From when first walked in I was like I love this. Its was elegant and classy. The service was impeccable our servers were on top of every detail. Caviar wishes and Champagne dreams was our theme and boy did we enjoy every bit of it. The Gnocchi was delicious. The whole Caviar setup was impeccable. I will be back for sure.

We had dinner at Cipriani in Vegas and I wasn't overly impressed with the food or service. Bf liked his John Dory entree but they served it with rice and wouldn't sub out pasta which seemed off for a works renowned Italian restaurant. I actually LOVED the salmon sashimi appetizer which is reminiscent of the new style sashimi at Nobu. That is the standout here. The rest of our meal included a weird blob of vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Not sure why the Cip gets the occasional bad review, we fortunately had another fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly engaging from start to finish. The Bellinis and the food were exceptional too.

I love love love Cipriani in NYC and in Venice. So I talked my dining partner in coming here in Vegas where the most excellent restaurants exist at every turn. Sadly, I do think the 3 stars on Yelp are accurate. Cipriani Vegas was a horrible experience. I love their eggplant with rigatoni and ricotta as pictured on other reviews. They didn't have it on the menu this evening so I was going to order eggplant parmigiana and asked for a side of pasta with marinara to go with it in an attempt to mimic the dish I so love. The bartender told me you cannot order sides of pasta or a kids sized portion at Cipriani. So, we asked for the manager. Ledi, the manager, also told us we were not able to order a side of pasta and that they don't offer kid's portions. He told us we needed to order a full entree of pasta instead in addition to my eggplant parmigiana. Actually, there is one small pasta available to order, he said - it's tortellini with bechamel sauce and ham and you can exclude the ham. Are you serious?! A high end Italian restaurant refusing to accommodate a very very simple request from its loyal customers? I've been going to Cipriani in NYC basically since it opened and never ever was treated like this. They have always been accommodating, gracious, and truly Italian. Though we enjoyed our Bellinis, we did not have a great experience. Plus, the bar is ridiculously small - only 6 seats. Vegas Cipriani is beyond unenjoyable. Do not go. Let the Yelp reviews speak loud and clear and shut them down. There are so many other high end Italian restaurants in Vegas who are actually customer centric (though Cipriani always was in the past). Don't go to this location - listen to me and the other Yelpers who say something is very wrong with the staff and their experience at this location.

Visited Cipriani at the Wynn for a light mid‑afternoon meal, and the food was quite good as you'd expect from a restaurant within Wynn. We ordered the Artichoke & Avocado Salad and Broccoli Soup. They also got us bread service with absolutely incredible olive oil. Everything tasted fresh and well executed; the soup however could have used a touch more seasoning, but it was still enjoyable. The service experience, however, was mixed. Our attending staff member appeared disengaged and seemed disappointed that we weren't ordering full entrées or expensive drinks, which created an uncomfortable tone and made us feel unwelcome. Decided to skip ordering desserts. On the positive side, another young team member who assisted with water and small table needs was warm, friendly, and very attentive -- his hospitality was genuinely appreciated. Overall, the food was on point, but the inconsistency in service brings my rating to 3/5 (ver rare amongst my reviews). If not for the other gentleman, it would have been a 2/5. I'll likely not return, especially with all the phenomenal service and food available elsewhere in Vegas.

I have been here before twice and had amazing dinners here. Unfortunately my family and I traveled back and decided to have lunch here only to be shockingly disappointed at almost every dish ordered. Best - Margarita pizza Dry martini Tuna crudo with olive oil simple but fresh and tasty KIng crab Worst - Pre fix lunch Lamb shank was rubbery Tuna salad -- deconstructed horrible. The tuna tasted like chicken of the sea which I stopped eating as a teen Tagliatelle butter noodles lack luster plain no sauce of any substance The Bill - not commensurate with the food quality

I was in town for work and had a team dinner here. I will say the appetizers and my entree were very good. The side dishes were a bit strange and the restaurant was very loud but overall not a bad meal. Service was decent. We shared these appetizers: Burrata "alla Mediterranea" with Cherry Tomatoes and Taggiasche Olives - yummy! Fritto Misto (Calamari & Shrimp) with Tartare and Marinara Sauce - very flavorful! Steak Tartare "alla Cipriani" * - tasty! For my entree, I went with the Veal Piccatine "al Limone" served with Rice Pilaf. The veal was very flavorful and tender. The rice pilaf was boring though and I was not sure what to do with it. Do I put it on the plate to soak in the sauce or eat it separately? It was just a weird side. Then several other people had fish dishes and their side was just a random bowl of cold tomatoes. Even weirder than my rice. Also it was hard to talk to others at the table as the place was so loud. They were having a private party in the back room with the doors open and all tables were full. The restaurant could use some sound proofing.

