Caesar salad
Kelli H.

We were looking for something convenient in the hotel/casino and we stumbled upon Wally's, checked out the menu and were so glad we did! Atmosphere is nice and casual with great service! We got drinks and a charcuterie board to start and it was so good! Server helped us select a fabulous cheese too! We split a large Caesar salad and flatbread! The flatbread was so good that I brought the left all the way back to Georgia for my man to try! It was delicious! Highly recommend making a reservation, but we got lucky to walk right in!

Artichoke hummus

This was my first time staying at resorts world and got an offer to use my credits at Wallys and I am glad I did! This "wine bar" vibe is beautifully placed within the district. From the host to the servers, everyone was friendly and very welcoming. The food was great! The artichoke hummus was easily the highlight here! It had all the flavors and textures you would want in an appetizer! The pizzas were really good and satiating as well. One little warning, make sure to read the ingredients first of each one, I got one that was little too spicy for me but I still couldn't stop eating it! The only downside I could think of is the "nickel and diming". To get a martini you have to first order a base, Tito's here, which is $18. But then if you want it in a martini, it's an extra $5, and if you want blue cheese olives, an extra $3. I think this may be a little overkill but still didn't ruin our otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, I definitely do recommend Wally's if you are in the area!

Avocado Salmon Toast
Tri D.

Food was the absolute best, every ingredient in this toast is exceptional. When egg yolk breaks, the color demonstrates high quality organic egg and the salmon was fresh when combining with the fresh avocado as well. Had truffle fries too which is also recommended and the service was always tentative. Ambiance is relaxing in the morning and highly recommend if you aim for a healthy energetic breakfast.!

Many charcuterie choices to choose from

This bar/restaurant is one of the best kept secrets on the Strip. So many wine, cocktail and food options and super attentive staff like Ryan and Paul make it worth the trip. Best espresso martini ever!! Strong but not too sweet. Looking forward to the next visit. "Drink tour guide" was super helpful walking me through all the sections in Wally's Atmosphere is upscale casual, many options at many price points but staff very helpful with narrowing choices.

Great bar!

Not all restaurants change their menus over time, but Wally's definitely updates its food, cocktails, and wine offerings. We really like the ambience of Wally's, especially in their great bar area. We had lunch at Wally's a couple of times recently. Bartenders Ryan and Tommy provided excellent service on both occasions. They have some nice specialty cocktails and a large selection of wines. I had two different sandwiches, their Reuben and Wally's Hero. My wife liked the Prosciutto Caprese Sandwich so much that she had it on both visits. The corned beef on the Reuben was very lean and tasty. It didn't have as much sauerkraut as I like, but very few restaurant Reubens do. The Wally's Hero was good. In fact, it was much better than most Hero sandwiches that I have had. The bread on both sandwiches was fresh. The part of the Hero I couldn't finish heated up very nicely at home. My wife really liked the prosciutto and mozzarella of her sandwich, but the main thing she spoke about was the delicious beet ciabatta.

GRILLED OCTOPUS - Excellent !

We had a good experience dining at Wally's. Tried this during our stay at the Conrad - resorts world and we were pleasantly surprised. We tried Owen baked Brie Bread to begin with but found it way too sweet for our liking. Should have stuck to Burrata I guess ! We also got the Mezcal drink which was awesome and high quality ! Then came PAUL'S ENDIVE SALAD and the GRILLED OCTOPUS - Both were highlight reel items for the night. Excellent. The Endive salad is the most unique and interesting salad I've ever had. Great Crunch and flavors ! Grilled Octopus was awesome too and we loved it. We requested them to bring our Spicy Salami pizza without any Honey but they forgot about our request , nevertheless , with or without honey - pizza wasn't good. They were not busy and in spite of that service was lacking. Requested server for a diet coke and again she forgot about it and had to remind her 2nd time. Ambience is good and we prefer the outdoor set up with good views of resort world (Indoors are all high tops in a darker environment) Overall - A good experience with few misses !

Roasted garlic and cannelloni bean soup.
Norm K.

I saw on Facebook that there were 3 restaurants in Resorts World that were doing $45 3 course power lunches. Since I only have eaten at Resorts World once, I decided to try something different. Wally's had a menu that got my attention. I made a reservation for 12:15 and was seated on their patio. It was a great place to sit. Enjyoing the large globe change its messages and watching the tourists come and go was great fun! On to the meal. I ordered the roasted garlic and cannelloni bean soup for my first course. Very good start to the lunch. Next came the petiti steak frites. I had asked for it blue and it was super rare. Here's a chef not afraid to put out steak the way it's ordered than be afraid it might not be cooked enough. There were pieces of raosted garlic on the steak slices and a bit of steak sauce. There were small sides of ketchup for the fries and a small cup of béarnaise sauce. An excellet main course. The fries were too crispy, but I still enjoyed them. For dessert, I got the cheesemonger's choice. There were two slices of grilled bread, some fresh fruiit (blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries) along with two slices of gorgonzola cheese. It was a perfect ending to a very pleasant lunch. II'll be back for evening meal sometime in the future.

I have to admit I was not expecting such a delicious meal. Our oysters were so fresh and our Delmonico steak with truffles was like no other. Highly recommend Wally's! We sat out in the patio area and people watch. The service was great, very attentive server.

Whole roasted heritage chicken
Jessika D.

