Beautiful setting right next to the Ka Theater, albeit felt out of place in the MGM Grand. We did the express menu since we knew we would be pretty stuffed from the overall trip. It was plenty of food, especially if you factor in the bread cart and petit four cart. Service was thoughtful, but unfortunately at one point through the service, our orders kept getting mixed up (as well as them thinking it was my birthday instead of my husband's even though he already had the personalized card.) Considering the price point and reputation, this felt like a bad oversight or miscommunication. I added the caviar imperial supplement but was disappointed by the presentation - it looked lazy compared to the previous iterations. It was fine, very rich with the egg yolk and crème fraiche. I wouldn't order again for the extra $100. The food was fine, but I wasn't blown away by preparation, seasonality, or creativity. The citron dessert was probably the most creative in flavor (but very strong floral due to the jasmine). We were also given two slices of ice cream cake for my husband's birthday, which was a nice touch. It was refreshing with the coconut and berry sorbet. On our visit, it looked like about half the men were wearing jackets while everyone else had collared shirts. My husband was debating packing his jacket since this would be the only meal, but he would've been fine without it.

A dining experience like no other!!! My friend and I came for our holiday dinner date tradition and Joel Robuchon completely amazed us with an exquisite dining experience! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like special guests and the intimate restaurant was so elegant in every way! What stood out from the night: EVERYTHING!!!! Being the bread head that I am, of course the bread cart was what I was so thrilled about and it lived up to the hype!!! There were all sorts of breads and our first plate of bread was warmed up! Yummmm!!! Service was spectacular and each course was so intriguing to the palate and such a neat dining experience!! Not sure if any other dining experience could top this! I am still thinking about the wagyu steak and the dessert cart, filled with bite size morsels of goodness! They had passionfruit caramel that night; wish I could buy a bag of it!! Come here for a decadent meal and dining experience you won't forget!! :)

I got to return for another visit and it did not disappoint. For my birthday this year, I went on a little "eating trip" and went to multiple restaurants during my week in Vegas. Joel Robuchon was a phenomenal way to end the trip. The food was amazing, even though my lamb was a bit dry and tough for most of the piece. I think I know how it should have tasted because once bite of it was juicy and delicious. The service was out of this world as usual. David and Mladen made the whole experience even better! They chatted about the history of the restaurant, the food, the techniques, how the restaurant is run, and about Chef Robuchon. I was very interested in listening to all their anecdotes, and they were very gracious to answer whatever questions I had. I also had the pleasure of meeting both Chefs, and they were so welcoming and kind! I hate that I had an absolute brain freeze and couldn't ask them some questions I always wondered about in a fine dining kitchen! The restaurant is still so beautiful decorated and the colors are just so pleasing to the eye. I look forward to coming back again.

It's been a about a month since I ate here but I wanted to get my thoughts together before reviewing. I went here as a bit of a bucket list type meal, so went all in with 12 courses and a wine pairing. This was a lot of food and to my regret I just couldn't finish everything. I don't know much about wine, but they weren't really my taste and that's probably just a me issue. The wine people next to me were raving so.... The bread and butter service was heaven. My absolute favorite dishes were the sunchoke and scallop. I highlighted my other favorites. I think the top half of the menu was very strong for me. The dishes were light and balanced. The lower half of the menu was a bit of a miss. The sauces on the cod and venison were too overpowering. Dessert wise I could have eaten 12 of these praline poppy things. I would definitely return. I would likely do a smaller tasting menu where I could select 5-6 dishes and eat more bread and dessert.

There are so many other places on the Vegas strip that won't rip you off. I'm all for splurging on a delicious meal but this was far from that. For their 20th anniversary, Jöel Robuchon served a 16 course meal. However, if it's your birthday they don't give a f^*k. There is no candle or cake. Nothing. It was welcome to our restaurant to celebrate for our 20th birthday. I went to this restaurant as a celebration. I left feeling stuffed but not satisfied. The food was mediocre at best. I love flavors and food. For this restaurant, the service was just as bad as the menu. The tomato dish tasted like it had been prepared the night before. It was not fresh. The servers recognized things were not going great and kept saying, "more bread?" The attire was business formal and as I walked in wearing my best birthday attire, I watched two tourists walk in with sneakers. What a shame! Why didn't they enforce their rules?! If I was dressed up, why weren't others? Why create rules if you don't enforce them? Why send a text message multiple times about the dress code and not enforce daytime attire when guests wear it? Two text messages before a meal as a reminder is excessive. Especially if the employees don't enforce it. This restaurant may have received Michelin Stars in 2009 but it's not rated anymore. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not what it must have been years ago when the original chef was at the helm.