    Gnocchi... worth it
    Grant H.

Order the gnocchi. DO NOT order the dark chocolate "gelato." There...I just enhanced your dining experience :) After a wonderful show at the Wynn, we wanted to eat somewhere close by, so we chose Cipriani. The reservations were wide open online, but we still had to wait when we got there. The decor and ambiance were nice, and the gnocchi was very good. It was made with something else besides potatoes, but it had a nice consistency. The pizza was also very good if you like spice. Everything was going well, until dessert. Las Vegas has been heading down in tourism as people feel "ripped off" when they gamble on the strip, with the new payouts on table games. Ordering dessert at Cipriani felt the same way. Of course, the waiter tries to have you order more stuff, but for an Italian restaurant, they should know the difference between gelato and mousse. Their dark chocolate gelato is really a mousse. It tasted okay, but when you are expecting gelato, you don't want to be given a mousse and be told that it is a gelato. Of course, the waiter was not Italian, so... I guess this is the Las Vegas vibe now...leave feeling gypped :(

    my rubbery scallops
    Sara J.

My husband and I were really excited to try this restaurant as we have always heard how good it is in New York but maybe the New York location is better? Typically chain restaurants are pretty consistent so I was disappointed after my experience here. I started with the steak tartare and had the scallops with rice pilaf as my entree. The steak tartare was flavorless and my scallops were overcooked and rubbery. The rice that accompanied my scallops were undercooked. The only things that were actually decent during my dinner there were the virgin peach bellini and the complimentary vanilla meringue cake they provided for my husband's birthday. I would certainly recommend this place for their cake but every other component of our meal was rather lackluster.

    New Zeland lamb chops
    Carlos L.

I came in with high expectations based on other Cipriani locations I've visited--New York and even Mexico set a pretty high bar. The Las Vegas outpost was... decent, but it didn't quite live up to the Cipriani standard I'm used to. The New Zealand lamb chops were good but not memorable. Dessert was the highlight: a freshly whipped vanilla ice cream that was genuinely delicious. The wine selection was solid as well. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, just not one that makes me want to return. For a brand like Cipriani, I expected more. Would I come back: no.

Spinach, pepperoni pizza and lamb chops
    Teddy D.

I'm a Chicagoan born and raised so I've had pizza from all over the city from Italian Fiesta to Lou Malnati's to Phil's the list goes on. When I tell you the best pizza I've had so far was from Cipriani's in Vegas, it was a pepperoni Neapolitan style that was pure perfection. The lamb chops with sautéed spinach was also delicious. Now the service and the waitstaff leave a lot to be desired and the seating is absolutely cramped. The food made up for the lackluster service.

    Seafood pasta and cucumber salad
    Thomas Q.

I didn't understand that three star accumulative review but when we came here, it was really nice ambience the seafood pasta and the cucumber salad was fantastic. I was a very nice New Year's Eve lunch. Thought to service was very good as well. Around us were Italian speakers and family celebrating New Year's Eve. If the Italians like the food, it must be good.

I've been to a lot of great restaurants over the years, and I can honestly say our waiter was the best I've ever had. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect without being over the top. The food came out incredibly fast, in about five minutes, which was a huge plus because we arrived hungry. It's rare to get such quick service without sacrificing quality. I was there with my wife and our kids. The kids loved their pasta dishes, and I had the filet mignon tartare and a Margherita pizza. Both were absolutely delicious. You can really tell they use high quality ingredients, and everything was fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lively, fun, and comfortable for families, and the prices were completely reasonable for a restaurant of this quality in Las Vegas. This is definitely a place I'll be coming back to every time I'm in Vegas. I highly recommend Mother Wolf to anyone looking for amazing Italian food, excellent service, and a great overall experience. A special thank you to Dutch, the best waiter in the restaurant. You truly made our evening unforgettable!

