Good time. Eat & Play combo is a good deal. Food was delicious. Service a little slow but decent. Be back soon.

Thank you to Alejandra, Juleen, and the manger for amazing service! Everyone was so attentive and nice to interact with. The food was satisfying and Juleen came around multiple times to check if I needed anything. Great location in Downtown Summerlin and people. Looking forward to coming back!

Garlic Parmesan & lemon pepper wings. Both good but lemon pepper was excellent.

The place is very lively and fun vibe as soon as you walk in the door. Lots of fun activities for everyone. Great large eating areas with wall to wall TV broadcasting lots of different sports. They have specials while we were there with 1/2 price games. $5 limited selection of beers and margaritas. And $10 for 10 wings specials. Margarita is refreshing, but nothing like a true margarita. But we were not expecting much for the price. Was a great time nonetheless.

Great customer service and super easy to book a reservation through OpenTable. We were seated immediately, and our server was amazing. The menu is huge with plenty of options for the whole family. We tried the Eat & Play Combo and it's definitely the best bang for your buck...$59.99 for 90 minutes of unlimited gameplay where you can rack up to 1,500 tickets. The food choices cover most sections of the menu, and upgrades for higher-end proteins (salmon, steak, etc.) aren't too pricey. The inside has tall booths and plenty of seating for both small and large groups. What we ordered: * Blackened Chicken Alfredo Seasoned blackened chicken with mushrooms, diced tomatoes, and alfredo sauce over linguine. Pretty good, but I felt like it needed garlic bread and some Parmesan to complete it. * Smokehouse BBQ Burger A 7oz burger smothered in honey BBQ sauce and topped with applewood-smoked bacon, sliced BBQ brisket, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and frazzled onions. I had it with sweet potato fries...they were delicious! * Bar Burgers & Wings Platter Smashed burger sliders and bone-in wings with our choice of sauce. We picked the Korean sauce with ranch and garlic fries. Wings were great, not very hot, more tangy and sticky, the fries were extremely greasy, and the slider buns were a bit soggy. Overall, the food was just okay. Service was wonderful, but the kitchen was very slow getting entrées out. We skipped dessert since we were all full, but everything we saw looked tempting, so maybe next time. After playing games, we ended the night with over 10,000 tickets, so the kids walked out happy with a Pickle Rick and an otter plushie.

A really fun dining and entertainment experience awaits you at Dave and Buster's! We visited the restaurant before playing and found the food to be surprisingly good. We tried a variety of dishes including the fried mozzarella, the pretzel sticks, and the sliders. They were all actually quite good! I loved the crispy exterior and gooey interior of the mozzarella sticks. The pretzel sticks were a bit buttery/greasy on the outside and didn't have as much pretzel-y taste as I was hoping. The sliders were good - fairly standard but tasty. We had some "churro fries" for dessert. Lovely crispy exterior with a fluffy interior and very tasty dipping sauces. The service was extremely friendly and quite attentive! If you are a first responder or a health care provider, they will offer you a discount on your meal (10% I think - just bring some sort of proof). We then enjoyed a variety of games. They have different packages of differing amounts of credit you can add to your play card to enjoy the games. You get additional bonus credits with the more expensive packages. We really enjoyed a wide variety of games from the "claw games" where you try to grab items to a large variety of games where you can win "tickets" (electronically added to your play card) that you can save and eventually redeem for items in the store. My favorites were the Monopoly game and the Let's Make a Deal Game. Overall, this was a very fun dining and play evening!

Ate here so that we could watch a football game on at the same time. Our server was super nice and attentive! On game days, wings are 10 for $10 and they were especially plump and on the large side in terms of wing size. Ribs and sliders were not bad, coleslaw lacked flavor and was really dry. I normally love GPT (garlic parmesan truffle) fries but thought these had an odd taste. Good selection of games to play, although very loud inside so not a good place if you want to hear each other talking. They seemed to be understaffed at the front desk and in the arcade area. However, would still return due to the great service and lots of arcade game options.

It's loud, flashy, bright, and an overload to my senses. Lots of TV screens with a variety of sports broadcasted in the game bar. I just walked around and did not stay for food or to play any games. It was nice to see at least two older generation style skee-ball games remaining. I might come back to try some food, but I was just passing through this time.

