You ever wonder what those two restaurants are at the bottom of the Wynn, right by the giant waterfall and all those crazy, weird shows? Well, here's one of them: Pisces. Hands down, the best cocktail sauce I've ever had. Seriously, I have no idea what they put in that sauce, but I was in absolute bliss. The raw mussels and clams, though? Not really my thing. I don't think I'd ever had them raw before, and now I know why. Lesson learned. Definitely more of a novelty experience for me than something I'd order again. Still, it was a gorgeous setting, a memorable experience, and a fun place to check out at least once. The seafood may not have completely swept me off my feet, but that cocktail sauce really knew how to shell-ebrate itself
New and fantastic at the Wynn. Typically going down the escalators shouldn't seem so wonderful but it's like the Galleria in Paris there is all kinds of ceiling decor moving up and down that makes you feel like you're entering the best parts of the hotel as you descend to the "Lake level." Manuel and Jose were particularly thoughtful as they served us (even bringing the little benches for our dressy purses)z. It's not just how fresh and delicious the seafood is it's how fantastic the presentation is. The seafood paella came and was served tableside. The fresh seafood Vladar came with incredible fresh clams and mussels as well as lobster and shrimp that were the size of my hand. And don't skip going to the restroom. You will enjoy it (there were more people taking photos in there than in the rest of the restaurant!). It has to be said that you should not give the olive oil cake. There's something luscious about how dense the cake is and the light lemon mascarpone cream is pretty Devine. Then there was a birthday candle with chocolate bite for the young 86 year old celebrating this weekend. All in all an impressive night with a meal that made us feel like the whole day was special.
This space has been a seafood focused restaurant for many years, Pisces is merely the latest branding. We ate here on Easter Sunday 2026 because they had a stupendous brunch - for $99, we were treated to a mountain of food. What follows is merely a hint to its size. First course: A giant bowl of delicious Greek yogurt, three ramekins of perfectly picked berries, pineapples, apricots, cherries, croissants, Madelenes, pastries, AND a panna cotta. It was all unbelievably delicious, and we could not finish it. Second course: A cornucopia of Mediterranean bites - salmon, saganaki, spanakopita, Greek salad, etc. etc. etc., AND a full sized dinner plate covered in Iberico Jam. Again, delicious and all too much. Entree: I had the Halibut with bacon lardons and potato souffle, Kelly had the Crab Cake Benedict. A minor hiccup here in that the first Halibut was overcooked, but I sent it back and its replacement was ethereal and flaked right off - some of the best Halibut I've ever had. Dessert: An adorable mini-tower populated with three levels of bonbons, truffles, and other assorted petit-fours. Again, delicious and all too much. We washed all of this down with champagne mimosas, holding the mimosa. SO - if you are in Vegas, and you get wind of a special brunch at Pisces, jump all over it. Otherwise, if the halibut is on the dinner menu, grab it.
The restaurant has the shows, class, and amazing food to pair with it. If you can sit outside it's a must! At night, they have entertainment music videos that help establish a great mood. The drinks were a bit on the smaller side but tasteful. The food portions were a bit on the smaller side however very shareable. I would definitely come again.
A wonderful bday dinner on. Saturday evening. Recommend: make reservation We had reservation for 7pm and initially I did request to sit outside as we wanted to see the waterfall and show that happens around 8:45pm but it was quite warm outside so we requested a table inside upon checking in and be able to see the waterfall, no issues at all. We were sat at a very comfortable table for dinner with the view. Shoutout to Patrick and Scott for the wonderful service the full dinner. They made our dinner special. Food was amazing. Love all the flavors, presentation and the recommendations as the food items cannot be more perfect. Attention to details and attentiveness to us are appreciated. Napkins were folded up as one of us would leave our seat to go to the restroom. Tables were cleaned up of the crumbs. Food items were spaced out perfectly. Love the decor and ambiance of the restaurant. Definitely highend warm feel as you walk in. Restrooms were amazing. Ceiling high doors from the front door walking in and also each stall. Will visit again in cooler weather to sit outside.
