LOVE the service and delicious food here! So much better than tableau in my opinion. Their pancakes were amazing btw

    Pretty place for breakfast

We've been coming for years - always thought of it as solidly good. Just okay this time. I've never seen Jardin so busy as it was last week, but I suppose that had something to do with Tableau being closed for remodeling. Food was good - if pricey - and service was efficient and polite - if cold and not especially attentive. The patio is pretty enough but the atmosphere was sort of loud (the déclassé on their phones) and crowded-tight feeling while we were there - just not what one expects for a place whose prices hold it out as a rarified brunch.

Nice brunch in the Encore. Chileqillos Rojas were really tasty. The special croissant egg sandwich needed to be discombobulated to eat but was tasty nevertheless.

What is there not to love about Jardin? We were immediately impressed with the sunny atmosphere, the wonderful aroma of morning coffee, and the opulent coziness and beauty of the decor. I knew right away that everything we would order would be delicious and it was. We ordered the delicious Red Velvet Pancakes to share. Our server poured the cream over the cotton candy to melt it over the pancakes. So yummy! We each had the scrambled eggs and bacon along with a Vanilla Latte for me and an Iced Mocha Latte for my daughter. Perfect breakfast for us. Our server was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back again soon.

Meeting friends who were staying at The Wynn. Not a lot of brunch choices but Jardin fit our needs. Charles, our server, was at our table soon after we sat down to answer questions about the menu and get our beverage orders. Service was excellent throughout the meal. I went with the chicken omelet ($28). The omelet comes with a small brick of hash browns and two slices of toast. The omelet and the hash browns were both quite tasty. My wife went with the pancakes ($25), a side 4 strips of bacon ($11), and a cup of hot water ($7). The pancakes were ordinary at best - not very tasty. Would not get them again. The ambiance is lovely, bright and cheerful. $75 for an omelet, pancakes with bacon and a cup of hot water is pricey, even for the Strip. The outstanding ambiance and service go a long way to justify the prices.

I was staying at the Wynn for my birthday and had 2 primary full service choices for breakfast in the resort. I chose Jardin which is the only restaurant in the Encore. Reservation is highly recommended. It is an elegant restaurant and very popular. We got to sit indoors by the window overlooking the Encore pool. I ordered the Jardin Eggs Benedict. Their signature eggs benedict comes with Tasso Ham which was a bit overcooked and dried. Otherwise, the eggs benedict was really good. The eggs benedict also came with a crispy hash brown patty. The presentation, though, was a little pedestrian. Prices are on the high side with the eggs benedict at $28 and 12 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice at $15. Service was very good and accommodating. If you are looking for a special occasion, Jardin is a wonderful place for a hearty breakfast in a beautiful dining room. However, you can probably find cheaper breakfast options outside of the resort.

Service was a bit slow this time we visited here. The pancakes were very disappointing. Dry and not much flavor. My cousin enjoyed her oats and fruit but for the price we didn't feel it was worth it. We most likely will not return here.

Egg White Frittata with sourdough toast

I recently stayed at the Encore for a night with the hubs and his mini-me, so we had breakfast at Jardin the following morning. Do want to note that the rate we booked included breakfast (up to a capped amount). We ordered the following: - Egg White Frittata ($25) with caramelized onions, roasted squash, arugula, goat cheese, blistered tomatoes, and a side of sourdough toast - Honey Roasted Granola And Greek Yogurt ($19) with mixed berries and toasted almonds - Seasonal Fruit side ($11): dragonfruit, papaya, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple Hubs and his mini-me enjoyed the greek yogurt with the granola and fruit. The yogurt was unsweetened and tart, just how we like it! As you can see in the photo, the egg white frittata was not only the white of the egg, so Just make sure when you order this, re-confirm that it's only egg white. Unfortunately I didn't taste any goat cheese inside, and there were way too many tomatoes inside the frittata (wish there was more of or actual goat cheese!). I didn't bother sending it back because it was still tasty regardless. Portions are quite generous even though the prices are higher than what you'd have in other brunch cafes. We're not big eaters lately and we try to have smaller meals throughout the day, so we were able to share all of this and take the fruit to-go for an early afternoon snack. Highly recommend that you make a reservation at least a week in advance if you have a preferred time to dine during the holidays! We had a 7:30am breakfast on a Monday morning (which is when they open) and by the time we left around 8:30am, there was a bit of a queue for seating. We also walked past Jardin around 12pm and it was a much larger queue of people waiting around.

