We started our day early and found ourselves at Fontainebleau so we sought out breakfast and ended up here. We got there around 9am on a Friday and there was just a little wait to be seated. The crowd got bigger by the time we left. It is nicely decorated inside with an upscale vibe. We opted for a mixed berry smoothie, espresso martini, banana bread French toast, and eggs Benedict. The smoothie was refreshing and the martini was nice and strong. I was a bit disappointed in the Benedict with its meager Canadian bacon portion, but the egg was poached nicely and hollandaise sauce perfectly smooth. The hasbrown medallion served with it was so good. But, the star of the show was the banana bread French toast. It was divine. The bacon walnut crumble provided a sweet and savory balance with the cream and caramel anglaise. The banana bread was moist and flavorful. Wonderful dish! Overall we enjoyed our meal at Vida. The staff were all friendly and welcoming especially our server. He was attentive and pleasant throughout our meal. Like everything at the Fountain Bleau - Vida is bright and crisp, including the food and service! Huge bar wonderful selection in quick service from the bartenders who know their menu inside and out! Recently stayed at the Fontainebleau and visited Vida twice as our stay included credits toward this restaurant. On my first visit we were promptly seated and introduced to our lovely waitress. I ordered the teriyaki salmon bowl and it was actually a good sized piece of salmon. I opted for extra rice instead of edamame and enjoyed the pickled radish. The main thing the dish lacked was salt, so that was an easy fix. I do wish it was a little more saucy. My two friends had the American breakfast and really enjoyed it. On the second visit I had the chicken Milanese with a Caesar salad. Again the chicken was lacking salt. I liked the salad but wished it was completely separated from the chicken because the heat of the chicken made it kind of gross. I had one of their fresh squeezed juices and it was really refreshing! My friends had the smashed burgers. They said it was good even though one of them didn't like the fries. It's a spacious restaurant where you can actually talk without yelling. Had breakfast at Vida this morning, I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict, my wife had traditional Eggs Benedict. My wife's Benedict was great. I wish I could say the same about the Smoked Salmon Benedict, which was not hot when it arrived, the eggs were cooked perfectly, but they were cold. The problem I see was not so much the prep, but the recipe itself. The eggs were served on toast which was topped with a layer of cold guacamole, and cold smoked salmon. It's not surprising the eggs cooled as soon as they met the cold salmon and guacamole. I asked to have mine returned to the kitchen, ten minutes I received a new plate, which was also cold. I wonder how many patrons have done the same as me and gotten the same results? To sum up my breakfast experience at Vida, my advice would be to remove this poorly designed item from your menu. read more

We came to Vida for breakfast during our trip. The avocado toast was extremely overpriced,it being $24 for one piece. However the avocado tasted fresh, but the toast underneath was soggy and a bit hard to chew. The Tango in the Tropics juice was my favorite part but I later discovered you can get that same juice upstairs at the promenade for cheaper by the bottle. The service was kind of slow towards the end when we were looking to get our check. However, I will say that the resturant itself is pretty and it is easy to get a reservation/table there if you are in a pinch. Overall, not bad for the convenience aspect of it being in the hotel. Next time if I need a quick casual breakfast I would look to try something else in the hotel. read more

I recommend parking off Elvis Presley otherwise the other parking garage you will walk across the entire casino . The service was phenomenal. We were constantly being checked on by Avi. The first time we tried to eat here in July 2024, we weren't served at all for 10-15 minutes. The table next to us at the time were sat, received drinks and food, all while we were not acknowledged. We got up, let the manager know about what happened and left. This year, also July, we decided to give it another try. The entire resort was seemingly packed and buzzing. So while it was supposed to only take a few minutes to be seated, we decided to sit at the bar and ended up dining there. Adrian with the Death Star Disney Pin keychain totally redeemed our experience. The food was delicious, albeit slow - which Adrian took note of and grabbed our food on his own without us having to ask. He was very helpful and there were other staff that helped serve us, as well. DONT EAT HERE. Let me tell you why. I went with the Just egg scramble. I asked specifically if there will bell peppers in there and was told no. SURPRISE they are in there. The dish does come with Fresco chilis which are good. So let's talk what in there. A. Some shoestring potatoes on the top (not noted in the menu). Said bell peppers. Zucchini which should not be allowed in any vegan scramble. The veggie medley I was told said onions (not there), tomatoes (not there). Instead the Z and red bell peppers. Oh and some green stuff at the bottom which is not mentioned on the menu. It's not avocado and is instead some weird concoction they should tell people. In case of something called allergies. The green thing? The Z puree. The Z is a cheap veggie. I switched out the toast for an everything bagel which they did. But the first appearance of a toasted bagel? Charred. As in blackened by the sun striking it with fervor. This place shows Vegas prices but seriously people you have working should really know the dish. I did learn that they do not allow substitutes for the dish they messed up on. So you fail to mention items, you lack items you say and the only thing I can change are the eggs. I have never heard of such awful service when the place messes up the order. The reason I asked about the bell peppers is that I'm allergic to them. They were adamant it wasn't bell peppers but fresco chilis. I know the difference, but fine. The Z that wasn't noted they said sorry, not our fault. What's the worst here is I will never eat here again. And as a bonus am I going to find the name of the CEO at this place and contact them. You bet. I was seated at a corner table that was not ideal, as people constantly walking by kept bumping into me. I had to repeatedly squeeze myself in so servers and other guests could pass without hitting me. I was also never offered water the only person who did was the manager. I've stayed at this resort three times in the last six months, and overall, the experience has been wonderful. The service is great -- seating for breakfast is quick, and staff are always polite and attentive. The ambiance throughout the resort is beautiful and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway. Giving it 3 stars because coffee was weak (watered-down) and worst of all, something in my mom's food was contaminated, leading to her having a terrible stomach ache and frequent bathroom trips the rest of the day.
