    Lobster curry, paneer, butter chicken

If you love Gymkhana-type restaurants, you'll love Tamba. To me, it's as if Gymkhana and Nobu had a baby. This is modern Indian fusion, done right. The menu can be a little overwhelming at first, but the amazing waitstaff and GM helped us choose a great 'tasting menu' of sorts. We ended up trying: Pomelo salad: 5/5, wow! Masala butter oysters: 5/5 Tamarind hamachi: 4/5 Ajwaini black cod: 5/5 Tawa charred octopus: 5/5 Pahadi Paneer: 5/5 Butter chicken: 4/5 Lobster green curry: 3/5 Exotic bread basket: 5/5 Excellent food, delectable flavors. The som also helped us pick out a great bottle of red to accompany. The interior is beautifully decorated with plush seating with soft lighting, perfect for a date night or girls' night. I can definitely see why they were a James Beard Finalist. Their GM, Olivier (?) is a star at his job. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes.

Tamba at Town Square is a beautiful space with aesthetics that immediately stand out. The service was stellar and the food lived up to the hype, especially the lobster green curry and all the breads. Everything was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

The restaurant is absolutely aesthetically pleasing combining both luxury and simplicity. The service matched the ambiance well. The dishes were cleared and brand new plates were set between every course without missing a beat. For appetizers, we started with the pomelo salad and the artichoke sashimi. Both were really subtle which made them ideal openers hence appetizers. The pomelo salad is the move if you're into something bright and tangy and the artichoke sashimi is the more savory, both worth ordering. The banana leaf sea bass was a standout, and I say that as someone who doesn't typically gravitate toward seafood. It had none of that heavy ocean taste. The butter chicken, though, was the highlight of my night. The texture, the creaminess, the perfectly cooked chicken was just flat-out excellent. My only con would probably be the portion size because it left me wanting more. Lastly, because it came a little late the exotic bread basket. It genuinely should have led the table. Once I got done with the bread basket, I realize the portioning size was just right and enough.

My favorite restaurant in Las Vegas--no question. Every time I'm in town, it's a must-stop. Service is fantastic our waiters are always to elaborate on explaining the menu . The ambiance aesthetic alone is unreal (I'd move in if I could ), but the food truly seals the deal. Every dish is beautifully presented and packed with flavor, and the drinks are just as creative as they are delicious. 10/10 across the board.

I had a work dinner here this week and had a lovely experience! Ambiance - I loved that the space felt warm with the plush couch seating, to the stone textures throughout the space. They carried that to the plates and gold cutlery. Service - Jasmine was our server. She was AMAZING! A kind spirit and was very attentive and aware when it came to approaching the menu. Especially, with me being the only vegan in our party. She made sure I got to enjoy the food just as much as the team. I really appreciated that! Food - Everything was flavorful and had depths to it. Very savory and you could appreciate the warm spices. They took their time with each item and it showed in the best way. Overall, this is an elevated, fine dining experience for Indian food. I would definitely go here again for a special occasion! 5/5 stars

Had such an amazing time celebrating my friend's birthday!! Shout out to the restaurant team for working with us, we had a couple logistics issues re: group size and tables needed Brian and Alan have the best service and can't wait to go again. Now let's talk about the food, everything we had was fabulous except for the butter chicken lol we had the oysters, hamachi, and the tuna to start..sooooooo goooood. The truffle and the samosas were also a treat! I totally recommend the Murgh Jidori, I don't even really like chicken but dang, it was cooked to perfection. The restaurant itself was cute, very clean and loved the contemporary design. Only thing was there's only a one-person space for the girls restroom vs the guys restroom had space for multiple people.