Degustation Menu, December 2025

To dine at Joel Robuchon's eponymous restaurant, at the MGM Grand, has been on my bucket list for a very long time. During this Las Vegas visit, all the ducks lined up. I was able to secure a reservation at very short notice. My good Karma finally came through. Walking in, you are immediately immersed in an ultra fine dining environment with stunning and opulent decor. There was soft recorded piano music, optimally pitched, to accompany my rich and diverse Degustation menu ($525, before taxes, drinks and tips). This one meal, costing more than my 5-night stay, at the MGM Grand. The moment had finally arrived. It was time to treat myself for the holidays. The evening started with the bread cart (at least 14 different types of fresh bread made twice a day). I had the bacon, a cheese offering, one with saffron and a separate basil roll (I am always looking for something different) The accompanying olive oil was from Spain and the butter from Brittany, both delivered in style. There were 14 different courses, that arrived perfectly orchestrated, with artistic presentations. See my menu picture for the descriptions. It started out with the Joel Robuchon signature dish that has never changed, and is a fixture for the degustation, since the restaurant opened in 2005, the Le Caviar Imperial. It is an eye catching stunner. The rest followed: La Betterave, La Homard du Maine, La Pomme de Terre, La Saint Jaques, Le Topinambour, Le Foie Gras, Le Daikon, Le Black Cod, La Semoule de Ble Dur, Le Chevreuil d Ecosse, Le Pamplemousse, La Poire and finally the Cahiot de Mignandises. The latter, the finale was a desert cart of 40 different varieties, prepared by a Pastry team of 5 persons. I had the mango eclair, a tart with a single strawberry, the vertical coffee eclair, a chocolate pastry and another chocolate concoction. They were small bites, well designed and attractive, because by then you had to be full. And I was. The whole experience lasted a little over 3 hours, was well paced and delivered in high French hospitality. Worthy to note that the lobster was from Maine, the Venison from Scotland, the Lamb from Spain and the Cod from Alaska. While every dish topped the other with balance, a myriad of texture, flavors and a symphony of tastes, the meat dishes were exceptional. Vegetables are also freshly sourced, several from California. My evening ended by an escorted tour of the back Kitchen, to meet the Charismatic young Executive Chef, Elaeazar Villanueva, a 2025 James Beard finalist. In front of his kitchen (where everyone was hard at work), he was gracious to take time to eloquently explain the dedication and perfection his team of 20 plus indulge in to produce the master pieces that appear, with precision, in the dining room. Before leaving the restaurant, I was handed a gift of a pound cake, beautifully packaged, to take home. In that elegant bag, there was also a copy of the degustation station menu for that night, with my name at the top. What a lovely touch. In summary, I can say that If you look back at the memory searing and gastronomic tasting menus in your life, there will be just a handful. And there is optics. How do you distribute color, in fantastic food. For me, the experience at Joel Robuchon, was unforgettable and can easily be one of the pinnacles of my unique dining experiences. At all levels, in food selection, culinary prowess, gastronomic skill and tenacity, vivid presentations and expertise, coupled with cooking techniques, Joel Robuchon stands alone. It was truly mesmerizing, like going to the Opera. An evening of excellence to remember, for many years to come.

Tucked inside the loud casino of the MGM, once you enter the doors you're transported to a private, luxurious dining suite. You forget you're in a casino when you're surrounded by the smell of fresh flowers and hear beautiful music setting the scene for an elegant, well executed tasting menu. We were celebrating an anniversary and it happened to coincide with the restaurant's 20th anniversary. We enjoyed all 16 courses and left utterly stuffed. Try as you might, don't overdo the bread course although they are all so delicious it's hard not to! Be prepared to be delighted The servers are all so happy to help and even offer to take your picture at the end of the meal with a view of the beautiful chandelier. It's a pricey celebratory dinner.

Joel Robuchon was an amazing vegetarian experience for this birthday girl! We had a wonderful 13 course dinner and they pulled out all the stops with a special birthday dessert course to top it off. The highlight for me was the bread mobile. I was in heaven. Unlimited access to freshly baked breads, heated to the perfect temperature to be enjoyed with the best salted French butter or olive oil? Omg amazing. I could have eaten 13 courses just of bread. It was so special to get a behind the scenes tour before the meal was over and leave with a beautiful bakery item. The service was so professional yet warm and accommodating. The drink menu wasn't doing anything for me but the bar tender made me a creation of his own that was just perfect. It's definitely a splurge but I would recommend it to anyone with something to celebrate. Lean into the dress code and live it up. You'll have the best experience and an insanely delicious meal.

