Came here to watch F1 Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia. Race should be starting at 12am but the rain and messy formation lap caused almost 2 hours delay. Glad we were able to stay up till the end at 3.30am! This is a sportsbook bar so it opens 24/7. Restaurant stopped serving food around midnight I think but the bar had a bartender till early morning. You don't need to order food or drinks if you just want to watch sports on those big screens. They have the front area open the entire time, lots comfy couches and sofas to settle in and enjoy sports. It's great for big sports fans like hubby and I. We had a few drinks and enjoyed the F1 race so much! We will definitely be back for drinks and sports watching in the future! read more

This was by far my favorite restaurant at the resort. The food and ambiance is top notch. The French dip was absolutely flavorful and a must have. The corn bread bites were also yummy, with the perfect amount of kick to them. The half brick chicken stole the show. It was so juicy. I asked for it to be cooked cripy, and it did not disappoint. The service was wonderful. read more

My friends and I were in the area for EVO 2026 and we wanted to chill our arrival night a couple of days ago after just landing and settling in. One of our friends wanted to watch the World Cup, so we opted to go here due to the space and the many screens they had. They were all staying at the Fountaineblue (I was at a different hotel), so it made most sense that the majority of the group wanted someplace close to them. Inside was pretty crowded, but we were able to get a spot in a little bit. The sofas they sat us had a nice view of the games, surrounded by the atmosphere of the place. Artichoke Dip: I really loved this. Had sour cream and salsa on the side was a plus. There was plenty of artichoke and spinach within the app itself. The chips were also crispy and fresh as well. I highly recommend this. Brisket and Cheeseburger Sliders: I am grading this as a combo, because my friend and I exchanged a slider with each other. The cheeseburger was delicious and had a lot of flavor. And the size of it was perfect for to get a couple of bites before finishing the whole thing. The brisket though was phenomenal. It was sweet and tangy and the brisket was cooked to perfection. It came with crispy fries and felt like a complete meal. Overall, I had a great time with my friends here. Would be down to come back here again. read more

The Tavern is located on the first floor at the Fontainebleau. This casual restaurant doubles as a sportsbook with an upscale pub vibe. During our recent stay at the Fontainebleau, we dined here 3 times (of these, the last two visits were chosen by different business partners). The Classic Tavern Burger was delicious and filling. The side of fries were hot and crispy. The Classic Caesar Salad with added Grilled Chicken was okay. Two of the servers were happy and attentive - our first service seemed like she could use a smile. Overall, really nice dining spot inside the Fontainebleau without going to the upscale restaurants or the food court options. Plus, there were tons of TV screens to look at and a good selection of alcoholic beverages. read more

I only had drinks and apps but this was an elevated experience. Goid staff. Tasty eats. Beautiful scenery. This restaurant is nestled in Fontaine Bleu. If you know you know FB is beautiful in itself so of course Tavern would have to be as well. Order the cornbread bites! I also had 2 signature cocktails. It was vodka based with watermelon cucumber and strawberry which was refreshing and tasty. There were fries, wings, and pigs in a blanket floating around my table as well. The Sportbook side of things has floor to ceiling screens- cool. Definitely a return is in order. read more

The food, service, and space here was absolutely excellent. Pricing was high but it was also very accurate for a high end casino on the strip. The spinach artichoke dip and deviled eggs as appetizers were incredible, I could have eaten 20 of those eggs! I had the cordon blue chicken sandwich and it was delightful, well structured and delicious with every element of a chicken cordon blue. My partner had the fish and chips and the fish was phenomenal, with amazing breading and perfectly flaky. If you're staying at the Fontainblue, I'd definitely suggest this as the restaurant you check out! read more

