Went here with my kiddo on a Tuesday for lunch for the first time. I made a table reservation, but when we got there, we found out it wasn't necessary at that time. We were the only ones in the dining area so they said we could sit wherever our hearts desired lol! The staff members were pretty friendly. They had a special on the menu where if you purchased a play card you got an entrée for $4.99. Great deal! My daughter and I shared a burger, it was HUGE! It also came with some tasty fries. Can't beat that! We also ordered the fried pickles (comes with ranch for dipping), that was also very tasty! After we ate, we moved to the arcade, which we basically had all to ourselves. Dave & Buster's 2130 Park Centre Dr. Summerlin, Las Vegas Dave & Buster's takes me back to my younger days, when I'd walk into the neighborhood arcade after school and sometimes even during lunch. The games were much simpler back then, and there certainly wasn't a restaurant and bar attached to the arcade, but there's still something nostalgic about walking into a place like this. I've been to this particular location several times, and I come primarily for the games and the overall experience. I'm not posting pictures of the food with this review because, honestly, I view the food here more as typical sports-bar fare than a restaurant experience. As far as the food goes, this is where my rating drops. I've tried several of the entrées over the years, and unfortunately, I've been consistently disappointed. The appetizers and smaller bites are more in line with what I expect from a place like this, and I'm perfectly fine with that. But when I'm paying restaurant prices, I still expect a certain level of quality, flavor, cleanliness and care in what is being served. For me, the entrées simply haven't delivered that consistently. The atmosphere, however, is a different story. It's loud, busy and high-energy, with kids, teenagers and adults everywhere. But that's also part of what makes Dave & Buster's what it is. You're coming here for entertainment, not a quiet dinner. There's a definite sports-bar vibe, with plenty of seating and wall-to-wall HDTVs showing football, hockey, basketball and baseball. The staff I've encountered have always been friendly, especially considering the number of people coming through and the energy of the environment. And then there are the games, which are still my favorite part. I enjoy playing here, and I think the rechargeable game cards are reasonably priced. There's something about having a drink, grabbing a few small bites and then walking around playing games that keeps the experience fun. So, would I come here specifically for a high-quality meal? No. My food experiences haven't earned that recommendation. Would I come here for the games, sports-bar atmosphere, friendly staff, nostalgia and overall entertainment? Absolutely. For me, Dave & Buster's is an entertainment destination first and a restaurant second. Set your expectations accordingly, and you'll probably have a much better experience. We came to Dave & Buster's yesterday (Sunday) right when they opened at 9:30 AM to watch football, and honestly, it was perfect. It was very slow that early, which was exactly what we wanted. The TV setup here is fantastic. They have figured out something that seems impossible : you can have what feels like a million kids playing video games directly behind you, and you barely even notice them. The gaming area is there, but it doesn't interfere with the sports-watching experience at all. I've only eaten here a few times and usually just small amounts, but we tried some things this time. They have a $1 wing special, so 10 wings for $10, which is a great deal. They also have $5 22-ounce domestic beers, and you really can't beat that. The Goldfinger hand-breaded chicken tenders were actually pretty damn good. The fries were a little heavily seasoned for my taste, although I love salt, so take that for what it's worth. The GM Paul was also great. He was walking around checking on things and talking to people mentioning the raffle at halftime. I remember he used to be a GM at Buffalo Wild Wings, and honestly, it looks like he has this place under control. My only real issue was with our bartender. He seemed extremely skittish and was almost like he was one minute away from panicking at all times, even though it really wasn't that busy. He also didn't know the Sunday specials. He corrected us twice about them -- first saying there were no drink specials, and then saying they didn't do the $1 wings on Sundays. Both times I had to show him the table tent advertising the specials. He eventually got some help around 11, and he did mention that he normally doesn't work Sundays, so hopefully it was just an unfamiliar shift. But the specials are clearly advertised, so knowing what they are should probably be part of the Sunday bartender playbook. That said, the specials alone are enough to make me want to come back every Sunday for football. Great TV setup, good atmosphere, solid food, awesome deals, and a GM who seems to be paying attention to the operation. I'll definitely be back. I had the most wonderful experience thanks to Mary Beth! I ordered the 10-ounce sirloin with Marsala mushroom sauce and it was absolutely delicious--after a small hiccup that turned into exceptional customer service. When I ordered, Mary Beth asked exactly how I wanted my steak cooked. I explained that I like it somewhere between medium-rare and medium, as long as it's still pink inside. When my steak arrived, Mary Beth took one look at it and thought it might be