We try to make this our last stop before we leave Vegas so it's usually around a late breakfast time so it's not that busy at that time. Every time we've been here, service is quick and friendly. Portion is great and my family and I quite like the broth--I don't think it's salty at all. It has great flavor, especially if you've been out drinking and now you just need the warm soothing tastes of home. The restaurant is huge and spacious and clean.
This WAS my Favorite restaurant for many years and brought guests here from out of town to enjoy my many favorites here. Well here's the problem, Pho Kim Long have raised the prices and Lowered the quality The pho was watery and tasteless and the beef was tasteless and overcooked., fried rice wasn't quite fried and shrimp was salad shrimp warmed. I had never seen the restaurant as empty as it was, but now I understand if this is the quality of food being served now. My friends and relatives opted not to return I've never been so disappointed as I was this visit.
This is my go to stop in LVS.. The food is amazing, the service is fast depending on the times you come in and the ambiance is nice. It's a big restaurant that stays open late. I use to come here after going out all night to get some pho into my body for a good nights rest lol. Let's get to the food.. Salt & Pepper Pork Chops- this is my go to if I'm not feeling pho, the chops are friend to perfection with garlic and jalapeños. It's really good with plain white rice or fried rice which I got. Beef Pho- highly recommend if you've been drinking all day or night lol. It is amazing, and it will make you feel so much better. Like I said this is the only place I go to for pho. Spring rolls: they're pretty good, not my favorite it it still works for me.
The service was amazing (attentive, yet not hovering), the restaurant itself - inside - it is spacious with lots of seating, the decor is pretty, parking - depending on how busy is fine and the food. The food. 20/10 for each dish. Ordered: Cornish game hen Combo beef pho Beef stew Crab rangoon I'm from the ESSJ so this Vietnamese food is legit. Unsure why it is rated the way it is. Oh well for them!
Open late night spot in Vegas. Perfect if you want to grab something to eat post club or going out. Open until 4:30am. Service is great and quick, lots of people there after 2am but we didn't have to wait for a table for a party of 7. We got the salt and pepper calamari and all ordered bowls of pho- beef, seafood, etc. and we still had leftovers to take. It's large in the inside and has room for many parties big and small. We did have to ask for more water. The broth was so good, the food came out quickly, perfect especially if you've been drinking. Located around all of the other Asian restaurants, there's a parking lot right out front but I can see this place busy during the evening.
Pho Kim Long on Spring Mountain Chinatown is a popular well established Pho restaurant that I personally have been coming to for many years. It was always the after party spot as they are open til early morning well past 2am. Everytime I dine here, it is always busy with all the tables mostly occupied. The nice thing about getting Pho is that it comes out pretty fast and just hits the spot after a night out on the town. The menu not only offers Pho but cooked dishes as well ranging from egg rolls, fried noodles and Chinese styled dishes. On this visit I ordered a regular classic beef Pho with brisket and rare steak. It was filling and delicious. This is the spot to go to late night to replenish and hydrate with some hot Pho
Came the morning after an amazing night at the BSB concert. Pho is always the best cure and really soothes the soul. We were greeted by the friendliest welcome and were seated right away. We all got noodle soup and a vietnamese coffee . I got the bun rieu and all my friends got pho. Can't go wrong with any of the selections.
The service here was better than the food itself. Upon walking in on a weekday evening, we were greeted and sat right away (party of 2). Not too long after that, water was brought and any drink orders were taken. The server was ready to take our food order right away - but we weren't ready yet. We ultimately decided to share a large Rare Beef Pho since other pho places typically would give a lot in a large. Also, we chose Chicken Egg Rolls. The pho came out very quickly and the broth was nice and hot. However, I felt the portion was quite small for a large. My local suburb pho spot gives more than Pho Kim Long's large in their regular portion. As far as taste, it was just OK. It wasn't anything special or anything that made me think - this is a go-to spot on my pho list. The Chicken Egg Rolls were fresh and hot with a crispy wrap. I used the romaine lettuce and put the egg roll in it for even more added crunch. Our entire visit was a quick in and out. Overall - if you just need to eat something, sure, you can stop here, but then again, within a block or two, there's several noodle places that are much better.

