I am a huge fan of Thomas Keller who is the first chef in American history to have 2 Michelin star restaurants simultaneously. I have been lucky enough to eat at the French Laundry in the past and plan to eat at his NYC one when I get the chance. For this occasion I was visiting Vegas for my birthday weekend so I chose Bouchon because this is one of the three Keller restaurants that I have not been to yet. It's located in the Venetian on the ground floor in a beautiful setting. The dining room is very large with high ceilings and the tables are fairly spread apart, which was really nice. Our server was extremely polite and everything that we ordered arrived fairly quickly. Pricing here is a little steep, but you do get great quality food in return. I started off with the Salad Lyonnaise and thought it was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the better ones that I've had in a long time and I even had other versions of it during this same trip and this one beat all of those. I followed that with the Eye of the Rib and thought it had a great flavor, but for $105 it was a very small portion and it took me about 7 or 8 bites to finish it. It did have amazing flavors, I just think that it was a bit steep price wise for the limited portion you get in return. Was able to easily squeeze into the bar as a single on Saturday morning for brunch. I got the crab Benedict for $41 and you do get a good amount of crab. I felt like the price was fair and definitely left full. The services is great and the venue makes you feel like you're in a French bistro. The menu seems to be different from the Yountville location but had a good variety of options for brunch from caviar and oysters to fruit, pastries, avocado toast to steak and eggs. - Burger: pretty substantial, with a generous portion of fries - Crab Benedict: a hot deal given all of the lump crab meat piled on their English muffin! I love this place and we were able to get a booking on a Sunday afternoon. The place is on the 10th floor of the Venetian. They have an elevator at the front lobby that goes right up to the restaurant. I have been here so many times and always try to eat here when I am in Las Vegas. Today was not different. I made reservations on line and got a table for two. When we arrived we were seated right away. The place was packed as always. Reservations is a must so you don't have to wait for a table. They have a specials board everyday. It has pastry specials and more each day. They were out of some of the stuff we wanted since it was already the afternoon and they only make so many items. I noticed no more French toast here. That's too bad since i loved it. No Monkey bread either . oh the time has passed. I got the Chicken and Waffles a favorite too. It was amazing as always. The waffle was crispy like i enjoy it. The gravy is the best with so much stuff in it. Like Thanksgiving day. The chicken was so moist and tender. A must try if you never had. it. I had to recommend it to the the lady asking how it was next to us. The wife got the eggs benedict which was with crab this time She loves crab. She asked for the peppers on the side. The dish came but it had peppers all in it. I had to ask the waiter to exchange it. It came out in a couple of minutes. She had so of mine. No worries. This was the 4th time we've eaten at Bouchon for Mother's Day. It's a beautiful restaurant with delicious bread and butter to start with and mothers were offered a mimosa as they entered the restaurant. There is always something for everyone to enjoy--us grandparents, our children and grandchildren. We always look forward to the truffle french fries, rillettes aux deluxe salmon, terrine de foie gras de carnard as starters. This year it was a pre-fixe menu. The lobster Benedict on the English muffin with poached eggs was perfect--large piece of lobster and eggs perfectly cooked, others enjoyed eating the crepes. Bread and Butter: (10/10) This was some of the best bread and so addicting with the butter. I also love that they serve their bread warm! 2. Steak Frites: (8/10) The steak was perfectly cooked on the inside, even though I wish the outside had more of a crust. The fries were incredibly salty. It's like someone salted them and then someone else didn't realize and salted them again. 3. Deviled Eggs: (7/10) Average. Nothing I would order again 4. Profiteroles: (1/10) Terrible. The choux pastry was crunchy and hard. I've had profiteroles in so many places and none of them have ever been so hard. It is located at the Venetian hotel but just know it can be a little tricky to find it once inside. Follow the signs and take the elevator to the correct floor. The inside is fairly big and bright inside. Service was great. We were seated right away and all together the food came out quickly once ordered. I ordered the crab Benedict and my only complaint was that the muffin underneath was hard to cut. Otherwise the flavors were amazing and there was a good amount of crab. Vegas for Illenium, but brunch at Bouchon was a choice opener. We started Friday morning with a slight wait, which was easily cured by two dangerous espresso martinis at the bar. The bartenders were so charming they almost convinced us to cancel our reservation and stay with them--tempting, but we needed the table real estate for what was coming. The complimentary bread service was a sweet touch, but the Foie Gras Poêlé stole the show. It was buttery, decadent, and paired with a preserve that I'm still thinking about. For the mains, I opted for the Bananas Foster French Toast special. It