Located in the downstairs foyer at the Wynn, Pisces represents the best in a seafood restaurant. Wrapped around the chefs is a beautiful display of the seafood they offer, and large vases are placed in pivotal locations to create an elegant, almost-vintage but timeless-style appearance. I recommend making a reservation as my party did, as the evening went on we noticed the amount of people waiting grew and I'm unsure if they're able to take many walk-ins on busy nights. Starter: *Daily Oyster Selection: I found the selection fresh! I normally don't eat oysters, but was able to appreciate that these did not have an overwhelming brineyness to it. Mains: *Spicy Lobster Spaghetti: This was my favorite dish of the night! The spaghetti was al dente and there was a large amount of tender lobster. The spice is noticeable enough to enjoy without being too overwhelming, though if you aren't used to ordering spicy foods you'll definitely notice a kick. *12 oz. Grilled Tuna "Chop": The tuna steak slices were large and the dish was plated with a large bone that one of our servers said was part of the tuna's actual collar bone! That was pretty cool to see. The crust was well seasoned and the fish tasted fresh without that fishy taste. *Paella alla Pisces: This is one of their popular dishes, as several other tables ordered it too. The waitress burned what I think was sage to give a nice herbal smokey aroma just before mixing and serving the dish. They'll present this in a giant round dish that's traditional for paella, but plate it for you in a smaller shareable dish that can fit on the table! There was a nice variety of seafood, and they made sure to include socarrat (the crispy part of the rice in paella at the bottom). Sides: *Lemon Artichoke & Spinach Salad: I like the idea of this salad, but it was my least favorite of everything we ordered. I think there may have been too much lemon, but the acidity felt a bit overpowering, especially for a salad on the side. Dessert: *If Wishes Were Fishes: I saw this dessert was here from Yelp (thanks fellow Yelpers!) and knew I had to order it. The delicate white chocolate fish bones were wonderful to see in person, and I liked that there was a visual of the hot fudge melting them once poured. The cake slice is a chocolate caramel type, and had a nice balance of salt to it. The bread provided was delicious, and I enjoyed the mocktails. Out of the two, Equinox was my favorite as it was more of a unique pomegranate mixed juice while the Mykonos was like a lemonate. We were celebrating a birthday, and the kitchen was kind enough to surprise our birthday celebrant with a chocolate ganache cake and candle. I always appreciate the thoughtful extras that restaurants provide; although not necessary, I'm always grateful for these things. The team was exceptional. Our waitress was very attentive and charming, and the servers were able to explain the dishes well. Everyone had great charisma, and my party felt very cared for. We felt welcomed and comfortable taking our time and enjoying the food. This was overall a lovely experience and I would love to eat here again! I recommend stopping by, even if not staying at the Wynn, to experience the wonderful service and excellent food.
Jesse was the best bartender possible! So friendly, made excellent drink recommendations, and created gorgeous cocktails. I'd love to try everything on the menu here.
Happy wife, happy life. This ended up being one of my ladies favorite birthday dinners. The staff were incredible to us and we were very lucky to get one of the best tables in the entire place outside right on the lake. Coming here in April was great because the weather couldn't be better. The food is fantastic. It is an expensive experience but it's also very memorable. My lady was happy so it was worth it. We usually dine at SW across the way but we can see ourselves coming here next time we are at the Wynn.
Pisces is a great reminder that excellent dining doesn't have to rely on flash. The food was thoughtful, beautifully executed, and packed with flavor, while the service was polished and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere feels upscale without being stuffy, making it just as good for a date night as it is for a celebratory dinner. Easily one of the more memorable meals I've had at Wynn, and I'd happily come back.
oh Pisces how good you were to us! The ambiance and food was phenomenal, and i do have to mention Bobby's service was exquisite, such a great bubbly personality and took care of everything above and beyond for us ! You can either sit indoor or outdoor in a patio area at night that has a huge screen with visuals making it super unique. It is pretty rare for me to actually LOVE every single dish that was brought out and i have to say this place did it- i ordered their mediterranean bass ceviche, crispy shrimp, prawns & crab alla vodka and the halibut milanese to share, so delicioussss the cocktail "la sirena" made a STATEMENT okay that is a must to try out especially as a lady!
The food was excellent. Everything was so fresh and seasoned so well. The drinks were phenomenal. Service exceptional. I cannot wait for the chance to go back. Try to sit on the patio so that you can see the show.
this was such a great experience! I loved the ambiance of the place with the fish and ocean themed decor and the food was actually good. I started off with their siren drink, which was so pretty and delicious and then we also got some shrimp to share. then for the entrée I got the scallop and mushroom asparagus dish, and a side of mashed potatoes and both were delicious. the bread for the table was also very soft and for dessert, we got the olive oil cake to share. service was amazing and everyone was so nice!