We wanted to watch the Final Four semifinal games at a new place so we booked a 6:30pm reservation on Saturday night for the wife and me. The ambiance of the restaurant is very lively. This is a great place to watch a game as there are dozens of TVs that can be viewed from every seat. It's loud with folks cheering but that's exactly the atmosphere we were after. The service was pretty good - obviously I'm not expecting a Michelin-star level of attentiveness at a sports bar and overall our server Jennifer was nice and welcoming. The food was delivered timely to our table and plates were cleared promptly. We really enjoyed the food - we decided to share some appetizers so we could taste many of the dishes. We ordered the potato skins, the nachos, the cornbread bites, the brisket sliders and a side of asparagus. The skins were awesome - perfectly tender potato boats absolutely loaded with your traditional toppings. Same with the nachos - each one was dressed with multiple layers of toppings. I highly recommended both of those as well as the cornbread bites which were such a unique presentation and dripping with butter (yum!). The brisket sliders were quite yummy as well - cute little poppyseed buns paired well with the barbecue meat. Dinner total came to $140 before tax and tip and we had ample delicious leftovers to bring home due to the generous portion sizes. That total also included a cocktail and glass of wine. read more

Update to the fraudulent tip charge: my daughter reached out to the restaurant when we first noticed the charge. They told her someone would get back to her, but no one ever did. Terrible service! If they pulled the receipt, they would have clearly seen the correct amount. She did a chargeback and after 6+ weeks, the chargeback was approved. My daughter was honest and didn't even request a credit for the meal or the original tip amount. Only the incorrect tip amount. No apology and nothing to try to make the right. After a couple Fontainebleau employees recommended The Tavern as a restaurant to check out in the hotel, I decided to stop in. They knew what they were talking about too, cos my mom and I really enjoyed the food, ambiance, and service here. I'm a hockey lover, and our server was able to switch the nearby TV screens to the hockey channels right away. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but he was such a great server! We started with the cornbread bites which seemed like a popular menu item and let me just say.. so delicious!! The cornbread was moist and buttery! The shaved cheese was perfect on top too. My mom got the kale and brussel sprout salad with salmon added. The salad was so tasty and the salmon was cooked perfectly. I got the crabcakes which were a great size. The crabcakes come with fries too. If you like your fries to be shoestring-y and super crispy, you are in for a treat. If you get a chance to view the food pics I took, they all look wonky cos I was so excited to try everything.. Everything was filling and tasty at the same time. And because you're on the Strip, you can take a nice stroll to digest too. I will definitely be back to eat at The Tavern the next time I'm in Vegas! read more

Came here tonight to celebrate our son's high school graduation. Ended up making reservations when the playoffs were also on, so that was a bonus for the family. This was our first time eating here but have eaten at other restaurants in Fountainebleau. Definitely needed a reservation tonight and it was in a prime spot with plenty of tvs all around. We ordered apps: spinach and artichoke dip: really good, not sure if chips were fresh or a little stale and buffalo wings:boys liked them. For entrees: house salad: really good. Nice and light, burgers: good flavor but just okay as far as burgers are concerned, fish and chips: heavy breading but good flavor, salmon:delicious. The downside was the fries, they were not the best, got cold super fast. Each person only ate a few of them. Server was great, checked in often and refilled water all throughout our time. Bill was over $200 before tip for the 5 of us. Don't think this is a bad spot, just wasn't our fav lounge spot. read more

