Always make a brunch stop when I am in Vegas. Always a lovely atmosphere, delicious food, impeccable service. I was disappointed the Ad Hoc fried chicken sandwich wasn't on the menu as before. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was fine, but not as good as Zuni (SF) or my mom's. The waffles were the best ever. Crispy on the outside, light, yummy! Mr B got his standard American breakfast. It used to include juice and coffee, but no more. The sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast and pastry were all good. They no longer allow the sticky bun (our fave!) as a choice for pastry, which is disappointing. Also, the waitress asked if Mr B wanted cheese on his eggs, and it wasn't until we saw the $4 extra charge on the bill we learned it wasn't included. It wasn't needed, and didn't add anything to the already delicious eggs. It would have been nice if the waitress had disclosed there was an upcharge. We visit Vegas often, and will be back!

Had a wonderful 23rd wedding anniversary here before heading to a concert at sphere. Located on the 10th floor of the Venetian hotel. Location is quite lovely. Service and food were impeccable. No surprise, It's a Thomas Keller restaurant. You would not expect anything less. Reservation was easy to make and the reservation management system was very forgiving with time changes. Romantic vibe.

Stellar dining experience! Inside nothing has changed since visiting here last so many years ago. Calm, casual, and lively, definitely a good vibe. Service was on point with well timed delivery and execution of each course. We ordered way too much but when in Vegas, why not?! Standouts included foie terrine, beef tartar, and steak frites. The hubby was all raves for the sole meunière. Also potato puree was stellar with the fish. All in, what a memorable experience. Huge shout out to Dion for taking such good care of us!

I am a huge fan of Thomas Keller who is the first chef in American history to have 2 Michelin star restaurants simultaneously. I have been lucky enough to eat at the French Laundry in the past and plan to eat at his NYC one when I get the chance. For this occasion I was visiting Vegas for my birthday weekend so I chose Bouchon because this is one of the three Keller restaurants that I have not been to yet. It's located in the Venetian on the ground floor in a beautiful setting. The dining room is very large with high ceilings and the tables are fairly spread apart, which was really nice. Our server was extremely polite and everything that we ordered arrived fairly quickly. Pricing here is a little steep, but you do get great quality food in return. I started off with the Salad Lyonnaise and thought it was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the better ones that I've had in a long time and I even had other versions of it during this same trip and this one beat all of those. I followed that with the Eye of the Rib and thought it had a great flavor, but for $105 it was a very small portion and it took me about 7 or 8 bites to finish it. It did have amazing flavors, I just think that it was a bit steep price wise for the limited portion you get in return. Overall though I would highly recommend this restaurant and would stop in again next time I'm in Vegas.

Wonderful restaurant. We had the Lyon salad and escargot to start. They were fantastic. I had Gnocchi and it was out of this world. If I return I'll skip everything else and order two plates just for me. Outstanding!!!! We also had steak frites. The steak was delicious--wrapped in an onion jam with compound butter. Top notch --such a treat.

Ambiance is bright and inviting. Service is outstanding as we weren't left waiting for anything. Waiter inquired about both allergies and our evening plans to ensure we finished our meal in time to make our show. Waiter knew the menu well and made excellent suggestions. Complimentary bread was a work of art! The menu isn't extensive but quality is the draw. Keep your eye open for the nightly specials! I had the steak frites (one of their specialties). The serving sizes were generous and the recommended temperature of medium to my steak was spot on. My wife had the nightly special of heirloom tomato salad to start and that was amazing. It included green beans and shallots enrobed in creamy pesto and olives. Her entree was gnocchi in a creamy tomato sauce with summer squash and mushroom. They were melt in your mouth soft! Great date night spot!

Was able to easily squeeze into the bar as a single on Saturday morning for brunch. I got the crab Benedict for $41 and you do get a good amount of crab. I felt like the price was fair and definitely left full. The services is great and the venue makes you feel like you're in a French bistro. I've started to make a habit of coming here every time I'm in Vegas and I love it every time!