a little overcooked. Before serving it, she asked me to cut into it and make sure it was right. While it was still somewhat pink, it was a little drier than I prefer. I was prepared to eat it anyway, but she immediately insisted on having it remade. The second steak was perfect and absolutely worth the wait. It was tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way I wanted it. Honestly, it was a 20 out of 10! It had me doing a happy dance at the bar, and I'm still thinking about it days later. The food was amazing, but what truly made the experience memorable was Mary Beth's attention to detail and outstanding customer service. We started coming back to Dave and Busters again more regularly after we signed up for their summer season pass. It's a great deal - for $149 (for the platinum pass) you get unlimited play through September 8 plus you can earn up to 2000 tickets per week which reset on Mondays. For some reason they didn't offer this pass during the spring, although they did during the winter. Thus, we didn't come as much during the spring. The platinum pass has no blackout dates and also includes 25% off food and non-alcoholic beverages. Overall, it's a great deal! We decided to have dinner before playing, and we were happy to see an updated menu. It was happy hour, so I enjoyed a couple of their tropical "dangerous waters" cocktails for the low price of $7 per drink. We tried the "cheesy spinach dip" appetizer. It was actually good, and this is coming from someone who is not a big fan of cheese. I tried the teriyaki steak entree which comes with "frizzled onions" and loaded mashed potatoes. I was actually impressed! The steak was actually fairly tender (not a filet mignon tender, but not bad!). I really enjoyed the pineapple slices, and the teriyaki sauce was not too overwhelming. The loaded potatoes were also really good. The portion size was overall just right! We were curious about the bananas foster pie, but we decided to try that next time. WARNING: Be extremely careful with your credit card at Dave & Buster's Summerlin. I opened a tab at the bar and was told they needed to physically hold my credit card while the tab remained open. I already felt uncomfortable with that, and unfortunately, what happened next validated my concern. When I went to close my tab, staff could not locate my credit card for approximately 15 minutes. The bartender eventually told me that her manager had taken my card "to the back." While they had my credit card in their possession, I began receiving multiple fraudulent purchase attempts on that same credit card totaling close to $1,000. Given the timing and the fact that my card was out of my possession and could not be located for an extended period while in the custody of Dave & Buster's staff, I am extremely concerned that my card information was compromised there. I will be filing a police report and reporting the incident through the appropriate corporate channels. My advice to anyone visiting this location: do not allow them to hold your credit card. Do not leave your card behind the bar to keep a tab open. Pay as you go or use another payment method. read more

Our favorites are air hockey, skeeball, Yahtzee, gone fishin', knocking down clowns, getting a ball in a milk jug, ring toss, and one of the basketball games. We also both enjoy the coin slot machines where you get a lot of points if you cause enough coins to fall - it's a lot of fun. We also had dinner and I got a really great deal for a fish & chips and a $10 power play card. The fish was only okay, but the fries were great. My husband enjoyed his meal too. Downside? The service was slow. We got our food & drinks quickly once a server finally came over to us. We waited about 15 minutes. To be fair, there were a LOT of people there - at the bar & there to eat. Dave & Buster's is one of the most family-friendly places we go to, and we genuinely love spending time here together. Being able to play games and enjoy a full meal all in one place is such a great combo. Nothing says family time better than all of us trying to beat each other at games and talking a little friendly trash while we do it. One thing I really appreciate is how the dining setup works. You can sit down, place your order with your server, and then go off and play games while you wait. It makes the time fly by, and it turns a normal meal into a full experience instead of just sitting around waiting for food. The service has always been amazing in our experience. They're usually super busy, but the servers still make an effort to check in as often as they can. The food comes out in a reasonable time, and the quality and portion sizes have never disappointed us. As for the ambiance -- it's a sports bar style environment, and it works perfectly for what it is. There are tons of TVs throughout the building showing different games, so there's always something to watch no matter what sport you're into. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because when it gets really busy, ordering and receiving food can take a bit longer. That said, even during the rush, the staff does their best to make sure guests feel seen and taken care of, and I definitely appreciate that. The place is very lively and fun vibe as soon as you walk in the door. Lots of fun activities for everyone. Great large eating areas with wall to wall TV broadcasting lots of different sports. Our kids were given Dave & Buster's arcade passes through the school for a fundraiser they participated in. When I walked in during the weekend, there was no one in front so we had to go to the bar area. We had to wait for 20 minutes until someone could help us!! The worst part is is that they tell you to go to the bar to get assistance but your kids cannot be at the bar so my children had to wait outside of the bar while I try to find someone to help us in the bar. We tried the Eat & Play Combo and it's definitely the best bang for your buck...