    Brunch

I love this place and we were able to get a booking on a Sunday afternoon. The place is on the 10th floor of the Venetian. They have an elevator at the front lobby that goes right up to the restaurant. I have been here so many times and always try to eat here when I am in Las Vegas. Today was not different. I made reservations on line and got a table for two. When we arrived we were seated right away. The place was packed as always. Reservations is a must so you don't have to wait for a table. They have a specials board everyday. It has pastry specials and more each day. They were out of some of the stuff we wanted since it was already the afternoon and they only make so many items. I noticed no more French toast here. That's too bad since i loved it. No Monkey bread either . oh the time has passed. I got the Chicken and Waffles a favorite too. It was amazing as always. The waffle was crispy like i enjoy it. The gravy is the best with so much stuff in it. Like Thanksgiving day. The chicken was so moist and tender. A must try if you never had. it. I had to recommend it to the the lady asking how it was next to us. The wife got the eggs benedict which was with crab this time She loves crab. She asked for the peppers on the side. The dish came but it had peppers all in it. I had to ask the waiter to exchange it. It came out in a couple of minutes. She had so of mine. No worries. It came out and looked like they added more crab. She liked it a lot. of course couldn't finish it so I had to. Oh did i mention that they give you fresh bread for the table so yummy. Had a great time here and loved the food. We were stuffed as always.

Marzano tomato soup - 4/5: This was a "today special". The soup was very creamy. I felt like it was lacking a little something, but still good. Lobster roll -5/5: This was a "today special". Probably one of the best lobster rolls I've had. Chicken & waffles - 3/5: Personally I thought the chicken was okay, but my friends would rate 5/5. The mimosas were good.

Food was good, waiter service was just ok. The server assistant was more attentive. Have to really use the signs in the casino to find it!

This was the 4th time we've eaten at Bouchon for Mother's Day. It's a beautiful restaurant with delicious bread and butter to start with and mothers were offered a mimosa as they entered the restaurant. There is always something for everyone to enjoy--us grandparents, our children and grandchildren. We always look forward to the truffle french fries, rillettes aux deluxe salmon, terrine de foie gras de carnard as starters. This year it was a pre-fixe menu. The lobster Benedict on the English muffin with poached eggs was perfect--large piece of lobster and eggs perfectly cooked, others enjoyed eating the crepes. Our 15 year old grand-daughter ate all of the macarons. Perfect day and perfect meal.

Service was wonderful! The restaurant was beautiful and elegant! This was all 10/10! I wasn't impressed by every single dish. 1. Bread and Butter: (10/10) This was some of the best bread and so addicting with the butter. I also love that they serve their bread warm! 2. Steak Frites: (8/10) The steak was perfectly cooked on the inside, even though I wish the outside had more of a crust. The fries were incredibly salty. It's like someone salted them and then someone else didn't realize and salted them again. 3. Deviled Eggs: (7/10) Average. Nothing I would order again 4. Profiteroles: (1/10) Terrible. The choux pastry was crunchy and hard. I've had profiteroles in so many places and none of them have ever been so hard. Even the chocolate syrup didn't soften them up at all and they were very hard to cut. Also, I wish they would just do a smaller pour of chocolate and leave the rest on the side if needed.

2nd time as Bouchon, this one for brunch and we all left feeling very satisfied. Reservations are required and a must because they can get very busy. It is located at the Venetian hotel but just know it can be a little tricky to find it once inside. Follow the signs and take the elevator to the correct floor. The inside is fairly big and bright inside. Service was great. We were seated right away and all together the food came out quickly once ordered. I ordered the crab Benedict and my only complaint was that the muffin underneath was hard to cut. Otherwise the flavors were amazing and there was a good amount of crab. Another favorite was the foie gras.

Bread and foie gras are ok, the main courses are very disappointing, chicken looks good , but tasteless except salty, lamb is just a lamb, nothing special. Overall disappointed, it is not a fine dining place, but with the price tag

Vegas for Illenium, but brunch at Bouchon was a choice opener. We started Friday morning with a slight wait, which was easily cured by two dangerous espresso martinis at the bar. The bartenders were so charming they almost convinced us to cancel our reservation and stay with them--tempting, but we needed the table real estate for what was coming. The complimentary bread service was a sweet touch, but the Foie Gras Poêlé stole the show. It was buttery, decadent, and paired with a preserve that I'm still thinking about. For the mains, I opted for the Bananas Foster French Toast special. It had a signature 'crunch' that balanced perfectly with the Bananas Foster topping. Across the table, the avocado toast was executed with that effortless perfection you'd expect from Keller. The Verdict: We'll be back for the next show. Come for the caffeine, stay for the foie gras.

