We had a wonderful lunch with a corner table sliding glass doors open to the patio and pool area. My grilled salmon came with loads of fresh vegetables and a light lemony sauce and the price was not outrageous for a Vegas Strip resort. It can be hard to find healthy food on the Strip and this fit the bill, too bad they were not open for dinner as well as brunch/lunch.
OH MY GOD. I am someone who rarely finishes my food but I got the grilled kebab - jumbo shrimp and OMG IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The rice was soooooo good and it came with lemon and sauce on the side, amazing. Such great food! Super fresh. Service was great. The restaurant was right near the pool and they had all the windows open, such a great place. I'll be coming back!!
La Cote is located inside Fontainebleau hotel, the location is stunning, overlooking the pool with a relaxed vibe. The service excellent, Joseph, my waiter, was friendly,attentive and made great suggestions. I ordered the Greek salad, fish tacos,and a skinny margarita. The salad was fresh and flavorful, light but satisfying. The margarita was refreshing with just the right spicy kick. The only disappointment was the fish tacos. The fish was overcooked and dry, and the tortillas were cold, which made the dish fall apart compared to everything else.
My husband and I decided to go to La Cote to take advantage of the $50 food credit at the pool at Fontainebleau. The restaurant is bright and open with a large bar. The service was great! Everytime we went there everyone was very friendly. The food was delicious. My husband and I shared the Chips and Salsa with Guacamole. You could tell that the Guacamole was fresh. My husband couldn't stop eating it. The different Salsas all had different flavors and were very tasty. My favorite was the green salsa. For my meal on two occasions I ordered the Grilled Chicken Kebobs. The Kebobs were tasty. They were served with a Rice Pilaf that was delicious. It also came with some marinated Cucumbers that were so good. My husband chose to get the Fish Tacos. They came with a slaw. I tried them and they were pretty good. On a different day we were at the pool and decided to use our $50 food credit. My husband and I shared the Wagyu Steak Tacos from La Cote. They were really good. The tacos were filled with steak and were delicious. The tacos were small but very filling. Overall La Cote the restaurant is really bright and open, the service was great, and the food was delicious.

Everything tasted so fresh and the portions were great. The cocktails were to die for. I believe the poolside menu is the same, so we got the chips, salsa, and guacamole later on in the trip and it was amazing!!

Grab your coverup/shirt and walk into this beautiful open air restaurant. This staff @La Cote - absolute perfection! Upon entering I'm immediately asked about any food allergies. The hostess enters my allergy info into the computer. I love the attention to detail at this casual ultra comfy spot. La Cote offers a great atmosphere for a business lunch as well. We enjoyed lunch on two different occasions with plans to return soon!

While I was relaxing by the pool at Fountainebleu, I was approached by a nice server who asked if I was hungry or if I would like a drink. I actually was hungry and ordered a Fried Chicken Club sandwich, which she highly recommended. I already had a cold water beside me. It was actually too hot for a drink at that time. I was actually happy that she stopped by because the sandwich was really good and hit the spot.
Ordered lunch here from the Cabana at the Oasis Pool at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. This is pretty much the only food option you can get at the pool since they do not allow outside food in. Service was quick, the food came fast after we ordered. I would not recommend the fried chicken club sandwich. The chicken was extremely rubbery and did not taste fresh at all. However, the fries were perfectly crispy and tasty, the house made ranch was great for dipping them. The mahi mahi tacos and chicken fingers were definitely a lot better though. I would say next time skip the fried chicken club and try something else.

Everything I had was cooked perfectly and so well flavored. I would absolutely return here and I highly recommend it. The coconut sorbet was a real stand out. I also shared an order of fries and they were delicious--perfectly tender and crispy.
If you need a Fontainebleau poolside food break, look no further and head over to La Cote. This restaurant is right next to the pool, so swimsuits are ok! Also, I'm pretty sure this is where the food comes from if you order from the pool area. The restaurant is bright and airy. The workers were very nice and prompt. They even had coordinated outfits to match the theme. My friend and I were feeling basic, so we kept it simple and ordered Caesar salad and chicken fingers to share. The Caesar salad was refreshing and not overly drenched in dressing like some places do it. The chicken tenders were crispy and meaty, and it came with fries, veggies, ketchup, and ranch. Literally the perfect poolside bites!!

The staff here are some of the most attentive and kindest people I've encountered -- their exceptional hospitality is what keeps me coming back, and the food is just a bonus. From the host Adrianna, who always greets me with a warm smile, to my waiter Joey and the other staff members I've met, everyone has been wonderful. Every time I visit, I barely even have to order -- they already know to bring me my perfect caramel latte: extra sweet and extra ice. It's that kind of thoughtful service that makes this place feel so welcoming and memorable. As for the food, the grilled kebab and steak tacos are absolutely to die for. Their caramel latte is always perfectly made, and both the cocktails and mocktails are excellent. The restaurant has a casual, beachy Mediterranean vibe right by the pool, which makes it such a relaxing spot to unwind. A definite must-visit if you're staying at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. read more

