An Absolutely Perfect Experience! My wife and I recently dined at Le Cirque and chose the 4-Course Experience along with the classic wine pairing. To make the most of our visit, we ordered different items for each course so we could taste a bit of everything. Since there were three options for the main course, we even paid a supplement to order all three--and it was worth every penny! Every single dish was simply phenomenal. The meal started with an amuse-bouche that was incredibly delicious and perfectly set the tone for the night. The Hamachi Crudo was outstanding, and the Lobster Salad, Fresh Truffle Risotto, and their signature "Black Tie" scallop dish were all bursting with amazing flavors. For the main courses, having all three options was a true treat, and the meat was cooked to absolute perfection. A special shoutout to the classic wine pairing, which completely elevated the meal. We loved the thoughtful touch that the wine pairings were carefully tailored to match the specific dishes my wife and I had individually chosen, rather than just serving us the exact same pours. After making our reservation, we found out that Le Cirque will be closing its doors this August. It is incredibly sad and such a pity to see a historic, famous, and truly exceptional restaurant like this come to an end. Flawless food, perfectly curated wines, and impeccable service--we had an unforgettable evening. We sincerely wish a very bright future for all the wonderful staff members who made our night so special.

We had a phenomenal time at Le Cirque. The staff from front of house, waitstaff and Sommelier were on point. The cocktails, wine and food were beautifully plated and tasted even better! The dining room was so lovely and felt as if we were transported to another time and place. Merci for a memorable evening!

It is a Magical place to celebrate anything! I started to dine in LeCirque back in New York and dine there for 14 years in Las Vegas. Food is out of this world. Ambiance is a Fairytale and service is out of this world!

The restaurant is located inside Bellagio Hotel , overseas the fountain. Be ready to spend $300+ per person for dinner. Great experience with food! Love how the restaurant paired each the course with wine. A warm, intimate space where every detail whispers Parisian romance, from fresh flowers on each table, to the gentle glow of candlelight, just perfect for a romantic evening with loved one! The journey of eight courses, not only showcasing the elegance of French cuisine: light, intricate, and thoughtfully paced, but also with a harmonious blend of classic with each of the plates. This service is a very classic French bistro feel, I was hoping for a bit more stories with all the dishes and wines.

We had a wonderful time in a wonderful restaurant. We will miss it when it's gone. It's an end of an era. Please take care of the long time employees.

Le Cirque has a storied past that began in New York in 1974 when Sirio Maccioni first opened the restaurant. He and the restaurant became stars, attracting accolades and a celebrity clientele. The restaurant had a series of chefs who themselves went on to fame and glory, Daniel Boulud and Geoffrey Zakarian among them. Le Cirque went through 3 transformations/locations in New York. I recall dining at the second iteration, called Le Cirque 2000, in the New York Palace Hotel (now the Lotte New York Palace) in the late 1990's. Le Cirque Las Vegas opened in 1998 when Steve Wynn opened the Bellagio; it's one of 3 legacy restaurants that remain from that time. Jasmine and Prime Steakhouse are the other two. Both Le Cirque 2000 and the Vegas restaurant were designed by Adam Tihany in a whimsical circus-like theme. The Vegas dining room is like being in a circus tent, with playful monkeys all around. The Bellagio has a number of fancy restaurants and at least one other (Michael Mina) with a tasting menu. Le Cirque is iconic, classic French, with a four-course and eight-course tasting menu option. The maitre d' also mentioned a 3-course menu, and there were 3 a la carte selections. Since the 4-course menu had many options that had cost supplements, I opted for the 8-course menu, which had no supplements. I am having a dry January, so I passed on the wine pairing. The mocktail I had, Soleil Tropical, was fruit-forward and delish. It had an edible straw. Here's what the 8-course menu included: Bread service--3 types of bread Amuse bouche: a mini tarte flambee with onions 1) potato galette with smoked salmon and caviar 2) pan-roasted frog legs 3) Le Cirque "Black Tie"--scallop with black truffle and spinach. An OG dish 4) cured and steamed halibut 5) roasted duck with crispy rice and citrus 6) Wagyu filet mignon with potato puree 7) carrot cake pop 8) chocolate ball with vanilla ice cream enclosed within. The ball is melted with a chocolate sauce. A birdcage filled with 6 mignardises I found every dish delicious, with the frog legs, scallop and duck being my faves. Service of course was outstanding, friendly and attentive. The maitre d' was especially outgoing. He brought a copy of the Le Cirque cookbook for me to look at; the book also is a document of Le Cirque's history. He escorted me out and gave me (and most likely all diners) some exquisitely boxed chocolates. Overall a memorable and tasty dining experience. It's definitely on the pricey side; the 8-course menu is more expensive than the Chef's Tasting menu (also 8 courses) at 3 Michelin-starred Le Bernardin in New York! But Vegas is a city of indulgences, and this is one.

