    Sweet potato side

Good food and great value during Wednesday happy hour when in addition to their Mon - Thu happy hour menu, raw oysters are $1 each. Oysters were fresh and better than the ones from the oyster bar at red rock in my opinion. The apple and quinoa salad is quite sizeable and yummy. the sweet potato side was good but a bit overpowering with the honey. The double smashed burger is fine, didn't stand out though. We didn't order the pizza but I looked good at the neighboring table. we're also curious to try the other items on the menu. Service was attentive and courteous. Love the feel of the restaurant and space! You don't need a reservation but it's nice to have one so you're prioritized.

Happy Hour Monday thru Thursday 4-6pm. Had the pizza, oysters and meatballs of the happy hour menu. Pepperoni pizza was one of the better pizzas I've had and had a very chewy, thin crust. Restaurant is beautiful inside but very busy during happy hour which made service backed up. Would definitely go back to try other items on the menu.

Dined on a Saturday night with the wife; 7:15 reservations. But for a few relatively minor service and food hiccups we had a very good meal and would certainly come back to try other menu items. We arrived just before our reservation time and were seated at a comfy table a few minutes later. We had eaten a couple of times at the prior iteration of Hearthstone before they closed and then reopened and were happy to see they've returned. It's a very lively environment and we found the music to be a touch loud but nothing off putting. We were still able to have a conversation at a normal level. The space is decorated nicely with multiple TVs around in case there's a game on. Our server Elena was very welcoming and friendly. She did disappear for quite awhile in the middle of our meal (I probably would've ordered another glass of wine had she checked in on us) but again she was pleasant and accommodating. One very nice touch was that after my wife ordered a diet soda Elena brought out a whole carafe along with her filled glass so she wouldn't have to ask for refills. As noted I ordered a glass of the house Cabernet as it was listed on the drink menu as "Straight from the Barrel" which I'd never seen before. The problem was that when the glass arrived it was ice-cold - I mean like they had taken it out of a very cold fridge. Not ideal for a full-bodied wine like Cabernet. We found all of the food we ordered to be very good. We started with raw oysters, a Cobb salad and the meatballs. The real standout was the meatballs - they're so delicate and barely held together so you know there's not a lot of filler in there - just delicious savory meaty flavor. I definitely recommend those and in fact next time we will request two orders. Again a small issue here in that they didn't provide any kind of serving tool for the meatballs so we had to ask for a spoon. We also had to ask for clean plates in-between courses. For entrees we shared the roasted chicken and the prime rib. The chicken is a half-bird in a lovely demi-glace accompanied by roasted carrots. The prime rib was also delicious and I especially loved the creamy horseradish as a perfect accompaniment. For sides we ordered the fried mac and cheese and the asparagus and both were excellent. They serve a cheese sauce with the mac and cheese sticks which I originally thought was kinda weird but actually worked! The asparagus is in an unctuous green goddess dressing. I would certainly recommend both. We were stuffed after dinner but we did want to sample some of the dessert menu so we ordered the chocolate cake and the fruit pies to go. I'm a fruit pie fanatic so I was super excited to see they had apple and cherry hand pies. They're clearly house made and the flaky dough is delicious. Unfortunately it appears they didn't have the fryer temp set high enough as they were soo greasy that it was nearly too much to enjoy. Luckily I was able to salvage them in my air fryer at home and cook off some of that excess oil. The chocolate cake was a nice version - nothing mind blowing but certainly enjoyable. Dinner for two came to $214 before tax and tip. That included a 9oz pour of wine and a soft drink. Portions are quite large and we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy later. Overall I would rate our experience as a solid 4.5 stars.

