Only had a salad here, but it had a lot of ingredients and was surprisingly filling, but also was $48 with tip and tax. Located at the fountainbleau pool, it has a nice pool And European white and blue theme ambiance

La Cote is located inside Fontainebleau hotel, the location is stunning, overlooking the pool with a relaxed vibe. The service excellent, Joseph, my waiter, was friendly, attentive and made great suggestions. I ordered the Greek salad, fish tacos, and a skinny margarita. The salad was fresh and flavorful, light but satisfying. The margarita was refreshing with just the right spicy kick. The only disappointment was the fish tacos. The fish was overcooked and dry, and the tortillas were cold, which made the dish fall apart compared to everything else.

My husband and I decided to go to La Cote to take advantage of the $50 food credit at the pool at Fontainebleau. The restaurant is bright and open with a large bar. The service was great! Everytime we went there everyone was very friendly. The food was delicious. My husband and I shared the Chips and Salsa with Guacamole. You could tell that the Guacamole was fresh. My husband couldn't stop eating it. The different Salsas all had different flavors and were very tasty. My favorite was the green salsa. For my meal on two occasions I ordered the Grilled Chicken Kebobs. The Kebobs were tasty. They were served with a Rice Pilaf that was delicious. It also came with some marinated Cucumbers that were so good. My husband chose to get the Fish Tacos. They came with a slaw. I tried them and they were pretty good. On a different day we were at the pool and decided to use our $50 food credit. My husband and I shared the Wagyu Steak Tacos from La Cote. They were really good. The tacos were filled with steak and were delicious. The tacos were small but very filling. Overall La Cote the restaurant is really bright and open, the service was great, and the food was delicious.

Breakfast burrito and cappuccino So very good!

Food was absolutely fantastic. The service was supervisor and so friendly. The restaurant is located by the pool and has outdoor seating which was very peaceful.

This was our first meal after landing in Vegas. We wanted a light lunch and our meals were too good to toss, so we took our left overs to the room! Everything tasted so fresh and the portions were great. The cocktails were to die for. I believe the poolside menu is the same, so we got the chips, salsa, and guacamole later on in the trip and it was amazing!!

Just steps away from the fabulous FB pool you'll find La Cote. This lovely pool side oasis is modeled after Cote d'Azur in the French-Riviera. Grab your coverup/shirt and walk into this beautiful open air restaurant. This staff @La Cote - absolute perfection! Upon entering I'm immediately asked about any food allergies. The hostess enters my allergy info into the computer. I love the attention to detail at this casual ultra comfy spot. La Cote offers a great atmosphere for a business lunch as well. We enjoyed lunch on two different occasions with plans to return soon!

Delicious meal from start to finish! We started with chips and dip--the guacamole was super yummy. The watermelon, feta, and arugula salad with fried goat cheese was absolutely heavenly. The chicken club was also really tasty. Our server was very nice and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely come back!

While I was relaxing by the pool at Fountainebleu, I was approached by a nice server who asked if I was hungry or if I would like a drink. I actually was hungry and ordered a Fried Chicken Club sandwich, which she highly recommended. I already had a cold water beside me. It was actually too hot for a drink at that time. I was actually happy that she stopped by because the sandwich was really good and hit the spot.

Ordered lunch here from the Cabana at the Oasis Pool at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. This is pretty much the only food option you can get at the pool since they do not allow outside food in. Service was quick, the food came fast after we ordered. I would not recommend the fried chicken club sandwich. The chicken was extremely rubbery and did not taste fresh at all. However, the fries were perfectly crispy and tasty, the house made ranch was great for dipping them. The mahi mahi tacos and chicken fingers were definitely a lot better though. I would say next time skip the fried chicken club and try something else.

I went here for lunch with a group while staying at the hotel and I loved it. The service was friendly and the ambiance was lovely (light and airy) but I mostly loved the food. Everything I had was cooked perfectly and so well flavored. I would absolutely return here and I highly recommend it. The coconut sorbet was a real stand out. I also shared an order of fries and they were delicious--perfectly tender and crispy.

If you need a Fontainebleau poolside food break, look no further and head over to La Cote. This restaurant is right next to the pool, so swimsuits are ok! Also, I'm pretty sure this is where the food comes from if you order from the pool area. The restaurant is bright and airy. The workers were very nice and prompt. They even had coordinated outfits to match the theme. My friend and I were feeling basic, so we kept it simple and ordered Caesar salad and chicken fingers to share. The Caesar salad was refreshing and not overly drenched in dressing like some places do it. The chicken tenders were crispy and meaty, and it came with fries, veggies, ketchup, and ranch. Literally the perfect poolside bites!!

I went to La Côte on my last stay at Fontainebleu and really liked this restaurant! We asked to be seated "inside" and had a view of the beautiful pool area from our table. It wasn't too busy when we arrived so I thought the ambiance was nice and relaxing. The food we ordered was very refreshing, perfect "by the fool" food. We had the watermelon and feta salad with shrimp skewer and lobster quesadilla. That was a lot of food for two people with not huge appetites - I personally would have been fine with just the salad. For dessert, we got watermelon popsicles (very refreshing) and my watermelon-loving self got the Pink Flamingo cocktail (watermelon margarita). A lot of food but we liked it all! As for service, it was very good. I would love to come back to try their breakfast next time (served from 9-11)!