had a signature 'crunch' that balanced perfectly with the Bananas Foster topping. Across the table, the avocado toast was executed with that effortless perfection you'd expect from Keller. The Verdict: We'll be back for the next show. So, I'll begin by saying I don't venture to the strip much these days. We have many dining options off strip. BUT, we made an exception to have a BDay breakfast for my wife. Bouchon DID NOT disappoint. PARKING was easy, and first 3 hours are free with your NV ID. Access to the restaurant is a breeze from the self-park garage. No having to walk through the casino floor. SERVICE was great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our water glasses and my coffee cup were never empty. The FOOD was delicious. I order the quiche and it was baked to perfection. It was light with a crispy crust. My wife enjoyed her American breakfast...I know, branch out a little I say. The first review of 2026 and it's appropriate that it's at arguably the best brunch spot in all of Vegas - Bouchon! I know they serve more than brunch, but this is my go-to anytime I'm in Vegas. I'll start by saying, I'm not the biggest fan of Vegas. It's fine, but the crowds, the smoke, the subjection to random harassment while walking the strip just isn't my cup of tea. So whenever I'm here, my favorite places are those that allow me to forget I'm here. Bouchon is one of those places. None of the Vegas cheesiness makes it into the dining room. In fact, it's a refined comfortable space with massive windows looking out to the patio, accented by dark furniture, white table tops, and well dressed service people. I love it so much, after having it yesterday, I managed to get another reservation and doubled back today. And the food is amazing! The standouts were the chicken and waffles (the savory waffle is incredible), the Crab Benedict, their potatoes with caramelized onions, and of course, the assorted pastries. Our full day 1 order: - Poulet et Gaufres (Chicken & Waffles) 9/10 - Bénédicte au Crabe 8/10 - Pommes Lyonnaise (Elite!) 10/10 Day 2 Order - Toast à l'Avocat (Definitely one of the better avocado toasts that I've had and that's saying something) 9/10 - Petit Déjeuner Américan 7/10 - Side of sausage (a massive portion) 7/10 - Cheese Danish 9/10 - another seasonal pastry that I don't recall the name of but was quite good 8/10 - Iced latte (included for the sake of fairness--this was not my favorite and easily the weakest part of the meal. I hadn't been back to Bouchon in a few years, but I'm glad that I made my way back. I stopped by for lunch during the week, and I was quickly greeted by the hostess and seated in the middle of the room having a great view of the entire restaurant. My server was super friendly, and provided me with recommendations on the best dishes. I started with the cheese board, three different options with perfectly crunchy bread, honey, nuts, and jelly. Fresh orange juice to drink to drink which was very sweet! The chicken and waffles was amazing, the eagles were sweet and crunchy and the chicken was cooked to perfection. We stopped by Bouchon for brunch as part of a staycation, and even on a busy Saturday, everything went really smoothly thanks to having reservations. We've also been to another Bouchon location before (Yountville, CA), so we had a good idea of what to expect, and this one delivered that same polished experience. We ordered the Croque Madame with truffle fries and the Biscuit au Babeurre. Both were well made and nicely executed. We also loved the little details -- especially the leaflet-shaped bread that came out complimentary. Everything felt rich without being overwhelming, and perfect for a leisurely brunch. The ambiance is lovely as always: classic, elegant, and definitely on the fancier side. This is one of those places we like to save for special occasions or a nicer brunch/lunch, as it is a bit pricey for an everyday visit, but absolutely worth it when you want something elevated. My experience at Bouchon was one of those that one remembers for a long time, and for all the right reasons. It was perfect in every way. One of the things I recall thinking at several points was "this meal was prepared by chefs, not cooks". The menu was well curated, and exceptionally well executed. I started with a cappuccino, which was in the classic style, and was warm and comforting, if not exceptional, but I'll confess, I'm a coffee snob and am very picky. It was, however, far better than one would get at Starbucks or the like. Moving on to the food, I chose the daily special, which was a beef hash with sweet potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and spinach in a rich sauce and topped with the most delicate scrambled eggs I've ever had in a restaurant. This dish was amazing. Perfectly seasoned, and a joy to devour in every bite. The beef was tender, the vegetables had firmness but gave way when chewed, it was just superb. But just when I thought I had the perfect dish, I tried the chicken and waffles from another in our party's plate, and - wow. I've had chicken and waffles in many variants, but this was in a whole different solar system from them. The bone-in chicken was roasted with a delightful crispy skin and tender, well seasoned meat. The waffles were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, the most remarkable texture contrast I've ever seen in waffles. Just these components were almost so good together that they didn't need anything else, but a small smear through the accompanying maple syrup added the final taste component to the dish that, again, was just the most incredible dish of this meal and maybe the best meal I've had all year, seriously. My husband and I had breakfast/brunch at Bouchon on the first Sunday in December. Bouchon is one of the restaurants inside the Venetian. We didn't stay at the Venetian this time around, but we did make reservations for breakfast. