    The Catalan Olive bread

Heard a lot about Braseria by EDO, we were anxious to try it with friends. In a small strip mall with a couple of other restaurants and a limited parking lot. Getting a spot on a Saturday night was a bit of a challenge (tip:more spots around back of the restaurant). Enter by walking up a flight of stairs. Entering the restaurant is impressive - the huge beautiful chandeliers make quite an impression. They honored our reservation on a crowded Saturday night - another big plus. We started by sharing the Catalan olive oil bread ($8 with a $2 upcharge if you want butter with the bread!). Four cubes of bread nicely presented on a platter (see photo). The bread was quite tasty and didn't really need the butter. Unfortunately, for me that was the highlight of the meal. My wife and I shared the bravas potatoes ($12). This was described as layered potatoes with a brava sauce. To me, it looked and tasted like a cigar shaped steak fry - really nothing special (though the sauce was good). Next we shared the French Onion ($25). Described as Gruyère cappelletti with a charred onion broth in the pasta section of the menu, it is a small portion of French onion soup with a little cappelletti pasta in it. It gets high points for presentation but just OK as far as taste goes. Next came the mushroom skewers ($11). A special for the evening. Presentation was disappointing and flavor was even less good. Very disappointing. Finally the risotto ($28). Described as saffron risotto with tiger shrimp, Iberico lardo, and English peas. Another disappointing dish. The serving pieces were very impressive. They left a beautiful carafe of water on the table for us. However, after we refilled our glasses, we needed to flag down a busboy to refill the carafe. In most high end restaurants, the server will reappear shortly after the food is brought to the table. Our server reappeared when we were nearly done (when I told her she had forgotten my adult beverage). Overall, very disappointing. We won't be going back.

Braseria By Edo is a sort of Spanish/French Fancy restaurant and bar located close to the Las Vegas Strip. This restaurant is also on a second level so you either have to walk up stairs or use an elevator to arrive. My review is only for the food we tried from the Happy Hour Menu. I will start off by saying the manager and the bartender were very welcoming to us. I didn't have a reservation so we were told that we could only sit at the bar. We were given happy hour menus. In reasonable time our orders arrive. I tried the (ground in house) burger & frites (I asked for medium). I was told that this is a 10 ounce burger so I cut it in half. The burger doesn't look medium and looks well done but is unusually juicy. The plate was garnished with a pickle that was also garnished with small green peppers. I tried the pickle and it was too acidic for my taste. Then I tried to pick up the burger. The burger is covered with a TON of bravo sauce and lots of thin onions. The bun is the softest bun that you can imagine (angel food cake would be much sturdier) This bun is more like cotton candy and doesn't support the burger or fillings and pieces of the burger are falling out all over the place. It is IMPOSSIBLE to pick up this burger and eat it. So I ate it with a knife and fork. The ONLY REASON that I didn't complain or send it back is because the flavors of the burger and embellishments were good but in my mind this is a fail of a burger because it is too fragile and also TOO MESSY to pick up and eat. This platter also came with frites and house made ketchup vinaigrette. The frites were good but the vinaigrette came with this unusual building heat. At the time I wasn't sure if the heat came from the fries or the ketchup so the fries were very hard for me to eat (and I usually enjoy spicy foods but this became too spicy). My husband tried the Skirt Steak and Frites. The bartender told him that they serve it medium-rare. He got a steak that was cooked very unevenly. Some of it was over cooked and he said half of it was under cooked and rare. He said this type of steak isn't good rare because it was stringy. He said over all it was ok for the price so he didn't complain. To the Chef you get credit for creating the juiciest messiest burger ever but it should go on a roll or something else that supports it. Also too much heat builds up from the ketchup vinaigrette. If you fix those two things everything could be better. This review is only for the happy hour burger and skirt steak. The chef's other restaurants are very good especially ANIMA.

Ambiance: super cute restaurant! clean, modern, & has a Parisian feel to it Service: excellent service. i wish i could remember my servers name. he was so nice & gave fantastic suggestions Food: food here is delicious! there wasn't any dish we found mediocre. Started with the bread, french butter, & iberico. the potato bravas is DELICIOUS - i wanted another one. we got the mushroom ravioli to share which was good. i got the risotto - it was such a comforting meal with so much flavor. my bf got a filet mignon & we really enjoyed the seasoning of it! drinks were also tasty as well we can't wait to be back! i believe the owner is the one who greeted and seated us. he told us about his other restaurants & we can't wait to check it out!