Stopped in for a lunch of starters to start the weekend, and was really glad we did. Yes, this is a restaurant overlooking a Vegas sports book, but this is also The Fontainebleau Hotel, so things are elevated a bit. Still relatively new, the restaurant is clean and well-appointed, with dark woods and soft lighting offering a calm respite in the midst of casino hubbub. Our server, Chloe, was friendly and took good care of us, with a few jokes and well-wishes for the weekend. I began with Go Time, their version of an espresso martini (which I ordered with vodka instead of tequila); it was well-balanced, with a good coffee bite and a smooth, sweet finish. A terrific midday cocktail. For food, we shared 3 starters. Guacamole was fairly standard, but had a very nice texture and a welcome lime-forward tang. Cornbread Bites were exceptional, with a good deal of jalapeño spice and decadent richness from a generous infusion of cheddar. Crispy on all edges and sides, and dusted with Parmesan, this was a really satisfying choice. Lastly, we ordered the Pigs In A Blanket. Not the typical hot dogs, instead built with much more flavorful cheddar sausages wrapped in a higher quality puff pastry than usual. Very, very tasty. The accompanying honey mustard sauce was also very good, though its sweetness atop the richness of the piggies was a tad too much. We asked for regular mustard and, although they only had traditional yellow, the kick of vinegar was a welcome and needed contrast to the richness of the dogs. It would be great if they could offer a spicy deli or stone ground mustard along with the honey; even Dijon would be a good choice. Setting aside my personal mustard proclivities, this was a terrific midday meal at a really nice spot. Burgers and fried chicken delivered to neighboring tables looked excellent. I'm sure it gets a bit crazy when a big game is on the screens, and that's okay. I'd go back in a heartbeat. read more

We were meeting some friends for lunch really quick and found this place to grab a beer and bite to eat. After looking over the menu my eyes fell on the French dip. It was calling my name. The au jus was perfectly salty the way I like it. Such a good sandwich and perfect for sharing. Great place! read more

Came for the La Barbecue popup at The Tavern. I saw the vision but the execution was not there. The meats were so flavorful and tender, and the accompanying sauce was very complementary. I always appreciate BBQ where the meats do the talking and you don't need to rely on a bunch of different sauces. The pickled vegetables were great (I like spicy and the jalapenos had a legit kick to them), although I wasn't crazy about either the mac & cheese or potato salad. Unfortunately, it took over 40 minutes from when we ordered for the bulk of the trinity plate to come, and despite this most meats arrived lukewarm at best. Additionally, they told us the sausages weren't ready yet and they were brought about 10 minutes after everything else came. I can definitely see La Barbecue potentially being really good BBQ, although maybe not necessarily Michelin starred. However, the slow service and cold dishes limited the experience at this popup. read more

Came for La barbecue Michelin popup at the sportsbook. Food was disappointingly cold. Waited 1hr before being seated. Everything else was fantastic though. The jalapeño sausage was fantastic. The pickles onion and pickled pickles were 10/10. The potatoe salad was delicious. Had fresh dill and mustard in it. Bbq sauce was spectacular, if the meat was hot it would've been 10/10 5. Stars. The brisket was tender and fall apart jsut dry and cold. The pork was super Lean and flavorful just cold. Service was decent, they were busy. The menu was simple and very straightforward. NOTE: This review is for the food from the Michelin-starred La Barbecue from Austin, which is at The Tavern through 12/14/25 only. I was super excited to have a taste of Michelin-rated BBQ, so my hubby and I ordered the Texas Trinity Plate, which came loaded with 1/2 lb brisket, 1/2 lb pulled pork, and two hefty links of jalapeño sausage, accompanied by mac & cheese, potato salad, potato bread slices, pickles, and pickled red onion. It looked amazing, and I wanted it to be amazing, but it fell a little flat. - Temperature: The food wasn't hot. I went to the bathroom so the food sat for maybe 2 minutes before I got back, but it felt like the food was just tepid at its peak. - Flavors: The sauce tasted amazing, and the sausage had a nice kick to it, but the brisket and the pulled pork just didn't have the smokiness I was hoping for. The mac & cheese was the most lacking in flavor... to the point where my hubby requested salt and pepper to try to amp up the flavor. I personally also felt that the mac & cheese was lacking in cheese. The sauce seemed a little thin and didn't give me the ooey gooey feel I generally expect to get when I think mac & cheese. - Ambiance: The ambiance was great. There were tons of TV screens playing various different sporting events, so there is definitely something for everyone. There were lots of people who appeared to have come from a conference and the atmosphere was definitely lively/ rocking especially for a Tuesday night. My hubby and I agreed we need to come back another time and order from the actual (non pop-up) menu as there were several items that caught our eye. I will definitely update this review at that time. read more