Pisces was a fun experience overall, especially with the shows happening every 30 minutes, which made the meal feel more lively and entertaining. The atmosphere definitely adds to the night out. For food, the Hamachi Serrano was good, the Spicy Lobster Spaghetti was good, and the Greek Taverna Fries were also good. The Sirena drink was good too. The Whole Roasted Dover Sole was a little plain compared to the other dishes. The only disappointing part was the presentation of the Sirena or Sun Sign. I ordered it after seeing other people before and after me get it served in the blowfish cup, but mine came in a basic cup instead. When I asked, the server said he couldn't promise that presentation. It was disappointing, especially since I did not see anyone else with that same drink served the way mine was. Overall, Pisces was fun for the entertainment and had several good dishes, but the inconsistency with the drink presentation took away from the experience a bit.
I am so sorry for not remembering our server's name, but he was top notch. Very kind, attentive, patient, and just stellar - everyone here was. No service matches ANY Wynn establishment's service to be quite honest - I feel I am very spoiled here (in a good way, you are all so kind and welcoming) and I just compare anywhere and everywhere to here. Food came out at a great pace, seafood was fresh (dad ordered 4 dozen more oysters, that is how delicious they were), the pasta was perfectly al dente as well. Bathrooms are clean and gorgeous, the interior of the restaurant is even more stellar. I'll be sure to come back to try other items. I have to say that the Wynn is always spectacular for its vibe and decor. You are transported to a beautiful environment no matter where you sit or stand because it reaches the senses. Even when you enter the restaurant or you enter into their elegant restroom! You are amazed . The service never disappoints and they get to know you on a personal level if you are open to having a conversation with them about the menu, the restaurant and from a local perspective-I love it! They never forgot about us and checked in about your comfort and the food throughout our dining experience. The food was good and fresh but some of the flavors didn't match like the Tuna steak was amazing but the marinara sauce didn't match for my flavor palette, unfortunately. The shrimp and crab pasta lacked a spice or kick to it but the seafood was extremely fresh, which I enjoyed. The ceviche was tangy and fresh but the crackers were hard and the seasoning on them took away from the ceviche so I would serve it with some homemade potato and sweet potato chips. Also the bread was very simple and although it was fresh and soft it was missing some rosemary or spices to really make it memorable and complement the meal. My SIRENA cocktail was amazing! It was made with Greek yogurt and passion fruit! I would definitely come back to have one more along with the lovely dessert! We had the Greek yogurt ice cream and donuts! DELICIOUS! A must have! They also served us a wonderful surprise chocolate cake for our Anniversary! So thoughtful! Although I was not overwhelmingly excited about our main dishes it does not deter me from returning and trying more of the dinner menu like the paella. I look forward to exploring the cocktail menu and more of the desserts as well. You can never really go wrong at the Wynn! read more
We had an absolutely great time at Pisces! We came for my birthday dinner on a Friday in July and sat on the patio. The ambiance is stunning and feels upscale but still very welcoming. The oysters we ordered came out on ornate octopus serving dishes that were so eye catching and lovely. My husband ordered a seafood pasta that had huge lumps of lobster in it. I had the halibut and it was served in a sauce that complimented it very well. We also had a side of mashed potatoes that were heavenly and some of the best I've had. For dessert we ordered a Dubai Chocolate Rocher with ice cream inside and it was so fun to break open and devour. Our service was very attentive and helpful along the way. All of our cocktails were stunning and delicious and I would definitely return to this beautiful new restaurant. The only negative is the bread that was served to us which was absolutely terrible. read more