I went for lunch and ordered the Deviled Eggs, Grilled Artichokes and the Chocolate Mousse for dessert. At these prices, I was definitely expecting to be wowed, but everything was mediocre at best. What they served in the name of "Deviled Eggs" was not and cannot be considered deviled eggs, whether made from a French recipe or otherwise. The whole point of deviled eggs is the yolks being mixed with mayo/mustard/condiments and being piped back into the eggs. Here the yolks were intact and not in fact, deviled! You're paying $20 with tax for two eggs simply sliced open with roe on top. The grilled artichokes were, well ... meh. Again a ridiculously tiny portion of actual edible food for $22. Finally, the dessert was boring and looked sad. Presentations overall are very simplistic and not what I was expecting given their prices.

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

I was really excited to give this restaurant a try because I am a French food addict and the dinner did not let me down. Every part of it was fantastic. It's located in the MGM signature area and is really well done on the inside. It's very large and has a very red theme throughout and has a bit of a modern lie to it. We sat at the chef's counter and were able to watch this kitchen make the food during the entire meal, which was really awesome to see. Our server was also extremely polite and the menu had a lot of great options on it. For my dinner I started off with Le Tartare de Wagyu and loved every bit of it. It was extremely well balanced, and had very deep and rich flavors. For my entrée, I chose the Le Loup de Mer which is basically Seabass and it was also fantastic. I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. Restaurants that maintain this level of quality and service--even on a busy night--earn five stars.

The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini.

I have been lucky enough to eat at the French Laundry in the past and plan to eat at his NYC one when I get the chance. For this occasion I was visiting Vegas for my birthday weekend so I chose Bouchon because this is one of the three Keller restaurants that I have not been to yet. It's located in the Venetian on the ground floor in a beautiful setting. The dining room is very large with high ceilings and the tables are fairly spread apart, which was really nice. Our server was extremely polite and everything that we ordered arrived fairly quickly. Pricing here is a little steep, but you do get great quality food in return. I started off with the Salad Lyonnaise and thought it was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the better ones that I've had in a long time and I even had other versions of it during this same trip and this one beat all of those. I followed that with the Eye of the Rib and thought it had a great flavor, but for $105 it was a very small portion and it took me about 7 or 8 bites to finish it. It did have amazing flavors, I just think that it was a bit steep price wise for the limited portion you get in return. Overall though I would highly recommend this restaurant and would stop in again next time I'm in Vegas.

I've started to make a habit of coming here every time I'm in Vegas and I love it every time!

Tucked inside the Aria, is probably my favorite brunch spot in Las Vegas and one of the best à la…read morecarte brunches I have had on the Strip. The place feels like a spacious Parisian café. We started with the fruit plate, served with a crème fraîche buckwheat honey that elevated something simple into something memorable. Then came the Croissant Benedict, which was excellent and generously hammy in the best way. But the real reason we keep coming back is the pastry basket. It arrives with four pieces, and two of them are genuinely special. The kouign-amann is buttery, deeply caramelized, and one of the best I have ever had anywhere. The canelé is everything it should be: a dark, lacquered crust giving way to a custardy interior perfumed with vanilla and rum. The other two, a chocolate croissant and a Nutella brioche, round it out nicely. Pricey? Yes. Worth every bite? Absolutely. We paid $90 for just those three plates without a drop of alcohol, and walked away with zero regrets.

Has about a four star rating overall and I think that's about right for the value overall. The food…read morewas very good, but not overwhelmingly so for a $300 for two people tab. Ambience was awesome. Server was nice, but I felt like it was more fake nice than warm/welcoming nice like at other places we have been... which I guess is more authentic Parisian than about anything! Haha Ordered the Beef Wellington. Watch it on insta and you see influencers getting the whole thing on the plate and getting to cut it up and pour the gravy over it and do as they like. We just got two pre-sliced pieces and with gravy on it (and would have liked a bit more). Everything did taste fantastic, there wasn't anything wrong per se, but it just wasn't the amazing experience I would expect for the money.

It was 4pm, so we need a reservation for 7pm, I found on place with a 7pm reservation and booked it... that was Le Cirque. I did not know one thing about this restaurant. I only have to say... what a discovery. We walked in from the ringing noise of the casino to a beautiful quiet oasis. Greeted by a hostesses as if we had been there every weekend for 50 years, and the service got even better from there. The decor is quite nice, with the perfect use of texture to limit any floating conversation. I could actually have a conversation with my wife in my 'inside' voice. The wine list is great, we had a nice rose and burgundy, reminisent of our honeymoon in France. We selected the 4 course dinner. I am a vegetarian, and am use to limited selections at fine restaurants, however, the 4 course meal was one great dish after another. My wife loved every one of her dishes as well, and speaking of dishes, the china with the Curious George was so special since we both hold that little ape close to our hearts.