This is a very nice upscale Indian restaurant in Town Square Mall. They have a good mix of traditional Indian and fusion dishes. We tried chicken Tariwala, dal makhani, paneer, all of them were excellent. If you like goat cheese I highly recommend their goat cheese togarashi naan. For dessert we tried mango yuzu rasmalai. Our server Jasmine was excellent! She took care of every detail and even got me a special bday dessert! She made excellent wine recommendations and even let me try a couple so I could choose what I loved :)

My girlfriend got us a reservation here for Valentine's, and this has become our newest favorite restaurant ever. This is the kind of restaurant that we would visit in another city and would come back to that city just to eat there again. How convenient that this is a mere 15 minute drive away from home! Located in Town Square, there is plenty of parking available, and the restaurant itself is very classy and offers a variety of seating available for any party. The service was fantastic - they're the kind of people who know that menu and restaurant inside out and look like they love to be there. For food, we had to get the items that were a must for first-timers! For drinks, we got the Magic Elephant (a spicy fun drink for tequila girls) and the Crown Lassi Luxe (a sweet and dangerous drink). We ordered the Kimchi Butter Oysters, and they changed our lives (we couldn't stop thinking about them for days). We ordered the Banana Leaf Seabass and the Fire Roasted Bany Baingan with basmati rice and garlic cilantro naan. Amazing food, truly. Delicious and savory! So excited to come back to try more dishes. For dessert, we ordered the Jangiri Crunch, and it was a great experience being able to open new doors in the food world for me.

Even the most basic Roti is cold
    Peter C.

The presentation of the food was beautiful, but unfortunately that is where the experience ended. Every single dish we received was cold--not just one or two dishes, but every dish. We specifically told our waiter that our only concern was having the food served hot. We were assured that the kitchen would take care of it, yet the food still arrived cold. We were told the chef is award-winning, which makes this even more disappointing. No matter how creative the presentation may be, serving food at the proper temperature is one of the most basic expectations of any restaurant. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this was simply unacceptable. Beautiful presentation cannot make up for cold food. A great dining experience begins with getting the basics right, and unfortunately that did not happen during our visit. The stars are for service and ambience.

Yes food is amazing, service is great and restaurant is very well decored without loud music. Good spots for date night, business meetings and any kind of celebration. Highlight was the octopus, make sure you dont skip it. Food portion is pretty generous and indian food (though fusion) is still on heavy side so your tummy will be happy

What can I say about Tamba that hasn't already been mentioned in the other 5-star reviews? I mean, Tamba is simply excellence realized. From the time we walked in (on 1/24/26) until the time we left, everything we saw, smelled, ate, and drank was just excellent. The amuse bouche of Tamba's version of crispy rice and tuna - excellent. The appetizers of Tamarind Spiced Hamachi and salad with pomelo - excellent. The supremely tender and flavorful lamb chops, vegetable biryani, Butter Chicken, Exotic Bread Basket with the most lovely assortment of naan breads - EXCELLENT! I unfortunately can no longer recall what we got for dessert, but it was so incredibly interesting and beautifully plated. I think Tamba is best enjoyed with friends so you can order more items from their menu. Our party of 4 got to try something from almost every section from the menu but there was so much more we wanted to try, which will definitely happen on our next visit. 10/10 recommend!!

Wow... what an experience. A good friend took us out for dinner and he has been talking it up for awhile now. Let's just say it did not disappoint! Initially greeted by our server that took us on a journey of the cocktail list and I must say every cocktail the table ordered came out looking and tasting great. I went with a Gin and Tonic which allowed me to choose my gin type and tonic type and it was top tier. We ordered various appetizers which is the only photo I took, but all were amazing. The stand out for me though was the Lasooni Lamb Chop and the Angara Wagyu, they were both decadent and the sauces paired perfect. We finished off dinner with a Johnnie Walker tea drink that was semi sweet but balanced the bite of the scotch perfectly and Mango Yuzu Rasmalai which was not sweet but extremely flavorful. Overall this was a beautiful venue with staff trained perfectly to give you all the tools to order the perfect meal. We will be back!

