The Thai tea is ABSOLUTLY AMAZINGGG! We called ahead, and they said, "no wait, come now"--that was all we needed to hear, so we drove up here. We got two P1s and a plain pho; it was phenomenal! Came here on a rainy weekend day last week. My dad and I got pho and mom had the charbroiled chicken banh mi. The flavors were very good for all the items. Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea were nice and sweet and cut well into the taste of both our entrees. What we noticed and maybe this was an isolated incident was that although the flavor of our pho was really good, both our pho dishes had a tonnnnn of noodles but was lacking meat. My dad had a bit more only cause he got a bunch of meatballs in his combo pho, but I went for a custom rare steak, tripe and tendon and I noticed after the rare steak I went on the never ending search for tendon and tripe which was nonexistent... It is comparable to the bigger pho restaurants. Bank bot loc - Stuffed tapioca dumplings. I absolutely LOVED the fish balls and they came in my pho too . The corn was something new me and my husband tried and it was SO GOOD. Giving i grew up eating elotes, such an elite flavor. New Year's Day review -- May have had an impact on my experience? There are about 12 tables of 4 in this establishment. Our group of 6 were split into two tables across the restaurant. Half of our group had their orders taken 10 minutes before we were approached. Two servers frantically running around, one that seems to have more of a hang of things than the other. We got the latter -- asked if we were ready to order (had been waiting/seated for around 20 minutes at this point), we said yes, then she left and didn't return to take our order. We had to chase her down, and got our orders taken approximately 30 min after being seated. Half of our group were served approximately 1 hour after arriving to Pho 90. Every table in the establishment (even ones that sat after us) received their food before us -- After questioning this and requesting to just stop the order so we could leave this sh!t show, the server begged us to stay for 10 minutes for our food. I'm assuming she went back there and made it herself. They seem to either be short staffed or not efficient in multi tasking. Outside of the customer service, the cleanliness severely lacks here. I watched one of the servers licking her (gloved) fingers, cleaning tables with "window" cleaner then using the same gloves to touch the INSIDE of our cups. We were also given a disgustingly dirty bowl, requested a new one, for it to also be dirty -- was she grabbing them from the dirty dishes pile or something? To top it off, she was witnessed taking a bowl of bean sprouts out of the dirty dish bin and putting it on the table for the next party. Barf. Come to find out, the server who was seemingly causing these issues was new. The food itself was a 3.5 -- pho broth is oily, depending on your personal preference on if you like that or not. After 1.5 hours at Pho 90 and $50 down the drain, I'd recommend saving your money and time. read more

Average pho and decent sizes but one thing I don't get.. why is it sour before I put my lime in there? Average depth of flavor to the herbs used and average seasoning. It would be better if it wasn't so sour. I just don't understand what they used to make it sour. Not much msg but I can tell there is some, not bad at all. We came here on a Tuesday morning at 10am to eat some well needed pho before our flight. There were plenty of open tables and we were served immediately. I ordered the pho bo vien, and I thought it was delicious! The broth was so flavorful I didn't feel like I needed to add the hoison or sriracha. The bowl was also very big with a generous portion of noodles that I couldn't finish the entire thing. Definitely recommend making a stop at Pho 90 for your next bowl of pho! read more

their server seemed to be a bit inexperienced and wasn't wearing any form of gloves, but otherwise the XL is HUGE. it can fit 2-3 people depending on how much you can eat. The regular large is just as good as tastes really rich with nice soft meat, I definitely recommend their spring rolls with the meat & shrimp. OMG, I should have know when I was reading the menu on here, the price are hand written, meaning the restaurant is too cheap to reprint a new menu after they gone up with the price. Picked this place because family was in the mood for some Vietnamese food in Las Vegas right before the magic show that evening. This place did not have a single customer when I walked in while the dumpling place next door had a party going on, but I didn't think much of that at the time. That should have been a hint because this place had terrible service & below average food and in hindsight explained the lack of people in this 'restaurant'. First of all, NOBODY speaks English here. The waitress spoke Spanish & the cook/owner seemed like she mostly spoke Vietnamese. How the two of them communicate, I have no clue. Maybe sign language, because it took the waitress 15 minutes to even bring the water and I only had to ask 4 times. She then went hunting for straws for another 5 minutes and only brought them for half of us. Then the food started coming... one at a time, every 10 minutes. The Charbroiled chicken sandwiches (Banh mi ga nuong) were dry and hardly had any chicken. We were getting red flags but had committed too much time already to find another place. The potstickers then showed up and were way overdone. We were starving at this point and 10 minutes later the 'Beef mixed with vegetables' showed up. There were 2 small pieces of beef on the plate and we asked the waitress why hardly any meat since the dish was $17. She did not understand a word & 5 minutes later brought the 'Chicken mixed with vegetables'. Again, 2 small pieces of chicken and I thought maybe this was some sort of joke. I asked the waitress "Where was the real food?" She brought the cook/ owner who miraculously started speaking broken English as earlier she spoke none. We politely asked why were there only 2 small pieces of meat in each dish. She then started telling at us 'you want meat you give more money' in her thick Vietnamese accent. I explained to her that I could buy a whole chicken for $17 but she did not want to listen. I then requested that she not bring the chicken pho, seafood pho and other dishes we had ordered as I suspected those would also come without meat. She didn't seem to care & we all paid for the items brought out (hardly eaten) and left for the magic show... still hungry! Lesson learned. If you see a place with no customers in it but the place next door is jumping, don't go in. The food quality - 2/10 Cleanliness of the place - 4/10 Customer service - 1/10 Total time spent in this place - 55 minutes. Time from taking our order to bringing out the first dish - 35 minutes. Time it took for us to run out the door after paying for the horrible food - 6 seconds. Time spent writing this review - 25 minutes :) Friendly piece of advice: Do not waste your time, effort & money on a place that has terrible food & poor customer service. read more

My friends and I came here for a late dinner on a night they were short staff. I understand it can be difficult when your short staff and we were understanding and waited till they were caught up to order. My biggest problem was the person taking our order was very rude to us. Well would say our order but the person was not paying attention and got irritated with us. She criticized on the way we order because she was not paying attention and told us to order correctly. She even got irritated because my friend switched to hot tea instead of iced. The food was so so could not really taste anything because my pho had so much oil in it than broth. I'm not giving it a one star because we had the wait, I don't mind waiting since they were short staffed but that kind of service was the worst I have ever experienced. I have been working in Vegas for the last month and a half, and I happily ate here during my stay more than anywhere else. The pho was incredible and the thai tea is also wonderful! I didn't try anything else because the pho was perfect enough to have over and over. The store owners were sweet, kind and funny.
