Angelina was amazing , very friendly and a great customer service she made me and the girls feel very welcome and gave us a lot of laughs ! The food was great and having a server like her, made it better .

Loved visiting this chilis and loved being served by Angelina even more!! Got the triple dippers with my big group and a few smokehouse combos and everything was delish. Honestly felt so taken care of by Angelina, she was so attentive and sweet. I really don't think I've had a waitress that kind and caring in a long time! If you get a chance to get her as your waitress, considr yourself lucky!

Appetizers were great as always, the sliders were a little dry but you can always swap them for another item. This time around I ordered wings and unfortunately, When I got my wings they were somewhat cold. so I was like ok" no big deal" but then I bit into my wing it was semi hard. No wing that I've had has been Hard skin. Which made me think they either over cooked them a little and then had them sitting there until our other plate was ready or they cook wings in advance and when they get an order they just add the sauce. I could be wrong, idk how they cook their wings. But they were in fact cold and hard.

This was a great experience, we were in the mood for chips salsa and fajitas. Normally they are just too salty so we asked our server to reduce to salt and she made it happen. It was still seasoned but much less salty than usual. The drink refills kept coming and the sides were great. I really thought the fajitas for two was a great deal and value. The steak shrimp and chicken were all so well cooked and not dry at all. The tortillas were soft and fluffy. Also we tried the peanut butter pie made with Reese's and that was a nice sweet end to the meal. Inside was clean, seated quickly, and even bathrooms tidy too

Came to Chili's recently and had a pretty solid experience. I ordered the Cajun pasta and it was really good, flavorful, creamy, and a nice portion size. My brother went with the chicken fajitas and added shrimp, and his plate came out sizzling hot and fresh. He really enjoyed it too. What really stood out was the service. Our waitress was super nice and very attentive the whole time, making sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. Overall, the food was tasty, the service was great, and we left satisfied. Definitely a good spot if you're craving some classic Chili's favorites

I am 100% sure I got food poisoning from this place. I think it was the chicken wings very unsanitary overall. Be very careful.

He spent a lot of time explaining the menu and answering questions. He never seemed to be in a rush and was on top of it. There were others constantly filling water, removing plates, etc. The service alone was impeccable. We loved the mushroom fries. The basil aioli it came with was fantastic. We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were more like a salad, fresh with lemon and pistachio. The creamy garlic mashed potatoes were also fantastic. My wife and I both tried the Spencer cut steak. It was grilled to perfection. Great char and came out the way I ordered it. Juicy and not fatty, an excellent cut. I really enjoyed the sorbet as well. I was so full, but it was a welcomed, refreshing conclusion to our meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was classy. The food and service amazing. Can't wait to return here when in town next. Thank you Marcos and team!