No Italian food anywhere this good since Felix Trattoria in LA opened with the glassed in humidified Nonna Room where Chef Evan wielded his chitarra and made Sausage Tortellini with his sausage fingers. Felix was the Italian version of the glass Dumpling cage at Din Tai Fung where the 18 year olds made 18 folds all Din Tai day. Many Italian Restaurants use store bought Pasta. It's an acceptable Chef cheat. Some even go to the trouble to buy Bronze Dye Extruded dry Pasta as it pits the Pasta to help absorb Sauce. Here, the Pasta is all made by hand. (Renta Nonna?) All hands on deck and on the Rigatoni. There is a discernable difference especially when the fresh handmade Pasta is cooked quickly to keep it as toothsome as Ferraro's does it. The Decor: Rich, warm, welcoming, earthy and understated elegant. So, no warehouse close out of Majolica Pottery. The Hostess will greet you as if you were really someone she'd like to sit next to at Thanksgiving. This place is located off The Strip in a Strip Mall and thankfully no street stripper cajoling you to take a photo with her/him for a ten-spot. The Bar: As full as a Bar can get with some of most anything you can order to go with anything you can pick from the ambitious menu, and the wine list is heroic. Overwhelmed by the signature Cocktails I finally picked a Drunken Strawberry with a little push from Ivana the wonderful Server who cared for me like the first night with an adopted pound puppy. My drink had Porter's Tropical Old Tom Style Gin, Chamberryzette (Strawberry Aperitif), Aperol, and Fabbri Fregola (Strawberries in Syrup). It leaned sweet, and two more would have had me leaning in the street. Within minutes Fabio the "Bread Boy" offered a tray of complimentary warm Rustic Rolls which were favuloso along with rectangles of Foccacia. The House made Tapenade was meraviglioso. The Staff: Ivana was as warm as the beautiful Rustic Rolls. She was charming and genuinely concerned about every detail to insure that all her guests enjoyed everything they selected from the huge menu. And they all did. Who's here? Locals, regulars, expats all dreaming of what they ate every Sunday at their Nonna's kitchen table. Of course there were a few turisti who ventured off The Strip which rivals Bourbon St. and Times Square for being a rip. You'd have to know this wonderful place is here and now you do. The Food: It is simply not possible to make a mistake or bad choice here. The food is exceptional. The Ravioli with a chunk of Beef Cheek inside was brilliant. This could've been a main course. The Arancini Cacio e Pepe was the size of a Rawlings Baseball only much easier to chew. It's a Black Pepper and Pecorino-Romano Cheese Rice Ball breaded and fried then topped with a Truffle Cream Sauce laced with flecked and bits of Black Truffle. (Ask for a side of Crestor). While crisp is America's favorite flavor, apparently, it's Italy's too. Crunchy and creamy these were beyond delicious. Finally, the third appetizer took a bow. Crudo di Coda Ricciola (thin slices of Yellowtail), with Fennel, Hazelnuts, Capers, Calabrese Chili Oil and a drizzle of White Balsamic Vinegar. This was more than just fish. It's more than you could wish for, capeesh? My Caesar was good enough to hail. Creamy, Garlicy Dressing with just a hint of Anchovy and Toasted Bread Crumbs replacing soggy Croutons. Lovely. The Lobster Aragosta (like saying Shrimp Scampi), was pried out of it's shell (like a debutant at her first dance) tableside with the expertise of a trauma surgeon. The Pasta was perfect, nice and spicy, and coiled attractively with a fork in a ladle and more than enough for four hungry Construction Workers. Lobster in unskilled hands is often bouncy and rubbery. Not this one, it was tender, slightly transluscent, sightly briny and half buried in the Fresh Pomodoro Sauce. I ate way more of this delicious Pasta than I had any right or ability to. It was addictive with one bite. So, yes it was worth the 4 plus hour schelp from LA to get here. Ferraro's is the Ferrari of Italian Cuisine (a bitaly of Italy for sure) and might just be the true home of home made Italian food in the Country...any Country.

I was so happy to hear that they can. I felt like I had died and gone to cheesy heaven.before I developed my wheat allergy I ordered garlic bread anywhere it was in the menu. It's one of my favorite foods. So when I say theirs is quite possibly the best I've ever had in my life, it means something. We ordered family style for the entrees. We ordered the Bolognese Pappardelle, Strozzapreti, Ricotta Cavatelli( subbed gf pasta), Chicken Scarpariello and Short Rib Lumache. They were all absolutely delicious. Dessert did not disappoint either. We ordered the Brookie sundae and the Tiramisu. I couldn't have the Tiramisu but I was told that it was great. The Brookie sundae was a fun dessert. It came with vanilla, pistachio and chocolate gelato, whip and some sort of cake on the bottom. I didn't go all the way down because of my stupid allergy again. The gelatos were all good. It came with a side dish with strawberries and nuts and little chocolate balls. I can't wait to go back again. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were great, and I would definitely come back.
