Alex excellent service he went above and beyond the call of duty. The ambiance is amazing and the menu is very well crafted for all! I am highly recommending this establishment for anyone visiting Red Rock Casino. This is the best spot for locals and visitors. Order the "Cold Seafood Combo~$28.99 great price.

Living in the Southwest Valley, Red Rock is a staple, and the Oyster Bar stands out for its quality food and excellent dining experience. There's almost always a wait during peak hours due to the limited counter seating, but the line moves quickly depending on your group size (the longest I've waited is about 30 minutes). The atmosphere is lively and a bit noisy--expected for a spot right off the casino floor--but the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. One of their standout dishes is the Pan Roast, which typically comes with rice, though you can substitute linguine for a small upcharge to turn it into a hearty pasta. The rich, creamy tomato base is packed with generous portions of fresh seafood and sausage. They also feature weekly specials that draw big crowds, especially Thursday's Lobster Rolls.

Sizeable menu with attentive and friendly staff! I sat down at one of the bar seats and was greeted pretty quickly. I was there on a Monday so I went for the half price house oysters and got a bowl of clam chowder. My personal favorite are the Kumamoto oysters but they didn't have them here. The house oysters were quite large in size but they didn't taste like what I expected of raw oysters. They didn't taste like anything, just texture. The mouth feel and texture was fine. Something about the taste was missing for me. I liked their clam chowder. The bowl was a sizeable portion and I loved how thick the chowder was. It was a quick in and out meal for $28. Not bad.

I've been to the other Oyster Bar locations located at Station Casinos. This location is ok. Service was good but, the person cooking in the front needs to be more pleasant or at least smile at the patrons. She had a sour face. We ordered the Red Rock Pan Roast with extra rice. The pan roast tasted really good. I enjoyed the sausage and shrimp along with the other items in the dish. My friends enjoyed the oysters but said it was a bit big. Great spot for a quick bite.

So for their Thursday special, I opted to try their Lobster Roll special. I have tried the traditional oyster bar at Palace Station and thought there would be hours upon hours wait, but we walked right in and got seated at 5:30 pm. No line and it wasn't really busy. We ordered the two different lobster rolls since you cannot mix and match. The warm maine lobster was on a toasted roll and had such great flavor. The lobster was nice and had like bite. The chunks of lobster are evident. The cold mixed lobster was quite the opposite. It was hard to find the lobster bits as it had more of a salad/mayo mix. It was okay, but opted to not finish it. We still ordered the Cesar Salad which is always done well And... Pan Roast, due to the non busy nature, everything came out so fast that I didn't have time to finish a single plate before the next one was up. Not a terrible thing to have though. Overall it was good, but I feel like the portion sizes are a bit smaller for almost the same price. I still like the Palace Station better This one is definitely more "high" class ambiance with the white and royal blue color scheme. It definitely fits the hotel

The food was better this time. It was very good for a cold night. The new bread rolls aren't good but the seafood is fresh and sauce was good. Service was good.

If these pictures don't scream, "Go to the Oyster Bar", then please zoom in! This particular location was the best experience of all of the Oysters Bars I've ever had. An amazing staff person was hilarious and gave great customer service. He was a former performer on the strip, which I think helped with how attentive he was. He also was informative about the dishes, and he answered all of our questions. I usually get the pan roast with shrimp and crab, but having these lobster rolls on this bread was definitely the better choice and I will always get. The bread was soft, buttery and flavorful just by itself. The lobster was perfectly seasoned and the sauce coupled with it was seasoned well and added great taste. I had to keep reminding myself that I was in public and not to lick my fingers. The 2nd dish I can't quite remember the name of- it was crab in the shell with some sort of mayo sauce. It was good, but kind of saucey which I'm not into but if you are, go for it because the dish was still delicious. As far as the ambience... The Red Rock is just naturally classy and the Oyster Bar is along the lines of the same decor. I didn't think I would like sitting at a bar-like area and eating, but it made it a great experience.

$10 lobster rolls is what brought us here. You get two small lobster rolls but they are very filling with great toasted bread. You a taste lots of butter which is never a bad thing. The shrimp cocktail was fresh and the shrimps were very good. And I'm not a big oyster fan but I did try a fried one with some spinach and cheese sauce and can't say it was bad. We didn't have to wait in line like our favorite oyster bar closer to the strip so all in all it was an enjoyable evening. Next we have to try their pan roasts to see if they're any good.

This is a good place to visit if you were craving seafood during your stay at Red Rock. I have seen times where this place can get busy, but I rarely see it too full. I've had this place before for their pan roast, which at the time was somewhat decent. But my current review is more leaning towards the specials as it was pretty surprising to me. We came here on a Tuesday and ate the oysters which were $1 a piece. They were really good and tasted fresh. Also looking at the other specials would be the main reason why I'd be coming here throughout the weekend. The real surprise was when I asked them about their specials. Which ended up being two lobster rolls for $18. The lobster rolls were really good and really fresh. I'm not sure if the secret menu changes every day but I was pretty surprised by this. Being that we came here on a weekday, the place was pretty quiet. There were probably only 2-3 staff members there and we were the only customers. Based on just the specials alone, I would highly suggest giving this place a try.