Walking through MGM on fighter night, arriving at this Michelin Rated restaurant you are transported to an atmosphere of luxury and decadence away from the commotion of a busy hotel/casino We were seated in an intimate corner and had impecable service and food/wine. You WILL pay but it will be well worth it. The 10 or so course tasting menu was one of the best meals we have ever had. The wine pairings were perfect. The dishes were full of complex flavors and innovative combinations. A true dining experience! Not every day dining but rather an elegant night to remember

My colleague and I decided to treat ourselves to an experience at Joël Robuchon while we were out in Vegas. I will admit that I'm not that familiar with fine dining, and the count of Michelin-starred restaurants I've been to is very low. Nevertheless, I wanted this experience - so we decided to book it and make our way over for some dinner. Joël Robuchon's namesake restaurant is located in the MGM Grand, just off the main casino floor. There are actually two of his restaurants right next to each other - the aforementioned one which is fine dining and L'Atelier which, while still upscale, is not as fancy. I received a text when my table was ready (right at my reservation time) and we were led to the main dining room. The restaurant is not large - there is one mid-sized dining room and an adjacent garden room which I think might have some outdoor/fresh air source? Don't quote me on that. The decor is a little over the top but tastefully done - dark purple banquettes paired with greens and greys - there's a chandelier in the center of the room and plants throughout the space. The full prix fixe menu is a twelve-course dinner; they offer a truncated version, but we decided to go all in and do the full monty. They also offered three levels of wine pairings in addition to being able to order wine a la carte. We decided to go for the mid-level offering which consisted of eight pairings. Each course was tasty and creative; as expected in a Michelin-starred restaurant, there was a lot of innovation with each dish. The wine pairings were great, and the staff was periodically strolling the dining room offering different breads from their cart. They had a large variety and I got to sample several - I love bread! For dessert they brought out another cart and we were able to choose from a variety of confections including bon bons, macarons, pastries, eclairs, and other sweets. Service was excellent - honestly some of the best (if not *the* best) service I've ever had in a restaurant. Overall, Joël Robuchon is really something special. When comparing what I got with what I paid, I think this was a little overpriced - if the bill was slightly less this would have been a 5-star experience. Regardless, though, I'm glad I experienced this and will remember it for a while.

What can be said about Joel Robuchon other than it is absolute perfection. The food, service and atmosphere are all the best you can get. We had the 10 course menu and while skeptical, my favorite course was the Rhubarb Celebrated Four Ways I have reviewed Joel Robuchon before and mentioned that the hostess was rude. That seems to not be the case now. If you get a chance to go to Joel Robuchon or LeCirque, you should as it is a dining experience

Joel Robuchon not only exceeded my expectations, but has also taken the reins on being my all-time favorite 3 Michelin star restaurant that I've dined at thus far, replacing French Laundry on the list. Everything from their diligent and pleasant service, to their perfected timing and pace of the courses, to the luxurious and succulent foods, were simply perfection. We arrived 15 minutes earlier than our reservation time but still got seated and attended to right away. The ambiance is intimate yet sophisticated, with a grand chandelier in the room as well as a cozy fireplace. Our server, Kit, was probably the best server we've ever experienced at a fine dining restaurant. Usually you'd think to expect this level of service at any Michelin star restaurant, but none have ever delivered to this caliber. Shoutout to him, the sommelier, and the rest of the staff that night! Now I'll be honest, when I first saw the menu, I immediately noticed that asparagus seemed to be the in-season ingredient, which I wasn't super excited about since I don't really like asparagus. But when I tell you that I was an absolute fan of every single dish and that they somehow made asparagus taste divine... even I am still in absolute awe of it. Additionally, I thought that the Westholme Australian Wagyu ribeye was going to my favorite entree of the night, but surprisingly, the black cod ended up being the standout as it was prepared with a Malabar pepper sauce that we had never tasted before, but was mouthwateringly delicious and unique. The bread cart was also one of the many highlights of the night, where you can choose any of the breads displayed on their cart, which then get warmed up to you. Usually I'm not really a bread person, but at Joel Robuchon, I was definitely a bread person! In fact, we went for a second round -- they even offered us a third round! Similarly, their dessert cart works the same way and each and every single one of the items were delectable. To end the night, they gave us a pretty generous loaf of lemon pound cake to take home. Joel Robuchon, you have my heart!

Cindy L.

