Arguably my highlight meal and a must stop everytime I come to Vegas for brunch. The pastry platter is a must get and hits every single time. Starting with a mimosa and the pastries is a must. They also provide bread with the best jam in the world. We made sure to get the banana bread - which was the star of the show. We also had the cheese danish, blueberry muffin, kouing amann, and chocolate croissant. We ordered the quiche, salmon plate, and crab Benedict which we all loved. The quiche was perfect to accompany all the carb loading from the pastries. I also had an espresso martini which was rich and creamy - just the way I like them. We were celebrating a birthday as well and the server was so kind and provided us with a molten brownie with ice cream dessert to celebrate the occasion. The bar seating with the oyster bar is super unique and elegant. The overall ambience is vibrant and fun. Will continue to be back each Vegas trip! read more

This was our last night in Vegas, and we wanted to end the trip with a nice dinner. I love French food, so I was especially excited to try this place and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is gorgeous. It reminded me a beautiful French cafe. FOOD: We started with the classic French bread and butter, which is always a good way to begin. For appetizers, we ordered a dozen oysters, escargot, and French onion soup. Every starter was delicious! I especially loved that the oysters came with two different varietie, and if I remember correctly, one from the West Coast and one from the East Coast. The West Coast oyster was my favorite; it was so buttery and delicious. The escargot was also excellent. I loved that it came with a puff pastry that paired so well with the garlicky escargot. I don't order French onion soup very often, but this one was really good. For my main, I ordered the steak frites and upgraded the fries to truffle fries, which were delicious. Unfortunately, I wasn't a huge fan of the steak sauce. The steak itself was cooked perfectly, but the sauce just wasn't my favorite. My friend ordered the lamb, though, and she loved her dish! We also ordered three desserts: crème brûlée, citrus tarte, and chocolate tarte. They were all good, but my favorites were the citrus tarte and crème brûlée. The chocolate tarte was probably my least favorite. I think I was expecting more of a light, mousse-like texture, but it was much denser and more cake-like. SERVICE: Our server was so nice and attentive throughout the entire meal. He also gave us some great recommendations, which we really appreciated. OVERALL: We had a really enjoyable experience and ended up spending about three hours here. We heard so many great things about Bouchon that we had to go try ourself. Service was great, very attentive and professional. Ambiance was also great. Food on the other hand was meh. We had steak and frites, the steak itself was cook right, medium. However the sauce that they put on top of the steak was so salty that you can taste the meat. We scrape the sauce off the steak but it was so overwhelming that it killed the steak flavor. Devil egg and the corn side dish was delicious. We also order the steam clam and that was terrible, the clam was over cooked, super chewy and the sauce again was so salty that cant even taste the clam. Overall, Service and Ambiance was great but food was terrible. My husband is not a professional chef and he makes a better steak than Bouchon. We definitely will not be back. read more

Bouchon in The Venetian has a bakery downstairs that is always super busy and looks delicious. We decided to try out the restaurant on the 10th floor instead, and we're so happy that we did. It was very easy to make a reservation online, and we were sat right away. The ambience inside is a beautiful European vibe, and all of the staff's service was amazing!! I am a huge fan of Thomas Keller who is the first chef in American history to have 2 Michelin star restaurants simultaneously. I have been lucky enough to eat at the French Laundry in the past and plan to eat at his NYC one when I get the chance. For this occasion I was visiting Vegas for my birthday weekend so I chose Bouchon because this is one of the three Keller restaurants that I have not been to yet. It's located in the Venetian on the ground floor in a beautiful setting. The dining room is very large with high ceilings and the tables are fairly spread apart, which was really nice. Our server was extremely polite and everything that we ordered arrived fairly quickly. Pricing here is a little steep, but you do get great quality food in return. I started off with the Salad Lyonnaise and thought it was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the better ones that I've had in a long time and I even had other versions of it during this same trip and this one beat all of those. I followed that with the Eye of the Rib and thought it had a great flavor, but for $105 it was a very small portion and it took me about 7 or 8 bites to finish it. It did have amazing flavors, I just think that it was a bit steep price wise for the limited portion you get in return. Overall though I would highly recommend this restaurant and would stop in again next time I'm in Vegas. read more

