My wife and I had the pleasure of experiencing Fideua, and it was one of the most memorable meals we have had in recent years. Don't plan on stopping in for a quick bite, plan on savoring the relaxed pace, the authentic ambiance and the very personal service that you will get from Farman and Barbara. This couple literally runs the front and the back of the house, giving owner-level attention to every aspect of the experience. We had the Sepia Al Ajillo, which is wild calamari and fresh shrimp, cooked perfectly and presented for sharing on a small platter will an Ajillo (olive oil base) with a perfect amount of back heat that enchants your palate. Next, what they humbly call "Toasted Bread " is a play on a bruschetta topped with a delicate tomato compote then a thinly sliced Spanish Serrano Ham, which reminded me of an Italian Prosciutto. While we waited for the main dish, we snacked on a medley of nuts and cheeses. Honestly, I felt loved. The main dish of Squid ink rice with seafood exceeded our expectations, which were very high by that point. Every bite was full of fresh seafood and just the right amount of heat. Basque Cheesecake, Almond Tart and a sort of Tiramisu were presented on a platter for sharing... all homemade and unforgettable. We happened to be there on an evening that included an extremely talented Flamenco guitarist, regaling us with music that elevated the experience to levels unmatched. The prices are amazingly affordable and the experience will keep you coming back. I invite you to lose yourselves in an evening of culinary travel to Barcelona.

We loved our experience at Fideua. The Paella was amazing. The chef took special care to explain their process and how they cooked the rice to order so it may take a bit. It was well worth the wait. It gave us time to enjoy some cheese, fresh bread, and sangria. The couple who owned the restaurant created a relaxing atmosphere taking pride in great service while making you feel at home. The owner is the chef himself. It was interesting finding out about their journey to bring authentic Spanish food Las Vegas and the years they spent abroad honing their craft. We never felt rushed and enjoyed a break from all the lights and sounds from the strip.

Nice romantic mom & pop place. Great for family dinner as well. I only wished that we had pre-ordered so we can tried other things. The hospitality was above and beyond. The owners were funny, friendly, and provided a very enjoyable dinner experience. The food was delicious! Definitely plan to go back and do the pre-order.

Simply delicious. Stopped in after a Sunday golf round for a late lunch and loved it so much I came back a few days later with colleagues for dinner. Cozy, couple-run spot where they truly go the extra mile. The squid-ink seafood paella is one of the best I've had on the West Coast--deep, briny, perfectly cooked. True to its name (a nod to Spain's noodle dish, fideuà), everything feels thoughtful and authentic. Don't miss the sautéed shrimp & calamari in garlic sauce--so good you'll want extra bread. A definite must for Spanish cuisine in Vegas, and refreshingly away from the Strip. Mention this review for extra smiles and hospitality.

Located on Twain right down from the strip. You'll find this authentic Spanish little restaurant, which is super cute with a great vibe and Decor. The owners are there, and they are an absolute gem. Having been to Spain over a half a dozen times. I can tell you this place. Does a very nice job. Bringing in Spanish cuisine to Las Vegas. I highly recommend you check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Best service we've ever experienced. Flavor of paella took me to Spain and the experience felt like I was eating in someone's home. The owners were so hospitable. The homemade cheesecake with wine pairing was divine. First time here and we already booked our second trip to dine here. I rarely leave reviews unless it left a memorable impression. The ambiance was clean, pretty, good for family or a date.

Overall a great 1st time experience. They were very knowledgeable and passionate of what they do. I love how much pride they take on their food. Everything was very flavorful and did not have a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like you can't go wrong with anything you order bc it will taste good! I definitely recommend and give them a try.

Fideua is an incredible hidden gem in Las Vegas. If you consider yourself a foodie, I highly recommend that you make time for this place. It's a bit off the Strip and it feels as if you have a private team of chefs preparing your meal. First, make a reservation online. Then, the day before, give them a call to place your order, as much of the menu is only available if you preorder. With the logistics out of the way, prepare to be amazed! The husband and wife team, working along with another cook, will bring out plate after plate of delicious Spanish dishes, each accompanied by the friendliest of attitudes. My favorite dish was the paella negra, a deeply flavorful seafood and squid ink paella. Pro tip: mix each bite with some of the aioli they bring for an extra boost of flavor. But really, everything was quite good. The squid and potato dish and the Spanish omelet are champion contenders themselves. Spread a little aioli on bread and top with omelet for a decadent treat. You should definitely try a few of the tapas as well; the pan con tomate with ham was divine. We meant to share a couple but ended up ordering all of them somehow, with absolutely no regrets. You can put some aioli (do you detect a theme?) on each to elevate your experience even more. For dessert, do your best to make room for the almond cake, served with berries and ice cream. The Basque cheesecake will also knock your socks off, should they still be clinging on by this point of the meal. I could go on, but you get the point. Make a reservation in advance. Call the day before and order anything and everything. Get what I recommend, or better yet, get what they recommend. And come thank me afterwards.