FOOD I came to try the French toast because the photos and presentation looked like a can't-miss. And it was true. The French toast came like it was decorated for royalty and the flavor matched the look. The main characters of the dish were the bread itself, strawberries, sauce, and the decadent whipped cream. To me, the nuts got in the way but if you like candied nuts, you'll love those, too. I ate half of the French toast without syrup because it can stand on its own. The French toast is fluffy yet still moist. It pairs so well with cream! The other half of the French toast I cut up for more surface area and added syrup. It soaked up the syrup so well while still not becoming syrup-soggy - delicious. There's a photo of the syrup-absorbed toast with a dollop of whipped cream. It's the most tastefully decadent bite I've had in so long. The bacon was tough and too crispy so I didn't finish that. I shared that info with the team for feedback but I left completely satisfied because of the French toast of course, but also the hash browns! I recommend ordering EXTRA hash browns. It's a rectangle that's perfectly crispy on the outside and moist, creamy, and just perfect on the inside. With a little Tabasco, ketchup, and some eggs, you'll be in breakfast heaven. I didn't even need to add salt or pepper. SERVICE Rick was my server and he was simply incredible. I never told him I like my coffee hot - I didn't have to! He came by and asked if he could replenish it when it was halfway so it didn't get cold. I thanked his manager, Jennifer, for helping run such a good place and for Rick. AMBIANCE It's got it all here. The wow factor is the marble and lighting as soon as you step in. If you're here for breakfast, the natural light in the center illuminates the whole space. And the beautiful flower on each table brings a grounded, familiar beauty to complaint all the luxury.

I've been tried many of their brunch spots, but honestly, none of them really impressed me taste-wise. Tableu was beautiful, but I wouldn't say the food was amazing. This place, though -- now I understand why there's always a wait. The view is gorgeous, and the quality of the bread alone blew me away. The pastry sandwich I ordered was absolutely heavenly -- I don't even know how to describe it, maybe like a taste of heaven? It had a little spicy kick inside that kept it from feeling heavy or boring. I've heard that all the other menu items are great too, but I was too full from the sandwich to try more, which I totally regret. Next time I'm in Las Vegas, I'm definitely coming back here for brunch. Absolutely the best! And the service from my server is really nice and professional! Reservation is unavailable so go faster as you can.

Oven-Oven Roasted Turkey Sandwich and small Classic Caesar Salad.

So here's the thing: I only ended up at Jardin because Tableau, the GOAT of Wynn dining, had already closed at 2:30. By the time I got to Jardin, it was 2:50, and they close at 3. Translation: I was the kid showing up to class right as the bell rang, and the teacher already had her purse on her shoulder. I went with the oven-roasted turkey club on sourdough. On the menu it promised me Thanksgiving-level turkey. What I got was more in the "is this Boar's Head?" category...very thinly sliced, decent, but not giving me that fresh carve-off-the-bird vibe. Bacon was present but playing hide-and-seek, and while the sandwich tasted good overall, it wasn't exactly fireworks. More like sparklers. The Caesar salad was solid: crisp lettuce, respectable dressing, and I actually really liked the croutons (when you're noticing the croutons, that kind of tells you the rest of it wasn't mind-blowing). Service was fine, though to be fair, by 2:50 the staff was clearly already half-clocked out in their heads. I can't really blame them as no one's at their best 10 minutes before closing. The space itself is gorgeous, very "Wynn". You know, light, bright, and polished. But food-wise, I couldn't help comparing it to Tableau, which sets an almost unfair standard. If Tableau is Beyoncé, Jardin was more like one of the backup dancers--not bad, but you're really here for someone else. Verdict: I'd give Jardin another try, probably for breakfast, since I've heard that's their stronger lane. But if Tableau's open? I'm heading there every time.