This year I refused to cook Thanksgiving dinner. I just wanted to relax and let someone else do the cooking for a change. Since we really don't have any close family or friends nearby, our only option was to find somewhere local to eat. We called several restaurants in the Valley, and were happy to hear that this Dave & Busters location was open Thanksgiving Day (no reservations needed). Our party of 5 were greeted and seated right away. Besides us, there were a few other diners in the restaurant at the time, so service was pretty fast. Our server was upbeat and very welcoming. She took our orders and also offered some menu suggestions. She knew the menu very well which was a plus. Our food arrived hot and fresh. Everything tasted great. Not exactly a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. But it worked out and everyone was satisfied. We were all very surprised when the Manager came over to our table and thanked us for coming in on Thanksgiving. It was very genuine and made us all feel good. He handed me a couple of business cards for BOGO Free Play in the arcade which was a nice surprise. After dinner, we enjoyed playing games in the arcade; such a great way to end or unusual Thanksgiving holiday, but worth every second. Overall, our server was excellent. She was attentive, welcoming and kept our drinks full. Our booth was clean and comfortable. The arcade games were fun and had a nice variety to keep us all entertained. I'll definitely return to this location in the future. Recommended!

While the food was good, the service was horrible! Waiter was more worried about the basketball game on the tv than he was about taking our order! He messed up our tickets and I was being double charged. While the manager was fixing this he was trying to blame us for the mess up. Clearly someone doesn't need a job!

Shaun our server and Donovan the manager really made our experience memorable! Our food was hot and fresh, it did take a bit to arrive to our table but Shaun would frequently update us about our order in the kitchen. Donovan went out of his way to check on us and print color pages for my kids, that was a nice gesture. We love DBs for the video games and food and will definitely be returning to this location because the service was fantastic. We went on a Wednesday evening so it wasn't too busy which was nice.

We came with the anticipation of staying and playing after we had our delectable meal, but we were too full and relaxed. Surprisingly, the place was not too crowded on a Sunday and we were able to catch part of the playoffs while enjoying a hamburger, wings, and mozzarella sticks. I must say that D and B has some really great wings and mozzarella sticks. We will be back for sure to use our game card.

Been coming here almost weekly for years now, nice little past time. You can really get a lot of entertainment and improve skills if you know how to figure out how to win the games and which games provide the best ticket value for the credits needed to play. Rashad has been here when we visit and he has been always friendly and helpful to us when a machine malfunctions. I honestly don't know how he keeps up with all the demand here especially it get so busy. I see the staff wiping down equipment and tidying up all the time. The bathrooms are well maintained and overall it is a very lighthearted ambiance here. As for food it's great if you're wanting a snack to fuel you or a few drinks for liquid courage to take on some new challenges. Some of our favorites are the angry birds and Star Trek coin pushers. As well as the carnival like simulators that involve throwing rings onto bottles. Looking forward to accumulating tickets here in the near future.

Riley J.

I'd give this place somewhere between 3.5-3.75 stars id I could . On one hand, the kids ALWAYS have a blast out here. The games are fun, their prizes are really cool, there's something to do for a kid at any age from 4 and up. On the other hand, the noise, the acoustics and the prices ‍. It's always too loud, too dark and hard to run after younger children. It's also so hard to have any type of conversation if you're at the arcade area - it's like the volume is SO DAMN HIGH. Prices are also on the higher side. With that, as mentioned, the kids are crazy about this place.

The craft beers I had were good: Red Hydrant Brown Ale by Big Dog's, and Springfest IPA by Sierra Nevada. Pricing is relatively reasonable: $10 for the hummus appetizer; $8 per beer. Service was friendly and attentive. However, I wasn't told, until I got my bill, that there was a game day service charge of 20%. For my subtotal, this came out to $5.20. I didn't mind paying the fee for getting to watch the event on one of the big screens. However, I think this should have been disclosed to me before placing my order. Another thing I'm not a fan of are the angled arms of the patio chairs, which don't allow you to set your drink on them. Instead, you have to hold it by hand, between your thighs, or put it on the ground. They do have a limited number of stools to place food and drinks on, but you have to sit all the way up to use them. Lastly, why is Big Dog's Red Hydrant Brown Ale the only local beer on the menu? There are some standard craft beers that are well-known, but that's it. The selection is too limited to attract craft beer enthusiasts.