I love this place and we were able to get a booking on a Sunday afternoon. The place is on the 10th floor of the Venetian. They have an elevator at the front lobby that goes right up to the restaurant. I have been here so many times and always try to eat here when I am in Las Vegas. Today was not different. I made reservations on line and got a table for two. When we arrived we were seated right away. The place was packed as always. Reservations is a must so you don't have to wait for a table. They have a specials board everyday. It has pastry specials and more each day. They were out of some of the stuff we wanted since it was already the afternoon and they only make so many items. I noticed no more French toast here. That's too bad since i loved it. No Monkey bread either . oh the time has passed. I got the Chicken and Waffles a favorite too. It was amazing as always. The waffle was crispy like i enjoy it. The gravy is the best with so much stuff in it. Like Thanksgiving day. The chicken was so moist and tender. A must try if you never had. it. I had to recommend it to the the lady asking how it was next to us. The wife got the eggs benedict which was with crab this time She loves crab. She asked for the peppers on the side. The dish came but it had peppers all in it. I had to ask the waiter to exchange it. It came out in a couple of minutes. She had so of mine. No worries. It came out and looked like they added more crab. She liked it a lot. of course couldn't finish it so I had to. Oh did i mention that they give you fresh bread for the table so yummy. Had a great time here and loved the food. We were stuffed as always.

Marzano tomato soup - 4/5: This was a "today special". The soup was very creamy. I felt like it was lacking a little something, but still good. Lobster roll -5/5: This was a "today special". Probably one of the best lobster rolls I've had. Chicken & waffles - 3/5: Personally I thought the chicken was okay, but my friends would rate 5/5. The mimosas were good.

Honestly, it's pretty pricey even for breakfast you have to make a reservation in advance, but it is delicious. I had the crab eggs Benedict and I put truffle on it. Watch out it's $35 extra for truffle, but it was super good and kind of worth it to be honest.

Service was wonderful! The restaurant was beautiful and elegant! This was all 10/10! I wasn't impressed by every single dish. 1. Bread and Butter: (10/10) This was some of the best bread and so addicting with the butter. I also love that they serve their bread warm! 2. Steak Frites: (8/10) The steak was perfectly cooked on the inside, even though I wish the outside had more of a crust. The fries were incredibly salty. It's like someone salted them and then someone else didn't realize and salted them again. 3. Deviled Eggs: (7/10) Average. Nothing I would order again 4. Profiteroles: (1/10) Terrible. The choux pastry was crunchy and hard. I've had profiteroles in so many places and none of them have ever been so hard. Even the chocolate syrup didn't soften them up at all and they were very hard to cut. Also, I wish they would just do a smaller pour of chocolate and leave the rest on the side if needed.

Food was good, waiter service was just ok. The server assistant was more attentive. Have to really use the signs in the casino to find it!

2nd time as Bouchon, this one for brunch and we all left feeling very satisfied. Reservations are required and a must because they can get very busy. It is located at the Venetian hotel but just know it can be a little tricky to find it once inside. Follow the signs and take the elevator to the correct floor. The inside is fairly big and bright inside. Service was great. We were seated right away and all together the food came out quickly once ordered. I ordered the crab Benedict and my only complaint was that the muffin underneath was hard to cut. Otherwise the flavors were amazing and there was a good amount of crab. Another favorite was the foie gras.

    Ask the Community - Bouchon

Do they sell loaves of sourdough from San Francisco?

I believe everything they serve is baked in house.

    It is dog allowed?

No. I'm sure they have some type of allowance for legitimate service animals

Do they offer Moules au Safran (Mussells steams with white wine) during Saturday brunch?

i don't recall seeing the mussells on the brunch menu anymore. i think it's only offered at dinner. if your going for brunch, doesn't hurt to ask to see if you can get an off menu item.

Is Sole Meunière on the menu?