One of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots in Las Vegas - I make a point to have one meal here every visit! I'm always in between the burger and croque madam. Both delicious and prepared perfectly. I just ran across my receipt from that meal and am so disappointed we spent the crazy money we did for a 'meh' meal. Over $350 for two of us. Everything was overcooked. My trout was dry, my daughters wagyu was overcooked, and the sear on our foie gras was black on one side. The waiter tried to explain away the issue instead of making it right. We had to send the wagyu back since we spent $105 and it wasn't cooked right. Ambiance was nice and waiter was ok. I had been to Bouchon before and had an amazing experience a few years ago. This go around I was very disappointed. I should have known when we were able to get a last minute reservation and looking around the restaurant it was almost empty at 8pm on a Sat night. I love this place and we were able to get a booking on a Sunday afternoon. The place is on the 10th floor of the Venetian. They have an elevator at the front lobby that goes right up to the restaurant. I have been here so many times and always try to eat here when I am in Las Vegas. Today was not different. I made reservations on line and got a table for two. When we arrived we were seated right away. The place was packed as always. Reservations is a must so you don't have to wait for a table. They have a specials board everyday. It has pastry specials and more each day. They were out of some of the stuff we wanted since it was already the afternoon and they only make so many items. I noticed no more French toast here. That's too bad since i loved it. No Monkey bread either . oh the time has passed. I got the Chicken and Waffles a favorite too. It was amazing as always. The waffle was crispy like i enjoy it. The gravy is the best with so much stuff in it. Like Thanksgiving day. The chicken was so moist and tender. A must try if you never had. it. I had to recommend it to the the lady asking how it was next to us. The wife got the eggs benedict which was with crab this time She loves crab. She asked for the peppers on the side. Always make a brunch stop when I am in Vegas. Always a lovely atmosphere, delicious food, impeccable service. I was disappointed the Ad Hoc fried chicken sandwich wasn't on the menu as before. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was fine, but not as good as Zuni (SF) or my mom's. The waffles were the best ever. Crispy on the outside, light, yummy! Mr B got his standard American breakfast. It used to include juice and coffee, but no more. The sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast and pastry were all good. They no longer allow the sticky bun (our fave!) as a choice for pastry, which is disappointing. Also, the waitress asked if Mr B wanted cheese on his eggs, and it wasn't until we saw the $4 extra charge on the bill we learned it wasn't included. It wasn't needed, and didn't add anything to the already delicious eggs. It would have been nice if the waitress had disclosed there was an upcharge. Mild smooth sweet flavor just enough to give flavor while not overpowering. 2 eggs poached perfectly. The roasted mushrooms added earthiness. The sweet corn was a compliment to the crab. Bouchon DID NOT disappoint. PARKING was easy, and first 3 hours are free with your NV ID. Access to the restaurant is a breeze from the self-park garage. No having to walk through the casino floor. SERVICE was great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our water glasses and my coffee cup were never empty. The FOOD was delicious. I order the quiche and it was baked to perfection. It was light with a crispy crust. My wife enjoyed her American breakfast...I know, branch out a little I say. The restaurant is located on the tenth floor and offers an upscale feel with a quiet ambiance. Bouchon is now on our list of musts for that special outing. We will be going back :) read more

My experience at Bouchon was one of those that one remembers for a long time, and for all the right reasons. It was perfect in every way. One of the things I recall thinking at several points was "this meal was prepared by chefs, not cooks". The menu was well curated, and exceptionally well executed. I started with a cappuccino, which was in the classic style, and was warm and comforting, if not exceptional, but I'll confess, I'm a coffee snob and am very picky. It was, however, far better than one would get at Starbucks or the like. Moving on to the food, I chose the daily special, which was a beef hash with sweet potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and spinach in a rich sauce and topped with the most delicate scrambled eggs I've ever had in a restaurant. This dish was amazing. Perfectly seasoned, and a joy to devour in every bite. The beef was tender, the vegetables had firmness but gave way when chewed, it was just superb. But just when I thought I had the perfect dish, I tried the chicken and waffles from another in our party's plate, and - wow. I've had chicken and waffles in many variants, but this was in a whole different solar system from them. The bone-in chicken was roasted with a delightful crispy skin and tender, well seasoned meat. The waffles were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, the most remarkable texture contrast I've ever seen in waffles. Just these components were almost so good together that they didn't need anything else, but a small smear through the accompanying maple syrup added the final taste component to the dish that, again, was just the most incredible dish of this meal and maybe the best meal I've had all year, seriously. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, they're clearly hitting it out of the park here. read more