Disclaimer: I am not leaving a rating for the food as I attended this location for a temporary food pop up that does not have its own Yelp page. Venue: The venue is easy to find inside the casino and decorated nicely. Plenty of TVs to watch any games you'd like. Service: We were able to grab seats at the bar and did not work with the regular serving staff. Our bartender was a bit overwhelmed and missed some things but not a make or break situation. Food: The real reason for visiting! While browsing the menu I made the only wise choice and ordered the complete tray for two. It had a little bit (and by little bit I mean a very generous serving) of all of the goods. I have zero complaints about the food. Literally everything on the tray was delicious independently and when paired with the rest, it was some of the best bbq I've ever had. Each item complimented the next in an outstanding fashion. The brisket was top 3 I've ever had. Pulled pork was a sleeper out of the group. The pickles were also a standout. I can't say enough great things about the food and will likely make a trip to Austin to visit the actual location. read more

The potato soup was also super tasty and the house salad and French Dip was a solid win! God awful dining experience! Chicken wings breading was soggy, lacked taste and were over cooked. The deviled eggs should be named the "horrible eggs" as they were overly seasoned with celery salt and no hint of egg taste. I had the salad that was soaked with salad dressing and was soupy. My wife had the burger which was just ok but the fries were overly salted. The service was good and the ambience was typical loud sports room atmosphere. Occasion: Upscale Business Lunch If you are looking to impress a client, close a deal, or simply enjoy a high-caliber midday dining experience on the Las Vegas Strip, Tavern on Las Vegas Blvd is an absolute standout. I recently hosted an upscale business lunch here, and from start to finish, the experience was flawless. The Atmosphere: Sophisticated, Spacious, and Private The first thing that strikes you about Tavern is how masterfully it balances high-end sophistication with a welcoming, energetic atmosphere. The design is sleek and modern, utilizing rich wood accents, plush leather seating, and warm, architectural lighting that feels premium without being overly stuffy. For a business lunch, acoustics are everything. Tavern manages to maintain a lively, sophisticated hum without the deafening volume typical of many Strip venues. The tables are spaced generously apart, ensuring that confidential corporate conversations stay private. Whether you are seated at one of their comfortable circular booths or near the expansive windows looking out toward the Boulevard, the aesthetic is clean, professional, and incredibly polished. The Service: Impeccable and Intuitive A great business lunch requires a service team that understands the value of timing--they need to be prompt without making you feel rushed. The staff at Tavern executed this perfectly. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Our server was exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent pairing recommendations and seamlessly accommodating a couple of dietary requests at our table. The pacing of the meal was spot-on: appetizers arrived quickly, entrees followed with just the right amount of breathing room, and water and coffee refills were managed discreetly. It was the kind of intuitive service where your needs are anticipated before you even have to ask, allowing me to focus entirely on my clients. The Food: Elevated Culinary Execution The menu at Tavern is a brilliant take on elevated classic fare, offering options that feel incredibly indulgent yet light enough for a productive afternoon of work. To Start: We began with the Truffle Flatbread and the Crisp Calamari. The flatbread was wonderfully airy with a rich, earthy aroma, while the calamari was perfectly tender, boasting a light, golden crunch and a tangy citrus aioli that awakened the palate. The Main Event: For my entree, I ordered the Pan-Seared Salmon, served over a bed of seasonal greens and a delicate lemon-herb reduction. The salmon was cooked to a pristine medium--crispy skin, incredibly moist center, and beautifully seasoned. My guests opted for the Prime Wagyu Burger (cooked to a perfect medium-rare with a rich, melted gruyère) and the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, which looked like an absolute work of art on the plate. The Finish: We closed the meal with a round of expertly brewed double espressos and shared a light, refreshing Deconstructed Key Lime Pie that provided the perfect, sweet exclamation point to a stellar meal. The Verdict Tavern on Las Vegas Blvd has mastered the formula for an exceptional business lunch. They deliver a premium, upscale environment, consummate professionalism in service, and a culinary program that consistently hits high marks. It is a highly polished gem on the Strip that guarantees a fantastic impression. I will certainly be returning for my next corporate engagement. Recommended Dishes: Truffle Flatbread, Pan-Seared Salmon, Prime Wagyu Burger. read more