As we wrapped up the final days of 2025, we had to try Pisces for many reasons! Ofc one being yours truly, Ms. Pisces here! Dreamers, aren't we? Like dreams of their perfectly cooked sea bass and ribeye! So delicious!! Our drinks and appetizers were mouthwatering and delectable as well! The icing on the cake was Jonathan! He's such a pro and made sure we had wonderful time! You're a great photographer, btw! Love your snaps of us! TYVM! The bar was a great place to dine, so glad we were able to squeeze in there since someone forgot to make a reservation! Thnx for being a part of saying bye to '25! If I could give 10 stars for Pisces I would. This restaurant is so beautiful. The food was so fresh & amazingly good. If you are going to the strip for a show treat yourself to a nice dinner. Pisces Bar & Seafare is a Mediterranean restaurant, located on the Lake of Dreams, at The Wynn. The focus is on seafood, from caviar, seafood platters and crudo, to fresh fish sourced daily. Descending the swirling escalator and it's like you're entering the depths of the sea. It's dark, with blue tones, mosaics and gleaming surfaces. During our meal through a large window we could observe some immersive waterfalls and swimming mermaids. This was not the Lake of Dreams show but other reviews say it can be viewed from outside seating. Our meal was theatrical and fantastical. From the drinks to the croissant/brioche bread and the fresh seafood and pasta, down to the If Wishes Were Fishes chocolate dessert, the service and presentation was elegant and impeccable. This was fine dining, under Executive Chef Martin Heierling. My companion said this was their favorite meal of the weekend. If Wishes Were Fishes, indeed. If you want an outstanding meal in an otherworldly setting, you'd make a reservation at Pisces. read more
Our birthday celebration at Pisces was nothing short of spectacular. As parents who coach our children (ages 8 and 10) on how to properly engage with hospitality--from ordering their own meals to interacting with the staff--it is rare to find a team that truly "leans into the assignment." The staff here didn't just serve us; they treated my children like proper guests with their own voices and preferences. The bread service--a warm, sourdough flaky croissant--was so incredible that we finished it before it even had a chance to "rest" on the table. For the main course, I highly recommend the oysters, sea bream, and sea bass. The mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts were the perfect complements. Even the steak, which my kids shared, was so tender and flavorful that even my "non-steak eater" was won over. The 10 year old: "The service and food were great everyone was so nice and amazing. They care deeply about how you feel. They love a good laugh from the right costumer. Outside has a very nice experience I didn't go outside, but could tell that they were having a great experience. Everywhere in the whole restaurant was amazing. I'm a child using my dad's phone and even I would go back again. This place is very fancy and neat and you could never have an experience here without someone lighting up your day. The food was amazing and tender especially the steak. There is a delicious meringue shell on top of cheesecake that tastes delicious . So, go check it out and see for yourself then tell us how the experience was. I give it 5 stars." The 8-Year-Old: "It was so good and I loved it so much I had to get dessert and when you have something on the table like gum then they willing to help you and get it off your treated like VIP and when someone eats and when they leave they put a new cloth on the table so that it doesn't look bad but it looks really nice and now I'm just waiting for dessert I will give it 5 stars and thank you for the nice service the end peace out. And no one is going to talk about anything after this okay good . Mr.Sam and Mrs.Rachel were very nice and very friendly to and Mr.Rene." This was definitely worth the trip. It is so classy but ethereal in there. Very thirty minutes if you sit outside there is a little show. Hidden away in the Wynn you're taken to a classy, intimate restaurant with great service and great food. I celebrated a birthday there. Got the Sun Sign, it was delicious and it came in that pretty puffer fish cup. Don't skip out on the Caesar salad or truffle pasta! I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. This is a new and upcoming restaurant that just opened up in the Wynn hotel. Don't expect to self-park because it's valet only. At least that's what we think because we couldn't find one. Dinner itself came with a small projection show as long as you sat outside or by the window you can see it. A different show was displayed every 30 minutes. This was a steakhouse/seafood fine dining restaurant with a Mediterranean flair. The house bread was a croissant with two hummus spreads. One was red bell pepper and a standard hummus. I ordered the rack of lambs which came with three pieces. It was tender and cut with my knife with ease. I ordered the aquamarine drink which was a white sangria. Nothing special about it to be honest, it was just refreshing drink to have. I know it's Vegas and it's hot, but it was so much ice. I would say 65% maybe even 70% was full of ice. I would pass on the drinks or at least try something else. The front of house and our waiters were top notch. Front of house was welcoming when we arrived and as we left. But our waiters were really the stand outs. They offered valuable insight on how we could possibly have our meal and what would be a good way for us to try a lot of dishes. They constantly made sure our water was filled and that we were doing okay throughout the meal. We all left with full and satisfied stomachs. read more