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was okay; she left us unattended for some time, and I was going to have to motion her over (I try not to do that and just be patient while in a restaurant), but she walked over once my head turned. She spent a lot time at the table behind us because the group of four had a DOG at the table, so I watched as she talked and cooed with the dog instead of taking our order. I digress. Had it not been for the service we received, I think this would have been closer to a four-star experience. Food--delicious. We started off with the biscuit and gravy to share. We mentioned that we were going to share it, so we each got our own individual serving. I thought a normal order was just one biscuit, so that was nice! I didn't see a charge for two orders of biscuits and gravy on the receipt. The biscuit was fluffy, the gravy creamy, and the addition of the cheese was excellent. I ordered the Ad Hoc chicken sandwich, and it was one of the better fried chicken sandwiches I've had. The chicken was juicy, the breading crispy and flavorful, and the cole slaw was excellent. The pickles seemed to be made in-house...everything about this sandwich seemed elevated. And the French fries?! I've got to know more. Salty, then, golden-yellow color...are they fried in duck fat? I don't know, but bravo Buchon! This meal was a hit. My husband got the steak and eggs, and he found the steak to be a mediocre. The steak was tough and the breading was overdone. What he really liked were the eggs. I am not a fan of eggs, but I was a fan of Buchon's scrambled eggs. They were fluffy, buttery, and just so delicious. They melted in your mouth. If I could have eggs like this all the time, I might actually enjoy eggs! I plan to visit Buchon again, and I hope the service will be better. Actually tasted a bit more like the mornay sauce than hollandaise. Still in all, a very generous portion of very tasty jumbo crab meat was applied and I appreciated that. The two perfectly cooked soft boiled eggs were notable. Another guests ordered the steak pane and clearly didn't understand that this was a breaded, basically, chicken fried steak. Not a favorite. As a matter of fact this dish basically went uneaten. I could have enjoyed this dish but will say, the gravy it was covered in looked a bit anemic and the steak itself looked sorely overcooked and dry. Our best meal of our Vegas trip. We came on a Saturday at 11:30 with reservations for 8 and got seated right away. The space is very airy and bright. Our table got a round of espresso Martinis that were delicious. Creamy and sweet with some kick. They also gave the table a long bread stick with butter and jam that was delicious. For food I got the quiche and my partner got the standard breakfast that lets you choose a pastry and we got the special whiche as an oat chocolate coconut danish. The quiche was amazing!!! So light and fluffy but still really rich flavor. The salad it came with was perfectly dressed. My partner loved his dish. He said the eggs might have been some of the best he had in his life. The only let down was probably the pastry. The flavor was only on top and the actual dough was pretty dense. Service was very fast and friendly. We made a reservation here before going to a show in the Venetian, and to get here, you need to take specific elevators, which really adds to the experience of it all. I believe I've been here before for brunch, but I am sure the views from inside the restaurant are beautiful in the daytime. The service was fantastic - everyone was very kind and enthusiastic about making sure we have a good dining experience! I cannot for the life of me remember our waiter's name, but he noticed me looking around, admiring the decor, and he spoke to us about the history of the restaurant being built and how much attention to detail went into making the place what it is now, which I thought was fascinating. For the food itself, we wanted to try more French food after having such a good experience at Partage. I was told that this restaurant was more in the style of French comfort food, and I'd say that that is pretty accurate based on how the food made me feel afterwards - I would equate it to eating a meal at Wingstop (just the feeling of a lot of grease intake and overall sluggishness). Despite this, I believe that the food was pretty authentic (though I am not the most reliable person when it comes to French cuisine). We ordered the Tartare de Bouef, which was good (however, I am not the biggest fan of horseradish). We also ordered the Escargots de Bourgogne, and this was the dish I felt was very heavy on the stomach. The first bite was really good, but the bites that followed did not have the same effect (and the following bites ended up being.... very crunchy). For entrees, we ordered the Gnocchi à la Parisienne and the Boudin Noir. The Gnocchi pasta itself was very different, and I would have to say that my favorite part of that dish was the assortment of vegetables. Now, they taste like something from a random bakery that can't sell their pastries and piles up days old leftovers. At least that's the case for Venetian location. Incredible experience! The service was impeccable with