I went for dinner recently, and it was not on the menu, but the evening I went (a Wednesday night) they had it as a special. It was absolutely divine.

I can't find any information on what the dress code is now, I only see the dress code for 2022 is there a dress code?

There is no dress code really - it's a higher end restaurant in Vegas so smart casual and above is appropriate but jeans are fine too - I was there Thanksgiving and most people had made an effort to dress smartly

    Is there a kids menu?

    It is an adult establishment.

What's the dress code? Can I wear shorts?

    No dress code

Do you have to eat the 3 course Easter meal on April 17? Or can you order off the menu?

Did you get an answer on this? Thanks.

    Not open for breakfast anymore?

    Nope

Do h offer gluten free items?

Hi there Bouchon offers some gluten free menu items but is not dedicated to gluten free. Might want to contact the Resturant prior to reservations. Hope this helps.

Can the Chef cater the menu for a child with a Dairy and Egg allergy?

Let the chef know your allergies. And he will cook you up some thing other than dairy and eggs

Bottomless mimosas? This restaurant showed up in the search as having them, but I wanted to be sure!

Thank you for your interest in our restaurant. We do not offer bottomless mimosas.

Is this place still open at the regular hours?

Yes please see Hanks answer for hours. Also you need to make a reservation.

Is this restaurant still serving the foie gras pate/ spread with bread?

The foie gras en jar wasn't on the menu in October - they said not likely until things pick up again, however you might be able to call in advance to see if they'd make it for you.

Do they serve bottomless mimosas for brunch?

    Not at night.

Is this mainly a breakfasts brunch kind of place? Thinking about coming for dinner, but all the rave are about breakfast... do they have good dinner selections? Thank you!

How much is the corkage fee?

I'd call to be certain. It could possibly be up to $150.00 +/-

Do they have gluten free options?

They do. Almost all restaurants have gluten free options if you work the menu. However, this place does not have gluten free bread.

    Do they allow babies/toddlers?

Yes. It is an upscale, low/mid noise level restaurant, so I would keep that in mind.

    Do they accept walk ins?

Yes! It's actually Walk Ins only-for breakfast and brunch. Reservations are offered for dinner service only.

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

I want to shout out our very attentive server, Patrick. He made our dinner feel so much more informed and intimate. I was unable to take a picture of the set menu and the restaurant changed the menu the next day... so the names of the dishes are from memory. The food was exquisite. Every single dish was perfectly thought out and complimented each other so well. The entire set menu emulated spring with bright, green ingredients. Foie Gras with wine reduction and parmesan cheese foam (5/5): Beautiful introduction. The foie gras was so creamy and delicious. It was almost custard-like with how soft it was. It was fatty, savoury, and a great way to introduce the rest of the set menu. Salad (4.5/5): I loved this! The flavours were so bright and the veggies were so naturally crispy. The chef did a really good job in bringing out the natural acidity of the vegetables. Really was able to indulge in these flavours after the fatty foie gras. Scallop carpaccio topped with caviar and a side of beets (5/5): I would never think to put beets with scallops? This was so good. The umami of the caviar paired with the acidity of the sauce really hit heights. The texture of the carpaccio was perfect as well, almost a melt in your mouth experience. Pea (?) soup with lobster puree (5/5): Not gonna lie, best pea soup I ever had. I didn't even know you could elevate pea soup in this way. The lobster... essence? Puree? Beautiful addition to the soup. 10/10 would have it again. And I don't enjoy peas. Crispy tartine topped with a quail egg, morel mushrooms, asparagus, and parmesan cheese (5/5): Tartine was perfectly flaky, buttery, and crispy. All of the toppings were excellent as well. When everything was eaten together, all the flavours were so GOOD. Savoury, buttery, umami goodness!! Korean fish on couscous with tomato consume (4/5): Perfectly balanced dish. The fish was well cooked. Very soft and tender. Steak tartare with frites and bread (5/5): SO WELL SEASONED. Usually with steak tartare at other places, I have issues with it being too acidic or overly seasoned. But this was perfection with the fries. NY strip with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): Very well seared, perfectly cooked and a soft tender experience. The sauce on the side worked so well with the meat. A5 Wagyu with porcini (?) mushrooms and mashed potatoes (5/5): A REAL melt in your mouth experience. I did not have to chew it practically melted in my mouth and was so so SO worth the additional price tag. Yuzu ice dessert with popping candy(?): I'm unsure if they used actual popping candy but whatever they did worked so good with the dessert! It was such a lovely addition to the set menu. Really brought back childhood memories! Yuzu ice cream with pandan sponge cake and (?) wafers sprinkled with assorted nuts and gelee (5/5): I thought this dish had the prettiest presentation. The dessert was also very well thought out and was super creamy and refreshing!