We came here last week to check out Lakeside's replacement. The place was gorgeous. We opted to sit inside as it's still a bit chilly. The service was 10/10. Servers were attentive and respectful. Complimentary bread was to die for! Croissant like due to layers but super good! The crab cigars were good, disappointed they did not have the cool crab presentation, per the server, they removed it as the crabs kept breaking. Entrees: I wish I liked my Chilean Sea Bass. It was bland, especially the center piece. My hubby's Crab and Prawn Vodka Pasta was good but nothing to wow you. Dessert: Amazing! Rocher was huge and had great flavor and texture. They also provided a tiny piece of cake for our anniversary. It was okay. Had we not ordered entrees, this would have been a 5 star review. read more

The great: - Awesome, friendly service at the bar - Food came out on record time! We were in and out in less than 30 mins - The complimentary sourdough croissant bread was quite unique and really yummy - Black truffle tagliatelle was sooo tasty The good: - Crab cigars was filled with crabmeat! A bit salty for my taste though - Olive oil poached sea bass was good. Portions on the small side. We were also grateful Pisces was able to take is on after we were turned away from three other restaurants at the Wynn around 9-ish pm on a Mon night long weekend. read more

Pisces at the Wynn was spectacular from start to finish! Service: Truly top-tier. The staff checked on us consistently without being intrusive and gave thoughtful recommendations. Our server recommended the Sirens cocktail, and I was hesitant about the Greek yogurt in it, but it was light, refreshing, slightly sweet (not overly so), and dangerously smooth. Chef Geno even came by to greet us at the end, which was a great touch. You can tell there's real pride behind the menu. For the food, I highly recommend the Dover Sol and bass ceviche! The Mediterranean bass ceviche was light and bright, and the roasted pepper dressing was incredible. The crab cigars were packed with generous crab and full of flavor. The Dover sole was hands down the best I've ever had--I'm still thinking about it. The only miss for me was the lemon artichoke salad, which lacked flavor. For dessert, the Dubai chocolate rocher was delicious (especially if you're a chocolate person), while the Greek yogurt soft serve was fine but very plain. Overall, I was very impressed with the food! This restaurant has both indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor is facing the Lake of Dreams, which plays a 5 minute show every 30 min. We chose to sit indoors near the windows overlooking the Lake of Dreams. Even though the interior was gorgeous, my favorite part was the bathroom!! It had mirrors everywhere and was very picture-worthy. Overall, an exceptional experience. We'll definitely be back to try the meats Chef Geno recommended. read more
We had a fantastic dinner at Pisces! We had patio seating. They bring out a complimentary bread with sides, which was amazing! We ordered the Greek fries, crispy brussel sprouts and the ceviche to start with! They were all delicious! For our main courses we shared the sea bass and the lumache alla vodka. I give Pisces a 10/10! The restaurant was beautiful! The service was impeccable - Mario our server was so kind, attentive, helpful, and professional!!! I went here to celebrate a very special occasion and I was met with a surprise congratulations dessert by the staff! Our food was amazing there was not a bite I didn't like! Gorgeous interior. We had reservations for party of 4 on a Monday night, and we were seated promptly. The table seemed like 2 uneven tables next to each other with a tablecloth over. Had to be extra careful where I placed my drinks. We were given our menus and then our drink orders were taken. The drink key is gorgeous- lots of great options, cute illustrations, descriptions, etc. I went with the aquamarine drink and it wasn't overly sweet. Great tasty drink. Then our order was taken, and we did everything family style. Our one bread came and it was really good. Came with a couple spreads that worked great with the bread. Soooo delicious. We got a couple more breads after we finished the first one. We tried the following - Burrata- yum! The pistachio in there made it all go so well. The burrata and tomatoes were tasty. Crab cigars- an order comes with 3 pieces and we added on one more so each of us can have one. If you're trying a bit here, one order and each cigar cut in half would suffice too. Caesar salad- not my fave because of the dressing and salad, but it's more on the tart side of Caesar salads. I loved