Dined here for my partner's birthday. I heard a lot of rave reviews about this place so I was curious to try it. Honestly, we were underwhelmed. The service was very attentive, but we weren't crazy impressed with the food for a James Beard semifinalist. We got the murgh jidori (chicken), ajwaini black cod, and fire-roasted baby baingan (eggplant) as well as naan and a lassi drink. The jidori was tough and sort of dry. The black cod appetizer was tender and the eggplant dish was flavorful. Were they worth it for the prices? Probably not. We were also kind of annoyed that the servers kept pushing us to get alcoholic drinks because neither me nor my partner drink like that. Get reservations because after 6pm on a random Tuesday, the place got wildly packed very fast.

Flare is an extremely unique experience and lure! The lights continually change making drinking oh so exclusive and fun! On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!

Our table had a little bit of everything -- loco moco, Portuguese sausage, extra Spam, gravy and rice, kimchi fried rice, stuffed French toast, and the Sole Moco. Everything landed well. The kimchi fried rice was a standout for my daughter -- flavorful without being overpowering, just the right balance. The stuffed French toast was tasty and satisfying without being too heavy. My husband loved the Sole Moco, and the portions did not disappoint. But the star of the show for me? The Da Hale pancake. It's a thin, buttery pancake that might sound simple -- but add a little coconut sauce and it becomes something special. Absolutely my favorite thing on the menu. A quick tip: if you're not big on heavy gravy, ask for it on the side when ordering any of the loco mocos. You'll thank yourself later. One thing to keep in mind -- Da Hale is a bar in the evenings, so the ambiance leans more in that direction. It's not quite what you might picture for a breakfast spot, but don't let that stop you. What really keeps us coming back, though, is the service. Both visits, we were helped by the same server -- warm, friendly, and she even remembered us from the first time. We were a group of four. We ordered a couple different breakfast items, but ultimately ended up sharing everything with one another. My kiddo went with something very simple and very basic but still, to have the options and the items available was great. They really enjoyed the crispy edges on the pancakes. I really liked the gravy on the loco moco. But better than the food was the service. Auntie was so sweet. She was so chatty. My husband explained to her how it was that we came to find this restaurant. Auntie started talking about the different visitors that they've had who have featured them on social media once my husband blurted out (some guy's) name from Instagram that he saw a video of having dined here. Really, no matter. Everything was very good. Food prices were reasonable. But again, the one thing that really made the entire experience was the friendly conversation, the references that were made of experiences shared. It was just a really fun time and a casual setting. Another thing that was cool, there's a little stage at the very front of the restaurant. They do have live entertainment from time to time. I'm told it's a great time and that the food is even better at that time. So it's definitely something to check out. Parking is in the back. Enter through there in the back entrance. And let me not forget to mention that parking in the lot is free.

I really like the interior decor which is like a very contemporary and upscale Mexican. They have a variety of table and booth seating and a large bar. Our server, Hunter, was very friendly and attentive. He always ended every interaction with "have fun!" I tried the "el corazon" sangria which was delicious! It had a wonderful, warm flavor with a light hint of cinnamon yet it was still cold and refreshing! A cool tip - each drink comes with a little card with a symbol on it and the drink ingredients. Save this card! At each table is a game board of sorts that offers various prizes as you match the cards on the game board sort of like bingo. We really enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa, and we tried the traditional guacamole with vegetables as well. The guacamole was wonderfully cool and creamy and flavorful. For my entree, I tried the chicken fajitas which is served on a steaming platter with various accompaniments. This was also very delicious, and the chicken was quite flavorful and juicy. A small side note - it was served with a cous cous of sort, but I think I would've preferred a simple Spanish rice. The chicken portion size also seemed a bit smaller than when we get fajitas at Chili's. I would recommend you get double meat if you want to share. We decided to try the chocolate flan and the fried ice cream sundae for dessert. I preferred the flavor of the flan and the unique textures of the flan which had the jiggly caramel flan part on top of a more cake like chocolate part below. I honestly think the fried ice cream was not too good. It did not taste freshly fried, and the coating was very dry and brittle and hard to eat. I prefer the places that serve the fried ice cream warm with a very bubbly crust that is both crunchy outside and a bit soft inside. This was not that. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the dining experience here! We will probably return and try their weekday "Fajitas and Ritas" special! I recommend Hola!