I'm excited to claim Braseria as Las Vegas' newest gem. The main focus is Spanish tapas in the classic sense with French (and some Asian) flair. Any fans of the original EDO or Anima should without a doubt give it a try, and even if you haven't been to those places but are a lover of classic Spanish pintxos, I am confident that you'll find Braseria to be a worthwhile visit. To make it even better, they offer a 2 happy hour time slots (4:30-6 and 9-11) with a large portion of the menu items being $4-$7 off. Food-excellent, some items were decadent and shareable and even though portions were smaller, my party and I left completely stuffed and satisfied for a very reasonable price. The highlights of the meal were: hamachi crudo, prawn cigars, French onion pasta, and the Paris-Brest. The stuff of dreams. Service- great, food came out fast and servers were friendly and attentive. My friend didn't know what cocktail to get and our server got the bartender to make her something off menu to accommodate her tastes. Ambiance- absolutely gorgeous. Glistening chandeliers and tasteful artwork. Fancy, but not intimidating.

Okay, let me be real, I almost didn't come to Braseria by EDO because half the menu looked like it might still be swimming Raw anything is way outside my comfort zone. But I'm really glad I pushed past that. I tried oysters for the first time and they were incredibly fresh. I even went for escargot(never thought I'd say that), and it was surprisingly amazing. Will I order those again? Honestly... maybe not. But I'm SO glad my first experience was here because the quality was undeniable. Now let's talk about the hot dishes, because wow. The saffron risotto was a cheesy, rich dream. The whole Dover sole was cooked perfectly (yes, you have to watch for those tiny bones), but it's absolutely worth it. And that brown butter drizzle? Unreal. The steak was solid too, but the seafood definitely stole the show. Service was top-tier, attentive without being overbearing. My glass was never empty, and the table was always spotless. The vibe was like a hidden French place with a twist of Spanish. Mellow amber lighting, varied seating, and a great selection of mocktails and cocktails. Overall, if you're a little hesitant like I was, just go. Step outside your comfort zone here you'll be in very good hands.

With Chef Oscar now dedicating the majority of his focus to Amador it was after a lengthy build-out that Braseria by EDO finally opened on a Tuesday in February, but as with the EDO Gastrotapas & Wine and Anima the result seeks to redefine what Las Vegas thinks is possible outside the tourist corridor. The fourth EDO Hospitality Group project, along with La Loba in Seattle, Braseria occupies a long-empty second floor space on Paradise Road and does so with a blend of Apolo Torres' now-familiar art amidst the opulence of several chandeliers, brass fittings, tan leather and a beautiful bar. Tapping Anima's Chef Tayden Poha-Ellamar for menu development, though execution finds itself in the capable hands of Executive Chef Roberto Higuera, Braseria offers its version of French Cuisine by way of Barcelona with all the precision one might expect from a team that has spent time in the kitchens of Joel Robuchon. Accessed by staircase or elevator, the outdoor terrace affording Strip-views before entering a room with vaulted ceiling over tiled floors, guests are greeted by a hostess prior to both Joseph Mikulich and Roberto Liendo who lead a team of familiar faces from EDO's past. Already operating like a veteran project, the open kitchen quiet and fluid while staff exudes friendly professionalism, beverages by Joseph Arakawa cut a wide swath with options like "Peaches & Cream" well-suited to delicate openers such as EDO's Caviar Egg or raw preparations including Scallops with assertive Granita. A decidedly sexy spot, curved booths and partitions dividing an otherwise open floor-plan, Hamachi shines atop an unexpected combination of Duck Liver and Sauce à L'orange while tableside Beef Tartare with torched Marrow competes for the spotlight with a yellow riff on EDO's memorable vegan "Green Tartare." A serious eatery that is not afraid to have fun, "Croqueta" riffing on Croque Monsieur and Tarte Tatin crowned by seared Foie Gras each stunning examples, "French Onion" Cappelletti feel as though they suffer a bit in their Vegetarian composition though "Ravioles au Dauphine" more than make up for any disappoiment with immense depth of flavor. Onward to Entrees, though fans of Bravas and other EDO staples will find them available, EDO's love of Pluma Iberica sees a lean cut highlighted by Capers, Peppers, Olives and Onions while flaky Cod comes in light Broth perfumed by Leeks and Almonds. Not a Brasserie forgetting Steak, Australia Beef at fair prices offered a la carte with sides and Sauces, Dessert already points to plans for a tasting menu as "Mojito Semifreddo" proves a nice segue to the shareable Paris Brest with several textures of Bananas and Caramel.

Service was impeccable. Hostess, server assistant/busser, our server, and the food runner were all friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Drinks were 10/10 - had the Condessa g&t and the peaches and cream. The table side gin and tonic presentation was fun and unexpected. Best g&t I've had (and those are fighting words because I love José Andrés). Food was delicious. Not one crumb left. Christian, our server, recommended the golden tartare, which would not be a normal order for us and I'm so happy we tried it. We will come back for more! The restaurant itself is stunning. Walking inside was dreamy and I wanted to take a picture of everything. I hope they utilize the outdoor space with the views they have. Well done EDO! We will be back and I have shared with many friends already.