After a day of hiking in Red Rock Canyon, we decided to see a show at the Bellagio and need to have dinner first. It was 4pm, so we need a reservation for 7pm, I found on place with a 7pm reservation and booked it... that was Le Cirque. I did not know one thing about this restaurant. I only have to say... what a discovery. We walked in from the ringing noise of the casino to a beautiful quiet oasis. Greeted by a hostesses as if we had been there every weekend for 50 years, and the service got even better from there. The decor is quite nice, with the perfect use of texture to limit any floating conversation. I could actually have a conversation with my wife in my 'inside' voice. The wine list is great, we had a nice rose and burgundy, reminisent of our honeymoon in France. We selected the 4 course dinner. I am a vegetarian, and am use to limited selections at fine restaurants, however, the 4 course meal was one great dish after another. My wife loved every one of her dishes as well, and speaking of dishes, the china with the Curious George was so special since we both hold that little ape close to our hearts. If you're looking for the most memorable dining experience in Vegas, look no further.

This place is AMAZING! The service was impeccable and I would go back every day if I could. Martin is the best waiter you could ever ask for. They treat you like friends and family. Food was divine and the drinks were perfect. This is an experience that you must experience once, twice or a dozen time. I love it here. This is the heart of Vegas!

Le Cirque was a wonderful dining experience. I seriously recommend going there before they close for good. We were a party of 8, including one guest in a wheelchair. The place was very accessible. We had a reservation for 7:15pm and arrived at the Bellagio around 6:50pm. We were seated quickly, and the service was top-notch--possibly the best service in Vegas. Everyone was kind, charismatic, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant is beautiful; the chandelier and ceiling give off a jewelry box feel or maybe even the sensation of eating under the big top. For the tasting menu, some of us chose the six-course option, while others went with the three-course. The kids mainly did the three-course. The restaurant had an elegant atmosphere, and once again, it was just beautiful. The food was served quickly. We spent about 2 to 2.5 hours total at the restaurant with the six-course meal. The food was hot, fresh, and served promptly. My favorite was the wagyu--it was hot, tender, and of great quality. The portion sizes were good, but with six courses, you do fill up quickly. The dessert was good; everything was high quality, in my opinion. We were celebrating a birthday, and Le Cirque made it magical by bringing out a special dessert at the end. I've been to many fine dining restaurants, but never has anyone brought out a stool for my purse until now. Our server was attentive throughout. Once again, I highly recommend dining here before they close. Dare I say, the best restaurant in Vegas.

Came to Le Cirque to celebrate my birthday at Bellagio, and the experience did not disappoint! The interior is fun and beautifully decorated, with very unique on theme paintings and a beautifully draped and lit ceiling which looks more pastel and lovely in person. We ordered two different courses, the 4 course and the 8 course tasting menu. Between us the 12+ dishes were each beautifully presented and tasted fresh, delicate, and with wonderfully balanced flavors. Even dishes like foie gras while heavy and rich, were well balanced so it was never too heavy with each bite. I decided to change my dessert choice last minute to the dragonfruit sorbet and our server accommodated with no problem. It was so beautifully presented and delicious, so worth it! Our server, Martin said he had been at Le Cirque for over 30 years and truly did everything to make the night feel special for us! We had seating by the windows where we could see the Bellagio Fountain show every half hour, and Matteo presented us with some extra desserts and memorable gift boxes filled with chocolates and jellies which was a lovely touch. Finally, as we left the staff helped us take pictures in the beautiful restaurant setting. Overall, I'm so glad I chose to come here over other well known options like Guy Savoy! Truly felt the staff cared and made the experience such a special one, each dish was beautifully crafted with carefully balanced flavors, and I adored the ambiance of the restaurant as it was so fun and unique with a clear circus theme from the glass candle to the design of the dishes. Would love to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

This place is so nice and we really appreciated all of the fine details. The Curious George cocktail was one of the best drinks I've ever had-so good! The bartender, I think his name was Gene, was fantastic. He made our night! We had a couple small plates and dessert and everything was great. Their desserts are especially beautiful!

    Andreas K.

