My family and I came here for dinner and we were able to get a show and a dinner. This restaurant is the brainchild of Blake Shelton, so obviously it's country music themed. There's even a life sized cardboard cutout of Blake by the stage. They serve up southern food (i.e. BBQ, burgers, cornbread) and have live music. There's also a rooftop bar with a great view of the strip that I think turns into a nightclub later in the evening. The names of some of the dishes made me laugh: Trash Talkin' Taco Salad, Redneck Nachos...My family and I ordered the Stay Country BBQ Board (feeds 2-3) & the Carolina Glazed Roasted Half Chicken. The food was fine but nothing extraordinary. Don't expect to be able to talk to the people in your party. The live music is so loud that we couldn't hear each other. There's also an entertainment fee that is tacked on to your bill at the end to pay for the live band. Apparently that's a thing in Vegas?

Popped in here during 2026 ACMs surprised to see it not quite busy. Always great service as well. The talent like always was terrific! The food good and the beer cold. They've got Hardy's Outlaw beer on tap and it's pretty darn good. It's located in the middle of the strip so easy to get to. Across from Bellagio and near Horseshoe casinos. Highly recommend for a good country time!

Expensive Venue on the Strip This is a 3-level venue with a 4th level rooftop. Surprisingly, it wasn't overly crowded for a Saturday night. Pricing: The drink prices are steep. Expect to pay nearly $20 for a beer and closer to $30 for a mixed drink. Entertainment: There is an additional $2 entertainment charge added to your bill. The live band was okay. Overall, the pricing is a bit excessive for the overall experience. Fine for one drink if you haven't been, but not a place to settle in for the night unless you're prepared to spend a lot.

Great place for food, drinks and love music. Service was good and they don't bother you if you stick around at your table to litsen to the band.

Had co workers come to town & suggested this place for lunch. First time here & I didn't know what to expect. I wasn't expecting people to be lined up before opening but I'm also rarely anywhere when they open. One person's order wasn't correct but other than that, the food was tasty. Sangria didn't taste like there was any alcohol in it but it was refreshing. Pretty cool vibe. Bet it's really fun at night.

We enjoyed our stop here for some food in the early afternoon. We were greeted by an amazing server, Tasha. She's very knowledgeable of the menu for both food and drinks. Super friendly and high energy. We sat on the first floor in front of the stage and were thrilled that there was live music. So much fun and lots of people started coming in as the lunch time progressed. There was also a completely full rooftop bar area which was gorgeous and also had live music up there too. The food was great and came out quickly. Hot and delicious. So many menu options that we will have to come back again. Tried both mocktails and the Bless Your Heart was my favorite of the two...more sweet. Definitely check this place out.

We visited Ole Red on a Friday afternoon for a late lunch. It was definitely busy. There was a live band playing inside, but we wanted to sit on the rooftop. Unfortunately, all the tables overlooking the Strip and the Bellagio Fountains were taken, so we were seated by stage on the rooftop. There wasn't any entertainment on that rooftop stage while we were there, which made it a little confusing to see an entertainment fee added to our receipt. Our server was very sweet, but she clearly had too many tables. There were long stretches where we didn't see her, so we're guessing she may have had tables on another floor as well. Service just felt stretched thin. As for the food we ordered the nachos, fried green tomatoes, cornbread, and mac n' cheese. The fried green tomatoes were good and probably our favorite starter. The nachos were just okay. The cornbread was okay. The parts with melted butter were good, but it needed more or would have been great served with some honey. The mac n' cheese was good and very rich, which you kind of expect at a Southern country bar. On our way out, we heard the band playing inside and they sounded great. Overall, it's a fun spot with a lively vibe. We just wish the service had been more attentive and that we could have snagged one of those rooftop tables with a view.

If you're craving an unforgettable night out in Las Vegas, Ole Red Las Vegas is the place to be. It's right smack in the middle of the strip. This four-story venue delivers everything you want from a country-style bar, from electrifying live music nearly every night to mouthwatering Southern comfort food and handcrafted cocktails that keep the good times rolling. The top floor has a live DJ and the views of Belagio water show is the icing on the cake.

My husband and I went to the Blake Shelton concert which he's still killing it. Amazing. Highly recommend going seeing him so we checked out his bar ole red so much fun the decor was exciting lively good energy. The service was great. Our waitress was attentive to us, making sure that we had drinks and everything that we needed. We ended up ordering the stay country board. And holy moly, it was so much food I really enjoyed the beans they were delicious. The macaroni and cheese was really good. The ribs were really good all in all it hit the spot . We really enjoyed it couldn't eat it all . Highly recommend if you have a few people to order that and then the drinks were really good. We had the ole red beer and if you bought a certain size you get the glass for free so we did that they have live band playing great entertainment. We would definitely go back.thank you

Service was good for the amount of tables the serves are assigned. Pepsi products, mock tails, and booze for drinks. They had live music going and that was cool, definitely gave Nashville vibes. The burger was good, the bread was not my favorite. The Mac and cheese could've had a little bit more flavor. The fries were super bland, the tater tots - not pictured - were decent size and they were good. Also not pictured were the chicken sliders, it comes with three of them. I don't think I'd return due to the amount of other restaurants here in Vegas.

Can't beat a rooftop bar with live entertainment, refreshing cocktails and a great meal. Plenty of staff to handle the strip crowds. Prices are a little steep for what you get, but it's the strip and the you're really paying for the entertainment and the view.