Had lunch at La Côte inside Fountainbleau by the pool, and it was a really nice, easygoing spot. I'm not usually a burger person, but I have to admit -- their burger was really amazing. Super flavorful and just hit the spot. Also tried the watermelon feta salad, which was really fresh and balanced everything out nicely. It's only open for breakfast and lunch, but it's a great place to relax, enjoy good food, and take in the poolside vibe. Definitely one I'd come back to. read more
We stopped by La Côte while staying at Fontainebleau Las Vegas and it ended up being a really pleasant experience. One thing to know is that you access the restaurant by walking through the main pool area. Once you make your way to the pool deck, the restaurant sits right there overlooking the pool, which makes it a great place to grab a bite before settling in for a pool day. The location definitely adds to the relaxed vacation vibe. We originally stopped by hoping to get breakfast, but their breakfast menu officially ends at 11 AM. It was already around noon, so we assumed we had probably missed our chance. We asked the hostess if there was any way they might still be able to accommodate a breakfast item. A server named Christian happened to be standing next to her and offered to check with the chef. A few minutes later he came back and let us know they could make it happen, which we really appreciated. Christian ended up being our server as well, and he was very friendly and offered great suggestions. We ordered iced caramel macchiatos, the breakfast burrito, and the French toast pudding. The coffees were fantastic--honestly much better than the ones we had from Café Cutò inside the hotel. The breakfast burrito was filling and flavorful and came with really good hashbrowns. The French toast pudding was tasty and came with fresh berries, cardamom crème, and whipped cream. Our server assembled it tableside for us, which made for a really cute presentation. That said, it felt more like a dessert than a traditional breakfast dish. We still enjoyed trying it, but it's probably not something we would order again as part of a full meal. One thing to note if you're staying at the Fontainebleau is that there really aren't a lot of convenient breakfast options nearby, especially if you're trying to grab something quickly before heading to the pool. Because of that, La Côte is actually a really easy and convenient option. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the staff going the extra step to check with the chef definitely made the experience even better. Overall, it's a great spot for a casual bite before a pool day. Pro tip: If you happen to miss the breakfast cutoff like we did, it's still worth asking--they were incredibly accommodating. read more

I went to La Côte on my last stay at Fontainebleu and really liked this restaurant! We asked to be seated "inside" and had a view of the beautiful pool area from our table. It wasn't too busy when we arrived so I thought the ambiance was nice and relaxing. The food we ordered was very refreshing, perfect "by the fool" food. We had the watermelon and feta salad with shrimp skewer and lobster quesadilla. That was a lot of food for two people with not huge appetites - I personally would have been fine with just the salad. For dessert, we got watermelon popsicles (very refreshing) and my watermelon-loving self got the Pink Flamingo cocktail (watermelon margarita). A lot of food but we liked it all! As for service, it was very good. I would love to come back to try their breakfast next time (served from 9-11)! read more

On the final full day of my outstanding maiden Fontainebleau Las Vegas visit, I wanted to make sure to check out La Cote in that at least as of the timing of this review, La Cote is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays..........and with Thursday being the final day of my trip I made sure to make it a top priority. I wasn't especially hungry when I went there as, generally speaking, I much prefer working my way around more of the menu so y'all can get a substantially deeper glimpse into what each given restaurant and lounge has to offer. But I still made sure to at least get an entree.............and the Blackened Mahi Tacos were an absolute home run that were filling without bogging me down in how sustenant they were. They were accompanied with this Salsa Bandera that had this smoky, adobo flavor to it which at first glance seems like an odd bedfellow to quintessential Miami brunch flavors rife with citrusy, mediterranean notes.............but it absolutely meshed well with the blackened mahi and the cabbage slaw further enhancing the flavor with a distinct, garden-fresh crunch. I also ordered one of their signature cocktails: the Pink Flamingo. It was codigo reposado tequila-based and infused with aperol, watermelon and lime and came with a slice of watermelon and a generous rinse of salt on its rim. It definitely looked the part of a quintessential summertime sip, and I have to say it was quite delicious and refreshing as well. I definitely need to come back very soon and explore more of the menu in earnest, as well as try more of their signature cocktails (Lavender Haze and Dirty Lil Secret are definitely happening next time ). But the reason I already feel comfortable and confident in assigning a five-star rating to La Cote boils down to the world-class service and thoroughly elegant yet effervescent vibe and setting of La Cote. I admittedly haven't yet been to Fontainebleau Miami Beach and I know this location is a kissing cousin to its flagship location, but its theming and atmosphere is directly inspired by the Côte d'Azur of southern France: from Cannes to St. Tropez to Villefranche Sur Mer. So the nautical interplay of light, bright whites to reflect the hues of the soft sands and whitecaps coupled with azure and royal blues that reflect both the waters as well as blue sky delight are prominent all across the restaurant and also elicit a congenial, homey vibe akin to that of a beachside creperie. It just simply matches the luxurious, convivial, sun-kissed atmosphere of the neighboring Oasis Pool Deck hand in glove. So I can't wait to offer a deeper dive into this exquisite restaurant, but given how genuinely and thoroughly moved I was by this initial experience it is my pleasure to reward La Cote five stars as is! Your Oasis Pool experience at Fontainebleau Las Vegas is utterly incomplete if you don't give them a try! read more

Stayed at the fontainebleau for a local weekend getaway and spotted this place by the pool. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted so warmly by the host. The server was so kind and welcoming. She gave us great suggestions for dinner too. Food was delicious. The burger was so juicy and well seasoned. I especially loved the ahi tar tar with the potato chips! Love the aesthetics of the place too. It makes you truly feel like you're not in the Vegas heat. Recommend this place for sure! read more