My girlfriends and I recently visited Pho Kim Long while in Las Vegas, including one friend who is a local and recommended the restaurant. While the food itself was decent, the service we received was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, our server, Ronald (I believe that was his name), seemed annoyed by basic questions. One of my friends asked whether the chicken pho was served with white meat or dark meat, which is a reasonable question. Instead of answering professionally, he responded with a huff and repeatedly said, "It's chicken." When she tried to explain that some restaurants serve different cuts of chicken or charge extra for certain options, he rolled his eyes and again dismissed the question. Later, we asked for extra jalapeños. Rather than simply bringing them or explaining any policy, he mumbled that jalapeños were already served with the pho. We weren't asking where they were; we were asking for extra. He then walked away without addressing the request. After that, we rarely saw our server. Other staff members brought our food and assisted us. We asked another employee for extra limes, which were brought promptly and without issue. Our appetizer, the chicken lettuce wraps, arrived only about a minute before our entrees, leaving us little opportunity to enjoy it beforehand. Unfortunately, the appetizer itself consisted mostly of green onions and was underwhelming. Throughout the meal, Ronald appeared attentive to other tables, refilling drinks and checking on guests. Our waters were never refilled, and he never properly checked on us. The only time he approached our table, he quickly mumbled, "Is everything okay?" while already walking away, not even pausing for a response. When it came time to pay, other tables received their checks while we were seemingly ignored. In fact, the table next to us had to point out that we had not received ours. Another staff member eventually brought the check. At that point, we requested to speak with a manager. Despite seeing Ronald speaking with the manager, neither of them came to our table. Eventually, a security guard brought our check, which was unusual. We again requested a manager, and one finally came over. We explained our experience, but the response felt dismissive and insincere. We received what seemed like a half-hearted apology and were offered an employee discount. The issue was not the food. The issue was the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. The restaurant was not busy, and there was no apparent reason for the level of inattentiveness and dismissive behavior we experienced. Both the server and management should take this feedback seriously, as no customer should feel ignored or unwelcome when dining at your establishment.
This place is open late, so I go here when im hungover! Some things are hit and miss. The bo loc lac is good. The pork clay pot was extremely salty. Most dishes was very salty. Ma po tofu was bland however. The thit nuong was pretty good, but why 3 stars? Bc the canh chua was 30$!!! Holy snickers! And like a mentioned earlier, most things was too salty. I think the service is quite good and its a bit noisy bc a lot of people eat here.
Was really wanting a hot bowl of pho so came to the Chinatown location. Was seated quickly, placed our order quickly and food came out just as quick. I ordered the Spicy Beef Noodles and the broth was tasty especially once you add in all the toppings and additional spice however the broth was warm which I was hoping for piping hot, the noodles were also very over cooked they broke every time I attempted to pick them up. Overall it still was good and hit the spot.
If I could give this restaurant negative stars, I would. We came here on a Friday night, and it was busy. We waited around 15-20 minutes for a table when there were tables open- not sure why people were not seated there but ok. I ended up ordering the veggie pho with vegetarian broth. When I tell you it was SALTY, it tasted like one of those videos where people put a spoon of salt with soup to prank someone. It was just super salty even with trying the noodles itself. It was inedible, unless you want high blood pressure. you couldn't eat it without wanting to throw up. I took one bite and could not bear the taste anymore. We did end up telling a worker- who acted clueless and proceed to tell me- oh that's how the vegetarian soup is SUPPOSED to taste like. So you're telling me, it's supposed to taste like someone poured a whole bottle of salt in it? Ok... lol and then said that there was nothing he can do, not even offer some extra hot water to water it down. Thankfully, we talked to another worker who was able to take care of the problem.
What's up: My coworker had mentioned that he came here one time and enjoyed delicious pho. Since we were trying to figure out dinner, we decided to go with his recommendation and get some soupy noodles! Parking: We got an Uber ride here from our hotel. Located at The Center at Spring Mountain. The parking lot was fairly busy when we arrived. Environment: The restaurant itself was not too busy when we arrived. We were seated immediately and had plenty of time to figure out what we wanted to eat. After placing our order, food came quick and the pho was piping hot! What was ordered: - Salt and Pepper Calamari (good) - Fresh Spring Rolls (good) - Small Beef Pho with Rare Steak and Brisket (tasty and a perfect portion size for small eaters) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. I'm glad I ordered a small, it was the perfect portion size. Portion size here was fairly large. Credit cards are accepted. read more

