good while but worth it. (We were a part of 12 btw.) read more

My husband and I went to the Blake Shelton concert which he's still killing it. Amazing. Highly recommend going seeing him so we checked out his bar ole red so much fun the decor was exciting lively good energy.The service was great. Our waitress was attentive to us, making sure that we had drinks and everything that we needed. We ended up ordering the stay country board. And holy moly, it was so much food I really enjoyed the beans they were delicious. The macaroni and cheese was really good. The ribs were really good all in all it hit the spot . We really enjoyed it couldn't eat it all . Highly recommend if you have a few people to order that and then the drinks were really good. The burger was good, the bread was not my favorite. The Mac and cheese could've had a little bit more flavor. Stopped at Ole Red and ordered a Sangria. We went to the top floor to order a drink. After deciding what to order the bartender said "these drinks are $30 (and all of the prices are listed). I was in shock as to why She mentioned the price. The price that was listed on the menu was around $26. So then I responded "are you telling me the price because it has changed from what the menu price says?" Her response was "it's $30 w/ tax"... I would not want someone like her working at my bar! My friend told me she stumbled on this place during their grand opening. She got 2 for 1 drinks. She liked it and said I needed to check it out. I finally made it there this month (December). Honestly... I wasn't very impressed. :-/ I do enjoy live music, which they have plenty of that, but overall it was just meh. We didn't get food as we had just eaten. We got one drink each, two domestic beers, and the total was $30. THIRTY DOLLARS. Are you kidding me!? That is outrageous. They weren't even that big and served in a disposable party cup. I'm not even sure it was the normal party cup size of 16oz. I don't ever plan to go here again. At least not to drink; maybe listen to live music but that is it. read more

The service was outstanding both times--whether we were up on the rooftop one night or down near the first-floor stage the next, the staff was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. The food was a bit of a mixed bag. I tried the burgers, and while they were decent, they didn't quite live up to the price point. Not bad by any means, just not something I'd go out of my way for. Where this place really shines is the music and atmosphere. The sound level was just right--not overpowering--so you could still enjoy the performance without shouting over it. There was also a great variety of music, which kept things interesting. The band, Thomas Cain, was excellent and definitely a highlight of the experience. All in all, great service and live music make Ole Red worth a visit--just don't go in expecting the food to be the main attraction. read more

Very Disappointed in this experience! Noon on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, the music was VERY LOUD but we were first table in front of the band. Music was okay, loved the big screen TV's. Not sure about the upper levels. John our server was very patient and attentive. The beer was an outrageous price for a draft in a medium plastic cup $15, fifteen dollars! Such a fun spot! Shoutout to our server Chavez, Desert Heat, and Michael Vango + the Bunkhouse Brawlers. We were only planning on stopping in for 30 mins or so but ended up staying here for almost 4 hours. Loved the bands and Chavez took real good care of us. We sat on the first floor and enjoyed the ambiance + distance to the restroom and gift shop. My wife and I are Las Vegas residents. Yesterday (08/05/2026) decided to finally pay a visit to Ole Red. We arrived at 1PM so there was live music on the stage. Initially, the hostess wanted to seat us in the very corner of the 1st floor bar/restaurant. We were able to move to a table in the center in front of the stage to watch the musicians. Pluses of our visit: the bands playing were excellent as we enjoy country music; we ordered a couple of beers, and both were ice cold, something nice to enjoy when it's 119 degrees outside; I ordered the spicy chicken sliders that were excellent - highly recommend! Negative: my wife ordered the smash burger, the bun was dry and frankly the burger was rather bland; prices of beer - crazy expensive. I ordered the 14oz Ultra and it was $14.00. My wife ordered Blakes beer that came with the take home glass for $12.00; the total bill out the door with tip for two beers, a hamburger and sliders was $93.00 yikes! If you plan on going to Ole Red, go for the music - it's outstanding! But, be prepared to spend some money...... read more

An amazing place to visit while in Vegas. Live music all day downstairs, and the tables on the rail on floor 4 are the best seats in Vegas, especially at night. Service is hit or miss depending how busy they are, but the food is so, so good. I went with the steak but our party had a variety of options (to be honest I don't remember which ones because of what happened after), and everyone enjoyed what they ordered.