Had a reservation Friday night and this place exceeded my expectations. We started off with the spinach salad which I believe might be seasonal but I was blown away. All the flavors paired together so well. For our main dish we ordered the whole roasted heritage chicken which was insane. The skin on the chicken was so crispy and flavorful. The broccolini and the fingerling potatoes soaked up all the juices perfectly but the potatoes somehow stayed crisp. Food aside, the service was phenomenal. Huge shoutout to Paul for not only the great wine recommendations, but the great hospitality. Thank you for making the experience a memorable one!

Janette W.

Always a top notch experience here! Every single appetizer is good and the staff is so sweet!

Three eggs any style
Michael M.

This place is nice looking, a huge selection of champagne and wines. Probably the most I've seen in any restaurant. We stopped by here about 1030am ish for breakfast so it was still kind of slow, not a big crowd yet. I'm sure this place attracts a lot of people later in the day with their selection of wines. The staff was nice, very tentative to our needs. For the food and prices. In my opinion the 3 eggs any style breakfast needs to be revisited. It's $24.00 with thick bacon .. The thick bacon alone is $16 the thin bacon is $9 (on the side). My wife ordered hers plate with thin bacon and we still paid $24 for her plate alone. I ordered my platter with the thick bacon , and it is really thick bacon. The waitress did warn me, I decided to try it but I didn't like it. The fruit platter was $17 dollars. IMO pricey but the fruit was good. I think next time in town, I'd try a different restaurant for breakfast, but may swing back by here any time in the evening to try their selection of wines. Thanks

Melissa C.

I've been here a few times to check out the charcuterie fixins, other snacks and to purchase some beverages with dining/retail credit. The store has a lot of wine and other liquor available for purchase. The selection can be overwhelming actually. Staff always asked if I needed assistance, and they were helpful. The restaurant/bar portion has always been busy when I've been there. I purchased both liquor and wine, and the prices for my purchases were pretty reasonable compared to retail prices (yes, I looked them up). The bar/restaurant seems very nice and I'd return to check them out next time.

Mary Renee C.

I was lucky enough to join a lovely business and their team here for a lunch and I was so spoiled. Caviar, a customizable charcuterie boards and spreads and the crispest Chardonnay. I don't think you can go wrong with any choices on the menu but the whole experience and service allows for you to ask questions, learn new flavors and love your best life. What an experience and way to sample Las Vegas luxury in a beautiful experience that is Resorts World.

Ask the Community - Wally's

Does the restaurant allow to charge the bill to your room?

They should, yes!

Any recommendations for vegan options?

Can you bring your own wine and pay corkage?

Honestly, no idea but I haven't seen that in Vegas anywhere else. We just ordered wine off the menu... it was good and prices were fine.

Do they have a nice selection of wines by the glass under $20 per glass? Does any one have a photo of the wines by the glass? I'm trying to take my cousin who is turning 21 to a place to try wine. Thank you in advance!

I think there was only 1 or 2 at the most under $20. The one I ordered was $17.

Any vegan options?

I would say no if you you want the full experience. You could probably find an item or so but it's not what they're known for.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual!

Is this the same as the Wally's in LA?

Yes

Do you take reservations?

No only walk ins

Do you serve brunch?

Yes they do

Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the different cuts of meat. He did give us a lot of information at the beginning, but I did end up ordering one of the specials he described! This was a girlfriend catch-up dinner -- and we had plenty of time to chat. My friend and I discovered we both love Chicken Liver Pate and split the appetizer ($18). She selected the Hanger Steak -- sauce on side, substitute for Mashed Potatoes ($39). I opted for the special, a 6 oz Filet Minion topped with 2 Shrimp Scampi sitting atop a bed of Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes ($63). I will come back here again in a second. I'm sad I didn't have room for dessert, because I'm sure it would've been great.

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

It's located in the MGM signature area and is really well done on the inside. It's very large and has a very red theme throughout and has a bit of a modern lie to it. We sat at the chef's counter and were able to watch this kitchen make the food during the entire meal, which was really awesome to see. I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. Haha Ordered the Beef Wellington. Watch it on insta and you see influencers getting the whole thing on the plate and getting to cut it up and pour the gravy over it and do as they like. We just got two pre-sliced pieces and with gravy on it (and would have liked a bit more). Everything did taste fantastic, there wasn't anything wrong per se, but it just wasn't the amazing experience I would expect for the money.

After a day of hiking in Red Rock Canyon, we decided to see a show at the Bellagio and need to have…read moredinner first. It was 4pm, so we need a reservation for 7pm, I found on place with a 7pm reservation and booked it... that was Le Cirque. I did not know one thing about this restaurant. I only have to say... what a discovery. We walked in from the ringing noise of the casino to a beautiful quiet oasis. Greeted by a hostesses as if we had been there every weekend for 50 years, and the service got even better from there. The decor is quite nice, with the perfect use of texture to limit any floating conversation. I could actually have a conversation with my wife in my 'inside' voice. The wine list is great, we had a nice rose and burgundy, reminisent of our honeymoon in France. We selected the 4 course dinner. I am a vegetarian, and am use to limited selections at fine restaurants, however, the 4 course meal was one great dish after another. My wife loved every one of her dishes as well, and speaking of dishes, the china with the Curious George was so special since we both hold that little ape close to our hearts. If you're looking for the most memorable dining experience in Vegas, look no further.

This was a return visit and I'm happy to report it was just as amazing as the first time!…read more The food was 20/10, service was 50/10, and the ambiance was so beautiful and relaxing! They were also very kind to switch out a course that was a repeat in the previous tasting menu I had! Every dish is just a work of art with a taste to match. I can't wait to go back again!