SO HAPPY THEY'RE BACK! We were served by the amazing Alexandra who made my boyfriend's birthday dinner feel so special. We were too full for an actual dessert but she brought out a little sundae with sprinkles & hot fudge and a candle so I was big happy for that. Not only that though, the prime rib is a MUST if you're looking for the juiciest, most tender slab of meat you'll ever have in your life. Came with horseradish aoili - they couldn't make me basic aioli but that's okay. I'll take the tiny kick over regular mayo haha. Cobb salad with shrimp instead of chicken - also delicious. Their avocado is very fresh and they didn't drown in ranch or put too little. Perfect amount. I'm very anti-blue cheese so they held all of it back for me. Boyfriend got the French dip and inhaled that too while helping me with the prime rib. 12/10... will definitely be back for $1 oysters on Wednesdays and requesting Alexandra if she's there. She's such a delight! Their service overall was prompt and attentive, zero delay or quality deficit as per usual with Hearthstone. Welcome back, my favourite Red Rock spot!

    Lollipop wings $17

It is absolutely wild that Hearthstone is back. I was bummed to see Leoncito closed because I genuinely enjoyed their food and flaming pineapple dish. But Hearthstone was also a locals favorite, went in recently for brunch with friends. We shared the seasonal burrata salad, their legendary lollipop wings (good portion size), the truffle pasta (sauce broke), and an eggs benedict. Food was solid, service was slow. At one point our table was moved to make room for a large party. Patio seating is fantastic, will have to sit there next time or come back for HH - oysters are $1 on Wednesdays. If you come with a group, consider ordering their famous fried chicken.

Delicious Apple Quinoa salad. Best French dip ever w/great horseradish too & Good crispy fries. The service: Top Notch (Avery) Nice atmosphere, comfortable seats and great outside view.

Hearthstone has a really chill ambiance and a great atmosphere. The lollipop chicken wings were definitely the highlight, absolutely the best. The pepperoni pizza and hummus were also really good. The fried chicken was my least favorite but the biscuits and butter that it came with was yummy. We had the best server. I wish I could remember her name. She was so awesome. I think it was Ashley. I'd definitely come back and order all of these items again. I highly recommend.

One of the best restaurants in this casino! Their cauliflower bites and sea bass were great. Pizza had great flavor but the bottom crust was soggy; they graciously remade it for us with the same outcome. It might just be how it gets cooked there. Kanpachi crude was good - I hadn't tried kanpachi before this. Sea bass ceviche was a miss (but to be fair, the person in our group who ordered it didn't really know what ceviche was). Would definitely come back though!

We went out with the girls and our 4 kids, and before even mentioning the food, I want to highlight someone from the staff. Our server seemed very busy, but the busser, Joseph, absolutely stood out. Honestly, this guy should be a server. So professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. We waited quite a while for our oysters, and Joseph personally went into the kitchen and brought them out within 5 minutes. He constantly made sure we had everything we needed -- waters always refilled, boxes ready to go, checking on the table without being overwhelming. Amazing service from him. We love coming here for the oysters and drinks -- always on point. The food is great too. You absolutely need to try the tuna pizza. My only small concern is that inside can get very loud and crowded, and at times the servers seemed overwhelmed because of how busy it was. But overall, we still had a great experience.

Awesome vibe, good service and great food. Highly recommend! Tuna pizza is a must, it is super fresh, with a lot of umami!

Fabulous location and ambiance. We look forward to coming back for dinner, as they are definitely vegan friendly; staff was fabulous, and the cocktail list was really special. Honestly, 4-6pm HH offerings were light, but the pricing was right.

Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar is an American Restaurant and Bar located in Red Rock Casino/Hotel. I've only heard many good things about this place so I made a reservation to try it for lunch. I do want to start out by saying that this is a newly opened restaurant. We all know that newly opened restaurant often need maybe up to a month to work things out. If Yelp had an alternative rating for new restaurants I would have choose that option. Anyways- We made it to the restaurant and walked through the front outside door and made it to the hostess desk to check in. I was slightly offended when she asked me to sit in the lounge. I said that I made a reservation for a table. In reasonable time we did get seated at a table. Our server was very kind and welcoming. Then took our beverage orders. Her helper serves me my iced tea. This doesn't taste right. It's bitter. I think it's watered down iced coffee. YUK (I hate coffee). I ask my husband to confirm that it is coffee. He tries it and confirms that it is coffee. I push it away from me. I think my server suspected a problem and had an iced tea in her hands to give to me. She said she made it so she knows that it is iced tea. A while later we finally get out appetizer (the lox and mini bagel tower). It's nice that the restaurant cures their own salmon. But they give you mini bagels that either are or are similar to Lender's mini bagels. (Lender's are the bottom of bagels. We can get Chompie's that are much better) The bagels arrive cold and dried out and hard. They did give us a good amount of lox, very good yellow tomatoes, fresh dill, and capers but were very skimpy with the onions (about 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped), and a bit short on the cream cheese. I guess I could have asked for more but I didn't feel like it. We each ate one mini bagel sandwich and I saved the third one to bring home. We waited a while for lunch. It finally arrived. I got the heirloom tomato salad. It is very small and really should be listed as an appetizer on the menu instead of a salad. My husband says, "WOW" "you didn't get much lunch" "you should eat that second bagel." My salad is mostly heirloom tomatoes, a rich soft cheese, blackberries, balsamic, and maybe one basil leaf that was torn in quarters. There are a few issues with the salad. Some of the tomatoes are unripe, The other problem is that this salad could strongly benefit with a LIGHT touch of salt and pepper because it is unseasoned it is very bland. Also instead of tearing a basil leaf into quarters the basil can be rolled and sliced thin to cover more of the salad. Lastly the salad is very small. maybe something like a handful of arugula would make it more of a meal. Or jazz it up with some sliced fennel and add some pine nuts? My husband said that he was missing salt on his fries. He said that the burger was OK but had too much bun. I had room for dessert so we tried the Samoa Sundae. I thought it looked great but was sort of odd. I thought soft serve was something creamy. I was wrong here the coconut soft serve is more like creamy ice. On the bright side it seemed very light. It was embellished with lots of cookie crumbs and coconut crumbs. It also had some fudge and some caramel that was hard like crumbs. We both kept eating it but it was strange. Our lunch took close to two hours. 3 stars is a positive review on Yelp and translates to A-OK.

One thing you can count on, they're open, the energy is there, and they're ready to serve. The music was bumping without being overwhelming, and it wasn't too packed, which made the whole experience even better. The decor has always been a standout, super intentional with just the right amount of razzle dazzle. It feels elevated but still fun. Service was great, per usual. I really appreciate how they run things with a minimal but efficient team, it never feels chaotic, just smooth and well managed. Food wise, I'd give it about a 3.5/5. The highlights were definitely the kale salad and the Alaskan snow crab roll with soy paper, both were super fresh and flavorful. The surf and turf roll was solid too. On the downside, the firecracker shrimp and miso cod didn't hit. The cod actually came out burnt (like noticeably black on half of it), which was surprising, but the server handled it perfectly, took it back right away, and comped it. That level of service definitely stood out. Overall, it's still a great go to for late nights or even a lunch with a good bar scene, solid food, and consistently great service.

The waitress barely acknowledged us to the point we were seating down waiting for solid 40 minutes and she never came, she even went to check on a table with couple guys next to my friend and I and didn't even look at us. When she finally blessed us with her presence, she came passive aggressive at us saying oh you still here, I'm taking you are not leaving at all... why we stayed? Tbh, idk. We were really enjoying ourselves when the waitress came with the check and told us we had to leave, so we understood that maybe there was a time limit or something that we weren't aware because there's nowhere to be found/seen and nobody said anything to us when we arrived. When we were trying to pay the host came to rush us in a very rude manner and basically kicked us out because we had been there for a long time... being that is a restaurant and we were still ordering food... I understand that there might be a time limit thing, but the staff could've been nicer AT LEAST in the way they let us know or maybe letting the consumer know sine the arrival time, they could've offered us to move to the bar or another area if we were to keep consuming at the location. This is the first time ever that something like this happened to me in any country/state/city.