So, I'll begin by saying I don't venture to the strip much these days. We have many dining options off strip. BUT, we made an exception to have a BDay breakfast for my wife. Bouchon DID NOT disappoint. PARKING was easy, and first 3 hours are free with your NV ID. Access to the restaurant is a breeze from the self-park garage. No having to walk through the casino floor. SERVICE was great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our water glasses and my coffee cup were never empty. The FOOD was delicious. I order the quiche and it was baked to perfection. It was light with a crispy crust. My wife enjoyed her American breakfast...I know, branch out a little I say. The restaurant is located on the tenth floor and offers an upscale feel with a quiet ambiance. Bouchon is now on our list of musts for that special outing. We will be going back :)

Honestly, it's pretty pricey even for breakfast you have to make a reservation in advance, but it is delicious. I had the crab eggs Benedict and I put truffle on it. Watch out it's $35 extra for truffle, but it was super good and kind of worth it to be honest.

Everyone raves about the food. Rightly so, but if you can get there early and sit at the bar you will thank me. Maybe just stop in for night cap, the bar here is MIT level. Vegas drinks go hand in hand with everything in Vegas, every sport, every pool, every 1lb Hot dog, every shopping mall. Quality drinks are not as common as they should be. Thank you Bouchon for the craft!

    Escargot, caviar, perfection.

Make the reservation - you won't be disappointed!! We came here for brunch - and man, was that the best move of the trip. All the food - delicious - you seriously can't go wrong with anything on the menu. A beautiful French atmosphere, delightful and attentive servers, and all the delicious bread you could want - what more could you ask for? I will come here every time I am in Vegas - that's a guarantee!

Always a good experience when we are here in Vegas! Good ambience, food, friendly waitstaff. We always make sure to have breakfast at this restaurant when we visit Las Vegas!

The roasted chicken and savory waffle! This just works on so many levels.

    Ask the Community - Bouchon

Do they sell loaves of sourdough from San Francisco?

I believe everything they serve is baked in house.

    It is dog allowed?

No. I'm sure they have some type of allowance for legitimate service animals

Do they offer Moules au Safran (Mussells steams with white wine) during Saturday brunch?

i don't recall seeing the mussells on the brunch menu anymore. i think it's only offered at dinner. if your going for brunch, doesn't hurt to ask to see if you can get an off menu item.

Is Sole Meunière on the menu?

I went for dinner recently, and it was not on the menu, but the evening I went (a Wednesday night) they had it as a special. It was absolutely divine.

I can't find any information on what the dress code is now, I only see the dress code for 2022 is there a dress code?

There is no dress code really - it's a higher end restaurant in Vegas so smart casual and above is appropriate but jeans are fine too - I was there Thanksgiving and most people had made an effort to dress smartly

    Is there a kids menu?

    It is an adult establishment.

What's the dress code? Can I wear shorts?

    No dress code

Do you have to eat the 3 course Easter meal on April 17? Or can you order off the menu?

Did you get an answer on this? Thanks.

    Not open for breakfast anymore?

    Nope

Do h offer gluten free items?

Hi there Bouchon offers some gluten free menu items but is not dedicated to gluten free. Might want to contact the Resturant prior to reservations. Hope this helps.

Can the Chef cater the menu for a child with a Dairy and Egg allergy?

Let the chef know your allergies. And he will cook you up some thing other than dairy and eggs

Bottomless mimosas? This restaurant showed up in the search as having them, but I wanted to be sure!

Thank you for your interest in our restaurant. We do not offer bottomless mimosas.

Is this place still open at the regular hours?

Yes please see Hanks answer for hours. Also you need to make a reservation.

Is this restaurant still serving the foie gras pate/ spread with bread?

The foie gras en jar wasn't on the menu in October - they said not likely until things pick up again, however you might be able to call in advance to see if they'd make it for you.

Do they serve bottomless mimosas for brunch?

    Not at night.

Is this mainly a breakfasts brunch kind of place? Thinking about coming for dinner, but all the rave are about breakfast... do they have good dinner selections? Thank you!