Love the EDO group and Braseria is a great addition. A French inspired restaurant yet clearly identifiable as their style & vibe, really well put together. Cocktails are outstanding standouts are any of the G&T tableside & a Cigarettes after sex (Rye, Tobacco bitters). Wine list looks awesome will get into that next time. So many good bites is tough to pick favorites but highly suggest golden tartar (love the temperature and textures), iberico pluma with olives and crispy potato, Hamachi & foie mousse. Hard to pull off that many truly unique dishes as well as they do in a new restaurant and they clearly punched them right in the face. Maybe best beef tartar ever? Service staff was excellent, truly as good if not better than any fine dining on the strip, even the younger team members have been trained with the utmost grace. Can't wait to go back.

Food and service are top notch! I have loved trying each new concept by EDO, and this French brasserie is no exception. I think wait staff are efficient and attentive, give great recommendations, and our water was always filled without asking or interrupting conversation. The dining room is intimate but lively. Many Americans may not be accustomed to eating for long periods of time, so I would appreciate a faster meal service so eating time is not too long but can still be enjoyed at a casual pace. Regardless, I never felt rushed and checked on often. I recommend this place for a cute dinner out, date night, or just to enjoy some wonderful food--would come back!

Braseria by EDO was absolutely fantastic. As expected from the team behind Anima and the (now closed) EDO, every detail was thoughtfully executed and food was divine. The service was truly impeccable. Tana went above and beyond - she even had a notecard prepared to carefully address my gluten allergy, which immediately made me feel comfortable and taken seriously. That level of attention is rare and so appreciated. I was especially thrilled to learn they have a dedicated fryer, which meant I could safely enjoy the buckwheat churros and papas bravas. An outstanding experience from start to finish. I'll absolutely be back!

Service started strong but fell short as the evening went on. There were several instances where staff passed by without clearing empty plates or glasses, and at times we had to actively look for our server just to order drinks or dessert. One of our friend's entrées also arrived about seven minutes after everyone else's, and we had to follow up on it before we could all start eating together. That said, EDO delivered once again when it came to the food overall, with a great selection of dishes. The only misses for me were the peach signature frozen drink and the chocolate caramel tart cake--the drink lacked both peach flavor and any noticeable alcohol, and the dessert didn't quite hit the mark. The interior is absolutely stunning, and we're excited to have this spot so close to the Sphere and just off the Strip.

Braseria sets up a new standard of Las Vegas dining. It is rare to see a restaurant where every detail has been carefully crafted. Anyone who has been to original EDO knows they can do exceptionally curated courses of food. Braseria takes that to next level with a beautifully moody atmosphere, ceiling artwork that represents the duality of the cuisine ( French and Spanish ). Exceptional and attentive service completes the holy Trinity of that perfect dinning experience we all chase after. If this is your first time at braseria, get prefix menu, you won't be disappointed.

Had dinner here last night! What a great experience from start to finish! The place looked amazing and the staff were welcoming! The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. Enjoyed the tableside service on skirt steak and "cigarettes after sex" drink. Highly recommend this place for any occasion!

It arrives with four pieces, and two of them are genuinely special. The kouign-amann is buttery, deeply caramelized, and one of the best I have ever had anywhere. The canelé is everything it should be: a dark, lacquered crust giving way to a custardy interior perfumed with vanilla and rum. The other two, a chocolate croissant and a Nutella brioche, round it out nicely. Pricey? Yes. Worth every bite? Absolutely. I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. If you are a fan of French food you must try this place and I will stop in again next time I am visiting Las Vegas.

The Bone marrow was delicious to say the least and my wife enjoyed the Escargot. Entrees of Halibut and Lamb shank were both a hit. Her fish was very delicate and perfectly seasoned while my shank was so expertly done it nearly fell apart the minute a fork was put to it. Amazing tastes all around so far. I asked the waiter for a lite and subtle desert. He surprises me by bringing out a Champagne Passion Fruit Meringue that was maybe the best dessert I've had in twenty years. The sides of Ratatouille Tian and Classic Potato Gratin were also very worthy of there place on the table. Our server, Wes, a thirteen year veteran at the restaurant, was a pro with the perfect touch and knowledge to elevate our experience. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great flavors.

You can tell how much passion and precision goes into the tasting menu. The staff was as high quality as it gets. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, which elevated the entire experience. And the owner, Nicolas, is one of the kindest people you'll meet. He genuinely cares about his guests and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. For a tasting menu in Vegas, the value is amazing. The quality of the food, the creativity, and the level of hospitality you receive is hard to match anywhere else in the city. If you appreciate great food and a truly special dining experience, Partage is a must. You won't find better.

It was the single worst restaurant I've ever been too. Not even in the same universe as other restaurants at the same price point. Food was mediocre and was either bland or inedible. Wine pairings fell flat which makes sense considering the food. Service is cloying-- almost gauche-- and by the ninth course, completely overbearing. Restaurant build-out is cheap. Overall, the experience felt like it was produced by amateurs trying their best.