Came here on a Thursday night at 9:45pm bc apparently nothing else in the entire upscale hotel has food past 9:30... which is another problem for the hotel itself (since when did restaurants in Vegas close so early and do last seating before the restaurant even closes?) For a sports tavern, it's actually very nice and somewhat upscale which I wasn't expecting for a sports bar; but I guess it makes sense since Fontainebleau is so upscale. We ordered the cornbread and crab cakes. I was shocked by how good the cornbread was. Ya know how cornbread is usually dry and dense -- this was absolutely crumbly and somewhat crispy on the edges, perfect amount of Parmesan, and the taste was delicious. Honestly the best cornbread I've ever had. Tbh I'm only making this review for the cornbread. My only wish is that it came with some sort of sauce (I ended up dipping my cornbread in the sauce of another dish). My bf ordered the crab cakes and he loveeeddd them as well (I thought it was aight). The coleslaw was a bit too heavy for me but that might be a personal thing. The fries were not good. Too fried and crunchy. But the crab cakes itself was good Ordered a strawberry drink on the cocktail menu and a dirty martini. The strawberry drink was actually delicious! It wasn't overly sweet but still very refreshing. The dirty martini was very good BUT not cold/chilled enough. Our server was an absolute joy and I appreciated her a lot. They ended up closing the bar at 10pm like who does that in VEGAS!! SHOULD BE OPEN TILL AT LEAST midnight for a Vegas sports bar... Anyways come here for the cornbread it's so good!!! read more

Ambiance - lively atmosphere, sports bar Food - I ordered the tomato soup and it was probably the best I've ever had. I pretty much inhaled it. This saved this meal as I was not thrilled with the rest of it. I also ordered fish and chips and hubby ordered the NY strip steak. The fish was limp. It was not crispy at all. The good news is it was fresh. However, it was a waste of a perfectly good fish. The fries that came with it was very good. My hubby thought his steak was just ok. He asked for Worcestershire sauce but they did not have any kind of steak sauce. Also, the steak did not even come with any veges. It came with half a baked potato. It looked so sad on the plate. Service - our server greeted us warmly when we arrived. Throughout the entire meal, though, we saw her running around, seeming quite flustered. When we asked for more aioli, she never gave us one. When we asked for the check, it came without a pen for us to use. When we pointed these out to her when she came back, she apologized. Our bill was around $113 with tip. It seemed pretty steep, considering the steak was small and the fish was not cooked correctly. We will not be coming back. read more

The perfect match between sports and dining, this setting is great for a casual business meeting. Uniquely, it is set within a sportsbook, but has a menu that encompasses several appetizers to sandwiches and classic entrees. There's several different areas of seating including bar seating that faces the sportsbook screens. There's also several sit down tables resembling more of your traditional seating. The chili is a good starter. It's got a nice depth of flavor and is served with little sides of cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onion. It also is accompanied with two squares of their jalapeno cheddar cornbread which is quite unique. The chili is a little thick so it is filling - a great shareable. The Adobo Chicken Nachos were pretty good - a generous portion of chicken, black beans, and chips topped with a mound of guacamole. It comes with a side of salsa, sour cream, and pickled jalapenos. While others have said the nachos can be dry, I find that pouring the side of salsa on the nachos, then chopping up the jalapenos and placing all that on top of the nachos made it taste great. There were plenty of chips and this portion is very filling. This is shareable even between three people if you intend to order other items. I especially found the black beans to be very tasty with a kick of spice. While the service can be a tad slow, I think the ambiance, environment and the food makes up for it. The only thing I did get intel on from a worker there was that the chicken tenders were just meh - so needless to say, I didn't order them! read more
