The slaw was too much that overpowered the Tuna, which I think the tuna should have been the main focus. The cheesy tots was good, but I personally would have loved more melted cheese. First time at Rustic House, my wife had been here before, and she recommended trying it out. Here is my experience- 1. Greeted with a friendly host, seated immediately! 2. Our server Emily came over to take drink orders quickly 3. Gave us plenty of time we needed to look over the menu (since I had never been here, she didn't rush me to order at all!) 4. Ordered a Bloody Mary, it was great! Not too spicy but had condiments on the table to spice it up if you would like! 5. For dinner ordered chicken Marsala & Brussel sprouts. Portions are HUGE which is awesome! This dish was great! Lots of mushrooms and nicely seasoned chicken. The Brussel sprouts were flavored nicely with bacon! 6. Check came once we were boxed up and finished, server made sure we got our points for the meal (rewards system) 7. The service was awesome! Emily was so attentive to our table, we had everything we needed and were checked on plenty of times to make sure we were happy! So nice to receive great service and food! While in Boca Park, we stopped at Rustic House on a whim. It was surprisingly spacious with fun seating options, and many tvs to catch various sports events. I noticed the weekly specials on the menu and they reminded me of John Cutter. I learned that RH and JC were affiliated with Al's Garage (which we haven't frequented yet.) Would recommend hitting them up for their weekly specials and stay for the fun ambiance. Service was friendly and inviting. I had the burger with bacon, my husband ordered the steak and lobster. I have been to Rustic House Boca Park Summerlin for a long time. My only bad experience with this restaurant was this St Patrick's Day. I ordered a St Patrick's dinner special. When my meal was brought to the table I started to cut the corn beef,it had half fat on it, very little meat the cabbage was as hard as a rock. I spoke to the server a Alyssa B and tried explained the situation with meal. All I got was sorry about that, not in a professional way. We would recommend this place. It was very clean and the service was fast and professional. We went around 4:30 pm and found out it was happy hour so certain appetizers were only $7! We got a giant plate of filet nachos that were usually $16 and we also got quesadillas for my kid. The kids meals were $10 and included a menu item, chocolate cake, and a drink but my son only drinks water so we got the $7 quesadilla and that was cheaper and had more food for him. We also got a chicken cheesesteak with fries, a half order was $11 and the portion was big. Fries were big steak fries too. And my husband and dad got crab and steak for $25. They expected a bit more crab and their steak was overcooked so that part wasn't the greatest but because the appetizer were so cheap and the booth was very reg large and comfy, we would come back. I don't think we would come back late though because it looks like it might get very busy and we have kids--kids are only allowed until 10 pm. But earlier in the day during happy hour is a good deal! We also wished they did something for people's bday! We went for my dad's bday but there isn't anything special like a dessert or candle or anything. so it's a Tuesday afternoon and my mom was in the mood for a steak. Let's see if this local tavern meets house rules. Let's get into it... This is very much a casual sports bar... The first thing I noticed is the nice outdoor patio seating even though it's located in the parking lot of a shopping plaza definitely a great place for patio seating lots of covered areas and fully shaded. When we walked in the first thing I noticed was how dark it felt. There are absolutely no windows maybe that so you have better visuals on the TVs so will give that a pass. They had a nice big bar, but the other parts to mention were the really large booths meant for parties of 6 to 8 people. The chair seating was kind of low, which for my mom was a little problematic at 84. I had to walk with her down the hallway to the bathroom because the lighting down the hallway was literally like no lights at all, almost dangerous for a senior and that is a safety problem. Anyway, we were immediately greeted by our waitresses and she told us about the special of the day which was top sirloin and a lobster tail for $25... that definitely seemed like a good deal, but my mom is not a top sirloin fan so she ordered the fillet instead. I ordered the tuna appetizer and the Carne Asada plate. So let me give an honest review on the appetizer and I hate that I didn't get any photos. I'm a sushi lover and this tuna was highly overcooked. It was a singular tiny piece. I would say ABOUT the size of a quarter. It had coleslaw underneath it and a wonton chip. I had to reach for the salt and pepper because it had no seasoning or particular flavor. The appetizer was served with about eight equal pieces and on a scale of 1 to 10. I would give it about a 3. When my mom got her plate, the fillet was about 6 ounces, and a 6-ounce steak with absolutely no seasoning no flare no presentation to it was $45! They dared to serve tater tots with this! I'm talking about tater tots that come out of the frozen bag no special seasoning just good old-fashioned tater tots. Now let's remember this is very much a tavern and a sports bar but if you were going to serve me a $45 steak it better have some flare to it because that's the cost of a Steakhouse and this was far from steakhouse quality. My Asada plate was pretty decent. The meat was pretty tender. It was definitely marinated and flavored well. The corn tortillas came out warm. They were toasted or grilled and the beans, cheese, and avocado were fresh. Here's what sent me over the top. I decided to order the cheesecake and yes, it was two (small slices as a single order, but the fact that it was $15 with some premade canned strawberry sauce on the side, I was highly irritated. The entire meal came to $150. $150 for a sports Tavern that doesn't specialize in having steaks or any meal I could justify the cost for! I was quite upset that I just didn't go to a steakhouse for this kind of money. I always talk about Quality and I always talk about service.. I will pay $500 for a quality dinner and experience but for me, I definitely won't be returning and I definitely can't recommend this location as being a good value for the money. For my "personal tastebuds," this is an absolute thumbs down. The entire menu and the prices based on what we received are definitely NOT a Restaurant I can recommend. read more