an attentive wait staff and hospitable and knowledgeable waiter. After enjoying the warm crisp bread, we knew dinner was going to be worthwhile. Steak frites and mussels, both served with frites (get with truffle oil) was our table's favorite. Wow! What an experience! We were invited to dine by a vendor and they picked the spot. We had a perfect table for five out of the way yet easily accessible by staff. Dion did an AMAZING job tending to us, explaining the menu, and taking reservations. The escargot were to die for! The Terrine se Foie Gras se Canard was so delectably creamy! Two orders of a leg of lamb special (with shaved truffles) two orders of perfectly cooked Steak Frites, and the Saumon Poele were all excellent! Desserts? Well yes! Crème Brûlée, the Mousse au Chocolat and the Tarte au Cintron were also excellent! The restaurant is not easy to find. It's not near any others but the reward for finding it is wonderful. Easily my favorite bougie breakfast spot on the strip. I highly recommend reservations. Even with a reservation for 12pm on a Sunday, we had about a 10-15 minute wait. The complimentary epi baguette comes out warm, with a perfectly crisp exterior and a pillowy soft and chewy core. The butter and jam aer both delicious as well. It's hard to resist eating the whole thing as you wait for your food to come out! One thing I really appreciated about this restaurant is their ability to split orders. My husband and I wanted to share the crab benedict and chilled corn soup. Instead of us having to get 2 plates/bowls and split it ourselves, they were able to give us 2 separate half portions, which was a service that's greatly appreciated. - The mini seafood tower had a great variety of seafood. Everything was fresh, crisp, and tasty. No fishy seafood here! - Seasonal chilled corn soup was absolutely necessary on a hot summer's day. Saying that the food was Delicious is an understatement. The staff attended to us politely and professionally- attentive all the time. Elegant atmosphere and tables that are reasonably spaced makes this an enjoyable restaurant to dine at. (Better than most in Vegas). I recommend the country fried steak (if you are a fan) - made just how I like it. And the scrambled eggs that accompanied it were mage perfect ( creamy yet not soupy). Yum! read more

What went well here? Just about everything. One of the kind gentleman who helped with our luggage recommended Bouchon and The Peppermill as dinner options for my husband's birthday. I was surprised he chose Bouchon. He say the restaurant mentioned on Palazza's tv channel. I looked it up and realized it is a Thomas Keller restaurant and was intrigued, especially since I don't have concrete plans to visit French Laundry soon. ‍ I snagged one of two remaining reservations times a few hours beforehand. We were seated promptly upon arrival. Hostesses and waitstaff were all great. The restaurant is classy without feeling overbearing. The food: The baguettes are...baguettes, but the design is cool. The bread is also served with warm pistachios. Nice! Beloved and I split a crab salad. It has cantaloupes. I loathe cantaloupes. These cantaloupes were divine. My husband has a thing for Dover Sole at fancy restaurants. That's what he got, table side deboning, sauce pouring and all. I had the highly recommended poulet and now I can highly recommend it too. My husband said it tasted like fried chicken, which is a compliment for roasted chicken. The accompanying corn situation was so yummy. The Birthday Boy was served Chocolate Bouchons and I ordered Crème Brûlée, because it's a French restaurant. Both were a nice treat to finish a great meal. read more

We stopped at Bonchon for dinner before seeing the Wizard of Oz. We were seated outside, it was windy, but the ambience was beautiful. Our waiter Jeff was wonderful, knowledgeable about the menu, and was very helpful when we realized we were running out of time before showtime. We ordered wine, a mixed green salad with goat cheese and a red wine vinaigrette, for entrees we ordered the steak tartare, escargot, and leg of lamb. The salad was small but delicious and well seasoned despite seeming plain, the steak tartare was the favorite, the escargot was cooked well and tender, and the leg of lamb was okay, it was fairly bland and tasted more like a pork tenderloin, but admittedly I have only had lamb chops before. The two opportunities of improvement Bonchon has is a bread basket, they just put the bread in a napkin on the table, so some of it is not covered, and a side plate did have some kind of raspberry sauce on it, which I noticed after eating off of it, indicating to me it may not have been cleaned well. Overall we had a pleasant dining experience and enjoyed ourselves enough to search for the Bonchon bakery later. read more

Loved our brunch at Bouchon! This is a restaurant that you definitely want to come hungry to! The portion as are generous and the pastries are a must try! We started with an almond croissant as well as the quiche. Both were delicious! They also bring bread to the table with butter and jam. For entrees, we had the chicken and waffles and the crab Benedict. The chicken and waffles is fairly heavy, so I'm glad we split it but it so flavorful. The crab Benny was the crabiest Benedict I've had and I would highly recommend! The restaurant overall fits very well at the Venetian. It's polished, classy and everything you want out of a Vegas restaurant. Our server was so friendly and the staff was really on top of everything. A great brunch choice in Vegas! read more