The complimentary bread service was a sweet touch, but the Foie Gras Poêlé stole the show. It was buttery, decadent, and paired with a preserve that I'm still thinking about. The first review of 2026 and it's appropriate that it's at arguably the best brunch spot in all of Vegas - Bouchon! I know they serve more than brunch, but this is my go-to anytime I'm in Vegas. I'll start by saying, I'm not the biggest fan of Vegas. It's fine, but the crowds, the smoke, the subjection to random harassment while walking the strip just isn't my cup of tea. So whenever I'm here, my favorite places are those that allow me to forget I'm here. Bouchon is one of those places. None of the Vegas cheesiness makes it into the dining room. In fact, it's a refined comfortable space with massive windows looking out to the patio, accented by dark furniture, white table tops, and well dressed service people. I love it so much, after having it yesterday, I managed to get another reservation and doubled back today. And the food is amazing! The standouts were the chicken and waffles (the savory waffle is incredible), the Crab Benedict, their potatoes with caramelized onions, and of course, the assorted pastries. Our full day 1 order: - Poulet et Gaufres (Chicken & Waffles) 9/10 - Bénédicte au Crabe 8/10 - Pommes Lyonnaise (Elite!) 10/10 Day 2 Order - Toast à l'Avocat (Definitely one of the better avocado toasts that I've had and that's saying something) 9/10 - Petit Déjeuner Américan 7/10 - Side of sausage (a massive portion) 7/10 - Cheese Danish 9/10 - another seasonal pastry that I don't recall the name of but was quite good 8/10 - Iced latte (included for the sake of fairness--this was not my favorite and easily the weakest part of the meal. Fresh orange juice to drink to drink which was very sweet! The chicken and waffles was amazing, the eagles were sweet and crunchy and the chicken was cooked to perfection. We stopped by Bouchon for brunch as part of a staycation, and even on a busy Saturday, everything went really smoothly thanks to having reservations. We've also been to another Bouchon location before (Yountville, CA), so we had a good idea of what to expect, and this one delivered that same polished experience. We ordered the Croque Madame with truffle fries and the Biscuit au Babeurre. Both were well made and nicely executed. We also loved the little details -- especially the leaflet-shaped bread that came out complimentary. Everything felt rich without being overwhelming, and perfect for a leisurely brunch. The ambiance is lovely as always: classic, elegant, and definitely on the fancier side. This is one of those places we like to save for special occasions or a nicer brunch/lunch, as it is a bit pricey for an everyday visit, but absolutely worth it when you want something elevated. My husband and I had breakfast/brunch at Bouchon on the first Sunday in December. Bouchon is one of the restaurants inside the Venetian. We didn't stay at the Venetian this time around, but we did make reservations for breakfast. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was okay; she left us unattended for some time, and I was going to have to motion her over (I try not to do that and just be patient while in a restaurant), but she walked over once my head turned. She spent a lot time at the table behind us because the group of four had a DOG at the table, so I watched as she talked and cooed with the dog instead of taking our order. I digress. Had it not been for the service we received, I think this would have been closer to a four-star experience. Food--delicious. We started off with the biscuit and gravy to share. We mentioned that we were going to share it, so we each got our own individual serving. I thought a normal order was just one biscuit, so that was nice! I didn't see a charge for two orders of biscuits and gravy on the receipt. The biscuit was fluffy, the gravy creamy, and the addition of the cheese was excellent. I ordered the Ad Hoc chicken sandwich, and it was one of the better fried chicken sandwiches I've had. The chicken was juicy, the breading crispy and flavorful, and the cole slaw was excellent. The pickles seemed to be made in-house...everything about this sandwich seemed elevated. And the French fries?! I've got to know more. Salty, then, golden-yellow color...are they fried in duck fat? I don't know, but bravo Buchon! This meal was a hit. My husband got the steak and eggs, and he found the steak to be a mediocre. The steak was tough and the breading was overdone. What he really liked were the eggs. I am not a fan of eggs, but I was a fan of Buchon's scrambled eggs. They were fluffy, buttery, and just so delicious. They melted in your mouth. If I could have eggs like this all the time, I might actually enjoy eggs! I plan to visit Buchon again, and I hope the service will be better. Our best meal of our Vegas trip. We came on a Saturday at 11:30 with reservations for 8 and got seated right away. The space is very airy and bright. Our table got a round of espresso Martinis that were delicious. Creamy and sweet with some kick. They also gave the table a long bread stick with butter and jam that was delicious. For food I got the quiche and my partner got the standard breakfast that lets you choose a pastry and we got the special whiche as an oat chocolate coconut danish. The quiche was amazing!!! So light and fluffy but still really rich flavor. The salad it came with was perfectly dressed. My partner loved his dish. He said the eggs might have been some of the best he had in his life. The only let down was probably the pastry. The flavor was only on top and the actual dough was pretty dense. Service was very fast and friendly. Bouchon oh Bouchon! What's happening?! Pastries from Bouchon Yountville and Vegas used to be top notch. Now, they taste like something from a random bakery that can't sell their pastries and piles up days old leftovers. At least that's the case for Venetian location. I hadn't visited the Vegas location for a long while, so I was excited to come for brunch this morning and try the pastries again. The pastry basket was a huge letdown. Ambiance (3/5): It always feels hectic inside. It looks grand when you first walk in, but it's definitely due for an update. Service (3/5): Decent. Appreciate them splitting the shared dishes into half portions. Food (2/5): Pastry basket (1/5) - dry, overly sweet, and nowhere close to the pastries in Paris Crab Benedicts (5/5) - really fresh crab Steak Pané (3/5) - not bad Croque Madame - I didn't try the bread, but the fries were saltier than McDonald's fries Overall, it wasn't a great experience. How to get here - follow the signs and take an elevator up from the lobby. I'd recommend you to make a reservation online. Service - excellent and very attentive! Our waiter was Frankie! He's on top of it! Food - Excellent! The bread with the butter and jam was delectable. Chocolate croissant was alright - I personally like my croissants to be super flakey and buttery but this one had more of a chew.