The place was not busy and the bar was at least half empty. Had a show in 30 mins so was in bit of a rush and wanted a fast foie gras slider. There were about 15 people working and walking around behind the bar and the servers tending to people around us. Staring at everyone and waiting forever, I had to wave someone down to just be seen to get someone to take my order of what I already wanted. Told him my concern and tried to place an order with him but then he said he will let my server know... He went M.I.A for a good 3 minutes. No communication if my order went through or not. This was giving me Huge Anxiety and cannot remember how terrible lacking of service I have had in a long time!!! Then Johnathan, the manager, with the wild peacock hair came over and again, I had to repeat the bad service and now 10 minutes have passed by with not knowing where the guy that was going to tell my server went, leaving me with 20mins left to spare. He said he'll put that in for me and it seemed to have been rushed a lil to accomodate the lack of service. Guessing who was supposed to be our server came way later, after this whole fiasco. This could have gone way smoother if we had a server ready to go in front of us instead of being in the back for a long time with no one to jump in quickly as soon as we sat down Got the lil sliders quick but the fries were soggy and the foie gras was cold. Asked if the foie was supposed to be cold and the server said it should be warm since it's seared, it was completely cold. I touched all four sides and it was cold AF! Manager came over again and again I said the same thing. He said that don't I have a show to get to and that they're not a "fast food" restaurant. That is laughable because yeah it's not because anyone would get better service at a fast food chain than there! I said the beef patty was hot and well cooked but somehow the foie that needed less cooking time than the beef was somehow cold. And if you want to talk about fast... Doesn't seared mean a high-heat cooking technique used to quickly brown the surface of food?! Few seconds on each side and the foie should have been warmed up easily! He just got quiet and said he will take it off the bill. If you are not a fast food restaurant then don't try to play off cooking fast food items if you can't even do that properly! I asked where the wine I had was from and he said the Somm would know, I'm sure he would but I was asking him. He did ask the Somm and told me where it was from since I wasn't going to get a chance to speak with him anyways, he wasn't going to stop by The place looked the same as it has years ago - dark, lame and dingy. They need a revamp of the interior as well as their attitudes and their poor service. Seems like this place has gone way downhill