My friend told me she stumbled on this place during their grand opening. She got 2 for 1 drinks. She liked it and said I needed to check it out. I finally made it there this month (December). Honestly... I wasn't very impressed. :-/ I do enjoy live music, which they have plenty of that, but overall it was just meh. We didn't get food as we had just eaten. We got one drink each, two domestic beers, and the total was $30. THIRTY DOLLARS. Are you kidding me!? That is outrageous. They weren't even that big and served in a disposable party cup. I'm not even sure it was the normal party cup size of 16oz. I don't ever plan to go here again. At least not to drink; maybe listen to live music but that is it.

    Steak, loaded mashed potatoes, Brussels.

An amazing place to visit while in Vegas. Live music all day downstairs, and the tables on the rail on floor 4 are the best seats in Vegas, especially at night. Service is hit or miss depending how busy they are, but the food is so, so good. I went with the steak but our party had a variety of options (to be honest I don't remember which ones because of what happened after), and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Looking forward to going back.

Don't be put off by the looks of the location. The site is in a kind of rundown strip mall-ish center with plenty of parking. Inside you order at the counter and food is brought to your table. Even with a line, service is friendly and wait times are pretty minimal. Their menu has a little of everything from beef ribs, brisket and sausage links to okra, corn nuggets and slaw. Seating is first come first serve and they have e quite a large dining area with plenty of tables with bench seats. Next to the soda machine are an abundance of different sauces that will appeal to even the pickiest of bbq eaters. For lunch we chose the 3 meat trio. We chose sliced brisket (it comes chopped if you don't specify) 1/4 dark meat chicken and hot links. For the included side, we chose the dirty rice. We added an extra 1/4 dark meat chicken and a side of cheesy mac and cheese. Wife and I split the brisket and hot links and we will usually have leftovers as they are generous with their portions. All the barbecue has rich and Smokey flavor. The brisket was tender and had a hive visible smoke ring around the edge. The links have nice heat that is not overpowering. The dark meat chicken is also tender and juicy. When you peel the skin back the meat underneath is glistening. Both the rice and macaroni complimented our protein selections. If I have one knock, the sides were merely warm and not hot. I think this as due to the volume of people there for lunch today. For sauce I chose their original and sweet mama varieties. They are very tasty and full of southern bbq influence. All-in-all, this is a great BBQ spot and centrally located for visitors to the Strip.

There's seating shared with the rest of the places in the food hall, and you order at the counter then self-seat. Service was fast and friendly. This is a super casual no-frills spot and food came out quick. Big portions (3 tender meal was enough to share between 2) and tasty drinks! PARKING : N/A -- we walked here since we were staying on the Strip and ended up at the Cosmo FOOD/DRINKS : Tenders - 3 big tenders served with 1 side and 1 sauce + slice of white bread - We got mid spicy but they had several other spice levels. The tenders were BIG and shareable, but not the juiciest and got a tad salty after eating for a while. Comeback sauce was really good to pair with everything though! For the side, we chose Pimento Mac and Cheese. So creamy and cheesy with good pimento flavor! A la Carte Side - We got some fries on the side and it was the best decision! The fries were thick cut, SO well seasoned, and stayed crisp despite sitting for a while as we ate. Big portion too! Peach Vodka Sweet Tea Slush - Had to get a boozy slush since we were in Vegas! But the breading is nowhere close to real Southern fried chicken. It's heavy, OVERLY greasy, and misses the mark completely. The ranch tasted bottled, the sweet tea wasn't fresh (straight dispenser vibes), and the peach cobbler had zero flavor only saved by the vanilla ice cream. It smells amazing walking up, but don't fall for it. $31 for a greasy, underwhelming meal with attitude on the side? Hard pass. We were not ordering fried chicken so it wasn't an issue but I thought it was odd that this is an item they would run out of on a Sunday. I ordered the chicken fried steak which came with mashed potatoes and greens. My husband ordered the catfish dinner which came with hush puppies, grits and greens. The food arrived pretty quick and was hot. My chicken fried steak was just ok. The mashed potatoes were good and the greens were the worst I've had. It was like a pound of sugar in them. Caught me off guard. It was so sweet that it was inedible. My husband's fried catfish was prepared perfectly! (We asked for it to be fried hard) It was hot, fresh and well seasoned! The hush puppies were a bit dry and taste like they roll it in the same fish fry as the catfish as it had a slight fishy taste but the grits were amazing! It had a white gravy/sauce on top of it and it was just soo good! I had wished I ordered his plate even tho we swapped a few forkfuls. One thing I noticed was the menu had changed. Based on other yelp posts, there were items that I had in mind I wanted to try when I got there like the egg rolls. The menu is vastly downsized from when they first opened which was a bummer. Usually when a restaurant downsizes their menu by that much, it's usually a sign it won't be open much longer. So go while you can if it's a place you've been wanting to try. We paid almost $80 for 2 dinners (not including tip). We did not get drinks since we had been drinking earlier. The price wasn't too bad for a sit down restaurant inside a Vegas casino.

The service was friendly, and the Louisiana-inspired decor is cute and adds to the charm of the place. One thing to be mindful of: when ordering, our waitress casually suggested or repeated add-ons in a way that could easily be mistaken as part of the original order. For example, we ordered the traditional jambalaya, which also has a "loaded" option for an extra $10. We clearly wanted the original, but she repeated it as "loaded." Thankfully, my husband caught it and corrected her before it went through. Later, we noticed another table was upcharged for potatoes without realizing they were an add-on.