The Cheese Curds were some of the best we have had, the batter was a perfect proportion to the cheese and the taste was really good. The pretzel, one of the better ones as well. I had the Orange Chicken, better than any Chinese place in town. Each piece was battered to perfection meaning the batter was not too thick and it did not overpower the chicken pieces. Every piece of chicken was tender and juicy and the sauce was really good, not too sweet and just the right amount of heat. The Mediterranean Salmon was cooked properly. The Salmon was crusted in za'atar spices and pan seared, served over warm cauliflower rice and red quinoa tabbouleh with kale and tomatoes. We skipped the side of spicy tahini sauce. It was really good. We finished off with the Cheesecake Brûlée with berries and it was awesome. The Cheesecake was not too sweet and the brûlée was a nice touch. Overall it was a great experience. The staff, the kitchen and the ambiance. They do not give a military discount which is sad but they are not overpriced either. I'll go back, it's just a really good place.

Pro tip please make a reservation! We always do and the people around us were flabbergasted to see us get sat right away. I also recommend entering from the street not going through the casino.

First off, it is DARK inside. Once again, I used my phone to illuminate the menu. I ordered Al's Club. You get one side. I ordered fries. While waiting, I watched the basketball game on the large screen facing me. In a short time, the server brought my sandwich and it was large. You can see in my photo how much turkey was in the sandwich. I knew that this would be a takeout night. After finishing half the sandwich, I asked for a box, and I took the other half home and had the next day. It was a tasty dinner and great to have leftover food for the next day. This is a place to which I'll return.

We enjoyed the Wedge Salad, a classic and favorite of mine and the hubs decided on the Steak & Crab Legs special. The steak was cooked to his preference and was tender and delicious. We shared the steak and salad while he took care of the crab legs. He said they were good and the seasoned really well. We would have loved some dessert, but we were full. Big thank you to Jessica! We enjoyed her hospitality very much.

Dave and Busters - Summerlin…read more My husband and I took advantage of their Winter Pass and got to play a lot of games. It was a really wonderful package. Downside was that we didn't rack up a ton of points, but we had so much fun that neither of us really cared. Our favorites are air hockey, skeeball, Yahtzee, gone fishin', knocking down clowns, getting a ball in a milk jug, ring toss, and one of the basketball games. We also both enjoy the coin slot machines where you get a lot of points if you cause enough coins to fall - it's a lot of fun. We also had dinner and I got a really great deal for a fish & chips and a $10 power play card. The fish was only okay, but the fries were great. My husband enjoyed his meal too. Downside? The service was slow. We got our food & drinks quickly once a server finally came over to us. We waited about 15 minutes. To be fair, there were a LOT of people there - at the bar & there to eat. I don't think they were expecting such a busy night. It was a nice restaurant.

Being able to play games and enjoy a full meal all in one place is such a great combo. Nothing says family time better than all of us trying to beat each other at games and talking a little friendly trash while we do it. One thing I really appreciate is how the dining setup works. You can sit down, place your order with your server, and then go off and play games while you wait. It makes the time fly by, and it turns a normal meal into a full experience instead of just sitting around waiting for food. The service has always been amazing in our experience. They're usually super busy, but the servers still make an effort to check in as often as they can. The food comes out in a reasonable time, and the quality and portion sizes have never disappointed us. As for the ambiance -- it's a sports bar style environment, and it works perfectly for what it is. There are tons of TVs throughout the building showing different games, so there's always something to watch no matter what sport you're into. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because when it gets really busy, ordering and receiving food can take a bit longer. That said, even during the rush, the staff does their best to make sure guests feel seen and taken care of, and I definitely appreciate that. Overall, it's a fun, energetic, and reliable spot for a great family outing.