I've been to three Michelin 3 star restaurants so far - French Laundry, Benu, and Joel Robuchon. This one is my favorite by far. To earn 3 Michelin stars, the food needs to be creative, but creative foods run the risk of not tasting very good. However, Joel Robuchon mastered the presentation and flavor. I had the full degustation menu which took three hours long. Top quality service and ambiance. I would come back again once their menu changes.

Does anyone know if the EXPRESS menu includes all the bread and dessert cart as of 2025?

Yes, bread and petit fours cart comes with all the menu options.

Upon booking a reservation online for March, it says that starting December 31st reservations will only be accepted from hotel guests and you must show your key. Is this really true? Even for locals?

Yes, when we ate at Joel, there were 2 tables with only one person so it should not be a problem at all.

Does this restaurant accept reservation for a 8 years old child?

I would not recommend this restaurant for children. You dine in courses and the food is not child friendly.

Dressy, it's very nice. I hate seeing people come in wearing nasty jeans.

I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. Restaurants that maintain this level of quality and service--even on a busy night--earn five stars.

I think the food is ok but I'd go elsewhere for a similar product. Portions are also on the smaller side for the price point. I did enjoy the complimentary and very fresh French bread and butter. That was my favorite part.

You can tell how much passion and precision goes into the tasting menu. The staff was as high quality as it gets. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, which elevated the entire experience. And the owner, Nicolas, is one of the kindest people you'll meet. He genuinely cares about his guests and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. For a tasting menu in Vegas, the value is amazing. The quality of the food, the creativity, and the level of hospitality you receive is hard to match anywhere else in the city. If you appreciate great food and a truly special dining experience, Partage is a must. You won't find better.

It was the single worst restaurant I've ever been too. Not even in the same universe as other restaurants at the same price point. Food was mediocre and was either bland or inedible. Wine pairings fell flat which makes sense considering the food. Service is cloying-- almost gauche-- and by the ninth course, completely overbearing. Restaurant build-out is cheap. Overall, the experience felt like it was produced by amateurs trying their best.

This place is closing so... I guess this review is completely irrelevant but here we go…read more It's a really pretty room. Very bright and fresh looking - almost the exact opposite of the current Vegas trend of "let's make it so dark it's actually dangerous". I love the tomatoes and lemons on the table. The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini.

Tucked inside the Aria, is probably my favorite brunch spot in Las Vegas and one of the best à la…read morecarte brunches I have had on the Strip. The place feels like a spacious Parisian café. We started with the fruit plate, served with a crème fraîche buckwheat honey that elevated something simple into something memorable. Then came the Croissant Benedict, which was excellent and generously hammy in the best way. But the real reason we keep coming back is the pastry basket. It arrives with four pieces, and two of them are genuinely special. The kouign-amann is buttery, deeply caramelized, and one of the best I have ever had anywhere. The canelé is everything it should be: a dark, lacquered crust giving way to a custardy interior perfumed with vanilla and rum. The other two, a chocolate croissant and a Nutella brioche, round it out nicely. Pricey? Yes. Worth every bite? Absolutely. We paid $90 for just those three plates without a drop of alcohol, and walked away with zero regrets.

Has about a four star rating overall and I think that's about right for the value overall. The food…read morewas very good, but not overwhelmingly so for a $300 for two people tab. Ambience was awesome. Server was nice, but I felt like it was more fake nice than warm/welcoming nice like at other places we have been... which I guess is more authentic Parisian than about anything! Haha Ordered the Beef Wellington. Watch it on insta and you see influencers getting the whole thing on the plate and getting to cut it up and pour the gravy over it and do as they like. We just got two pre-sliced pieces and with gravy on it (and would have liked a bit more). Everything did taste fantastic, there wasn't anything wrong per se, but it just wasn't the amazing experience I would expect for the money.

It was 4pm, so we need a reservation for 7pm, I found on place with a 7pm reservation and booked it... that was Le Cirque. I did not know one thing about this restaurant. I only have to say... what a discovery. We walked in from the ringing noise of the casino to a beautiful quiet oasis. Greeted by a hostesses as if we had been there every weekend for 50 years, and the service got even better from there. The decor is quite nice, with the perfect use of texture to limit any floating conversation. I could actually have a conversation with my wife in my 'inside' voice. The wine list is great, we had a nice rose and burgundy, reminisent of our honeymoon in France. We selected the 4 course dinner. I am a vegetarian, and am use to limited selections at fine restaurants, however, the 4 course meal was one great dish after another. My wife loved every one of her dishes as well, and speaking of dishes, the china with the Curious George was so special since we both hold that little ape close to our hearts.