Had a celebratory birthday brunch on a Sunday morning with the family and overall I can say we had a lovely experience. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a large skylight in the middle that allows tons of natural light to bathe the space. This is a special place to have a brunch and the ambiance really gives you that feeling. The service was excellent as our server Andrew took great care of us; especially my mother-in-law who always has a dozen special requests and modifications for whatever she orders off the menu (lol). Coffees were refilled multiple times and dishes were cleared promptly by the exceptional support staff. When I'm at brunch (which isn't often) my main requirement is to have fresh, high-quality ingredients being used and Jardin definitely delivers on that. I don't need a place to reinvent the wheel; just give me good eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes etc. and I'm happy. The black coffee here is hot and strong and the fresh-squeezed juices are delicious. I ordered the Eggs Benedict which included Tasso ham and a fantastically crispy-edged hashbrown flecked with tasty scallions on the interior. My wife ordered the roasted chicken omelet which I tasted and loved as it had fresh green chiles and also was accompanied by that delicious hashbrown cube. Everyone else at the table said they enjoyed their food as well. We all shared an order of pancakes which were delivered warm and with a creamy cake-y interior. If you are looking for a place with a good iced latte, my daughter (who is notoriously picky in this area) said hers was fantastic. They even had an oat milk option for her which made her happy. Brunch for five came to $240 before tip so this definitely isn't a bargain experience but they certainly come through on the food quality so I would highly recommend this as a splurge or a special occasion place.

Fresh juice, I just can't remember the name of it.
    Nicole S.

Beautiful restaurant, great service however the food I ordered wasn't what I was expecting. I ordered the chilaquiles and it tasted like canned tomato sauce with onions. I wish I would've spoke up about it but I was far beyond hangry, I ate what I could and didn't bother. Their fresh juice was great and satisfying as well as the views.

    Ask the Community - Jardin

Is the flowerpot cake still being served? If so, is it offered at lunch and dinner?

Yes... I had it for lunch but I'm sure it's most likely available for dinner.

Are they no longer open for dinner (around 7pm)?

    Not at the moment.

Is the brunch menu served every day or just the weekends? What time does brunch end?

It's served every day and ends at 3pm.

    When will you open Tuesday-Thursday?

    Every day...including Tues AND Thurs!

Can I just ask for the flower pot dessert to go?

I don't see why not. They allowed us to take our left overs and order to go while we dined there. The two hostess in front would be glad to help you out. Just ask or call ?

Is the flower pot dessert available at lunch or just at dinner?

It's served all day! And it's absolutely worth the hype!

Will I be over dressed in a sexy, long dress with high cut slits? Kind of a silly question but My husband and I are looking for a nice, romantic type restaurant.?

The vibe in Jardin is not romantic (even in the evening), but if you are feeling the dress or if you have an event to go to afterwards, I say go for it.

Is reservation a must/recommended or can I walk in and be able to be seated?

You can just walk in and be seated, that's what I did when I went! :)

Do they have buffet on weekdays?

Jardin is a sit down restaurant it is not a buffet.

Does Jardin offer complimentary desserts for birthdays?

I don't think so because I went for my birthday lol BUT that chocolate cake that's shaped like a flower pot is worth every damn penny!

Paisley was a delight to chat with as we waited for only 10 minutes while seats opened up for us at the bar. I also got to check out the restroom, which boasts a high tech toilet with automated opening/flushing and a heated seat! We had the pleasure of meeting Michael our bartender and Yesi the bartender apprentice, and regulars Bill and Kim from Texas on one side of us, and Mario from California on the other as we spent the next hour and half savoring one luxury cocktail each and some complimentary snacks (seasoned pistachio nuts, cheesy crackers, and a little amazing bite that I can't remember the ingredients of). Welcome complimentary drinks: "Key to my heart" -- fun little rum drinks to start off with served in a spherical black case surrounded by dry ice! (See video). A bit sweet for my taste but tasty and just a little shot's worth (to be sipped). Cocktails: La Vie En Rose: (5/5) Rose infused gin, house made strawberry infused sweet vermouth, aperol, orange essence. Gorgeous spherical ice cube with a real flower frozen inside). Described as a summer Negroni. I chose it because I love Negronis and am always up for trying a variation on a classic like that. The Fountain (5/5): bourbon, Punt e mes vermouth (55 year old bottle!), orange essence. The Vault's take on the classic Manhattan. Michael gave us a taste of the punt e mes sweet vermouth and it was sublime. Both spectacular cocktails were definitely made for sipping and savoring. And to top it off! Little espresso shots at the end....mmm delectable dessert my bites to complete a flawless experience. We'll be back! Michael is a masterful mixologist and Yesi is an awesome apprentice! Highly recommend!

The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