My husband had dined at the Henderson location a couple of years ago and had such an amazing…read moreexperience, he wanted to go to the Trivoli location for our anniversary dinner. The first floor of the restaurant was very cool! You could see the cuts of meat in the refrigerators and there is also a bar on the left of the entrance. There was a beautiful chandelier by the staircase as well. The upstairs dining area was very plain however. Bare walls, industrial type of standard light fixtures. The server recommended the skirt steak which we ordered MR. Also ordered the ribeye, portobello mushrooms fries and the steak tartare to start. I've never seen a steak tartare come out brown as it shows in the photo. I was so hungry, so I tried some, assuming the kitchen wouldn't send out bad raw meat. It tasted ok but the more I kept eating the weirder I felt about the color. We asked the manager if this was a common occurrence as my experience with steak tartare had never been this way. She said that it shouldn't come out brown and said she'd take it off the menu. She then later came back to explain that the lime juice that's in the marinade oxidizes the raw beef so that's why it's brown... which is an acceptable answer I suppose? It just felt weird bc I couldn't find any photos of browned steak tartare on google when looking up the restaurant menu. The steaks we ordered MR came out. The ribeye was cooked decently but the skirt steak was more on the rare side so we had to send it back for an oven heat up for 1 more minute. I enjoyed the skirt steak but it was too sweet to enjoy the whole thing. Cooking it in the oven for another minute made it even sweeter. It tasted like over sweetened Korean galbi in steak form. I'd say the portobello fries was my favorite dish and decided to take the rest to go to pick at in the hotel. After dinner we were given the dessert menu which didn't really call out to me, but since we told the server it was our anniversary, they gave us complimentary sorbet which was very nice. I liked the sorbet quite a lot but I was pretty full so didn't get to enjoy much of it. The gesture was kind though. At the end, the steak tartare was not taken off our receipt so we had to ask for that to be taken off since the manager told us she'd do that. The server gladly obliged. I want to say, that there was a female employee - maybe a busser, who worked really hard to be attentive with our waters and clearing our plates. I wish I got her name! I believe she was Latina with a ponytail if that helps at all working Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend at 6PM. All in all, the experience was not as great as my husband's first time at the Henderson location - he said the cuts were so much bigger before and the ambience of the Henderson location was more fine dining-esque. But the economy is tough lately so I figured the quality could've easily gone down. Because the price points were very reasonable, I thought it was up to par with what we paid. Probably won't go back unfortunately but it was great to try it out. The plaza it is in is called Trivoli(?) and I thought it was a cute spot with a lot of shops. Although everything was closed by 8, we walked around to digest a little and enjoyed the evening.

The ambiance at night is nice and dimly lit. Great menu and nicely priced. There's currently a 3 course special that comes with a salad, salmon, tiramisu, and bottomless wine for $60! It's definitely worth it. The goat cheese spread tasted great with the salad. The salad also comes as a big portion. The salmon was huge and perfectly moist. I got the foie gras on French toast. It had the perfect amount of salty and tart sweet flavor with the blackberry-cherry sauce. It comes as an appetizer, but because it's so good, I don't recommend sharing since the portion is so small. I got the spicy seafood pasta, and it was amazing! It had the perfect amount of spice and it comes with a hefty amount of seafood along with a whole big lobster tail! The shrimps that it came with were also huge and there were plenty of calamari and octopus with the pasta. This dish was such a great deal with the portion and the amount of seafood it came with. My only complaint is that they can lighten the amount of fresh basil they put in. I highly recommend! Last, we got the creme brulee, which comes with orange biscotti. It's a shareable portion, and perfectly sweet. Our server Zoe was also amazing! She was super friendly and answered all the questions we had with the menu. We had reservations for 8:15, upon entering your establishment at 8pm, we saw your greeter. I'm going to call her Becky since she acted like one. My husband mentioned to Becky we had 8:15 reservations. Her reply was in a screaming voice, i can't sit you for another 15 mins. Clearly she lives in all white neighborhoods and goes to a all white school and doesn't encounter much color people in her day. Her frown showed it. She was quick to brush us off. We then come back at 8:15, and Brian was assigned to clear the table. He took one look at us and took his time clearing the table, he actually had to be reminded to do so a few times. He didn't come back to ask us for anything, but he made it his business to ask the couple next to us 4-5 times if everything was ok. Brian is overweight, sloppy w a very unkept appearance, bulging belly, visually assaulting. It was repulsive to have to look at him, less alone deal w his ill behavior. He was very dismissive as well as the front desk Becky. Brian puts butter on the table and my friend ask for bread. Brian was short and snippy and said you can order bread from the menu. Not a problem Brian, but the way you said that could have been said w finesse. The couple to our left was pretty much done but Brian couldn't help kiss their ass n ask if they needed anything- meanwhile we needed drinks, our order taken, but this was happening when Brian felt like giving us the attention - Bailey another waiter there was super sweet, smiled, very attentive, and he was just dropping off our plates. I wouldn't come back here just because i didn't like the way your 2 staff members treat Latinos - they seem to be use to dealing only with their "white people" and feel comfortable serving only white people. Being from NYC and experiencing every type of people known on this earth, it sucks to come to Summerlin vegas to experience basic uncomfortable who can't put their own differences aside.
