    Spring Rolls
    Chad C.

This is my wife's absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant--she raves about it constantly. She's especially obsessed with their Short Rib Pho, which I still haven't tried. Every time I go, I fully intend to order it... and then something else catches my eye. Today was no different. You have to start with the spring rolls. The fresh ones come packed with shrimp and a crisp roll of rice paper inside for that perfect crunch, all dipped in their sweet-yet-tangy fish sauce that ties everything together beautifully. Today I went with the Garlic Noodles and Wagyu Steak (medium rare), and it was hands-down the best thing on the table. (My wife will probably fight me on that.) The garlic noodles were bold and savory--strong enough to keep even the friendliest vampires away--but with just enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more. My nephew and I couldn't get enough. And the Wagyu Steak? Absolutely divine. Perfectly cooked, buttery, juicy, and packed with flavor. Easily the best I've had here. The interior is fantastic too. They've styled the place like a charming little Asian street market, with each table set up like its own market stall. It's fun, immersive, and I love the vibe. One quick heads-up: they take a one-hour break between lunch and dinner (4-5 PM), so plan accordingly if you're coming in during that window. We arrived right at 5 PM when they reopened, and our party of six was seated immediately with menus and water. Our waitress was attentive, and the orders came in quickly. Highly recommend!

Went to restaurant at 9 pm was told at 910 that it was going to be last call but the restaurant hours says it closes at 10 I understand that you close usually around a half hour before but never 50 minutes so why even bother to state that you close at 10. We were seated quickly and I was surprised that they had let a couple bring there kitten or cat in there. I'm allergic to cats and was seated right behind them I got lucky that they left 5 minutes after we got there. The service was ok but very disappointing after taking our orders and then getting them we didn't see them again until we got our check no asking how the meal was not asking if we needed refills. The food itself was ok the shaken French fries was good except the beef was ok the nem nuong rolls were very good. Same with dac biet noodle was actually good with the egg rolls and the shrimp was decent not much though and once again beef was not good. The bun Bo hue so so. The grilled pork chop was probably the best out the 4 item we got overall not worth spending my money non existent customer service and just average food.

Saigon Corner is definitely a little further off the strip than the typical Chinatown distance so about 30 minute drive. The decor is very interesting and I do like that there are private booths per dining party. We came during lunch and there was a 40 min wait but that seems to be the norm in Vegas that weekend. Food was actually pretty good. They have some interesting presentation for some of their items. I think the best dish was the garlic butter noodle with the steak. The steak in that dish was just so so good. I would love to have that on its own. Everything we ate was quite tasty and had a lot of flavor. I would skip on the drinks. They definitely taste more like a powder blend so I wasn't a fan of any of them.

Very cute inside, authentic while also feeling like I was on vacay in a touristy spot in actual Vietnam. Bun Bo hue was not bad, coconut milk claims were pretty good. I had a guava juice drink and it was delicious and was a generous amount. I believe this place is owned by the same people as Saigon Alley (hotpot) but this location specializes in snails. Next time I return, I'll bring my mom and see if she likes their snails. Service was too much at the beginning (multiple people asking to take our order when we needed more time to review menu and decide) but at the end we had to wait a long time before we could get some to go boxes, place a to-go order, and get the check. But overall I would still return to try out other menu items.

The Pho was very authentic and the cuisine was overall delicious. I have traveled to Saigon a long time ago and I still have memories of how delicious their food is. I am pleased to have gone here and relived my vivid memories of my travels to Vietnam. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is vibrant. This is the best Vietnamese food in Las Vegas!

Steak and eggs, banh mi, and pandan coffee!

Vietnamese food is not all about pho and this place really shows that!! The Pandan coffee is one of the best sweet drinks I've ever had and the steak and eggs were very reminiscent of Vietnam! And the steak was cooked to perfection. On top of that the service was great and the vibes inside the restaurant are so good!

One of my go to spots for Viet food and pho! Food and service are always on point and the restaurant has really solid vibes! Haven't been disappointed by any menu items yet and I've been slowly trying more of it (including snail options)

We originally came here due to the husband craving for pho. Food was pretty good. My husband and I enjoyed the food. The egg rolls were delicious but I was not a fan of the lettuce leaves. We ate them and tastes good with the egg rolls, but they looked "not as fresh." Not pictured, the hubby's main dish, special bun, bun dac biet. He said it was good and was glad he got that instead of pho (as to why we came here). The green tea milk tea had a good matcha flavor and not too sweet, which was nice. The service could have been better. It started off okay at first, as the servers were attentive. Towards the end, when we got the check, we waited quite a while for them to take the check to charge my card. We ended up taking it up to the front. Ambiance was nice. It felt like we were in an alleyway of some sort. A difference vibe. But overall, food was good. Menu was quite extensive. Want to come back to try other items on the menu.