The inside of this spot is big and hosts a lot of large groups, perfect for family gatherings or friend gatherings. We shared a lot of plates family style here. The wait during lunch hour wasn't bad at all compared to other spots in Chinatown. Good servings to feed a group. Recipes taste standard and aren't extraordinary. The pho here was quite bland somehow and watery. I think there was flavor missing somehow. I expected the orange chicken to taste better but it was a good amount of meat for the price. Be wary for those with peanut allergies because a lot of peanut-based sauces are used and there could be cross contamination in the kitchen. Bathrooms located in the back. Overall not too bad. read more

Our waitress was so nice, kind, cute, helpful (in Viet & Eng), & patience. Apps (2 Snail Dishes & Pork Cheek Skewers), & 3 Phos. The food was absolutely amazing. Service was immaculate, vibes was great. Will be back when I'm in town!! read more

I've been coming to Pho Kim Long since I moved to Vegas in 2005 and it's always been my go-to spot whenever I'm craving a bowl of pho-- whether I'm sick or just want some good soup, even during summertime. When I'm hungry enough, I'll order their fried chicken egg rolls on the side. For the combination pho, I like to load it up with bean sprouts, mint, jalapeño, hoisin sauce, hot sauce and I always ask for chili oil to add in too. The place is always clean, the service is great and the staff are really nice. Definitely one of my longtime favorites in Vegas! read more

Pho was decent, a little on the salty side but doable. I wish I had spicy chili oil which would have made it great. Staff was prompt. Positives - lots of seating and tables are not crammed so it's spacious. I also liked that it's open early. I didn't care for the burning of incense, the smell affected me enjoying the aroma of my pho. Bathroom could be a little more clean but not the worst. All in all, it was standard all around. I've been a super fan of their cá kho tộ and canh chua cá bông lau since 2013. This review is for my September 2025 visit. 5/5 for late hours, though they're no longer open 24/7. 5/5 for quick and sufficient service regardless of how busy or slow. 3/5 for cá kho tộ. They used to be my go-to spot for both cá kho tộ and canh chua cá bông lau. On this visit, the flavor of cá kho tộ was still decent, but the fish hadn't been given enough time to caramelize for that rich, deep kho tộ flavor. Instead of the crunchy, crispy bacon bits that should be in the clay pot, it was filled with chewy pork skins. What really disappointed me was being charged $1.50 for a cup of steamed rice. For Vietnamese people, this is outrageous, cá kho tộ is meant to be eaten with rice, you can't separate them! The cá kho tộ itself was $30.95 for 3 slices of catfish WITHOUT rice. I came in around 4 p.m. on a Friday and didn't have to wait for a table (only 4 tables occupied, including mine). Restrooms were clean and fully stocked with toilet seat covers during this visit. read more

eh came back after i had the best pho of my life here. this time it was just alright. the first time i came here the food outweighed the ugly lighting, lousy service, and nightmarish ambience. since the food was just alright this time everything goes down to a 3 star. oh also the water tasted gross. like boogery tap water. the hours here are convenient since other places typically close by 9-10pm. read more

Ordered through DoorDash and it was meh. The summer rolls I chose was shrimp and pork but it was flavorless. Even with the peanut sauce it lacked flavor. The pho was $20 on DoorDash and it was not worth the price. They barely gave enough noodles, I had to add my own noodles to complete the meal. The pork chops was the only redeeming factor. There were 2 pieces and they were flavorful. So my quest to find a viet place that actually cooks bones in their pho is still on... read more