Splendid experience from start to finish. And yes, the food and the ambiance with comfortable chairs and and view through the windows onto the lighted water games were fabulous but really the kudos go to the staff! Everyone was knowledgeable, polite, humorous and hence fun to interact with. What got our admiration though was that they silently removed our wine glasses because they had observed that we had ordered a mocktail rather than cocktail while waiting for the table. And the 4-course menu: spotless, a dream. From the bread, the oysters, the lobster salad, risotto, superb escargots, loup de mer, rabbit to the wonderful desserts: paradise!

I just want to double check. Is it correct that jackets are no longer required?

Hi Christy! While jackets are not required, collared shirts for gentleman are!…

Are all the dinners pre-fix or is there a regular menus?

Is the sommelier wine pairing price per person?

The pre-theater 3 course meal is $72 a person. Everyone must have same number of courses. So if u get a 3 , everyone else must have 3 at your table

I m allergic to dairy and also don't eat meat, is it possible for me to dine at this place? I know they have vegetarian menu but it has eggs in it and nothing was mention about dairy?

They do have fish and salads if that helps

Is the two course dinner menu really enough or did it leave you hungry?

I think the minimum is a 3 course meal (including the pre show option) and was more than enough food for me. You'll get enough bread and chef specials that will fill in, but the meal is pretty rich.

How is the 5 course meal? Is it worth it for the price?

Absolutely!!!!!. Each course is like artwork the foiegras Is terrific . And soufflé is heavenly .! The crab is delicious also.…

Do you see the fountains when you're eating dinner?

Yes if you sit by the window!

Is there corkage? If yes, how much?

Yes there is a corkage fee as we brought in a special bottle and opened it. If I remember correctly it was $50 or less

Do they have dishes with truffle?

Yes, google their menu. They have 4 menus

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

I want to shout out our very attentive server, Patrick. He made our dinner feel so much more informed and intimate. I was unable to take a picture of the set menu and the restaurant changed the menu the next day... so the names of the dishes are from memory. The food was exquisite. Every single dish was perfectly thought out and complimented each other so well. The entire set menu emulated spring with bright, green ingredients. Foie Gras with wine reduction and parmesan cheese foam (5/5): Beautiful introduction. The foie gras was so creamy and delicious. It was almost custard-like with how soft it was. It was fatty, savoury, and a great way to introduce the rest of the set menu. Salad (4.5/5): I loved this! The flavours were so bright and the veggies were so naturally crispy. The chef did a really good job in bringing out the natural acidity of the vegetables. Really was able to indulge in these flavours after the fatty foie gras. Scallop carpaccio topped with caviar and a side of beets (5/5): I would never think to put beets with scallops? This was so good. The umami of the caviar paired with the acidity of the sauce really hit heights. The texture of the carpaccio was perfect as well, almost a melt in your mouth experience. Pea (?) soup with lobster puree (5/5): Not gonna lie, best pea soup I ever had. I didn't even know you could elevate pea soup in this way. The lobster... essence? Puree? Beautiful addition to the soup. 10/10 would have it again. And I don't enjoy peas. Crispy tartine topped with a quail egg, morel mushrooms, asparagus, and parmesan cheese (5/5): Tartine was perfectly flaky, buttery, and crispy. All of the toppings were excellent as well. When everything was eaten together, all the flavours were so GOOD. Savoury, buttery, umami goodness!! Korean fish on couscous with tomato consume (4/5): Perfectly balanced dish. The fish was well cooked. Very soft and tender. Steak tartare with frites and bread (5/5): SO WELL SEASONED. Usually with steak tartare at other places, I have issues with it being too acidic or overly seasoned. But this was perfection with the fries. NY strip with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): Very well seared, perfectly cooked and a soft tender experience. The sauce on the side worked so well with the meat. A5 Wagyu with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): A REAL melt in your mouth experience. I did not have to chew it practically melted in my mouth and was so so SO worth the additional price tag. Yuzu ice dessert with popping candy(?): I'm unsure if they used actual popping candy but whatever they did worked so good with the dessert! It was such a lovely addition to the set menu. Really brought back childhood memories! Yuzu ice cream with pandan sponge cake and (?) wafers sprinkled with assorted nuts and gelee (5/5): I thought this dish had the prettiest presentation. The dessert was also very well thought out and was super creamy and refreshing!