$59.99 for 90 minutes of unlimited gameplay where you can rack up to 1,500 tickets. The food choices cover most sections of the menu, and upgrades for higher-end proteins (salmon, steak, etc.) aren't too pricey. The inside has tall booths and plenty of seating for both small and large groups. What we ordered: * Blackened Chicken Alfredo Seasoned blackened chicken with mushrooms, diced tomatoes, and alfredo sauce over linguine. Pretty good, but I felt like it needed garlic bread and some Parmesan to complete it. * Smokehouse BBQ Burger A 7oz burger smothered in honey BBQ sauce and topped with applewood-smoked bacon, sliced BBQ brisket, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and frazzled onions. I had it with sweet potato fries...they were delicious! * Bar Burgers & Wings Platter Smashed burger sliders and bone-in wings with our choice of sauce. We picked the Korean sauce with ranch and garlic fries. Wings were great, not very hot, more tangy and sticky, the fries were extremely greasy, and the slider buns were a bit soggy. This was my first time at Dave & Busters. I had no idea what to expect. I was only familiar with a name & logo on the wall of a building opposite the movie theatre in Summerlin. But, I was given a $50 gift card, so I went. Extremely noisy. A sports bar and lots of game machines. There was a long wait before someone came to take my , and then they didn't clean off my table until they brought my order. Meanwhile I really reviewed the entire menu and eventually ordered a cheeseburger without the American Cheese. Most places I'm able to substitute [real] Swiss cheese, but not here. I also ordered their pretzel dogs with fries and honey mustard, their mac & cheese, and a glass of pink dragon fruit lemonade without ice. I generally dislike mustard, but the honey mustard for dipping the pretzel dogs was sweet and very tasty. I enjoyed the mac & cheese and the pretzel dogs ~~ but I can tell you, they are not pure beef meat, like Nedick's or Hebrew National hot dogs. The hamburger meat and the French fries were tasteless. The drink was delicious and came in a rather large glass ~~ a bargain for the price. Service is terrible. The waitstaff brings a table order and then disappears. You don't see them regularly checking on tables, thus it was a long wait to get my check and again to get a takeout container. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We walked in as one larger group, but we were two separate families who were seated separately and ordering separately. My family and I were four people sitting in a booth, while my son and his friends were seated at another table. At our booth, we ordered only for the four people sitting there. Right away, we were told that automatic gratuity had to be added to our check because we walked in with the other group. This made absolutely no sense to me. If there are only four people sitting at my booth, we're ordering only for those four people, and we have our own check, why would another table be included in determining gratuity simply because we know them? I asked several times because I genuinely wanted to understand the policy, but I never received an explanation that made sense. Eventually, they didn't add the gratuity to our check because my son's table had purchased one of the food/game promotions and didn't have a regular food check. Somehow, this was presented almost as though they were doing us a favor by not charging it. I wasn't asking for a favor. I was asking for the policy to make sense. To top it off, not once did a manager have the decency to even swing by our booth and check on us. Not during the gratuity confusion and not even after my spinach dip came out completely cold and had to be sent back. Our food also came out at completely different times, so overall the dining experience was extremely mediocre. I would never put all of this on our server, Navdav. I actually felt he was doing the best he could with what he had. At the end of the day, a team is only as good as its management, and that's where this experience really fell short. If a guest is questioning a policy, food is being sent back, and there's clearly frustration at the table, that's when a manager should step in. Woody, the manager, never once came over. I have no problem paying gratuity and absolutely believe in taking care of service staff. My issue was the lack of logic behind how it was being applied, the mediocre dining experience, and most importantly, the complete lack of management presence. On game days, wings are 10 for $10 and they were especially plump and on the large side in terms of wing size. Ribs and sliders were not bad, coleslaw lacked flavor and was really dry. I normally love GPT (garlic parmesan truffle) fries but thought these had an odd taste. Good selection of games to play, although very loud inside so not a good place if you want to hear each other talking. They seemed to be understaffed at the front desk and in the arcade area. This year I refused to cook Thanksgiving dinner. I just wanted to relax and let someone else do the cooking for a change. Since we really don't have any close family or friends nearby, our only option was to find somewhere local to eat. We called several restaurants