the Parmesan though. Pretty standard other than it being a bit more tart and a bit overdressed. Truffle pasta- strong smelling. Pasta itself was decent. It wasn't the best or left me craving more, but it was a decent pasta dish. Tuna Wellington- def pricey, but it was good overall. The fish was smooth and tasty. One of the better things we ordered, if you like this stuff. Ribeye steak- would def pass. Ordered med rare, and it looked like it based on the piece they displayed, but realized it was a bit over, barely any pink on the pieces. Mentioned it to someone, but was disregarded. Potato puree- not bad. Went well either way the steak. We got some sauces on the side, but forgot if they were for the Wellington or steak, but we used them for both, and that steak really needed the sauce. For dessert, we shared the Dubai chocolate dessert. Round ball stuffed with ice cream, the crunchies, chocolate shell, etc. really good and it kept its crunch. read more

Pisces was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to come back and try more dishes--they all sound incredible. I'd recommend coming with a larger group, as portions are generous and many dishes are designed for 2-4 people. The space is stunning, and the staff provide some of the most attentive service I've ever experienced--truly Michelin star level. Definitely try their cocktails and let the staff guide you out of your comfort zone--the Sirena was a standout. We had the crab cigars, aged bluefin chutoro sashimi, and olive oil-poached Glacier 51 sea bass--all fantastic with no complaints. The only downside is that it's very pricey. I live in Manhattan and was still caught off guard by the prices here. The food is worth it, but I recommend checking the menu beforehand to avoid any surprises. read more

Not enough words to describe the experience we had at pisces . We got in earlier than our reservation time. They accommodate immediately. Every part of the meal was amazing. The service, the food , the vibe, the music. It was a overall perfect experience and it was so good that we booked another dinner for the next day. Every dish we ordered was amazing (especially the risotto ). Eric our server was so helpful and kind and was passionate about what he does. Every dish was beautifully presented and so tasty. Pisces at the Wynn was an absolute standout during our recent stay. I had dinner there with my dad and sister, and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. The space itself is gorgeous--super elevated and dramatic, with a stunning interior and a beautiful view of the lakeside show that really sets the mood. It feels special without being stuffy. Service was truly next level. Our waiter was amazing--attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind, striking the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. The food was incredible and presented beautifully. The complimentary bread is heavenly. We started with the caviar ham bites, caviar lobster rolls, and crab cigars, and every single dish delivered--rich, flavorful, and beautifully executed. My dad loved his steak, and my sea bass was perfectly cooked: super fresh, light, and incredibly satisfying. My sister ordered the harissa vegan dish, and it was such a pleasant surprise to see an entire separate vegan menu--thoughtful, accommodating, and very well done. The sides were just as impressive: the potato purée, Brussels sprouts, and ratatouille were all packed with flavor and complemented the mains perfectly. The drinks were also fantastic. The spicy skinny margarita was just perfect. Overall, Pisces is a must for dinner at the Wynn. Incredible food, outstanding service, and a stunning setting--highly recommend. read more

Speciality cocktails are batched...which is super odd for fine dining restaurant. With such a big focus on cocktails on their social media, you'd think they would have a bartender making them as they are ordered. I was told I couldn't get a specific cocktail a little less spicy because they are made already. Lobster smelled fishy and made me sick from a couple bites. I was sick all the next day! Vegas...the City that time doesn't bother with. It's as if Bourbon St., Beele St., and Times Square had a menage-a-trois and somehow hatched a Love Child. The place is opulence reimagined and on full Jumbo Tron display. Pisces is the portrait of gorgeous. Anything subtle here? Not so much, but that's why you've come. Luxury surrounds you and for 3 hours you have the view from the top, even if you have to piss away the rent money to do it. Glitz, glam, a four story waterfall with a laser light show just outside on the patio and still 300 to 500 covers per night are served well. There is a distant loop just under the diner's din offering just enough thump and bump so you're compelled to eat to the beat but not so loud that you want to eat it and then beat it. The Bar: The Bar is a Bar Exam. Never heard