Please go Hungry because you will leave super full. We went early and was able to be seated within 10 minutes After that the line was very long. This small bar is a must try. The food is amazing, full of flavor and fresh made right in front of your eyes. The service is equally great the fun. The cooks have fun conversations while making you your dinner. It's comfort food within a busy casino that doesn't disappoint.

Oyster Bar was mmm mmm good! We started with the crab cakes and shrimp Caesar salad, the salad was especially delicious (and it's surprisingly hard to find a really good Caesar). For our mains, I had the combination pot roast and my boyfriend had the jambalaya. Everything was seasoned to perfection, and the service was great. The Bloody Mary was also a standout. Definitely recommend, a true Vegas staple. We usually go to the Durango or Red Rock locations; the Red Rock one tends to be a bit less busy.

Oyster bar at the red rock casino... we meet again but this time with more mouths to feed. With a party of 6 we were offered to sit at a table inside the naxos restaurant. Obviously we ordered the whole menu. Sadly the only picture taken was the 3 dozen oysters we quickly devoured. Service was superb and good was phenomenal. Otw now...

Inside Red Rock Casino busy dinner ambience. Overall, very tasty dishes and customer service. Dinner time is busy busy with limited seatings. Luckily, the chef was not being cheap this time with the seafood.

Thursday $10 lobster roll special. You're welcome :)

One thing you can count on, they're open, the energy is there, and they're ready to serve. The music was bumping without being overwhelming, and it wasn't too packed, which made the whole experience even better. The decor has always been a standout, super intentional with just the right amount of razzle dazzle. It feels elevated but still fun. Service was great, per usual. I really appreciate how they run things with a minimal but efficient team, it never feels chaotic, just smooth and well managed. Food wise, I'd give it about a 3.5/5. The highlights were definitely the kale salad and the Alaskan snow crab roll with soy paper, both were super fresh and flavorful. The surf and turf roll was solid too. On the downside, the firecracker shrimp and miso cod didn't hit. The cod actually came out burnt (like noticeably black on half of it), which was surprising, but the server handled it perfectly, took it back right away, and comped it. That level of service definitely stood out. Overall, it's still a great go to for late nights or even a lunch with a good bar scene, solid food, and consistently great service.

At this…read morepoint, it's becoming one of those places where you walk in already excited because you know the experience is going to be memorable. Recently, my girlfriends and I went for dinner, and they are now fans. From the second we arrived, our server Amanda greeted us with so much warmth, excitement, and genuine energy that it felt like we had known her forever. You know when someone instantly makes you feel welcomed? That was Amanda. She made the evening feel fun right from the start. We had a special ask that wasn't on the menu: raw oysters (because honestly, who doesn't love oysters?). Instead of saying no or brushing it off, Amanda went to the kitchen to see what she could do -- and not only did she make it happen, but Chef Gina actually came out herself to greet us and present them. Such a small gesture, but it made us feel incredibly cared for and immediately set the tone for the evening. We started with the Caesar salad and the fritto misto. I'll be honest: the Caesar fell a little flat for us. It needed more tang and a generous hit of fresh cracked pepper to really wake it up. But the fritto misto? PERFECT. Light, crispy, fresh, and perfectly cooked with that delicate crunch you want from fried seafood. I happily ate mine without sauce because it honestly didn't need anything extra. For mains, I ordered the crab and goat cheese raviolini and WOW. The butter sauce alone made me wish I had bread to soak up every last drop. The balance between the sweetness of the crab and the tanginess of the goat cheese was spot on, and the harissa with cilantro added the perfect little bite of brightness. One girlfriend ordered the rigatoni bolognese and described it as flavorful, rich, yet somehow still bright. Another had the Stracci, and while we expected the braised beef cheek to be the standout, for her it was actually the mushrooms that stole the show. I stuck with sparkling water, but my girlfriends enjoyed a dirty martini and the house prosecco, both of which they loved and said felt perfectly balanced. Since it was my girlfriend's birthday, the restaurant surprised us with three different ice creams instead of us ordering dessert: pistachio (easily the favorite), strawberry sherbet, and a vanilla chocolate chunk flavor with a much fancier Italian name I sadly cannot remember. And just when we thought dinner was over, Amanda and Chef Gina returned to share a little lesson about amaro and how it helps aid digestion after a meal. I don't drink, so my girlfriends took one for the team -- taste-wise, it wasn't exactly a hit, but the experience absolutely was. What stood out most wasn't just the food, though there was plenty to love. It was the feeling. Amanda and Chef Gina made us feel seen, welcomed, celebrated, and genuinely cared for. Great food matters, but hospitality like that is what makes a place unforgettable. We will absolutely be back.

I would love to have the option to have gluten free pasta available when I come back but it was still a great spot otherwise!