Love this Pho restaurant! Located on the SW side of town off Fort Apache and Russell. The ambiance in the restaurant takes you to Thailand street markets. The service is always quick and they are always kind. Now the food here is the best ive been to many Pho spots but I am hooked on this one the Short rib pho is top tier also the grilled beef with rice was soooo good! 10/10

The food here is so good whether you dine in or order takeout. I LOVE the bun chao Tom nem nuong which is vermicelli with fried shrimp patty and pork patty. The pho here is delicious. Everything is super fresh and the staff are very helpful. I'm glad I was able to try the durian coffee while it was still on the menu. I had the pandan milk today and it was tasty. I also enjoyed the beef banh mi - the beef was very flavorful. Not sure why another reviewer criticized it but then I saw she leaves mostly negative reviews everywhere.. yikes! I'm Vietnamese and find the food here great and authentic.

    Special Pho (Pho Dac Biet)

Recently went to Saigon Corner and had a great experience. We visited on a weekday evening without reservations, and our party of seven was seated quickly, which was a nice start. We ordered a few staples, including the Fresh Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon), Grilled Beef Banh Mi (Banh Mi Bo), and the Special Pho (Pho Dac Biet). Fresh Spring Rolls (3.5/5): Filled with shrimp and paired well with a rich peanut sauce. Tasty, but felt a bit pricey at $12 for what you get. Grilled Beef Banh Mi (5/5): The standout. The bread had a great balance of crunch on the outside and softness inside, packed with flavorful, saucy marinated beef. Every bite hit. Special Pho (3.5/5): Huge portion, especially on the broth side. The soup itself was flavorful and filling, but I was hoping for more meat and noodles, especially given the price compared to other pho spots in Las Vegas. Overall, a solid and satisfying meal with a wide variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes. I'd definitely come back to explore more of the menu next time, especially items like the escargot.

We have been meaning to try this place for some time now. There's a lot of Vietnamese spots in the southwest but I think this one has one of the best bun bo hue. We came by at the start of their dinner hours and were served quickly. Really enjoyed the booth seats they had providing some privacy to enjoy our meals. We ordered the Bo luc lac, bun bo hue, and a chicken pho. The shaking beef was great with the broken rice and all the veggies. The broth of the bun bo hue will surely have us going back and with the big beef bone it included. The only item that we kind of felt missed was the grilled chicken pho. I guess I was expecting a chicken broth and not a beef broth. The green Thai tea was also very enjoyable. Thanks will be back to try a few more items!

I joined my friend's Vietnamese family for dinner here, and we had a party of 15, including several children. Despite the size of our group and the busy dinner rush, they managed to seat us comfortably and make everything work. We somehow beat the crowd, and the staff handled it all smoothly. The family chose this spot because they frequently visit Chinatown and wanted to try something different, especially given the Yelp reviews. It lived up to expectations. I enjoyed my meal, and judging by how happy everyone else was, they did too. That alone says a lot. I ordered the Premium Saigon Pho, and it was exactly what I needed on a cold, wet evening--rich, flavorful, and comforting. That said, I couldn't help feeling a bit of food envy when I saw the Short Rib Pho, Hot Stone Pho, and the bún dishes arrive at the table. They all looked incredible, and I'll definitely be back to try them. The aesthetic was another highlight. Several people in our group said it reminded them of places back in Vietnam. Without that personal context, I still found the atmosphere immersive, as if stepping into a rustic neighborhood café or market. The wooden seating areas with window-style partitions between tables added to the charm and made the space feel both cozy and authentic. Overall, this was a great experience: excellent food, memorable atmosphere, and a restaurant that handled a large, lively group with ease. I'd happily return.

The interior felt very modern and traditional at the same time. We ordered the hot chrysanthemum tea and it came out in a piping hot kettle. Service was very friendly and attentive. Spicy hand pulled noodle soup 5/5 - Incredibly warm, flavorful, and delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was packed with flavor. Generous cuts of beef as well. It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back.