of it? They have it. So, dream it and then drink it. "I'll be a player" I said to Justin, the Captain of his team assigned to my table. "A Spirit of the Sea for me. Can I have it with Gin?" "No, Sir, you may not," he replied. "Okay then, I'll have it as is." And...it was absolutely stellar. Greek Kastra Elion Vodka served ice cold and spicy hot in a deep well along with a little cup of chipped ice on which lay a skewered Caperberry, a tart Kalamata Olive, and a huge Manzanita Olive with a Pequin Chili Pepper, it's vicious crooked red point protruding like Death's index finger beckoning the drinker to drink. I drank. Few things in life and especially in Vegas live up to their hype. This did. The Staff: An army on the march double time. Runners, bussers, Servers, all in motion like a Pachinko Machine. Justin, was effervescent, engaging, Grub Guru, Faith Healer, Psychologist, Best Friend Forever, Father Confessor, Older Brother, Doting Parent, Dutch Uncle, Spiritual Guide, Couples Counselor, all at the same time as needed, and that was just to present the menu and the Specials on offer. Who's in the house? Everyone. The beautiful people, the not so beautiful people who dressed in the dark, full sleeves, sweaty bellies, a riff on bare midriff, true trophies and who knows, a pro's on the stroll and the troll. There was the good, the bad, and the ugly waving a fist full of dollars and those on a trip and those totally drip and all suspended in a soap bubble of culinary and service perfection. The Food: Magnificent from gullet to gizzard beginning with the complimentary Bread Service which was a regal crown of Sourdough/Croissant anointed with Red Pepper Sauce and Smoked Baba Ghanoush. Dip in and on. The East Coast/ West Coast Oyster Smack Down opened as a great start. They came with Passionfruit Mignonette, Shredded Horseradish, and House made Hot Sauce all in supporting rolls. The Hamachi Serrano was a row of flayed Yellowtail strips dotted with just enough heat to spark your B/P and worthy of any high end Omakase. The Spicy Tuna Tartare was an elegant artist display. A cylinder of mashed Avocado interwoven with micro diced Ahi Tuna, spiked with jagged edged chards of Sourdough Kalamata Crisps all around in order to scoop up every morsel of Avo/Tuna. A layer of razor thin Baby Persian Cucumber Coins helped polish off anything left behind and I sent the plate back cleaner than the day it was purchased. The Pisces Caesar was cold and fresh. Could it have been a bit more Caesar forward? Yes. Caesar is bold by definition and by list of required ingredients. Garlic and Anchovies...on me. To the front. My take? Oh Anchovies, oh Garlic, where is they sting? Nonetheless it was still good and remained so (make that Romained so) until it was all gone down to the last toasted Bread Crumb. The Olive Oil Poached Sea Bass was a Shaq fist of excellent fish. Marinated Baby Artichoke Hearts, Red Bell Pepper Sauce, and Olive Tapenade were all along for the ride. No Olive Oil drippage. This was simply my wish for a dish of terrific fish. My Sea Bass was first in it's class in the school of fish it came from. The Halibut Milanese, did not have to fish for a compliment either. Lightly breaded on one side and ready for a dip in the potent Finger Lime Butter Sauce then a rub down with Heirloom Tomato Jam and a few crunches of Roasted Fennel slivers. The Truffle Potato Kibbeh (Potato Croquettes) with Sea Salt and fresh grated Parmesan Cheese were crispy creamy addictive. "Hello, My name is Ron and I want an entire bucket of these, right now. My sensible eating sponsor can bite me." Finally, the Checkered Flag was just up ahead. Dessert loomed large and larger as it drew closer on the Server's tray. It was a mile high swirl of Frozen Greek Yogurt made exclusively for Pisces at a dairy farm in Vermont and arrived settled into a wading pool of fruit laden Sour Cherry Compote next to a pyramid of syrupy Donut Holes. Delicious. This was fitting end to a magical majestic meal. Pisces, let's call a Wynn, Wynn. read more

I'm torn between leaving this place with a 4 star or 5 star review. Pisces is located within Wynn Resort and Casino. Just follow the signs and you'll find it in the SW Steakhouse area. I was greeted with a gracious smile, upon arrival. And was seated immediately. The food is perfectly portioned and delicious. This restaurant is ultra fancy! Beautiful decor everywhere you look, and my order was perfection! I ordered their Lemon Artichoke Salad, Olive Oil Poached Sea Bass, with a side of potato purée. My drink was a mocktail called the Equinox, a sweet drink with wild flavors! The Lemon Artichoke Salad had tons of fresh arugula greens with quartered artichoke hearts, and definitely tasted the lemon. The sea bass was moist and tender, with no fishy taste or smell. Yes, it was totally fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my food. I didn't order any