We stopped in to eat late night because of the location. The host in a suit was looking fairly ragged and the place was busy enough but not slammed. We were seated and ordered drinks and food, however the drinks never came but we were charged for them. The food was hot and tasty but we never saw the server again after the initial order. My water cup was cracked and leaking everywhere, we literally couldn't get anyone back to the table! It was an odd experience but grateful the food was good at least! read more
I enjoyed my time at Pho Kim Long. I arrived on a night that was pretty busy. My friends and I got sat quickly & our order was taken promptly. I ordered the crab Rangoon, which was perfectly fried and a nice portion size. The pho was a hefty portion and very delicious. The broth was seasoned perfectly. The ongchoy and garlic were my absolute favorite. It was refreshing and cooked accordingly. The only thing I will say that was negative about the experience was after we were served and paid the bill, the waiters never came back to give us napkins or even to go containers. We waited for a while but that's neither here nor there. I'll take it to the chin because they were busy! read more
First of all the name! All the yummy food in the asian district off of Spring Mountain is yummy. I knew this spot would be tasty! We ordered the fried calamari as an app - if you're not used to strong fishy taste don't get. It was made fresh - salt and pepper flavored. I loved it. Pork and added chicken fried rice and rare I thought the pho would've had more noodles like other said. It would've been much better , I finished my noodles way too quick to enjoy the broth the way I would liked. steak Pho - large. Both packed with flavor. Service was friendly. While there many people were dropped off with their suitcases meaning they had just landed or were preparing to leave. Pho Kim Long is solid, there's a queue out the door and they don't do online waitlists or reservations since they are a more traditional Asian operation. I enjoyed dining here, but man was getting to our table a journey. As a table of 2 among a sea of larger tables (EDC groups I'd imagine), a lot of parties were skipped and we were seated relatively early. There were multiple parties before us that got angry because their names were skipped as the restaurant transitioned from their "morning" clipboard to their "afternoon" clipboard and crossed off everyone who had been waiting since the morning? The waiters claimed that they already called their names multiple times before transitioning to the clipboard, but we're not sure who to believe. We ordered vegetarian spring rolls, crab rangoon. My boyfriend wants me to say that the crab rangoon was bussin. I'm impartial to cream cheese in most savory dishes so I can't speak for it myself, but the spring rolls were really fresh and tasted amazing dipped in the peanut sauce. I teally wanted to love Pho Kim Long--so many people recommended it and I was excited to finally give it a try. Sadly, it just didn't live up to the hype. I ordered the crispy roasted duck, the combination fried rice, the fried chicken egg rolls, and a passion fruit juice. The duck was not crispy at all--more soggy than anything. The fried rice lacked flavor and came off very bland, which was surprising given the name and reputation of this place. The egg rolls were decent, and the passion fruit juice was okay but nothing special. Overall, it felt like a very underwhelming experience for a restaurant that gets so much love in Las Vegas' Chinatown area. With so many amazing Vietnamese and Asian fusion spots in Vegas, I don't think I'll be returning here. Disappointed, especially after all the buzz. read more

The stewed beef noodle soup (bo kho) was just okay! The restaurant seemed understaffed, which led to our food being lukewarm when served. I won't be returning to this location in Chinatown, but I'm willing to give their new Town Square location a shot! I would say that this place is more suitable for larger parties, not solo diners or groups of 2-4 people. read more

Pho Kim Long is franchised and many other states have it. (Other than California or Nevada).
Do you have a website or FB page?
I just called and asked what type of oil is in the soup and the employee hung up on me. Just asking because I am allergic to certain oils. Anyone happen to know?
Most likely Canola or Vegetable Oil... This place is super busy... They probably thought your call was a prank. I'd go in person and ask this question.

I never looked at the hours but On a Friday night we were out downtown and many restaurants were closing around 3a. So we decided to go here and we were seated and had our food at 3:30a Saturday morning. Hope that helps.
How late are they open?
Their website says 24/7 but Google shows 4:30am Friday through Sunday, and 2:30am the other days
Do they deliver?
No. But, you can do one of those car carrier services. Door Dash, Uber Eats, Bite Squad to name a few.
Do I need to make reservations?
No you don't need to unless you go during it's busiest hours but one you walk in, you will be seated right away.
It says open from 8am to 5 am. Is that a typo?
Yes. Restaurant is open 24 hours.
Is the Seafood Pho made with seafood broth or chicken/beef broth? I realize traditionally it's made with beef- but what about this restaurant in particular?
It is made of beef broth.
Is their Vegan Pho actually Vegan? Veggie broth, instead of beef? Or it's more like vegetarian, or pho without meat?
It is really vegan and its delicious. If you wanted they could add tofu but the vegan pho is just veggies per the menu