in the Valley, and were happy to hear that this Dave & Busters location was open Thanksgiving Day (no reservations needed). Our party of 5 were greeted and seated right away. Besides us, there were a few other diners in the restaurant at the time, so service was pretty fast. Our server was upbeat and very welcoming. She took our orders and also offered some menu suggestions. She knew the menu very well which was a plus. Our food arrived hot and fresh. Everything tasted great. Not exactly a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. But it worked out and everyone was satisfied. We were all very surprised when the Manager came over to our table and thanked us for coming in on Thanksgiving. It was very genuine and made us all feel good. He handed me a couple of business cards for BOGO Free Play in the arcade which was a nice surprise. After dinner, we enjoyed playing games in the arcade; such a great way to end or unusual Thanksgiving holiday, but worth every second. Overall, our server was excellent. She was attentive, welcoming and kept our drinks full. Our booth was clean and comfortable. The arcade games were fun and had a nice variety to keep us all entertained. The games are fun, their prizes are really cool, there's something to do for a kid at any age from 4 and up. On the other hand, the noise, the acoustics and the prices ‍. We had my daughter's wedding reception here and it wasn't good. So the pros: The staff was attentive and on the ball. The bad: The food was bad, bordering on inedible. We paid about $45/person and they served room temperature overcooked hard dry chicken nuggets, pigs in a blanket and wilted salad. We were really embarrassed for our guests who all left hungry. Been coming here almost weekly for years now, nice little past time. You can really get a lot of entertainment and improve skills if you know how to figure out how to win the games and which games provide the best ticket value for the credits needed to play. Rashad has been here when we visit and he has been always friendly and helpful to us when a machine malfunctions. I honestly don't know how he keeps up with all the demand here especially it get so busy. I see the staff wiping down equipment and tidying up all the time. The bathrooms are well maintained and overall it is a very lighthearted ambiance here. As for food it's great if you're wanting a snack to fuel you or a few drinks for liquid courage to take on some new challenges. Some of our favorites are the angry birds and Star Trek coin pushers. As well as the carnival like simulators that involve throwing rings onto bottles. Looking forward to accumulating tickets here in the near future. read more

Came here on a very busy Garcia vs Haney fight night and our server Savanna was amazing! The place was packed but she was attentive, so friendly, and always made sure we were good. I hadn't been here in a long time so the menu and everything was new to me. Savanna recommended some items and they were all really good: 1. Chili Green Beans - what a surprise! So tasty, nice heat and flavor with the chili oil and peanuts. Beans were crisp - loved it. 2. Cauliflower - healthy side dish and I put it in the green bean chili sauce too! Was good! 3. Brussel Sprouts - more veggies! Had to try them! Overall pretty good - nothing they blew me away but solid. 4. Hawaiian Crispy Chicken Sandwich - I'm not an aioli person so I can't say if that was good or not, but the chicken itself was good! I love the other glaze sauce that comes with it. 5. Had a Saturday day date with my love. It was not busy, which was great. We were able to beat the Halo game while we were here today, so that's pretty cool! I got to beat him in care racing so that's always great, but he beat me on the motorcycle's so that's that. All the games seemed to be working. Bathroom was semi clean. While the food was good, the service was horrible! Waiter was more worried about the basketball game on the tv than he was about taking our order! We had another large get-together last night for our flag football team. So I used the app to get a free appetizer- we got the Nachos, now with white queso cheese, mmm, and some corn sprinkled in. And used the app to get 50 credits on our card. Yes, this is a good app. Tip: Get the app! User-friendly too. We put some tables together. We had six tables to make 3 large tables. We couldn't get separate checks. I felt bad for the server so I gave him a cupcake. And hubby gave him his last remaining cash. We had a really large group. A lot of stimulation- a lot of TV's are on, but there is something for everyone. Sports- every sport here, the news, etc. And it is loud. But the games are fun. It is a lot of fun to see our group's kids have fun. We were keeping an eye on them and taking pictures too. A lot of variety. Many interests. Our son got a neat prize at the store: a freezable cup. But saved the rest of the credits. The staff was really friendly. Sorry to our server but hope your night got better. read more

It was my first time here & I was disappointed... I came around 12 to celebrate my daughter birthday. If I would have known they wore going to charge a gratuity for 8 people including kids . I would have told em to get their own table . They told me I didn't need a reservation for under 10 guests & that's why we all sat together. The food was salty & I ate it since I was already waiting 30min for my food . The service was slow it wasn't that busy if anything was steady some of the games took ur points n didn't even give you chance to play . Also some games wore not working right .