A Lakes staple. This sports bar/gaming pub offers simply the best overall experience in the area. It is a spot owned and run by locals, and frequented by local regulars. I cannot reiterate how gratifying it is that smoking (disgusting and repulsive) is not allowed here. Their food, almost everything, most of which I've eaten, is far transcendent to its peers. They offer daily specials, but their steaks, for the price and quality, are not to be missed. A clean restaurant with friendly service that's great for sports, but doesn't feel like a sports bar. We stopped in for Sunday football and had no problem getting a table. They had sections setup for dining, bar seating and comfortable lounger seating with tables all around and a gastropub atmosphere. The food menu has good variety and they have a long list of alcohols to enjoy as well, plus a good happy hour during football games. From the happy hour menu we tried the Philly fries and spinach dip. The fries were a big portion and pretty tasty with a lot of meat. Rustic House... a place that's not too dark, not too bright, not smoky, priced very reasonably, and serves up a $19 steak and lobster all day on Wednesdays--so good that I went back the next day with one of my employees and got the prime rib dip. This place is approximately a mile away from me yet I've only just stumbled across it after having lived in the area for a year or so. On Wednesdays they advertise a $19 surf n turf deal, which comes with a decent size sirloin cooked-to-order and lobster tail. So a few not-so-great things upfront... 1. They season the steak and lobster with Cajun seasoning and drizzle chili oil on-top, too--I've developed a capsaicin allergy over the years, so this was kinda not so great to find out on my first bite 2. Service can be kinda slow, even up at the bar top 3. The parking lot is under construction so it's kind of a nightmare to maneuver around in Now, with that being said--I would still give this place 5 stars! The bartenders warm up and come around after awhile... to be fair, I probably did look a bit like a Karen because I was on my phone a lot and then complained about my food being spicy midway through. I tried to just suck it up, but there was wayyy too much seasoning on the lobster and I couldn't wipe it off (or I probably would have tried)! The steak--which I ordered medium rare--was cooked extremely well and very flavorful. It certainly tasted better than some of the more expensive steakhouses in town, and at a fraction of the price. I have been coming to this place since it opened... I've been to all the sister locations also... I think they have the best food of any place... Every single person that works in the building cares about the customers... Tonight during Super Bowl they played turning points halftime show... I think that took some guts and it was well received... Some people complains, but I didn't want to watch a show that was in Spanish because I don't speak Spanish... Almost always this place earns 4-5 stars. We have been to this place many times and the food and service has always been good. We always sit at the bar to eat, game and watch sports as the bartenders have excellent customer service skills and make you feel welcomed. Today, the service was been below average due to one bartender, a gal named Shelby. She was more interested in talking to a dude than to make sure her customers are taken care of. If the place doesn't believe me then watch the tape on 1/30/26 between approximately 1230-115 pm. I literally had to get out of my chair to go where she was chatting with a guy and get her attention in order to order a drink and ask for a menu. It's ok though, because now I know to call ahead to ask the place who is tending bar prior to going. If it's Shelby then we will pass as there are plenty of places that welcome our business. read more

I had been wanting to check this place out for a while, and I finally did. We came in on a Saturday night for an early dinner. There was basketball on so the place was actually pretty bright and had lots of people in there watching the game. We brought my daughter with us and I wasn't sure if it would be awkward since it's a bar/restaurant, but it was totally fine. They had a highchair for her, and the servers all loved her, they even have a kids menu! My husband and I tried the steak and lobster special which was a really good deal, and we upgraded to Filet. It was pretty good, nothing spectacular as far as flavor but definitely a good price. My daughter's kids quesadilla was huge! And her meal came with dessert so that was nice. Our server was friendly as well. We will probably come back here to watch a football game and have drinks and apps sometime. read more

We visited for lunch on Friday with a party of two and it was a very nice experience. We arrived and were told to seat ourselves, which we did, in a nice booth. The waitress then took our drink orders. I had a margarita, which was tasty and strong. From there we ordered The Ultimate Surf & Turf, which was huge. It had 2 lobster tails, a NY Strip, 6 ginormous shrimp, and 8 tuna bites. It also came with 2 salad and 2 sides. We got a loaded baked potato and mac & cheese. Everything was cooked nicely and tasted great. The waitress was excellent, prompt and personable. The service was quick initially, but as the place got busy, it slowed a bit. We got seated immediately about 5pm on Saturday night. The wedge salads are great and the loaded baked potatoes are huge and tasty. The steak and lobster specials were delicious.