Not everything in Vegas is big and over the top! Off the beaten path, you'll find Fideua -- a true hidden gem. The owners radiate passion and a genuine love for Spanish cuisine. The decor makes you feel right at home (without having to wash the dishes!), and every dish is cooked to perfection. The flavors and savory profiles are simply outstanding.

What to say about this place!!? It was more than a…read morerestaurant, it was a whole experience! From the moment we walked in and were greeted, with a Happy Birthday, to being seated in a secluded corner next to a little water feature that added extra ambiance! Our server immediately came over and greeted us with a bowl and warm flowery water to rinse our hands. He explained how the courses worked, and asked if we'd like cocktails- we had the white wine seasonal sangria and it was delicious! Fresh and fruity! The dancers came out before our first course and the music was really loud- like thumping my seat loud... probably the only thing I would have like done differently. The first course came out and it was shrimp scampi with homemade bread - the shrimp was enough to serve at least 3 people- and it was tasty with lots of flavor! The next course was a lentil soup , served in a bowl with no utensils, and we were told to drink out of the bowl. This was also very flavorful! It was filling so I only took a couple sips of mine to leave room for the food to come! The next course they brought out was a tower of Hummus Baba Ghannouj Moroccan style olives, cucumbers & carrots, along with crispy pita Next was the Beef Kabob served on a skewer stabbed in a pineapple with dry ice for a spectacular presentation. The meat was so tender you could cut it with the fork! It was so much food it could have fed our family of 4, but it was just me and my husband! The last savory food item was the Moroccan Couscous & Chicken Platter- this chicken was so tender it fell off the bone when I picked it up with my fork- it was deliciously flavorful with middle eastern spices!! And the couscous were cooked perfectly! Lastly, they brought out a desert along with tambourines and drums and bright lights and sang a happy birthday song to me! The cake was not my favorite- but it was cute with a design on top It was a Moroccan pastry stuffed with bananas, nuts & chocolate topped with powdered sugar & cinnamon. They served it along with a sweet hot delicious mint tea! The dancers came out about every 20-30 minutes and they were beautiful and interactive with the crowd, asking diners if they'd like to get up and belly dance with them.... It was very fun to watch! We had a wonderful time, we would definitely go back! Next time on an empty stomach, and with the ability to take our leftovers home!! Highly recommend!!!

Such a beautiful experience. They had a pre fixe menu and everything sounded so wonderful. We started with the shrimp, scampi and bread. The shrimp was buttery and garlicky and delicious. And the bread was a big fluffy loaf of delicious deliciously baked bread. We used the bread to sop up the juices from the scampi. Next team, the lentil soup. I've always loved lentil soup, and this was next level soup. So tasty so intriguing the different flavors. Next came the tower of dips and spreads. I've never been a fan of baba ghanoush. But I tried this one and now I am a fan. The baba ghanoush and the Greek yogurt and the hummus and the garlic spread. We're all so beautiful. And the pickled vegetables were amazing. I've never had a carrot pickled like that. It was so juicy and tasty. Next came our entrée of beef kebabs, and chicken. The presentation was beautiful. The kebabs were in a pineapple. The chicken was tender and juicy and succulent. The beef kebabs were tender and juicy. Then dessert came out. A beautiful banana dessert. And they even sing happy birthday to my boyfriend. This review is for Las Vegas Restaurant Week…read more This restaurant week set meal was truly amazing. It's been a long time since I've been wowed by a restaurant. I highly recommend everyone try their lunch. The price is incredibly reasonable, and the food quality is top-notch! For an appetizer, a whole fish entree, and a dessert, the Restaurant Week special is only 40 bucks! Even if you can't make it out to taste the food during Restaurant Week, their usual lunch prix fixe (with the same dishes) is only 45 bucks. Compared to the Mayfair Supper Club I just went to, this place handles their fish remarkably well. It perfectly retained the tenderness and juiciness of the fish, and the skin and edges had a bit of charred, fire-roasted aroma. It left me thinking with great satisfaction: this is exactly how fish should be prepared--simple! The octopus appetizer was also incredibly tender with absolutely no fishy taste. The kitchen's grilling technique and heat control are just exceptionally well-handled. I also quite liked their dessert, Greek yogurt and candied orange peel. I think using orange peel has an advantage: even though it's been candied, it still retains the natural bitterness of the peel, so it's not overly sweet. Speaking of olive oil, the olive oil at this place deserves a shout-out too. It has a very strong grassy aroma and a distinct, pleasant bitterness with a sweet aftertaste. We also added an order of their signature appetizer, which is thinly sliced zucchini and eggplant fried and stacked into a tower. It was seriously so crispy and delicious!!! And very eye-catching! This dish is great for sharing, though it did get a little greasy toward the end, since it is fried after all. This single appetizer costs a whopping 41 bucks! It's even more expensive than the Restaurant Week set menu! But it's super eye-catching and tastes great! Oh well, let them have my money.