dessert, there wasn't anything appealing in their limited selection. Now for the service..... At the beginning, our server began with strong attentive service. As the dining experience progressed, he barely showed up to check in on me. After he took my order, I hardly saw him again, until I got my check. The service, overall was a little disappointing. For the prices I paid, I expected more. So, this place deserves a 4.5 stars, in my opinion. Would I return??? Maybe. The food, spectacular!!! The service, a dismal, sadly. Gorgeous Restaurant! I'd say, try this place once. Ok, hands down Pisces is now one of my favorite restaurants in this city. Located at the Wynn, Pisces has been opened for about a year now and it's located where Lakeside was at. So you still have your indoor and outdoor seating available. Came here for my March birthday dinner...obviously it was only fitting to dine here since it's Pisces season babyyyyy. Be sure to check out the bathroom. The aesthetic was giving coastal chic with such good lighting. Go and get your social media/Instagram pics and videos here, ladies! I'll be honest, service seemed a bit spotty throughout dinner. Not sure if it was busier than anticipated and they didn't have enough staff ORRRRRR they want to make your dining an experience so everything runs at a slower pace. Took awhile for us to receive menus and house water. A male waiter introduced himself and provided us with said menus and water but the rest of the night a female waitress came by to check on us. We requested the bill and it took them awhile to come around to us. Our dinner took close to THREE HOURS!!!!!! We had to rush at the end and sign the bill because our locals' 3 hour complimentary parking was up! Despite the slow service, everything else made up for it. The ambiance, food and beverage presentation. It's such a beautiful restaurant. We ordered the following: -AQUAMARINE $23: sauvignon blanc, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, "Aegean Sea" lemongrass cordial. Obviously I was going to have to order this because it's named after my birthstone. -MEDITERRANEAN BASS CEVICHE $29: lime, corn, jalapeño, roasted pepper dressing. Presentation was so well done. And the entire dish was perfection. So refreshing, citrusy flavor. I will hands down order this again. Even as my entree. -CRAB CIGARS $32: crispy filo, lemon, piquillo pepper remoulade. I've seen this being ordered a lot but to us, it was just okay. Although there was plenty of crab meat stuffed into this so I'll give them that. It's really just a fried looking egg roll with crab inside. -OLIVE OIL-POACHED GLACIER 51 SEA BASS $61: red pepper sauce, artichokes, olive pipirrana. OOHHHHH....the buttery, smooth sea bass was heavenly. Paired with the red pepper sauce, I was savoring each bite. I made sure to take in everything with my last bite. -14 OZ. HERITAGE BLACK ANGUS PRIME RIBEYE $98: husband ordered this and he said it was the best he's ever had. Prepared medium well, cooked correctly. I had a few pieces and the meat just melts in your mouth. Flavor was on point. For dessert, we got the Coral by the Sea. Again, great presentation as our server knocked the "coral looking shell" open to reveal our basque cheesecake drizzled with fresh pomegranate. Also, it was nice of them to present me with a complimentary birthday dessert. Yes, the prices here are higher than normal. But I will personally make it a point to come back here sooner than later. There are other items we would like to try like the hamachi serrano and we will definitely order the bass ceviche again. read more
4.5 stars only because the food here is excellent but I have a little bit of beef with our server. We asked him to pick 2 entrees and surprise us and he ended up picking the 2 most expensive entrees in the menu and ended up being enough to feed 6-8 people. We only had 4 people with us and leftovers for the next few meals which is not what we would like when we're in Vegas on vacation because we would like to try more food. Bill ended up being $600 but half of the food was leftovers... we specifically told the server to not pick the 2 biggest items on the menu and well, there you go... the food was good and I loved it here the first time. Ordered the perfect amount of food the first time-- tuna Wellington, bread service was amazing. Came back wanting to try the crab cigars which was removed from the menu, as well as the Wellington. We had the paella, risotto, octopus, burrata, salt baked fish, brussel sprouts and 2 desserts. read more

Pisces is a perfect Vegas restaurant. Beautiful interior, Great vibes, entertaining shows during dinner, great service, outstanding food and drinks. It's definitely a standout and our favorite. Your eyes can't get enough of all the decor and our palate can't get enough of the flavors. We have loved every dish ordered during our two visits so far. So so good! Enjoy! read more