How much is the corkage fee?

I'd call to be certain. It could possibly be up to $150.00 +/-

Do they have gluten free options?

They do. Almost all restaurants have gluten free options if you work the menu. However, this place does not have gluten free bread.

    Do they allow babies/toddlers?

Yes. It is an upscale, low/mid noise level restaurant, so I would keep that in mind.

    Do they accept walk ins?

Yes! It's actually Walk Ins only-for breakfast and brunch. Reservations are offered for dinner service only.

We dressed very casually and, aside from a few looks from patrons, we were not bothered about it by staff. The food was surprisingly underwhelming. 2 artichokes, 3 steaks, 1 salmon, 1 side salad, 1 side asparagus, 1 side spinach, one glass of wine, & a Pellegrino cost about $330.07 with tax but without tip. Not crazy about it. It's a one & done type place. I would much rather dine with top notch cuisine, and it would most likely cost much less. And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

I was really excited to give this restaurant a try because I am a French food addict and the dinner did not let me down. Every part of it was fantastic. It's located in the MGM signature area and is really well done on the inside. It's very large and has a very red theme throughout and has a bit of a modern lie to it. We sat at the chef's counter and were able to watch this kitchen make the food during the entire meal, which was really awesome to see. Our server was also extremely polite and the menu had a lot of great options on it. For my dinner I started off with Le Tartare de Wagyu and loved every bit of it. I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. Very bright and fresh looking - almost the exact opposite of the current Vegas trend of "let's make it so dark it's actually dangerous". I love the tomatoes and lemons on the table. The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini.

Our server Miguel was very attentive, so excellent service as well. Will go there again when in Vegas, good place to celebrate an occasion or if you just want a good meal.

It was 4pm, so we need a reservation for 7pm, I found on place with a 7pm reservation and booked it... that was Le Cirque. I did not know one thing about this restaurant. I only have to say... what a discovery. We walked in from the ringing noise of the casino to a beautiful quiet oasis. Greeted by a hostesses as if we had been there every weekend for 50 years, and the service got even better from there. The decor is quite nice, with the perfect use of texture to limit any floating conversation. I could actually have a conversation with my wife in my 'inside' voice. The wine list is great, we had a nice rose and burgundy, reminisent of our honeymoon in France. We selected the 4 course dinner. I am a vegetarian, and am use to limited selections at fine restaurants, however, the 4 course meal was one great dish after another. My wife loved every one of her dishes as well, and speaking of dishes, the china with the Curious George was so special since we both hold that little ape close to our hearts. If you're looking for the most memorable dining experience in Vegas, look no further.

They were also very kind to switch out a course that was a repeat in the previous tasting menu I had! Every dish is just a work of art with a taste to match. I can't wait to go back again!

The employee came across as unfriendly, impatient, and unwilling to actively listen during our conversation. I understand that I have an accent, and I would have been more than happy to repeat myself if there was any difficulty understanding me. Instead, I felt repeatedly interrupted while prices were quickly listed to me, almost as though I was being discouraged from making a reservation rather than welcomed as a guest. Good customer service begins with a positive communication climate. First impressions matter, and creating a positive communication climate is essential, especially for staff responsible for handling reservations. Active listening, asking clarifying questions (perception checking), and using confirming messages are all basic yet important communication skills that help customers feel respected and valued. Unfortunately, that level of professionalism was missing from this interaction. This may be someone having a difficult day, or it may indicate a need for additional customer service training. I'd like to provide a copy of my book to this representative, as she stands to learn a great deal about the food and hospitality industry, excellent customer service, and effective communication skills. Here is a small excerpt: Creating means that first impressions are most important. You will either create a positive or a negative communication climate with your first impression. Keep in mind that a forgettable or unremarkable first impression is also a negative one. Because perception is selective, a first impression sets the tone for all interactions and impressions that follow. Getting it right from the start matters. "Social scientists have coined the term "halo effect" to describe the power of a first impression to influence subsequent perceptions. Fostering means developing excellent relationships by giving customers the undivided attention they deserve again and again. It may not be your first day on the job, but it may be their first time dining with you. Everyone wants to feel special. Everyone wants to feel important. Everyone wants attention. Be courteous, polite, and attentive to your customers. Don't just go through the motions; instead, treat each customer as if they were dining out for a special occasion. Maintaining means never forgetting how you created and fostered your customers' loyalty and repeat business...