The place was not busy and the bar was at least half empty. Had a show in 30 mins so was in bit of a rush and wanted a fast foie gras slider. There were about 15 people working and walking around behind the bar and the servers tending to people around us. Staring at everyone and waiting forever, I had to wave someone down to just be seen to get someone to take my order of what I already wanted. Told him my concern and tried to place an order with him but then he said he will let my server know... He went M.I.A for a good 3 minutes. No communication if my order went through or not. This was giving me Huge Anxiety and cannot remember how terrible lacking of service I have had in a long time!!! Then Johnathan, the manager, with the wild peacock hair came over and again, I had to repeat the bad service and now 10 minutes have passed by with not knowing where the guy that was going to tell my server went, leaving me with 20mins left to spare. He said he'll put that in for me and it seemed to have been rushed a lil to accomodate the lack of service. Guessing who was supposed to be our server came way later, after this whole fiasco. This could have gone way smoother if we had a server ready to go in front of us instead of being in the back for a long time with no one to jump in quickly as soon as we sat down Got the lil sliders quick but the fries were soggy and the foie gras was cold. Asked if the foie was supposed to be cold and the server said it should be warm since it's seared, it was completely cold. I touched all four sides and it was cold AF! Manager came over again and again I said the same thing. He said that don't I have a show to get to and that they're not a "fast food" restaurant. That is laughable because yeah it's not because anyone would get better service at a fast food chain than there! I said the beef patty was hot and well cooked but somehow the foie that needed less cooking time than the beef was somehow cold. And if you want to talk about fast... Doesn't seared mean a high-heat cooking technique used to quickly brown the surface of food?! Few seconds on each side and the foie should have been warmed up easily! He just got quiet and said he will take it off the bill. If you are not a fast food restaurant then don't try to play off cooking fast food items if you can't even do that properly! I asked where the wine I had was from and he said the Somm would know, I'm sure he would but I was asking him. He did ask the Somm and told me where it was from since I wasn't going to get a chance to speak with him anyways, he wasn't going to stop by The place looked the same as it has years ago - dark, lame and dingy. They need a revamp of the interior as well as their attitudes and their poor service. Seems like this place has gone way downhill

We arrived at 11:00 for brunch, and by 11:30 the restaurant was alive and bustling. One of my favorite things about Ohlala is that the owner always comes out to greet guests at their tables. He makes everyone feel welcome and takes the time to check that everything is going well--a personal touch that really makes a difference. This visit, I had a cappuccino and the traditional French toast, which comes with honey, syrup, and whipped cream. The crust was perfectly crisp while the center practically melted in my mouth. Absolutely delicious! They have a great menu with plenty of options, and whether you're looking for brunch, lunch, or dinner, Ohlala is definitely worth a visit!

We ordered the pistachio goat cheese salad, salmon pasta , and the beet salad, and honestly it was enough for both of us. Everything was so good and I would come back just for the food. Service was great too. I also saw they have Sunday brunch and I will definitely be back for that. This place is easily at the top of my list now. Highly recommend!

Very bright and fresh looking - almost the exact opposite of the current Vegas trend of "let's make it so dark it's actually dangerous". I love the tomatoes and lemons on the table. The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini.

No matter how tempting the baguette looks, get the brioche from the bread basket -- life is uncertain, so eat that dessert first. By some miracle, a portion of four gigantic, luscious prawns is included as an appetizer option with no upcharge. So is a plate of perfectly seared tuna Niçoise that would be an ideal lunch. So is a rich, dense onion soup that's almost like a bowl of gravy (in a good way), or two hearty slabs of pâté de campagne. The appetizer options, in fact, are so good that the entrees and desserts are a bit outshined. Duck with orange, crispy-skinned trout, and solid bavette are all good choices. Those frites, though, are among the best I've ever had in the United States. They are somehow crunchy as a potato chip and filled with hot air. Superb. Neither the crème brûlée tart nor the Paris-Brest quite stick the landing; something was missing. Do they need a little more sugar? A drop of acid? I'm not sure, but they were merely good when the brioche proves the bakery is capable of magic. As a coda, the gloriously tart lime truffle mignardise couldn't be better. The room is comfortable and the staff nail their jobs (if not their French pronunciation). Frankly, with food like this I don't really care. I'd eat it on the sidewalk.

Every trip, it's a must, but this visit gave us another reason to keep coming back: the service. Manolo, our server assistant, was absolutely incredible. His attention to detail was next level. When he packed up my leftover baguette, he even included a little bag of the delicious house salt because he noticed how much I loved it. Such a thoughtful gesture that completely caught me by surprise. It's rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond like that. Our server, Adam, was an equally amazing dreamboat. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable from start to finish. To top it all off, after we had already left, Adam literally sprinted after us to make sure we got back my best friends credit card that she had left in the check presenter, before we even noticed it was missing. Great food keeps us coming back, but exceptional people are what make a restaurant memorable. Huge thank you to Manolo and Adam for making an already wonderful meal even better. We'll definitely be back.