We arrived and were greeted by Abbie our server. We were seated quickly and received bread and water. As we looked over the Restaurant Week Menu, I noticed that on the menu Abbie gave us it showed an up-charge for the Sole. I asked her about this as online what they provided to Restaurant Week as their menu it did show an up-charge for the Filet and the Duck but not the Sole. Abbie immediately started to argue with me stating it may be an old posting which I said no it's current and I don't have an issue with the up-charge if there is one now, it's just not showing online so I was just asking, it's really not a big deal to me. She stated she would look at the website and talk to the owner but she definitely had a negative attitude toward us for asking and it continued for a bit. We started with the French Onion Soup and the Warm Crusted Pistachio Goat cheese with Onion Jam & Honey. The onion soup was good, it was not your traditional onion soup with a beef broth that is served in most places. This soup has a light chicken tasting broth but was really good. It is definitely the region of France this comes from and I liked it. The Warm Crusted Pistachio Goat cheese with Onion Jam & Honey, comes with bread. I took a piece and put the cheese on the bread and scooped down to the onion jam & honey. I immediately picked up the smell of cinnamon which I am allergic to, so when Abbie came around again, my friend was eating it and I asked Abbie if there was cinnamon in it. She immediately got defensive and looked at my friend and in a very rude and condescending tone said "you don't like it"??? I replied yes she likes it, but I'm allergic to cinnamon and I need to know if it had cinnamon in it. She walked off in a huff and shortly came back and said yes, it had cinnamon, nutmeg and 22 other spices in it and it's a Moroccan style. I said ok thank you, I will not try this as I'm allergic. Abbie then dropped her attitude and asked if there were any other allergies which we said no. Other people started coming in including a table with people who were people she knew and after that her personality completely changed and she became friendlier. Our entrees were really good. The sole my friend said was good and my Flank Steak was cooked ok. It was not exactly as requested but close and tasted really good. The desserts were both rich with real chocolate French style and were enjoyed. In closing, the food was ok, I don't think the prices on the regular menu are that bad but honestly, there are better places in town and friendlier staff so I won't be back. If Abbie did not argue with me over their obvious discrepancy and did not get an attitude over a question about an allergy, maybe I would give this place another try. As of now, I don't plan on coming back to this one.

The bartenders were also my waiters. They were amazing. They kept me company. They were so nice, friendly and very knowledgeable of each course. Let's talk about how beautiful and elegant the restaurant looked. I looked around and the modern decor was gorgeous. It really is a fine dining experience. I chose the 7 course meal, which was perfect for me. The chef went to Scotland recently so the theme had Scottish influence. Each course was presented beautifully. There was a short story for every course as well. Each course was truly a culinary experience. The flavors were decadent and full of flavor. I was told that the menu changes every month. So you ask, will I return? Yes, absolutely. I have to experience this again.

It was the single worst restaurant I've ever been too. Not even in the same universe as other restaurants at the same price point. Food was mediocre and was either bland or inedible. Wine pairings fell flat which makes sense considering the food. Service is cloying-- almost gauche-- and by the ninth course, completely overbearing. Restaurant build-out is cheap. Overall, the experience felt like it was produced by amateurs trying their best.

Very bright and fresh looking - almost the exact opposite of the current Vegas trend of "let's make it so dark it's actually dangerous". I love the tomatoes and lemons on the table. The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini.

We had an excellent time on June 19th. The restaurant is visually stunning, and is very pleasing to the eye. It reminds you of what a Parisian cafe may look like in an upscale or polished state. Our server was quite pleasant and she was very professional and timely in what she did. We each ordered a cocktail, and then it was time for the main brunch entrees. I ordered the French Toast, which is a massive thick piece of deliciously fried bread with vanilla mascarpone, almond brittle and syrup. On the side, I had my favorite dish from this restaurant (which I have had before), which is the Macaroni Gratinee. My Husband and I shared the sides and he got the duck fat fries, which were also very good. Overall, a solid experience at Bardot, and I would continue to return in the future.

It was nice the restaurant had a saxophone player strolling through playing live music. It was a really nice touch for brunch.

I only have to say... what a discovery. We walked in from the ringing noise of the casino to a beautiful quiet oasis. Greeted by a hostesses as if we had been there every weekend for 50 years, and the service got even better from there. The decor is quite nice, with the perfect use of texture to limit any floating conversation. I could actually have a conversation with my wife in my 'inside' voice. The wine list is great, we had a nice rose and burgundy, reminisent of our honeymoon in France. We selected the 4 course dinner. I am a vegetarian, and am use to limited selections at fine restaurants, however, the 4 course meal was one great dish after another. My wife loved every one of her dishes as well, and speaking of dishes, the china with the Curious George was so special since we both hold that little ape close to our hearts.