Great Greek Hamburger, But Spanakopita? Opa, No!…read more Review: So The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill popped up practically in my backyard--right there next to Whole Foods on Sahara and Town Center. How could I not try it? Now, I'll be honest: my favorite Greek spot is Meráki, and when we go there, we're known for ordering--wait for it--a hamburger. Yes, a Greek hamburger! Meráki's is amazing, and turns out, The Great Greek's burger is also a flavor bomb. Whatever Greek seasoning magic they sprinkle on that meat patty gives it a char-grilled punch that hits the spot. We rounded out our takeout with a Greek salad--nothing groundbreaking, but fresh, crisp, and just what you'd expect. The Greek rice? Meh, a bit underwhelming--fine, but won't be stealing the show at any Greek wedding. Now, the spanakopita... oof. Imagine one giant puff pastry with not much spinach or feta flavor--it was a one-and-done situation. Service-wise, it's a fast-casual setup: order at the counter, grab a seat if you like, but it's not aiming for ambiance. Think more quick bite than Mediterranean getaway. Overall, would I return? Probably not when Meráki is just 10 minutes down the road. But if I'm craving that Greek burger and I'm in a pinch, well... I know where to go!

This review is for WAYNE! Customer service is a lost art…read morethese days and I've been here plenty. I love the food. I always get my salad with mixed schwarma and it hits everytime. This time Wayne just excelled the experience for me. He greeted every guest with "welcome to Parsleys Modern Mediterranean" and anything I asked, he gave true genuine hospitality. To the owner, please give this man a shout out. This is what pride, love, and care in one's position looks like!! I can't stand when I enter establishments and can hear employees talk about their day and drama. It's Extremely unprofessional. Like I said, customer service/hospitality is a lost art. (Unless you work at the Wynn) So thank you Wayne, for being hospitable and making my day with simple gestures which compelled me To write this review as I'm eating

We tried the steak shawarma bowls and the gentleman assisting us was fast and so friendly!…read more Note It is a casual dining experience. A few tables or bar window seats in a brightly lit room. You order at the counter and they add the toppings (like a sandwich shop) we like everything, so we had a really nice salad added to our bowl with all the veggies. We also ordered a 'up charge' item of baba gahnoosh, that comes with hot pita bread, that is so worth it. We also added a green and a red hot sauce, too, both were to die for. Yum! We had food for days! Leftovers heated well the next day. We had an accidental double charge but was handled right away. Will add to my must stop for us when in Vegas.

This is a small place with a window to order and pay. They have the menu showing on the front and you can see the staff preparing the food as it is glass. We decided to order stuffed grape leaves to share and a pita sandwich each. I ordered the beef and lamb one and added the sauce and feta cheese. There are a couple of tables in front where you can sit but they are first come first serve and shared with other businesses. The food came out relatively quick. The grape leaves were good just not as citrusy as I'm used to. The sandwich was big and a bit messy to eat so I used utensils. The flavor was really good.

Food here is good and priced reasonable (again for the strip). Order at the window and they call you when it is done. There are a few tables that you can eat at but not many. You get a lot of food here and this is one of the better places to eat in this area. Tried the hummus, beef and lamb pita, and some other Turkish pita that I forgot the name of. All very good. Highly recommend.
